Paris vacation rentals: Studio for 2 people in Marais

  Lo mejor la ubicación. Y el mayor inconveniente los 3 pisos sin ascensor de un edificio de techos altos. Antiguo pero limpio y bien equipado.

  Everything was fine! -

  The location and the contact person were both excellent. Walking out the door, we roamed through streets filled with restaurants patronised by Parisians. We felt like we were having a local experience not a tourist experience yet it was only a ten minute walk to arrive in front of Notre Dame. As ...we became more familiar with Parisian history we realised so many famous sites and names were within walking distance of our accommodation. The small, compact kitchen was excellently equipped and the food markets were a short walk away. The only draw back with the apartment was the toilet occasionally flushed slowly. A very minor concern during our very excellent stay. 

  La ubicación es muy buena. La parada de metro es hotel de ville.Es tal cual aparece en las fotos y la equipación es la misma que aparece en la página.Cuarto piso sin ascensor y con escalera de caracol eso es lo malo, aunque se suben bien y se perdona por la ubicación que tiene.

  The studio is tiny and matches perfectly the description you find on All-Paris-Apartments. Perfect for 1 person who wants to have an idea of the bohemienn atmospehere of Paris, may be a bit tight for 2.

  The accommodation in fact looked better live than on the website photos. Small, well-equipped, clean. At night peaceful and quiet. Lovely stylish old appartment building, hospitable and friendly owners, good district, plenty of boutiques, cafes, sights worth seeing within easy walking distance. A perfect find!

  Alles in Ordnung: sauber und gepflegt. Ideale Unterkunft bei drei Tagen Aufenthalt mit vollem Programm. Wir kommen wieder.

  great place in the center of paris

  The apartment is cozy and provides an opportunity to experience life in Paris as something other than a tourist. Indeed, one of the biggest highlights of our multi-city trip was the feeling that we lived in Paris as we would if we were real residents of the city. It is small, but functional, and ...on the top floor of an historic building. There is thankfully no such thing as an elevator.  

  Einfache Dachwohnung, mittendrin, Toilette sehr einfach.

  Muy chiquito pero muy buena ubicación. Recomendable. Traten de llevar poco equipaje porque hay q subir 4 pisos por escalera. El inodoro es la única desventaja. Es electrico...

  Amazing little apartment, loads better than the pictures look. Great location, very helpful host and beautiful staircase leading up to the apartment. Hope to return some day soon!

  Mitten in Paris und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen! Schöner Bau aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Gute und praktische Aufteilung des kleinen Appartments. Für zwei Personen gut ausreichend Platz. Sehr sauber. Toaster, Kaffemaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Kühlschrank vorhanden und ordentlich.

  das Apartment wirkte größer als die 17 qm vermuten ließen; sehr ruhig auch bei offenem Fenster; Dusche lief teilweise sehr langsam ab. sehr gemütlich und gute Geräte wie Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher etc.

  I like everyting is easy to find it is a small flat but as everything we need very well located the owner is very frendly I have a good stay.The flat as a goods beds and is quite the wc is small but is ok

  Very good location of the studio. Near the metro station, shopping street, main attractions, nice to walk in the evenings, a lot of people around, but the studio is in very quite street. The flat is very small but it is enough for 2 people to stay for a short period.

  The apartment is small but ok. We spent most of our time seeing Paris. Mr. B. is a very nice person, who is very helpful!

  We had a wonderfull stay in the accomodation. Mister B., the owner, was very friendly and his service was excellent.

  The apartment is nice and quiet, be prepared to the 4th floor without lift

  Ce logement est très bien. Il est un peu dans les étages mais bon cela se fait. Il est idéalement placé. Le propriétaire est sympa. Le nécessaire est présent dans l'appartement pour passer le week-end.

  The apartament is very nice, complety for 2 persons, it´s very well situated, and mesie B., the owner, it´s a very smart and grateful person. The next time we return to Paris we know where we lodge.

  Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, nicht besonders gut und nicht besonders schlecht. Etwas klein, aber das ist Paris.

