  Wonderful design, very cosy, VERY helpful owner. A very pleasant stay The distance from the centre of paris was not an issue at all, with 3 metro lines within a 5 min walk! In fact, it was a great escape from the busyness of the centre areas.

  Ein sehr schönes und besonderes Apprtement , sehr ruhig in einer romantischen grünen Gasse gelegen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr fürsorglich und freundlich.

  A truly delightful 3 night stay in this charming loft style house. This place is adorable, very cozy, warm, great sky light roof. Delightful alley entrance and inner courtyard. Enjoyed the open plan living, great bathroom, cute kitchen, had everything we needed! Close to the metro, very easy to make... our way around. C.,le the property owner, is very sweet and accommodating, would definitely stay here again, a charming and beautiful place, LOVED IT!!!

  Herrliche Lage in einer ruhigen Seitengasse - selten so gut geschlafen. Wunderbare Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sehr nette Besitzerin, welche sehr hilfsbereit ist. Hatte uns am letzten Tag frische Pancakes gebracht am Morgen!!

  Nessuna sorpresa visto che le foto rispecchiavano la realtá . Molto bello e riservato.

  Sehr geschmackvolle, individuelle Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders hat uns die eigene Terrasse gefallen. Schöner Innenhof, ruhige Lage.

  Appartamento delizioso, non centrale ma in una stradina silenziosa dato che non passano neanche le macchine. La proprietaria non parla bene l'inglese ma in un modo o nell'altro ci si capisce. E' comunque molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente, non ne rimarrete delusi

  Die kurze Zeit die wir in Paris verbrachten haben wir sehr genossen. Dazu hat das ausgefallene und liebevoll eingerichtete Appartement und die ausgesprochen liebenswerte Gastgeberin einen großen Teil beigetragen.Wir haben uns immer wieder zum Einlegen eines Zwischenstops sehr auf unsere Unterkunft ...gefreut. Man kann sich keine bessere Gastgeberin wünschen. Sehr aufmerksam, sehr zuvorkommend, sehr umsorgend. An dieser Stelle nochmals ein ganz großes Dankeschön !!!! C und ihr Appartement haben die 3 Tage in Paris unvergesslich gemacht.

  Tolle Unterkunft in sehr ruhigen Gasse, gute Metroverbindung, schöne Raumaufteilung, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die sympathische Besitzerin wohnt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die ideale Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Paris! Great place located in a very quiet lane, good metro connection, ...beautiful room layout, clean an well equipped. The cordial owner lives just across the courtyard. The ideal apartment for a trip to Paris! Super logement situé dans une ruelle très tranquille, station de métro en proximité, belle conception des chambres, propre et bien équipé. La propriétaire sympathique habite juste à côté. L%u2019appartement idéal pour une visite à Paris! 

  Schwer zu finden, aber sehr romantisch und sehr individuell. Appartment stylisch und jugendlich. Ateliercharakter. Recht nah zur nächsten Metrostation.

  Loftartiges Ambiente, die Personen sollten sich sehr gut kennen, denn es gibt keine Türen zwischen Wohnraum / Schlafgalerie und Bad/ WC.

  La petite maison in der Impasse poule nahe der Metro-Station Avron war sehr ansprechend. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Häuschen liegt in einer kleinen Gasse, die schön begrünt und nachts sehr gut ausgeleuchtet war. Eine kleine Oase mitten in Paris, von ...der aus man alles schnell erreichen konnte (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants, Metro etc.) Als einziges, kleines Manko haben wir empfunden, dass das Badezimmer incl. Toilette keine Tür besitzt, die man schließen kann. 

  The accommodation was an oasis of calm after days out sightseeing. C. was was lovely ,very helpful and approachable. It was easy to get about as the metro was about 4 minutes walk away.

  Lugar encantador, como una cabana en plena ciudad. La atencion de la duena fue fantastica. El alojamiento era tal cual aparece en Internet. Tenia todas las comodidades necesarias. Simplemente perfecto!!!!!

  The accommodation was just as expected. Our host C was just so wonderful and helpful. The apartment is situated down a gorgeous lane just a few mins walk from Averon Metro. Although out in the 20th arrondissement we had it all on our door step. A gorgeous bistro was 1 min walk away and served lovely... fresh food at a fraction of City centre prices. The only thing I think the apartment could do with is a small iron and ironing board. The log burner was devine as Paris was tré cold. We walked into the centre one of the days. A please at hours walk at the most. Well worth it. Overall we would not hesitate to return as it was such good value when co Pared to a hotel room. Thanks so much C for a wonderful time.

