  We had a wonderfull stay in Paris in this appartment. Our 3 kids liked it also very much. The quality of the sleepingcouches was very good. The distance to the centre of Paris was very short. A backery and a super market are located near the appartment. We parked our car in the nearest Vinci parking "Le Bac". We had a great time!

  Great Apartment - clean, good facilities, and very attractive. Amazing Location - You can walk pretty much anywhere, surrounded by great little bars and great Price. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time in Paris. Contact was lovely and very helpful. Thanks.

  lovely place, full of character, clean and located on a quiet street with antique shops and art galleries, 2 streets behind M. D'Orsay. flat well equipped with all facilities and convenience. Stephane, our host, was very friendly, punctual and professional. The only downer is the inflexibility ...of the EUR50 extra charge for checking in/out outside the published hours.

  El apartamento está muy bien y con un equipamiento correcto. La ubicación es un lujo y tiene en sus alrededores lo necesario, supermercado y panadería. Por comentar cosas a mejorar, la finca es antigua y necesita alguna reforma, como en las escaleras y la falta de ascensor. Aún así el ...apartamento es muy recomendable y volveríamos a ir al mismo otra vez. 

  we were unable to use the wireless internet. location was excellent. walking distance to all major attractions. the bakery, market and cafe/bars close by were a big plus.

  Accommodation was excellent, fold out beds very comfortable and well equipped for 5. Minor problems with the finish of the flat ie the curtain were about to fall off! Stairs are typical for that age a building and were a bit of a struggle with 60 kgs of luggage! Location just behind the Musee ...D"Orsay was superb. Great Boulangerie on the street. Would definitely stay again.

  Everything was excellent. We certainly return. It would be perfect if you could arrange something for people who arrive in Paris by train. It is quite complicated to walk around with your suitcase on the day of arrival and the day of departure because of the check-in and check-out times. A place for the luggage would be very pleasant.

  Excellent location. Just a few minutes walk from 2 of Paris's must-visit: the Lourve and Musee de Orsay. And a perfect springboard to all the other sights and sounds of Paris. The apartment is well equipped/furnished with good quality equipments and thoughtfully designed. Most practical and functional. Just mind the steps.

  Es un apartamento bellisimo, el unico detalle es que esta en el tercer piso, pero su ubicacion, trato de la persona de contacto, limpieza y belleza del apartamento lo superan todo. LO RECOMIENDO !!!

  I stayed in the apartment with my 2 sisters and 2 neices . The accomodation was excellent - clean ,very warm and the 2 sofa beds were extremely comfortable. There is a supermarket on hte opposite side of the road a few doors down and a bakery/cafe a few doors beyond this whch has the best ...croissants we have ever tasted. We were 20mins from Notre Dame, 10 mins from the Louvre and 30mins to Champs Elyssee. Mr Stephane, who met us and showed us around the apartment was extremely helpful . I had been a little bit wary about handing over a large sum of cash for security/breakages but there was absolutely no problem it was returned without any problems on our last day. We would definitely book this apartment again.

  The apartment was just as lovely as the photos. It is in a beautiful old building, and was very quiet apart from occasional footsteps as you would expect in an old building. The sofabeds were very high standard comfortable beds. The street is very quiet, with some lovely little shops - a chocolatier... and fromagier, and a fantastic bakery on the corner, as well as a lovely Indian restaurant. It is very close to all ameneties, and we loved that we were just a short stroll to the Seine and the Louvre. We would definately recommend this apartment to anyone. The contact person S. was lovely and very accomodating and helpful. 

  Very comfortable and well situated accommodation. I would recommend the apartment to friends. My only concern was the 500 euro damage deposit that had to be paid in cash - we were not comfortable carrying so much cash. Otherwise a very positive experience.

  Our family of four stayed in this beautiful apartment for 6 days this summer and we absolutely loved it. From the transaction of the rental, to location and to the apartment itself, everything was great. The beds are really comfy, and the apartment is well furnished. The location is great - 5 ...min. from Orsay/Louvres and 5 min. from the metro station. Not to miss: Eric Kayser's bakery at the corner of the street - the best we've had in Paris!!! Thanks

  T. était très professionnel ,efficace, disponible. Excellent tact et très belle présence . Bref l accueil impeccable et SURTOUT ponctuel. Excellent à tout point de vue. T. et N. étaient excessivement compétents. L apppartement était parfait. Seul précision ce qui n'est pas un grand ...problème ; il n y avait pas de ventilateur. Bref excellent séjour et excellents souvenirs !! Merci et j espère à bientôt. Merci. 

  Ein sehr schönes Apartment in einem schönen Gebäude. Alles war genau wie beschrieben. Bettwäsche und Küchen- und Badetücher sauber und in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Wie man es sich wünscht.

