Apartamentos vacacionales París: Piso cerca del Champ de Mars

  El apartamento aunque es pequeño, esta todo reformado y bien equipado. Es muy practico. La situacion es perfecta con un supermercado, panaderias y restaurantes enfrente. Esta solo a 3 min a pie de la boca estacion metro Charles. Hay un centro comercial con todas las franquicias( es nuevo!). Las ...fotos del apartamento son exactas a lo que encontramos. El apartamento esta en un 10 piso pero hay ascensor y las vistas son geniales, esta a solo 5 min. De la Torre Effiel. Muy buen ambiente. Nosotros fuimos en agosto y en coche, pudimos aparcar gratis en todo Paris.Los propietarios son muy coordiales y responsables. Quizas solo destacaria que la entrada y salida del parquing es muy pequeña y que el ruido de los camiones y coches de la calle se oye bastante. Totalmente recomendable! 

  Een heel fijn knus appartement met prachtig uitzicht over Parijs en op 20 minuten lopen van de Eiffeltoren! We hebben genoten als gezin.

  Easy from CDG airport the last stop of the Roissy bus walk 5 ft and catch bus 42 get off Charles Michels 2 minute walk and your there right next to Dia grocery store. Clean apartment comfortable. All pictures displayed are exactly how it looks. Will stay there again next time in Paris. Owner went ...out of her way to assist us, we didnt have towels. We were allowed an early checking and also allowed a 2 hour late check out. No complaints from 3 adults. Bed and couch bed very comfortable. Internet worked fine as well as TV and Kitchen. No freezer but dont need since store is downstairs and open till 21. The checklist of what is provided is accurate, reviewed that when we saw no towels, but it wasn't listed 

  El estudio es perfecto para dos personas, o un matrimonio con dos niños pequeños. Es pequeñito, unos 30m2, pero con todo lo indispensable, a unos 15 minutos andando de la Torre Eiffel, y a unos 50m del metro, además se ve un piquito de la torre. Importante destacar que tiene parking en el ...edificio, aunque es pequeño, para un coche como máximo mediano. La propietaria siempre dispuesta y diligente. Solo una pega, para dormir hay ruido, porque aunque es un 10 piso, el ventanal es antiguo y deja pasar el sonido de la calle que es bastante transitada, y por la mañanas entre bastante luz al amanecer. Por lo demás, estancia perfecta. 

  Comfortable modern apartment with lovely views across Paris, sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the Eiffel Tower twinkle in the evening, can't get much better. Location excellent for shops & restaurants.

  Kleines, modern eingerichtetes Apartment im 10. Stock mit tollem Ausblick. Perfekte Lage für fünf Tage Sightseeing. Sehr, sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Vermieterin. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

  Great view from the window. Warm and cozy flat. Metro, bike station, shops and restorants are very close. Liked everything!

  Sehr schönes und geschmackvolles Apartment mit herrlichem Blick über Paris und es ist herrlich am Abend den Eiffelturm Funkeln zu sehen. Die Lage ist perfekt mit einem Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Einrichtungen waren toll--sehr bequemes Bett und es gab einen Fön! Madame Iist eine sehr freundliche Person

  Very good location, nice studio & very practical equipped.

  Lovely, neat apartment in a great location. Walking distance to two metro lines and shops & cafes on the doorstep. Very secure and the owner was very hospitable and flexible with arrival and departure times. The apartment comes fully equipped to make your stay easy - towels & all kitchen supplies. ...Even a cup of tea which was a nice treat! The only issue is that it can be a bit noisy when you open the balcony doors - but on 10th floor the noise quietens later in the night. Would recommend it!

  Buongiorno siamo una famiglia di 4 persone e abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni a Parigi. L'appartamento era pulito non molto grande, ma sufficiente per tutta la famiglia. La vetrata con vista Tour Eiffel è favolosa. La zona è ottima vicino alla metropolitana, a bus, non è turistica, è tranquilla... e piena di ristoranti e negozi, inoltre i proprietari sono stati disponibili e cordiali. In conclusione ci siamo trovati molto bene ed è un ottimo posto di appoggio per visitare la splendida Parigi.  

  Een eigen parkeerplaats in Parijs is uniek. Internet was prima.Rue de Commerce is een leuke straat in de buurt van het appartement.Het balkon geeft een mooi uitzicht op de Eifeltoren. Het enige nadeel is dat er geen aparte slaapkamers zijn in het appartement.

  Excellent view to Eiffel. Good location - close to Metro station and supermarket. Clean and quiet apartment.

  The owner was very helpful, showing us around the apartment and giving us valuable information about the neighborhood and other useful tips for our stay. In the apartment there were clean towels and a hairdresser, contrary to the details on this site. Metro station (line 10) is very close, a Dia ...supermarket is just outside the building and another larger supermarket is within walking distance. The only disadvantage was the traffic noise during the day, but thankfully it is quite peaceful during the night when it matters the most! 

  Appartamento perfetto per noi con due bambini. Tutto curato e confortevole. Non manca nulla. Luminosissimo. Vista mozzafiato: La tour eiffel a sinistra, les invalid di fronte e la tour di montparnasse a destra. Al piano terra c'è un supermercato. A due passi la metropolitana, la farmacia, un'ottima... brasserie, un centro commerciale, un panificio.... Ecc ecc. Si arriva alla torre Eiffel in 15 min a piedi. La proprietaria e' gentilissima e disponibilissima. Lo consigliamo sicuramente! 

