Location saisonnière Paris: Appartement au Marais-Beaubourg

  Wir konnten das Bügelesien nicht benützen da der Stecker nicht passte. Gute Lage aber dafür auch laut.

  El apartamento se encuentra en una excelente zona, el metro está a 15 metros del portal, Es una zona donde tienes de todo. Tranquila. Volveria a repetir la proxima vez que visite Paris.

  Destaca por su ubicación, a dos minutos del Pompidou a cinco de la Isla...genial. Sólo un poco de ruido en horario de noche. Pero buena valoración

  Very good accommodation and in an excellent location. The double sofa bed in the living room however was a very small double and should really be listed as a single. Would stay again!

  Really enjoyed the apartment. Photos were an accurate reflection of apartment. Pillows rather uncomfortable. Would be good to replace these. Otherwise would recommend.

  Die sehr hübsche Wohnung, die genau der Beschreibung entspricht, ist besonders zentral gelegen. Das Centre Pompidou und die Metro-Station "Rambuteau" befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gegeben. Als einzigen Minuspunkt sehen wir die noch zum Teil vorhandene ...Einfach-Verglasung der Fenster, die keinen starken Schutz vor Lärm bietet. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.  

  The apartment itself is fantastic, as is the central location, minutes walk to everything. L. was extremely helpful and went out of his way to respond to all my queries, to meet us at the station, agreet o late checkout and even help us with the luggage. The only negative aspect was the fact that ...it is quite noisy, being located off the main street Beaubourg accordingly we found it difficult to sleep during our stay there. But being so centrally located was a massive bonus and if you have no problems woth traffic noise you will love this place! 

  Very comfortable and well equipped apartment in an extremely convenient location, and very efficient service from the contact person. Would defiitely stay here again. Some street noise on the Friday and Saturday nights, but reasonably quiet in the week.

  Muy céntrico, limpio, cómodo, quizás falte algo más de calefacción, pero en general muy bien.

  Great location. Close to shops, Metro, tourist locations. Can be a little noisy at night, but that's to be expected with the great location. The only real complaint was that the bathroom was quite cold in January.

  Fun and useful location. Good value. Clean. We were very happy. 2 small suggestions: (a) would be good to have 2 pillows each; (b) we don't think there was a corkscrew!

  Alles entsprach den Beschreibungen. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. in direkter Lage zu Centre Pompidou und dem charmanten Marais-Sträßchen (für sehr geräuschempfindliche Reisende: besser Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, die Hauptstraße ist gut hörbar, aber dafür ist man wirklich sehr zentral). ...Einzige Einschränkung ist das Zusatzbett in der Couch - für eine Person sehr geeignet, für zwei eindeutig zu schmal; die Wohnung ist für drei Personen optimal geeignet. all paris apartments Alles bestens! 

  Siamo tornati da due giorni, il nostro commento non è troppo positivo. La zona è veramente rumorosa, strada a quattro corsie sotto casa e un bel ristorante cinese con insegna accesa tutta notte sotto la finestra e schiamazzi di persone. Ovviamente sirene di ambulanze ad ogni orario. Appartamento ...datato, senza bidè, sicuramente anche le pulizie non sono il fiore all'occhiello, anche la biancheria del letto risultava essere sempre quella da un pò di tempo, noi ci siamo comprati lenzuola per noi e la bimba piccola appena arrivati. Sicuramente c'è di peggio ma non ci tornerei. Persona di contatto normalissima, non cambiate orario di partenza dall'alloggio all'ultimo, neanche di un'ora se avete paura di perdere l'aereo, perchè trattengono i soldi come previsto con anche un pò di muso.

  Very good accommodation in an excellent location. L. (contact person) met as at the agreed time and was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay in this apartment again. Very spacious for 2 people.

  Der Charme ist gegenüber dem Internetauftritt schon etwas verblichen, aber insgesamt o.k.

  El apartamento es precioso, muy bien situado, cerca de ile d´cite, en pleno barrio de Le Marais. Bastante ruidoso.

  I was happy with the accommodation, and the contact person was fine. I was not very happy about the payment for the apartment, as the pre payment was paid by c/c then the rest had to be paid in cash, it was too much cash to be carrying around along with the deposit. I would have felt more comfortable if it was done by credit card.

  Accommodation was exactly as described and we were very comfortable.

  l'appartamento si è rivelato in linea con le nostre aspettative; la posizione era ottima e la disponibilità della persona di contatto pure. quando torneremo a Parigi faremo in modo di alloggiare nuovamente qui.

  Il faudrait juste faire un effort sur le ménage quand on prend possession des lieux. Le matelat de la chambre est moyen.

  Die Wohung liegt im belebten Viertel Marais - unmittelbar am Centre Pompidou. Die Metro-Station liegt ca. 100m entfernt und man bekommt in unmittelbarerer Nähe alles was man braucht (Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Supermarkt, Brasserien und Restaurants). In wenigen Gehminuten ist man auf der Ile de la Cite ...bzw. an Notre Dame. Die Strasse an der die Wohnung liegt (Rue Beaubourg) ist sehr belebt. Dies war auch nachts deutlich spürbar ...