  El acceso a internet no estaba disponible según un aviso de la web por "falta de pago". Se corto el gas y no tuvimos agua caliente ni cocina durante dos días enteros. Fueron avisados por telefono las personas de contacto en París del suceso. No solucionaron el problema ni se comunicaron con nosotros para disculparse.

  Le logement est très bien situé et l'appartement sympa. L'immeuble n'est pas très bien insonorisé, mais la chambre à coucher est au calme. C'est une excellente adresse pour visiter Paris, car on est près de tous les sites importants et du RER. En plus, il y a une très bonne boulangerie et un très bon restaurant dans la rue.

  We loved the apartment. We all slept well on very comfortable beds. The location was ideal; peaceful but close to shops and transport links. The Wi.fi was excellent. We would definitely recommend it. Nicky, who met us at the flat, was polite, friendly and helpful.

  A very comfortable and nice apartment.

  Apartment is very well situated in Paris. The building being rather old, the apartment was a bit noisy (footsteps from above and television from neighbours). It wasn't too clean either (a lot of dust). Nevertheless, the apartment is very comfortable and easily suits five. It's nicely furnished, the ...beds sleep well and the kitchen provides everything for a short stay.

Ser%u012Ba interesante que también contaran con apartamentos que tengan, además de la habitación matrimonial, dormitorios con más de una cama individual para las ocasiones en que se viaja con hijos grandes.

  Correspond exactement à la présentation sur le site. Contents d'avoir pu faire le check-in avant 16h sans supplément (mais ne devrait-ce pas être la règle, au moins pour le dépôt des bagages?)

  The location was withing walking distance to everything and could not be faulted. There was plenty of room but I found the following: There was an advertised microwave on the website but no microwave existed. When I asked the apartment managers about this, they said it never has had one - so I... think the advertising has to be a bit more accurate. A bit more maintenance would have gone a long way: eg: the metal floor joining strip between bathroom and living area had been twisted and hanging on by a small tack which prevented the door from closing and could have caused someone to trip over it. A few seconds of nailing with proper tacks and hammer would have solved the problem. The shower drain was not good and became worse and worse over the next few days as it took about 5 mins to drain - another easy fix with a plunger or cleanout? 2 of the lights had no lightbulbs in so the lounge was quite dark in one corner. Another light kept buzzing when on so we left it off. We let them know about the lights but nothing done - we were just advised it was 2 way switching but if there were bulbs to begin with, we could have worked that one out. There was about a tsp of detergent left for us so we went and bought new soap to wash the dishes and our hands. There were no dishwasher tablets so we asked for some to be delivered which it was. One roll of toilet paper was OK but it would have been nice if more had been supplied and that we had sufficient cleaning supplies in the first instance as there were 3 of us girls and we like everything to be CLEAN. The oven looked dirty but the apartment managers said it was burn marks, but we did not use it anyway although I cleaned the cooktop as there was grease round the knobs. The main gas hob did not have a black ceramic top on it and caused the flames to go everywhere - lucky not to have been burnt. The apartment managers said one was being ordered. They told us just to use the other hobs which of course we did as it was pretty dangerous otherwise.The dining table had multiple fingerprints under the glass top and the table runner had food stains embedded and needed a good wash and the chairs had crumbs in the gaps where the upholstery met the metal - so a good springclean would have worked wonders. The mini dishwasher still had dishes in it and we wondered if they had been washed properly so we rewashed everything just to be sure. The wok was greasy, so I rewashed it properly before cooking with it. But apart from the above which should have been easily rectified; it was just nice to be close by everything and the apartment was comfortable and warm. It was nice to be met by one of the apartment managers even though our flight was late and for our bags to be taken up all those stairs. The free WI FI was excellent and apart from the cleaning and maintenance issues which would have only taken a couple of hours to complete, it was a good place to stay.

  Très joli appartement,bien équipé, très bien placé dans un quartier sympa. Le site internet, les contacts, tout à bien fonctionner. Malheureusement pour nos enfants la télévision ne marchait pas. La salle de bain est un peu petite pour 5 personnes. Peut-être pour améliorer le service, il... serait bien de déjà mettre les housses de couettes et d'oreillers pour les canapés lits du salon.

  C, our contact person when we arrived, was very nice and helpful. The apartment is extremely well located. On the other hand, it could have been kept cleaner. Furthermore, the place requires some renovating. For example, it is virtually impossible to close the windows. On the whole though, the ...positives outweigh the negatives. We had a fantastic stay in Paris. Thank you.

The owner also informs us that, being an old building, the climate, especially sudden changes in temperature, sometimes makes it a bit difficult to open and close the windows, but they have been revised and are in good condition.

