Paris vacation rentals: Apartment in the Latin Quarter

  It was very nice, very comfortable, great location, and the owner was very helpful and kept in touch. Very happy with agency and would recommend them.

  Kind host, perfect home, great kitchen, easy neighborhoods, close to Metro, and nothing bad.

  El apartamento está muy bien situado en la ciudad, con todos los servicios a dos pasos; es luminoso, cálido y amplio. Equipado con todo lo necesario para encontrarte como en casa y con un montón de detalles. Muy tranquilo y perfectamente limpio.Las personas que nos han atendido, desde el momento ...de la reserva, han tenido un trato encantador, muy pendientes de nuestros deseos y necesidades, como si fuéramos de la familia.Es un lugar para volver y lo recomendamos a cualquier persona que busque el encanto de Paris.  

  Es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert, F hat uns sehr nett empfangen und viele Tips gegeben, die "bürokratische Abwicklung" des Aufenthaltes war per Email unkompliziert, die Unterkunft empfehlenswert. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Paris !!

  Alles super, wir sind noch nie so gut umsorgt wurden. Vor allem tausend Dank an die Kontaktperson, sie war einfach wahnsinnig nett und zuvorkommend.

Situation idéale, accueil et contact très agréables, prestations conformes au descriptif. Un séjour très réussi!! Bravo à toute l’équipe et continuez ainsi, le souci du détail est très important.

  Well appointed apartment which suited our needs perfectly. Extremely helpful and efficient service from the apartment owner who provides plenty of maps etc and information on various sights. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Very close to two metro stations and just a short walk to Seine, ...Notre Dame and Rue Mouffetard. Great bistro a few doors away at 25 Rue Jussieu (Le Buisson Ardent). Would also recommend Le Petet Chatelet on Rue Bucherie which overlooks Note Dame. Very efficient service with helpful directions to apartment and smoothly executed arrival and departure arrangements. 

  As everybody pointed out here, the owner's hospitality was fantastic.I stayed with my little daughter, so I needed some extra information in advance. They provided everything what I needed.The location is great as well. Only 10-15min. walk to Notre Dam.There are a lot of shops and cozy restaurants ...around. I enjoyed cooking with their perfect kitchen tools.We'd like to stay there again.

  Sehr sauber und ruhig, netter Empfang!Jederzeit wieder, U-Bahn Station Jussieu, Supermarkt und sehr gutes Restaurant vor der Haustür. Place Monge mit tollem Markt um die Ecke, Seineufer mit Île de France ca. 700m nah.Die Wohnung ist sonnig und fußwarm. Das Einzige was fehlt, ist noch ein Balkon...

  Lovely apartment very French. location excellent very central and the apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our hosts were incredibly helpful as was M. the taxi driver who they organised for us to take us to and from the airport.

  Inmitten des quirligen Quartier Latin ist das Appartement eine Oase der Ruhe und wie beschrieben ein "gemütliches Nest"; die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und gerne gehen wir wieder dorthin. Danke an Julien und seine AchtsamkeitElke und Jörg

  Wir wurden sehr warm und herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und perfekt ausgestattet. Auch die sehr ruhige Lage zu einem schönen Innenhof hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, 10 min zu Notre Dame. Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche in Paris. Vielen Dank nochmals für alles an Pierre und Julien !!!

  Es amplio, estaba muy limpio y el trato de P fue excelente. La situación está muy bien, a un cuarto de hora a pie de notre dame, de la bastilla y de los jardines de luxemburgo, en el barrio latino, con mucha luz. Con el metro a 50 metros y supers para hacer la compra al lado. Muy Bien ...equipado, con lavavajillas, lavadora y calefacción. Además Tiene wifi y llamadas internacionales a fijos gratis. Nos facilitaron planos e información de paris y de La zona. Lo recomendaria 

  A charming and well appointed apartment - ideally located for easy access to main tourist attractions and rail links. Very quiet with a beautiful internal courtyard to the rear. All facilities in good condition. Our host P was extremely welcoming and helpful - taking time to explain how the ...domestic appliances worked and recommending local restaurants and places of interest. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and fellow travellers. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Paris.  

  L'aspetto migliore è il silenzio e la pulizia. Negativo il parquet in camera da letto perchè rumoroso. Aggiungerei tra le stoviglie pentole e padelle più piccole.

  This was our second stay in this lovely apartment which is within walking distance of so many of the attractions in Paris. The owners (as always) were very helpful and do everything possible to make ensure a pleasant visit. We look forward to returning to the apartment again in the future!

  I love the large open windows and high ceiling. The towel warmer is great. You can even dry your clothes there. It is a lot more efficient than the ones in the USA. J and P were so nice to even help bringing our luggage up and downstairs. I was worried about not having an elevator before ...arriving. The van pick up to and from the airport helped make the trip more relaxing. Free internet is a big plus. The apartment is so central, we could walk to get food from stores, the delicious little take out places, or nice restaurants. We did not even use the kitchen. This place is quiet at night until about noon. This is important for us coming from California getting used to the time change. We slept well! Big thanks to J and P. 

  We had a great stay at the apartment on Jussieu. We were there two weeks and everything worked fine, the bed was comfortable, nice big bathtub with a good shower (tiny bathroom), comfortable living space over a courtyard. Sound carries from the courtyard and other apartments, but mostly people ...were very quiet. The location is very good, easy to walk to Bastille, the Marais, Notre Dame, Luxembourg. Great bus and metro access. Kitchen adequate for making a simple meal.  

  Very good location, easy walk to most sites. Clean and quiet. 3 big windows helped with the ventilation as it was hot. 38 steps. We enjoyed our stay. Shower hose was leaking owner fixed that day. Excellent service.

  In the centre, but very quiet. Piano!!! very cozy and nice apartments.A lot of useful stuff in the kitchen, like at home.

  Very nice apartment, with all the facilities you need for a short break in Paris. The location is fantastic, and J was very helpful in recommending interesting places to go in the city. The only difficulty we had was getting our luggage and pram up the stairs, which are a bit steep.

  If you are looking for a Paris apt. where you can sleep calmly at night with the windows opened, this would be it. The apt., including the bedroom, give onto a quiet courtyard with no people or traffic noise. The unit was clean and functional with everything you might need. The owners are ...accommodating and flexible. There is no elevator but the unit is only on the second floor. Internet service is good although Apple posted a warning on my device telling me that it was not secure and recommending an upgrade. Explained this to the owner who said he would look into it.
