  Completamente recomendable. Situado en pleno Marais, un barrio lleno de restaurantes y bares, con la posibilidad de ir andando hasta la Ile de la Cité o el Louvre. El apartamento está perfecto, con un gran salón equipado de TV y cadena de música; con tres habitaciones con cama de matrimonio (una... de las habitaciones está sobre otra, con el colchón en el suelo, sin la posibilidad de ponerte de pie y con una ventana en el techo que permite ver el cielo). El propietario nos permitió incluso llamar por teléfono gratuitamente a fijos españoles.  

  The apartment was beautiful and it was in a perfect location. It also had all of the comforts that home has.

  Das Apartment bietet viel Platz, ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider funktionierte der DVD-Spieler nicht. Alles war sauber. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ist optimal, um von hier aus das lebendige Viertel mit seinen vielen kleinen Restaurants und Läden zu entdecken. Der ...Eigentümer unterstützte uns mit hilfreichen Informationen und zeigte sich bei einem von mir verursachten Schaden kulant. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 

  The appartment is fantastic. Everything we could think of was there. The location is perfect in the middle of the Marais and in the neighbourhood of so many nice things we wanted to visit. The contact person was very friendly and explained everything to us. It was a climb to get into the appartment but it was worth it a 100%.

  Great location. Had a wonderful time. And you are right in the heart of everything. It felt safe day and night. Heaps of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. Everything you need to cater for yoursef at home. The apartment was delightfully Parisian. Not suitable if you don't do stairs.

  Tolles Apartement und traumhafter Lage.

  Tolle Wohnung, zentral gelegen und doch ruhig, komfortabel und wohnlich ausgestattet, sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, jedoch nicht geeignet für ältere Menschen da im 4. Stock ohne Lift und das Doppelbett im Dach nur über eine schmale Stiege erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

  El precio que contratamos a través de All-París Appartments no fué el que tuvimos que pagar, ya que nos cobró 50EUR de más por un conflicto entre la página de reservas y él. Lo pagamos para evitar discusiones, pero si existe un problema con el funcionamiento de la página y él , se debe hacer cargo el propietario, no los usuarios.

  Very comfortable and well equipped.

  L' appartamento era perfetto: perfetta la posizione e accogliente nell'insieme. Forse ripensandoci toglierei la plastica dal materasso del letto matrimoniale perche' durante la notte nel muoversi da' fastidio....ma si tratta veramente di una schiocchezza!!!! Il proprietario e' stato gentilissimo e ...ci ha anche portato le valigie fin su al quarto piano. Grazie! 

  The accomodation was absolutely fantastic. The owner was very helful and very friendly and the apartment was prepared beautifully while the location was perfect. Very Very good apartment. Would definitely book the apartment again.

  Eine überaus hübsche Wohnung, perfekt und entzückend gelegen, 5 Minuten zum Centre Pompidou, Hotel de Ville.... Wir waren auch überaus zufrieden mit der Ausstattung der Wohnung. Sehr zu empfehlen.Sehr einfach zu reservieren, genaue Erklärung zum Zahlungsmodus, wurden selbst vom Vermieter ...kontaktiert, perfekte Anreise-Beschreibung, alles wunderbar. Das Versprochene wurde bestens gehalten, danke.

  Posizione centralissima, quartiere tranquillo, appartamento funzionale, pulito, attrezzato di tutto, caldo, silenzioso, accogliente. Proprietario disponibile, gentile, un vero 'monsieur'. Da consigliare.

  The apartment was more than I expected by far and the location was perfect.