  This was a great apartment for our family of 5. It has good security and is located very well. The photos on the internet is representative of the apartment - which often is not the case. We used the hop-on-hop-off boat so the stop was so close. We also liked walking along the Seine to the Eiffel ...Tower and loved being close to the Louvre. We also rellly appreciated having Internet - it helped us a lot! Perfect location. Close to everything we needed and wanted to see. Safe surroundings - even walking around late at night. T. was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and gave us good advice! He also waited for a long time for us to get from the train station to the artment and it helped a lot that he speaks good English.  

  It was really good! i most definitely recommend it!

  Die Ausstattung könnte reichhaltiger sein, ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

  Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento in ottime condizioni sia come pulizia che come arredo; molto accogliente e ben arredato, come da foto; comodo anche per il disimpegno dei servizi rispetto alla camera da letto. Situazione ottima per 2 persone ma lo abbiamo collaudato anche in 4 senza paricolari ...problemi. Pulizia delle stoviglie e pentole più che accettabile. Naturalmente qualche piccolo segno di usura dell'appartamento c'è ma non influisce sulla godibilita del soggiorno. Ottima ubicazione sia rispetto a siti di interesse culturale che per negozi, supermercato, metro etc; ci siamo sentiti veramente nel cuore della città, in una via silenziosa e signorile. Da rinnovare forse i bagni (comunque puliti). Da ripetere

  Im ganzen Haus werden über längere Zeit Wasserleitungen neu verlegt und Renovationen ausgeführt. Am ersten Morgen standen die Handwerker vor der Türe und wollten in die Wohnung. Am Abend stellten wir fest, dass jemand sie einfach in die Wohnung liess. Das Wasser musste oft abgestellt werden. Wir... wollten eine Wohnung mieten und nicht Hauswart spielen. Nach den Besuchen der Handwerker mussten wir die Wohnung jeweils selbst reinigen. Die Wohnung war bei Antritt schlecht gereinigt.

  La localización es excelente, la calle muy tranquila, la distribución del apart. muy buena incluso para 5 personas. Supermercado y otros servicios muy cerca. Justo detrás del M. d'Orsay. París siempre fantástico.

  Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral und somit in unmittelbarerer Nähe zu Louvre etc. gelegen. Ebenfalls befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Bäckerei, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Restaurants. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist hübsch gemacht, ...allerdings war die Wohnung sehr schlecht gereinigt. (Schmutzige Böden, Kalk an den Hähnen, Schimmel in der Dusche, Glühbirnen welche nicht ersetzt wurden bis zu persönlichen Medikamentenresten der Vorgänger). Es braucht da und dort Renovationsarbeiten und vor allem eine gründliche Reinigung (p.s. wir sind keine Hygienefanatiker, leben mit Katz und Hund in unserem Haus und sind uns gewohnt, dass nicht immer alles perfekt sauber ist) 

  Amazingly located, well equipped, bright and quiet apartment. It has its quirks, but they are more than compensated by the charming location. Paris is on your doorstep!

  Quite apartment in lovely area with restuarants, museums and shops very close. Nice decorated and good internet access. Friendly contact person.House / apartment needs renovation: windows did not close well and drain in the shower was blocked. The first day we needed to buy light bulbs since there ...was no light in the toalet. Television did not work. Cleaning could have been better (especially in the bathroom) 

  The best part of this apartment is the location. In all I am glad I chose it, again for the location and the price. However, the maintenance and cleanliness of the property and the apartment itself needs improvement. The shower looked like the cleaning crew was either short or never looked up ...because the top row of tile was dirty and the shower head hose had a hole. The TV and drier didn't work, the dining room table had a broken leg and non of the doors or windows closed properly. These aren't a big deal separately and if you consider the building is very old but all together they are a bit much. This apartment is on the third floor and there is NO lift so consider that when booking it and try dragging your luggage up three flights of old uneven steps.  

  The apartment was quite large and the location was good. The apartment is a bit shabby and needs a good clean. There is a very mouldy rack in the bathroom. The TV does not work and it would seem that it has not worked for some time. Unfortunately the manager told us it would take 3 hours to get from... the airport to the apartment. It only took 30 minutes. After we waited on the pavement for 90 minutes with 5 cases, they reluctantly came and let us in early. Overall it was a pretty average experience compared with the other apartments we stayed in across Europe. I think with a good clean, updated decor and better management it could be a fabulous place to stay. A few small changes would make a big difference  

  Located two minutes from d'orsay, three minutes to d'orsay's metro, one minute to cafes, a bakery and grocery. Quiet street all day. The stairs are a bit tricky with luggage or kids or groceries, but the flat is well-appointed and comfortable. Though a non-smoking building, neighbors were smoking... in the central hall window, and that smell did drift in one or two evenings. Overall, a great unit, on s trip we will always remember.  

