Paris vacation rentals:Studio close to the Bois de Vincennes

  The apartment was extremely clean and up to date. Although it was small (as stated in the description) it was a comfortable size for two people at a good price. The owners were very friendly and flexible. It was kind of far away from the city center but the apartment was close to two different metro... lines so getting anywhere in the city was easy. LOVED the place, would definitely go back again. 

  Highly recommended for up to two adults occupancy.

  Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr nett empfangen. Die Wohnung war klein, aber fein und günstig gelegen. Geschäfte sowie Metro und Bus waren in nächster Umgebung.

  Very cozy warm convenient appartment with excellent shower! Unfortunately, internet was not available for 4 out of our 8 day stay, however, this seems to be the fault of the provider and not the landlord. Overall, we would recommend this studio to couples visiting Paris.

  Das Apartment ist klein aber gemütlich eingerichtet und für Paris Erkundungen hat excellente Lage. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit , Geschirr - alles bestens. Umgebung ist ruhig und absolut sicher (!). Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wohnten dort eine Woche lang und sind sehr zufrieden. Ich empfehle es gerne weiter!

  Die Unterkunft ist klein, einfach und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es hatte sogar einen Haartrockner, welcher in der Ausstattungsliste nicht aufgenommen war. Sehr gutes Bettsofa. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend, was An/Abreisezeit betraf (Anpassung an unseren TGV-Fahrplan).

  Goede locatie, metro en winkels in de buurt. Rustige straat. Aangenaam appartement voor enkele dagen Parijs.

  Impossibile trovare di meglio a questo prezzo..posizione eccellente,tutto pulito e ordinato,appartamento molto accogliente e confortevole in tutte le esigenze...ma soprattutto il proprietario M. molto ma molto simpatico..ci tornero' sicuramente..

  The apartment was very small, as the other comments have said. But at the price you can't complain. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the pull-out bed was great. The location's actually quite good - very close to a large Monoprix, a health food shop, a great bakery, 2 metro lines (6 ...and 8) and plenty of bars and places to eat nearby. Good, quiet neighbourhood and great apartment building. You can easily get into town from the apartment and it took us about 75 minutes to get to / from CDG airport from the apartment. There's a bar on the corner outside the apartment and there was quite a bit of noise from it at night - talking and so on- not rowdy but enough to keep a light sleeper like me awake if we had the windows open. The wireless connection was a bit unreliable - it was slow & kept kicking us off, however the login for it worked in other parts of Paris and we could use it in other parts of town and it worked fine. The shower was great & we had a great stay - Michel & Alina were great hosts - thankyou very much! 

  E' perfetto,il quartiere ottimo e servito!! piccolo ma completo...non manca nulla. unico neo ma solo per migliorare:le scale a pioli di due piani da segnalare, forse era scritto ma non l'ho notato, biancheria del letto scarsina.

  Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen kleinen Urlaub braucht. Sie ist recht klein, besonders die Küche, doch ausreichend, wenn man doch den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Die Einrichtung ist stil- und geschmackvoll, die Lage ruhig mit kurzen Wegen zur Métro und Bushaltestelle (direkte ...Busverbindung zum Gare de l'Est), Bäckerei und Bioladen, Supermarkt, Apotheke... Einziger Nachteil war für mich die Hellhörigkeit im Haus, an die ich mich nach ein paar Tagen aber gewöhnen konnte. Falls ich mal wieder nach Paris möchte, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder versuchen, diese Wohnung zu mieten.

  We had a great time in Paris and this apartment was a perfect fit for our needs. It is a small and modest apartment, but it's also clean, charming, and very comfortable. We loved it. It's not in the very center of "tourist" Paris, but its a quick walk to the Metro -- and that quickly took us ...everywhere we wanted to go. M. (the contact) was kind, prompt, and courteous. The transactions worked exactly as described. I would stay again at this apartment in a heartbeat. 

  L'alloggio si trova nel 12° arrondisment, ma si può raggiungere facilmente ogni zona di Parigi in pochissimo tempo, lontana o vicina, grazie all'eccellente sistema di linee della metropolitana (la fermata si trova a 300 mt dall'appartamento). La zona è molto tranquilla, prettamente ...residenziale, ci sono diversi supermercati, macellerie, panetterie, bar e fruttivendoli nelle vicinanze, fare la spesa non sarà di certo un problema. Attenzione ai prezzi però, specialmente al bar di fronte alla fermata della metro...per un cappuccino ci hanno chiesto 6 € ! L'appartamento si trova in un palazzo un po' vecchiotto, e a dire il vero anche un po' puzzolente e rumoroso, specialmente nella fascia serale...sembrava ci fossero le corse dei cavalli! C'è un ingresso piccolo con di fronte il bagno (doccia, water e lavandino: scordate pure il bidet), una stanza con un divano letto a una piazza e mezza (un po' piccolo) e un tavolino in cui è quasi impossibile mangiare tanto è minuscolo. E poi c'è la cucina, con anche la lavatrice. Per quanto riguarda la macchina del caffè, ovviamente non è una vera macchina del caffè: è quella per fare la brodaglia che si beve all'estero, quindi se non potete fare a meno di un buon espresso, munitevi da casa del necessario! Il proprietario è abbastanza gentile, ma ha diversi problemi con l'inglese. Ricordatevi che all'arrivo dovete saldare l'appartamento in contanti e dargli anche una cauzione di 300EUR, che verrà a restituirvi l'ultimo giorno della vostra vacanza. In definitiva 400EUR sono davvero davvero eccessivi per questo monolocale, ma a Parigi i prezzi sono incredibili...difficile trovarne di più economici. 