  We have rented an appartment like this for the first time through an internet site we did not know. The result was absolutley fantastic. the place looks exactly as presented on the web. We expected that of us 6, 2 had to sleep on the couch in the living room, instead there are three double bedrooms ...which made the stay even more pleasant. The house has everything: computer with internet, flat screen TV with cable TV, a lot of Paris guides and other books, all kinds of games, towels, a kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine and everything else you can think of. The furniture is very cozy and you see the roofs of the Centre George Pompidour from the flat windows. We were told that we could also use the phone for free european country calls. M. Blondeau, the owner of the house is very very friendly and helpful and very easy going. We raccomand to take a taxi if you arrive or go to the airport Orly. The cost for 6 people was only 65 Euro, which is almost the same as the metro. From Charles De Gaulle it might be more, but by metro it is easy to arrive at the flat. The area is very central. You are at 5 minutes fom Centre George Pompidou and at walking distance from Notre Dame, Louvre and many other monuments in the area. The metro is also at 5 minutes walking distance. we are very satisfied and will be back when every possible. With All-Paris-Apartments we experienced an excellent and very fast service. Everything worked out perfect and all questions have been answered immediately in our language (which is Italian). We did not know All-Paris-Apartments before but after this very positive experience we can raccomand them with pleasure

  We had the most fantastic experience. The apartment was so quaint, lovely and well equiped. We had a lovely welcome and the area is great for bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend on all levels.

  Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Madame Blondeau ist eine sehr nette freundliche Person. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Der Aufstieg mit Gepäck in die 4. Etage war etwas mühsam, aber doch zu schaffen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, gute Lokale in der Umgebung.

  The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and was in a great location. The only downside was the 4 flights of stairs without a lift.

  We are coming back again!!

  Fantastic location and a beautiful apartment, made our stay in Paris even more enjoyable. Ideal for groups of 4 and families. Prefect!

  We are very pleased with this unit and with the personal attention we received from the owner, who speaks English and is very helpful. The apartment has lots of old-world charms and feels very Parisian, including the 90 steps mentioned in the website (and no elevator). Good exercise every time! The... owner has ties to Andalucia, and this is reflected in the decor. Plenty of natural lighting especially with the Velux skylights. Fully equipped with Miele dishwasher and washer/dryer which the owner explains to us in detail on how to use them and provided us with all the necessities. There is TV with lots of channels including English (not that we need one while on vacation), good WiFi connection and phone line with free dials to the US! The view of the Beaubourg's rooftop welcoming us every morning is icing on the cake. Certainly a very good choice in the Marais district for 4-6 people not concerned with sharing one bathroom (there is a separate toilet). The third bed is in the alcove inside the larger bedrooom, so there is no privacy for the 4 people sharing this together, but the living area is spacious enough to convert to a 3rd bedroom given the sofa bed. Grand merci, Jean-Marie! 

  Perfect location, beautiful building and very close to metro. Very large apartment. Pictures accurate. No street noise. Only thing to note is the 95 stairs with no lift. Would stay again.

  This is a beautiful, well-appointed apartment in the heart of Paris and the contact person is friendly and informative. We would choose to stay here again.

  Be aware that the apartment is 98 steps high!!

  Nice neighborhood and a good quality appartment. It was clean and good to find. The contact person is friendly and helpfull. There is a parking garage on walking distance /- 500m. When we go to Paris we will rent this apartment again!

  The location is very good. Its in the centre of Paris close to Hotel de Ville. Parkinggarage, metrostation, restaurants and shops are nearby. The houselord was very helpful and gave us good advices.

  Lovely, spacious and extensively equiped appartment at a perfect location. At the hart of Paris though still very quiet. The broad stairs are not a big problem. We very much recommend the place and would be happy to stay there again.

  The appartment was very nice decorated and lots of place for us two and the four children, nice rooms, spaceous living room and kitchen with all modern appliances such as dish washer and even washing machine and iron. They even have coffee, the and the neccessary filters in the house.

  Super Wohnung mit allem Komfort, die ideal gelegen ist. Wir haben die Wohnung zu viert genutzt - 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder. Sehr freundliche Kontaktperson. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder mieten.

  We were very happy with the apartment. It was clean, very comfortable, well furnished and in a terrific location - in aside street that was quiet and tranquil but a stones throw from the Marais district. In short it was sensational!

  L'alloggio è molto carino, ben collocato e in pieno centro. Lo consiglio vivamente. Unica pecca, gli asciugamani un pò logori.