  Es fehlte eine Tür in den Bad-Sanitärbereich. War etwas lästig! Die Vermieterin war super nett und hatte sogar schon einige Dinge in den Kühlschrank gepackt. Empfehlenswert für 2 oder 3 Nächte für sich sehr gut kennende eher jüngere Paare.

  Die Unterkunft war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Vermieterin war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Metro, wie beschrieben, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt fehlte es im Apartment an nichts und auch das nur 100m entfernte Restaurant La Petite Fabrique ist absolut empfehlenswert.

  Maison située entre 2 stations de métro qui permettent de rejoindre rapidement les quartiers centraux. Environnement urbain exceptionnel au fond d'une venelle fleurie. Décoration singulière très réussie. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. Une adresse que nous recommandons.

  Tolles ruhiges Appartment am Ende einer schönen schmalen Gasse. Das Appartement entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Zusätzlich hat es eine eigene Terrasse im Innenhof. Super schöne Räumlichkeit und Atmosphäre. Gute Anbindung mit der Metro zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr nette... Vermieteren, Konversation auf Französsich und Englisch. Im Appartment stand eine Flasche Rotwein und ein Baguette als Willkommensgruß. 

  Das Beste war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin

  C, die Vermieterin des Appartements (war ja eigentlich ein kleines Häuschen), empfing uns sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Kühlschrank standen Butter und Marmelade und auf dem Tisch ein Bio-Weissbrot. Das 1. Frühstück war somit gesichert. Auch eine ...Flasche Rotwein fehlte zum Willkommen nicht. Auf Nachfrage nach Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen oder auch mal Frühstücken zu gehen, schrieb sie sofort mehrere Adressen auf und war auch sonst mit Tipps sehr hilfreich. Zum Essen gehen ist das Bio-Restaurant "La Petite fabrique" gleich schräg über die Strasse mit leckerem Essen unbedingt zu empfehlen. 2 Metrostationen sind in ca. 5-10 Min. wunderbar zu erreichen gewesen. Wir würden immer wieder gerne dorthin zurückkommen und es empfehlen.  

  C. was very welcoming, helpful and kind. The neighbourhood was quite quiet & a welcome relief from days of sight seeing. Some lovely restaurants nearby especially La Petite Fabrique & La Boheme Monde - both just a minute away. The gite is very thoughtfully laid out & C. provided bread, wine, coffee,... milk & much more. We ate breakfast out on the deck every day & woke to birdsong rather than the city noises I'd expected - a real home from home. Huge thanks to C. for a great holiday. We'll definitely return & recommend to everyone. 

  The apartment was spacious for the location in Paris, the design is thoughtful and quirky, it was really clean and had all the stuff we needed. The headroom in the bedroom is..er..limited but no big deal-you get good at reading sheet music which is papered on the ceiling. There are easy Metro ...lines into the centre. It is also on the line direct from Gare du Nord (get off at Avron). Plenty of supermarkets around if you are self catering. We would go back again. 

  Lovely apt bright and airy , the terrace is a bonus. Everything that you might need is there. Situated so close to the metro made it very easy to explore, also lost of info on places to see!!! very nice touch to find a loaf of bread and a bottle of wine on the table as well as the essentials in the... fridge!!! We will certainly recommend that lovely place...Thanks for having made our stay so enjoyable.c 

  Super Wohnung, alles da, was man braucht: die Dame, die vermietet, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch WiFi ist vorhanden, zudem war einiges an Lebensmitteln, wie z.B. Kaffee oder Tee vorhanden. Die Straße ist, als kleine Einbahn"straße" (so eng, dass da nicht mal theoretisch ein Auto ...durchkäme), sehr ruhig und angenehm gelegen. Das Viertel selbst ist nicht ganz sooo ansprechend in der Ecke, aber das schmälert den Wohnkomfort trotzdem nicht.  

  The apartment lives up to the pictures exactly. It is beautiful and welcoming after a day of sightseeing. The caretaker was wonderful and helpful and we would happily stay here again. The only reason I did not give the location top marks was because there were some streets nearby that at night did ...not feel particularly safe. I would recommend using the Avron metro station to avoid these streets- it is a very short walk away and leads to a major station connecting to other lines. The street the apartment is on was quiet and well kept, and the cafes nearby (particularly La Petit Fabrique) are delicious. We had a brilliant time! 