  Appartamento in buonissima posizione,300 mt dalla fermata della metro che consente un ottimo collegamento con tutte le linee,3 supermercati vicinissimi,farmacie ad ogni angolo,ogni tipo di necessità ad esempio panetteria,giornalaio,ferramenta,tutto nei limitrofi paraggi. Zona ...tranquilla,appartamento piccolo ma completo di ogni confort,adattissimo per una coppia di persone. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili ad ogni necessità. Consigliatissimo.

  Alles war super. Sehr netter Vermieter, die Wohnung sauber und wie beschrieben. Nur ist die Wohnung bisschen außerhalb und man muss ungefähr 20 Minuten bis zum Eifelturm mit der Bahn fahren. Zusammengefasst alles toll und zu Empfehlen

  The accomodation was like I did expect to be, based on Internet description, three food shops near us, in our way from metro. Very quiet zone and from metro you can achieve any destination. I will recomand this apartment to my friends and to anybody want to go to visit Paris.

  Wir waren mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Das Appartment hatte alles, was wir für unsere knapp zwei Wochen brauchten. Die Anbindung (Metro/Bus) an die touristischen Ziele ist sehr gut. Gerne wieder!

  Studio bien situé près de commerces, métro, bus et pas loin de la Gare de Lyon. Bon literie, il ne manque de rien dans ce petit appartement. Propriétaires sympathiques. Si je suis à nouveau sur Paris, j'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

  No funcionaba el wi-fi, que necesitaba para trabajar, teniendo que ir a un bar a 400 metros. El propietario lamentó el inconveniente pero no estaba a su alcance resolverlo, ya que, según él, era un problema de la empresa. En cuanto al barrio, es tranquilo, seguro y a 300 metros de un metro. No es... una zona turística de la ciudad. Está a 30 mins de metro de los jardines de Luxemburgo o de Montparnasse.

  Je suis ravie par mon séjour dans cet appartement, très bien conçu, très agréable, où il y a tout ce qu'il faut et très bien situé. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. A recommander sans hésiter.

  Nous avons passées onze jours dans cet appartement qui nous a plu dès de la primiére minute. Comme les autres ont écrit l’appartement est bien situé au 12ème.La prochaine boulangerie est a 30 mètres et les supermarches sont sur une distance de 300 m maximum.Le contact avec le locataire ...étais très bien Wir haben elf schöne Tage in diesem Apartment verbracht , das uns vom ersten Moment gefiel .Wie bereits von anderen beschrieben ist es sehr schön im 12. Arrondissement gelegen .Die nächste Bäckerei ist gerade 30 m entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt gerade 300 m . Sehr gut war auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter . 

  Dit eenvoudige, maar ook goedkope verblijf kan uitstekend dienen als uitvalsbasis. De metro is met 2 lijnen goed bereikbaar en het Bois de Vincennes is dichtbij.

  I liked everything about this little studio. Although small, it was very functional and had a spacious feel about it. I loved the wooden floor and the original fireplace and the lovely mix of old and modern furtniture. It is on a quiet street near a huge park (Bois de Vincennes) and within easy reach of central Paris. Excellent value for money.

  This one was my favourite apartment of the four I have recently stayed in (all booked via All-Paris-Apartments). I would certainly recommend this and will try to book it for my next visit. Compared to some other studios, there is a lot of space. The little kitchen is separate from the living area... and the bed can be folded up to be a sofa for day time, making this place feel like a proper, presentable home It was very clean and well looked after, and the owner was very helpful and always on time for appointments. The location is good with excellent connections to the centre of town and a vast green space nearby (Bois de Vincennes). Very good value for money. 

  Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Il monolocale è molto piccolo ma ben organizzato, la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario e nel piccolo ingresso c'è un armadio molto funzionale. Il bagno è un po' scomodo perché estremamente piccolo, ma ci si adatta tranquillamente. Il divano ...letto andava bene per me e mia sorella, ma probabilmente è un po' troppo piccolo da dividere con un uomo o qualcuno un po' più grosso. La metro è a due minuti e con sole due fermate si può prendere la linea 1 che raggiunge tutti i punti principali della città. Nelle vicinanze è pieno di boulangerie, supermercati e quant'altro. Nel complesso ci siamo trovate molto bene, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è giustissimo. Ci tornerei sicuramente!  

  Estuvo bien la estadía y el propietario amable. Como aspecto negativo destaco que no se podían utilizar ambas hornallas de cocina otros dispositivos electrónicos ya que saltaba la tensión del departamento.

  Nuestra estadia alli fue inmejorable, el barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro, llegamos caminando al centro sin problemas, de todas formas el metro esta a dos calles.

  Appartement très bien situé, à proximité de boulangeries, de supermarchés et surtout très proche de 2 arrêts de métro. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse.

  On a passé un séjour agréable dans un appartement avec toutes les commodités, le quartier est très calme et avec tous les commerce's à côté en plus de la bouche de métro. Merci à M pour sa disponibilité .

  Sehr, sehr netter Vermieter, keine Probleme bei Über- oder Rückgabe. Appartement entsprach Beschreibung, ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Küchenausstattung absolut ausreichend für kleine Mahlzeiten. Kurzer Weg zur Metrostation, ich habe mich als alleinreisende Frau in der Gegend auch am ...Abend sicher gefühlt. Das Appartement würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.