  Very friendly owner who showed us around his very cosy and comfortable apartment. We had more than enough space for us and 2 children, the big screen computer in the living room was much used in spare early morning hours:-) Nice neighbourhood with restaurants and bars all around, we didn't need to walk for more than 5 minutes to find a nice place.

  Everything was perfect. A very nice, cosy and clean apartment near the center of Paris -- so there is nothing more one can wish. All I have to say is: Thank you!

  Excellent location, fully equipped appartment. Beds and matresses too small.

  Perfect appartment, great location (not only Centre Pompidou, but also the Maraisis around the corner!). The owner was very flexible. Be aware that the sofa bed is in one of the bedrooms, sort of split level (where I slept perfectly by the way).

  Wir waren mit dem Appartement sehr zufrieden und können das Haus ohne Bedenken sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Die Ausstattung, sowie der sehr nette Vermieter haben unseren Aufenthalt in Paris abgerundet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, jedoch gleichzeitig sehr ruhig gelegen, da sie an einer kleinen ...Straße gelegen ist. Wir fanden es besonders charmant, da das Haus sehr typisch für Paris ist und nicht „totrenoviert“ wurde. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus. Wir werden auch den nächsten Aufenthalt in Paris dort verbringen und haben auch an Bekannte eine entsprechende Empfehlung abgegeben.  

  Wirklich sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung. Auch zu sechst hatten wir genug Platz und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sensationell, die Gegend rundherum voller Lokale und Geschäfte, die U Bahn nicht mal 5 Min entfernt. Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder nehmen und können sie wärmstens empfehlen.

  Appartamento splendido in posizione centralissima nel cuore del Marais, a due passi dal Centro Pompidou e a pochi minuti da Notre Dame. Proprietario molto disponibile e simpatico, ci ha accolto all'arrivo mostrandoci la casa e alla partenza ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli fino al pomeriggio. Assolutamente da consigliare!!!

  I would recommend this apartment to nearly everyone, it was clean, fully kitted out, the the owner extremely welcoming and ideally situated to see the sites, close to the metro and for us close to the Paris Half Marathon hence our visit.The only reason why the rating was marked as good rather than ...excellent was because it is up 104 steps, this was no problem for most of us but we had my 84 yr old mother who found it difficult.Also as previously mentioned one of the double beds was on a mezzanine which was difficult to access late a night after a few drinks due to the ladders being extremely steep.These points are minor but worth considering, other than that it would have scored excellent. 

  Super plek! Locatie fantastisch, en heel rustig. Mijn vader slaapt slecht met veel geluid, maar hoewel het midden in het centrum is, heeft hij prima geslapen met het raam open. Enige nadeel is voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, moet je wel een aantal trappen op zonder lift. Voor de rest is het alles waar wij op hadden kunnen hopen!

  This was a fabulous place to stay, it was so convenient to everywhere, it was gorgeous..and walking up the stairs would keep you fit! Thank you I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to friends.

  Great location, friendly greeting. 1st bedroom and loft bedroom to hot require a fan in summer. TV stopped working ,96 spiral stairs are a killer with large luggage.

  Beautiful apartment and more than adequate for a family with young children. Excellent location-close to shops,metro and attractions. Helpful owner who made us feel comfortable as also acted as a contact should get get into any trouble during our stay.

  One of the neighbors was very aggressive and screamed at us when we came home one night. He complained that we made noise in the stairs. Not pleasant at all!

  The on line description was a little misleading. There are only 2 bedrooms, with a mezzanine in one of the bedrooms. There are 3 double beds in total. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift so not suitable for disabled or very unfit. Otherwise it is a lovely apartment, warm and comfortable.

  Location is great and the stairs mentioned in other reviews really aren't that high and a good workout. Loved it.

  We loved the apartment. It was very charming, comfortable for a family of 4 and in a terrific location. S warmly welcomed us and showed us everything we needed to know about the flat. As others mentioned, the stairs were not too bad and worked off the delicious treats of Paris. The only challenge ...was having to provide the bulk of the payment in cash since it required multiple ATM visits and carrying large amounts of money.