  The best about the apartment was the owner! She welcomed us warmly, and was very helpful in every way. She even made fruit preserves and pancakes for us! Positives: the apartment lies in a safe, residential neighborhood. It's quiet, since it's located inside a locked courtyard at the end of ...narrow, flower-lined alley. The kitchen was well-equipped, (even had some food items on free-standing pantry and spices on the fridge). The nearest subway station is only a 5-10 minute walk away and easy to use. Food store very close. Negatives: Sleeping in the loft was comfy, but the ceiling is so low that we couldn't stand up! The tiled floor, stone, and metal walls made the apartment feel a bit chilly and damp. Bed in loft + downstairs toilet = not a good choice for folks with weak bladders.

  Everything was great! We certainly go back again. Great owner/lady who thought of everything ( bread, wine....) Very quite good location near the metro Avros. Nothing negative,a little Paris house to remember!!

  Original Pariser Unterkunft, die Gastgeberin, der Kamin für kalte Novembertage, die super Anbindung an die Metro (2 und 9), kleine Grundversorgung (Baguette, Wein, Marmelade und Butter) von der Vermieterin gestellt... einfach wunderbar!

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alles war perfekt. Vielen Dank.

  Diese Ferienwohnung hat eine absolute ruhige Lage, ausser Vögel war nichts zu hören und dennoch war man in weniger als 5 Minuten an der Metrostation Avron und sehr zügig mitten in der Stadt. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und hatte allen Komfort, die Beitzerin war reizend und zuvorkommend ...und der Kühlschrank war für das erste Frühstück reichlich gefüllt.

  Für Ruhesuchende ist das kleine Haus eine ideale Unterkunft, zuvorkommend und liebevoll betreut von der VermieterinDas Badezimmer mit Toilette ist durch eine Wand vom Wohnzimmer getrennt, ist sichtgeschützt, hat aber keine Türe.

  Bijzonder leuk en fantastisch ingericht appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Een heerlijk bed. Als je veel "thuis" bent, dan is de bank leuk om te zien, maar niet zo heel lekker om op te zitten. Goed bereikbaar met de metro.

  The apartment is AMAZINGLY COZY! we were the first Chinese had been there so far:) we stayed there for 5 nights, great value great location great style! we were so into this kind of LOFT style with industrial decor, n the area is quite, safe, beautiful and easy access to nice restaurants and local ...transport! We love the lane and the little garden outside of the apartment, everything inside the apartment are so well decorated! we were really impressed by every single detail in the living space, open kitchen, bathroom and rooftop bedroom! Landlord C is a super nice french lady, all the bread, butter, jam and wine are well preparedl! We felt like home during our stay! and also there were loads travel information provided for travellers, which is very handy! we will come back for sure!

  De eigenaresse Cecile is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement ligt in een rustige buurt heeft een heerlijk binnenplaatsje, en met de metro op korte loopafstand ben je zo in het centrum. Wij hebben het er erg naar onze zin gehad.

  Good location, nearby organic restaurant, clean, comfortable, lovely welcome food, helpful host.

  Das Apartment war genauso wie beschrieben. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zur nächsten Metro ist man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten und dann braucht man ca. 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt.

  We arrived late at night and were so delighted to find fresh coffee & breakfast basics along with a delightful welcome note and flowers ( we were on honeymoon). C has put the most simple,perfect touches in the apartment. Waking to birdsong and coffee on the little balcony, the fantastic shower ( two... heads with different powers) and in the evening returning to a comfortable simplicity that is easy to relax in. My husband is 6'6" but the loft bed accommodated us very comfortably. I couldn't fault a single thing - we will have very fond memories and hope to return in the future.  

  Quirky place to stay, oozing character run by a very friendly lady.

  Great accommodation, very modern and unique. I proposed to my wife in this little place back in October. There are two train stations nearby and two ways to get to the house, one is nicer than the other and has nicer shops. Bakery and coffee are close to hand and it's quiet at night. We lit the fire... twice and it was a nice addition. The owner let us leave bags early in the day which was lovely. It's a good20/30 minutes of a journey from busy Paris locations but it suited us fine. I got to know the local butcher, he saw me a few times in the area and we alwàys spoke. Our favourite part of Paris was the St Germaine area.Andrew from Northern Ireland.. 

  En el apartamento disponiamos de café, té, infusiones, leche, sal, aceite, mantequilla y mermeladas, cosa que se agradece mucho. También estaba equipado con jabones, gel de ducha, champú, leche desmaquilladora i pastillas detergentes para el lavaplatos. Está en un barrio tranquilo, a 35 minutos... a pié del centro y si no, hay dos metros a 3-4 minutos y una estación de tren a 8 minutos. C, la propietaria es encantadora y os facilitará cualquier duda que tengais, así como excursiones alternativas al París no tan turístico. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable.Repetiremos!