  The location, the tv, the bed was comfortable, it was spacious. J. our welcomer was very helpful and acted to fix the tv which was not working when we arrived. Everything was well organised.

  Great location and arragements to get access, etc all worked well. Had an issue with no hair dryer (only an emply box) and no spinning function on cloths dryer but there was a laundrette right across the road. we had some minor issues (Hair dyer and cloths dryer) that was only acknowledged after we departed.

  Great location and nice clean apartment; HOWEVER - no kettle for making hot drinks; NO microwave for convenience; light bulbs not working in various rooms; Internet connection so poor I could never Skype my family. I have stayed in over 20 apartments in Paris and this was far too expensive for the ...utilities available; I would not stay again unless these issues are fixed and a better rate is offered. late check out was a nice gesture

  Maybe the person doing the checking in can do a quick run down on how to use the facilities like the washing machine and where to hang clothes. Also maybe a little fan in the apartment would be nice as it got quite humid.

  Endroit très calme donc nous avons pu passer de bonnes nuits. Je ne me suis pas servie de la cuisine donc pas d'avis. Globalement TB. les 2 jeunes personnes qui nous ont reçu pour le Check in étaient très bien.

  The whole package was perfect. The location was excellent, the apartment was very nice to stay, and the service was very friendly and service-oriented. We are making sure one more time through this organization.

  The apartment is in a very good location but it is probably the only good thing. Generally speaking I cannot say it is bad, however the pictures are a bit misleading, I was expecting more and the price is high comparing to the quality of the apartment. Some maintenance would be necessary: the doors ...inside are not closing properly, the windows just outside the bathroom does not have a curtain and you don't feel free to walk around the room as the neighborhood's windows are very close, the wardrobe's doors were almost broken. Some disappointment about the cleaning on the arrival and the fact that no towels were available when we arrived, we had a shower at 6pm o'clock only. No elevator and three floors with the luggage are not easy.

He also informed us that the type of flooring makes it seem like traces remain, so that it can appear to be dirty when it is actually clean. He also confirms that the towels were delivered at 16:00hrs, since the owner agreed to a check-in outside of the normal scheduled times, i.e at 14:00hrs.   Many thanks for a wonderful stay, from 23rd to 26th Jan 2015. This apartment is incredible value and we found it to be clean, warm, really well designed, and with loads of space for a family of 5. It had everything wee needed with crisp bed lined, warm duvet and loads of fresh towels. the fold out ...bed sofas are of a very high quality and the kids loved them. We would like to thank M. for the great welcome and service and we cannot recommend this flat highly enough. The location is incredible with a short walk to Solferino Metro station and a grocery store/minimarket on the corner. We walked to the Louvre from here in ten leisurely minutes and the surrounding area in Rue Du Bac is full of charming restaurants, shops and art galleries. We will be back. Pat and Geraldine.

  Ottima posizione, l'appartamento ha bisogno di manutenzione ( porta del bagno e sciaquone e tavolo da pranzo instabile) un poco carente attrezzatura in cucina.

  The location is perfect! Quiet street, close to metro, bus and 200 meters from the Seine! There are several cafes, bistrots, a very renowned boulangerie on the corner and a big grocery store close by. The apartment is well equipped with a washing machine, a small dishwasher and an oven. ...Downsides: the kitchen cupboards were falling out of place, the WC in the front was not clean (walls were dirty), the towels were of very poor quality and nowhere in the add does it say that this a a full 3 stories walk up! When you get there with your luggage it is an unpleasant surprise! Overall, I would recommend it if you are not afraid of carrying your luggage up for more than sixty steps...

  Although the apartment is well located, I would not visit it again. Maintenance was clearly considered optional in this block; peeling paint, gaping holes and sagging stairs are just some of the attractions that face those who dare to enter & given that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no ...elevator-well, let's just say-pack light! The online photo of the apartment manages to cleverly overlook the peeling paint on the ceilings, misaligned & sagging cupboard doors.We received 2 rubbish bags in our bin; no spares anywhere in sight!The crowning glory must have been check in-my confirmation email has 2 names (T/M) & 1 number; as there is no one to meet us I call the number; T tells me it is not her building-phone M. M's phone is on voicemail-did not get any better!

  Nice location, quiet street. Good amenities. Only tricky part was getting through the 2nd door and it was a bit of a climb to get up to the unit!

  The location was amazing! Very close to musee d'Orsay and short walk to the metro. The lady who greeted us was lovely. Apartment was very comfortable for our family of five. Basic supplies very limited but small grocery store nearby. Beautifully decorated apartment. Oh, and lots of stairs but they're good for you!