  Consiglio vivamente a tutti questo appartamento per l'ottima posizione e la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. Dotato veramente di tutto il necessario anche per cucinare e pulire. Vicino alla metropolitana e ad un supermercato.

  la situación del apartamento es excelente, muy cerca de Notredam y del Louvre. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para unos días en París dos personas. Es cálido y acogedor, se está como en casa. El propietario habla español, inglés y francés y es muy amable. Totalmente recomendable

  el apartamento nos encanto, fue perfecto para nuestra estancia, chico, pero muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario, pudimos cocinarnos y hacer uso de todo. realmente nos encanto y volveriamos, de la misma forma que lo recomendaríamos. el propietario muy atento, dos dias antes me estaba mandando ...mensaje para preveer nuestra llegada. muy bueno!!!! y Paris hermosos

  Muy buena ubicación, apartamento pequeño pero acogedor y sin ruidos, bien equipado y al cual volvería sin dudarlo. El dueño muy agradable y disponible, nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta.

  Mitten im Marais - man kann so viel zu Fuß erreichen: Was will man mehr. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, sogar die Kirchenglocken legen nachts eine Pause ein. Das Appartment ist klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht.

  We hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad in dit kleine en schone appartement. Het ligt op een top lokatie! Alles was prima in orde.

  The owner was very kind and helpful,the location was excellent,in the very centre of the city,close to bars and restaurants but in a very quiet area.The apartment was in a good condition,clean and cosy,but do not bring too heavy luggage because you have to climb four flights of stairs( 95 steps).

  Einrichtung war gut, Lage sehr ruhig und doch zentral, sehr freundlicher Empfang und Erläuterungen von Richy. Im Grunde perfekt bis auf das kleine Problem, dass das Wasser in der Dusche manchmal langsam abläuft. Ist wohl ein generelles Problem, habe ich auch von Hotelbesuchern schon gehört. Komme... gerne wieder hierher zurück und habe das Apartment auch schon Freunden empfohlen.

Person who met us spoke neither French nor English - difficult communication2. No receipt for balance paid on arrival3. Shower didn't work well because the hose to the head... was leaking badly4. Shower drain was blocked - we had to shower standing in cold water5. Every time the toilet flushed, drain water was blasted out of the basin plug hole, blasting the plug out and spraying drain water everywhere6. There was no means to communicate with the owner in order to rectify the problemsRegards, Martin 

  The location of the apartment was fantastic and very easy to get to from the airport. What's more, the room itself was perfect, equipped with everything we needed to make a great stay in Paris! Would definitely stay here again if in Paris!

  Besonders herausragend war für uns die ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße und gleichzeitig die Nähe zu Metro, Seine, Marais und verschiedenen Museen. Die 100 Stufen bis zum Apartment hielten fit. Bei der Ankunft gab es eine sehr freundliche und ausführliche Einweisung durch den Besitzer. Die ...Ausstattung der Küche war nicht ganz perfekt, (z.B. nur große Teller, bei sehr kleinem Tisch eher ungünstig), manchmal klemmte die Duschkabinentür, aber der Gesamteindruck war auf jeden Fall sehr positiv und wir würden die Wohnung gerne beim nächsten Besuch wieder nutzen. 

  De ontvangst door J M B was vriendelijk en prettig. Het appartement is zeer compleet ingericht, zoals extra dekens voor eventuele koude nachten en koffie, filterzakjes en suiker om meteen koffie te kunnen zetten. Drie bakkerijen om de hoek maken het ontbijt tot een goed begin van de dag.

  Appartamento ben attrezzato in ottima posizione vicino ai principali musei e monumenti della città. La persona che ci ha ricevuto molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato. Unica 'pecca' i quattro piani senza ascensore ma ne vale comunque la pena.

  The apartment is small, but compact and has everything you need as a base for a short stay in Paris - coffee machine, iron, hairdryer, WiFi. It is in a lovely area with a bakery and shops around the corner, and if you don't mind wandering around, you can wal to all the sights. Notes Dame is a 5 min ...walk, Louvre 15 mins and the Eiffel Tower about an hour's walk along the Seine. 

  Great central location, friendly and helpful owner, kitchen equipped for cooking, and comfortable stay overall. If I'm ever in Paris again I'd be happy to stay here again!