  L'accueil a été excellent. La propriétaire s'est montrée très disponible pour nous aider durant notre séjour. L' appartement est impécable, bien situé, dans un quartier super calme et très bien servi. Je le recommende vivement! J'espère y retourner dans un prochain séjour à Paris.

  Loved our stay here! Lovely house 15 mins on the metro from the city centre.

  Stayed here for 4 nights over Easter weekend. We contacted the owner a few days before we arrived to say when we would get there, she informed us that she would not be there for our arrival but gave us a code to get in. When we arrived she had left us some lovely wine as well as some coffee, butter,... homemade jam, bread and milk. This was a lovely gesture and really appreciated. Location of apartment is excellent, you are a very short walk from the metro station Avron but even better if you walk approx 10 minutes to the station Nation you will find a larger range of metro lines and rer trains - excellent location. The area where the apartment is is very quaint, good patisserie and bakery. We also ate in the brasserie d'avron - food was excellent. Fab stay! 100% reccomend.

  El apartamento es precioso como se aprecia en las fotos, muy cómodo, funcional y decorado con muy buen gusto. La propietaria C es muy amable y fue todo un detalle que nos diera la bienvenida con una botella de vino, pan y mantequilla. Es una zona tranquila y agradable para descansar después de ...los duros días de turismo. Os lo recomiendo, yo si vuelvo a París repetiré. 

  Wir haben uns sehr über die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung gefreut. Die Wohnung ist gut zu erreichen und entspricht der Beschreibung.

  PHANTASTIQUE!Ich habe im Vorfeld lange, lange gezögert, ob diese Unterkunft (ob der Lage, der fehlenden Badezimmer-Tür usw.) für uns geeignet ist...Im Nachhinein kann ich nur sagen: es war perfekt und genau richtig! Das Viertel ist herrlich bunt, gemischt und vor allem noch sehr ursprünglich, ...die Nähe zum Friedhof Père Lachaise toll (5-10 Gehminuten) und vor allem auch die "Nähe" in die Innenstadt wirklich praktisch. Im Grunde ist man bereits hier in diesem Viertel in der "Innenstadt", kann wunderbar laufen und sich treiben lassen...durchquert verschiedene Arrds. ...und ist plötzlich/irgendwann "da" (Notre Dame/Seine z.B., nach ca. 30 Gehminuten). Die Unterkunft mit der ruhigen Terrasse ist ein Traum, C. eine bezaubernde Gastgeberin!Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

  Beautiful apartment, looks exactly how it does in the photographs. I had an amazing time staying here!

  Excellent location with metro (L2) barely 5 minutes walk away. If you are arriving by Eurostar or at Gard de Nord, you can walk straight through to La Chappelle and pick up Line 2. Nice and peaceful with the added advantage of the little terrace outside. C was very helpful and left some bread, ...wine, jams and butter for us. Very well catered for with tea, coffee, cooking utensils and pans. Having the Velux windows open at the top of the stairs meant the bedroom was nice and cool. We would certainly stay here again!

  We loved the fact that the apartment was within the french community. There were bakeries, markets, laundry mat and it was close to metro and bus stops. The apartment was lovely with a private courtyard area. At night it was very quiet even though it was in the city. The owner was very helpful through out our stay.

  Loved the little house and had great time! C was a wonderful host; leaving us wine and fresh bread. It's also located very close to the metro for quick access to the city centre. Highly recommend this property!

  het is een mooi en schoon appartement. Voor lange mensen is de slaapkamer niet handig. Je kunt er niet rechtop staan. Het is een heel rustig plekje, erg leuk aan het einde van een steegje in het groen. Eigenaar is erg aardig. Alles is aanwezig in de keuken en badkamer.

  Netter Kontakt und Empfang. Wohnung wie beschrieben und wie auf den Bildern. Leider im Sofabereich recht frisch. Holz zum einheizen kann bei der Vermieterin bestellt werden. Sofa für große Personen recht unbequem. Vielleicht ein TV Gerät im unteren Bereich?Zwei U-Bahn Stationen max 5 min von der ...Wohnung entfernt. Diverse Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe. 

  We had the most amazing stay in this apartment. The location is brilliant, the owner was extremely helpful and kind. She made our stay much more pleasant. The apartment itself is wonderful, exactly like the pictures, if not better! We will definately be returning to stay here on our next trip to Paris.

  Having the basics to be able to cook-in was great. With so many other apartments with only a sofa bed, this stood out with a real bed. We were very comfortable.

Es handelt sich wirklich um ein wunderschönes kleines Gartenhäuschen im Hof mit vielen Pflanzen.Gute Ausstattung mit Paris-Führern und Karten.Von uns zehn Sterne! **********