  Muy cómodo

  Lamentamos no haber tenido conexión a Internet en un tiempo en que aparece como condición importantísima para negocios y estudios. De todos modos es sencillo de resolver. El bajo-mesada del baño tiene mucha humedad lo que genera olores indeseados y la necesidad de tenerlo continuamente ...ventilado. Por lo demás, todo muy bien. El conacto cumplió acabadamente con sus funciones y fue muy atento ante nuestros requerimientos. Repetiríamos la experiencia en tanto haya conexión de internet y lo recomendaríamos a nuestros amigos.

  Se prestó a confusión que anuncien Hi Fi, con Wi Fi, pensábamos que si había Internet, pero no tenía. El gabinete debajo del lavamanos presentó bote de agua, pequeño pero produce mal olor y humedad.

Confirmamos que en el listado de equipamiento de la página web se indica que el apartamento dispone de HI-FI pero no cuenta con conexión a Internet. Informarle que desde el 5/02/2013, el piso cuenta con conexión a Internet. Dicha información se ha añadido al listado de equipamientos del piso en la descripción de la página web.

  es muy bueno. segundo piso sin ascensor que no molestò. es amplio y lo encontramos muy limpio. la persona de contacto, Lt, resultò sumamente correcta y la encargada del edificio, A, muy colaboradora. Lo único negativo es que no tenía microondas.

  The apartment was comfortable overall, but could be quite noisy at weekend nights from the Chinese Restaurant close by.

  This apartment was ideally located for us because it was right by a metro stop, we were able to walk to a number of must see sights and it was also an easy walk to the hop on hop off bus route So we had easy access to the whole city. The apartment itself was large by Paris standards. It was tidy... and well equipped. It had everything we needed. (better pillows would be our only suggestion) The letting agent L was excellent. Extremely helpful from the moment we booked till we checked out. Good communication, reliable, accommodating. Could not ask for more.....! Even helped with the bags on arrival and departure. 

  Perfect location with excellent transport links, supermarkets and walking distance to many of the most important attractions. Clean and comfortable apartment. Friendly and easy welcome and departure.

  Ottima posizione, appartamento molto carino, ben tenuto e pulito.Unico difetto è la vicinanza a una strada molto trafficata, e quindi di notte è rumoroso....ma dopo una giornata in giro per Parigi, si dorme comunque :)

  Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und gemütlich. Im Wohn- /Esszimmer sind noch die schönen alten Fenster drin, das ist sehr hübsch, aber hat den Nachteil, dass man den Lärm von dem Restaurant in der Nähe ( die Raucher vor der Tür) sehr mitbekommt. Im Schlafzimmer haben wir aber nichts davon gehört. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren.

  Very good central location. Apartment is as you see in the photographs. Laurent who met us on behalf of the owner was great. He was on time and shared with us all we needed. He was contactable during our stay. On our last day we said goodbye and then he passed us at cab rank where there were cabs ...but no drivers. He stopped and called us a cab. How good was that.? 

  email/sms communication with the apartment owner was prompt and clear (despite my fears with the language barrier). We were met on arrival by L (mr) and given clear instructions on how to use all the facilities, and very helpful local information which made our stay even more enjoyable. Bed was ...comfortable, apartment was roomy and the location was walking distance to most sights. 

  Great apartment. We liked everything: location, quality and etc. Only 1 min walk to metro station, Noter Damm is just 10 min walk and Louver 15 min walk. Around apartment a lot food stores and sone of them open till 23.00 even on sundays. We read another review about noise but for us is fine.

  Non abbiamo conosciuto il proprietario, ma il sig. Laurent (gentilissimo e affabile) che immaginiamo sia un agente immobiliare.L'ubicazione dell'appartamento è perfetta, metro vicinissima e le foto nel sito rispondenti perfettamente all'appartamento.Come abbiamo avuto modo di segnalare ...telefonicamente, l'unica cosa non perfettamente corretta è che dal sito internet si capisce che nei locali c'è l'impianto di riscaldamento. In realtà l'impianto non c'è, ci sono state fornite 3 stufe elettriche. In ogni caso non abbiamo patito freddo.

  Wir haben neben der perfekten Lage des Appartements auch die Tapas-Bar direkt im Haus sehr genossen an den lauen Maiabenden. Wunderschön, zentral gelegen. Empfehlenswert.

  We were met by the Manager L who showed us around the apartment, explained .......and told us where supermarkets etc were. The initial reaction to the apartment was disappointment as the rooms were very small with the exception of the bedroom. A room was locked up and unavailable. We enjoyed walking... the area around the apartment however it is situated on a busy noisy road and above a bar/cafe from where noise generates in the evenings. Opening windows made noise unbearable. Apartment has no style and is just functionable at best. The pillows are deplorable and towels, chipped crockery, uncomcomforable couch etc need replacing. Security is good. We have booked other apartments through All Paris Apartments and have been happy with the result, until now. Definately not value for the $$