  Die Lage ist einfach spitze und der Ausblick auf den Eiffelturm. 5. Minuten zur Metro Station und jeden Abend vom Bett aus die Lichter des Eiffelturms zu sehen, war einfach toll.Frau D ist eine sehr liebenswerte und zuvorkommende Dame. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war völlig problemlos.Wir würden ...auch zukünftig diese Wohnung für unsere Aufenthalte in Paris buchen.Vielen Dank noch einmal für Alles 

  Blick zum Eifelturm

  Tutto perfetto....ordinato, pulizia ottima...ubicazione comoda e vantaggiosa per spostarsi e visitare parigi....quartiere tranquillo e ben organizzato.....

  Pregi: una vista fantastica sulla Tour Eiffel e gli Invalides, 3 linee di bus e una di metro a pochi passi, il garage (molto stretto) compreso nel prezzo, un discount con freschi di buona qualità letteralmente sotto casa. Poi una valida gestione degli spazi, strutture in piena efficienza, arredi ...Ikea piacevoli e funzionali. Difettucci: manca un armadio vero e proprio, c'è rumore di notte (non esistono doppi vetri) e viene messa una sorta di tela cerata a mo' di lenzuolo sopra il materasso che rende il letto una sauna. A voler essere perfezionisti, sarebbe anche utile una pattumiera in bagno. Nel complesso, un'ottima sistemazione in un quartiere per nulla turistico, molto servito e tranquillo come frequentazioni. E per chi viaggia in macchina, l'autostrada A6 è ad appena quattro chilometri.

  The apartment was well located near the metro. The owner was very helpful and on time. The apartment was clean, warm and bright. There is a great balcony to see the Eiffel Tower and life on the streets below. It is not large but very comfortable. We would recommend it to a couple, though we managed easily with 4 people. Great value and good location.

  The apartment was well located near the metro, supermarket, restaurants, coffee-bar and shopping centre Beaugrenelle. The apartment is situated on 10th floor. There is elevator. The owner was very kind, helpful and on time. Communication in English language was advantage. The apartment was clean and... warm with a nice view of the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalicdes from the bed. Is possible to see Montparnasse tower from the balcony as well. It is not large but very comfortable for two person. Kitchen was good furnished. Disadvantage of this apartment is street noise. 

  Apartment is so close to Charles Michele station you can literally go anywhere in Paris in a matter of minutes! Owner of the apartment is lovely and helped me out when I was stuck finding shops etc! Just whatsapped her and she replied super quick! You are only a twenty minute walk away from the ...Eiffel Tower so is nice to walk down the seine at night and walk up to it! There's a huge shopping centre right next to the apartment also! It's very clean and modern inside the apartment also! Can't fault it one bit! What an amazing trip!!  

  The location is amazing. Highly recommend this place.

  Appartement très bien

  Lage der Wohnung ist direkt bei Metrostation, einen Supermarkt gibt es im Erdgeschoss. Wohnung war gross genug für 2 Personen, Doppelbett und Klappbett sind sehr komfortabel. Küche mit Kaffeemaschine etc. ist in Ordnung, Geschirr- und Handtücher sind vorhanden.Bad funktioniert, gibt ...Spiegelschrank und hat genügend Badetücher. Mängel: Balkontüre mit Glasfront ist alt. Stauraum für Kleider fehlt (Kleiderbügel im Putzschrank).Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.Danke und Gruss Augusta und Franz 

  Es hat alles einwandfrei geklappt. Die Wohnung eignet sich super für einen Kurztrip nach Paris. Einziges Manko: es gab keinen Schrank, in dem man Kleidung hätte verstauen können.

  het appartement heeft een supergoede ligging, ontzettend lieve eigenaresse, ideaal voor gezin, perfecte verbinding met de metro, loopafstand naar de Eiffel, mooi uitzicht, parkeren met kleine auto gaat prima, we misten alleen een broodmes voor het stokbrood...

  Positives: Good location (supermarket in same building, close to public transportation). Apartment and furniture as advertised. Nice views of Eiffel Tower. Kitchen with coffee maker, tea kettle, basic cups, silver ware and pots. Bath towels provided. Negatives: Apartment could have been cleaner.... Also, owners should install a handle in the bath tub to facilitate getting in and out. In addition, the movable glass shower door could be an accident waiting to happen, either guests could fall, or the shower door can hit the sink and shatter. Owner did not respond to multiple emails, even though I was asked to email and confirm booking prior to arrival. 

  Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen. Kontaktperson etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Parkplatz ist nur für kleine Fahrzeuge geeignet. Sonst aber empfehlenswert.

  Freundlicher Kontakt per Mail und auch der Empfang war super. Die Aussicht ist ne Wucht. Wohnung ist klein aber sie bietet alles was man in den paar Tagen braucht. Der Parkplatz ist ein Abenteuer. Aber wir haben es auch mit einem Touran geschafft. Kleine Autos sind auf jeden Fall von Vorteil. ...Supermarkt im EG ist auch ein dickes Plus. Bäckerei nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Metro in 2 Minuten erreicht.  

  appartement bien situé,à 100m du métro et de tous les commerces.parfait pour nous, anciens habitants du quartier.

  Ubicación perfecta, a pocos pasos de la parada del metro, tiendas y cafeterías. Supermercado justo al lado. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días; cama doble cómoda, cocina con cafetera, tostadora, nevera, vitrocerámica y utensilios. Nosotros desayunamos, comimos y ...cenamos en el apartamento y nos ahorramos una pasta. Baño algo sencillo pero cómodo (echamos de menos alguna toalla de más, ya que estuvimos 4 días). Lo mejor del alojamiento las vistas a la torre Eiffel! Impresionante. Anfitriones muy amables tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Sin duda repetiremos!
