Location saisonnière Paris: Appartement vue sur la Tour Eiffel

  Creo que no pudimos coger un apartamento mejor, nuevo, limpio, a 5 minutos de la torre Eifiel, La persona de contacto hablaba también en Ingles con lo que no hubo ningún problema de ningún tipo. Nos falto wifi (pero es que no se puede todo)

  Wundervolle Aussicht auf den Eiffelturm. In der Wohnung alles gepflegt und neu. Bequemes Schlafsofa. Zentral gelegen nur über die Staße zur Metro.Alles in der Staße vorhanden: Supermarkt, Subway, Baumarkt, Suveniergeschäfte und vieles mehr. Schöner Wochenmarkt (So. u. Mi.). Es war sehr ruhig. ...Schnuckeliger Aufzug. Unsere Kontaktperson F. war sehr nett und freundlich. "Wir kommen wieder! 

  L'appartement est très bien situé, l'ascenseur vraiment trop petit...mais bon. Propre mais de problèmes d'humidité à voir. Pas assez de PH dans le toilettte, trois personnes, quatre jours un seul rouleau...c'est peu :-) Il était très gentil, mais ne parlait pas correctement le français et ...il ne connaissait pas comment faire fonctionner la télé. Aucune information sur le WIFI par exemple...ça c'était dommage.

  Hubo que pedir toallas y despues en la noche, descubrimos que faltaban las sabanas superiores. UTILIZAMOS UNOS CUBRIDORES DE COLCHONES COMO SABANAS. Deberian tener mas cuidado en estos detalles.

  Compact and bijou it did what it said in the tin! Fantastic location for restaurants and metro, an ideal base for a few days away.

  when we arrived our little boy cut his finger and needed medical attention and the owner was kind enough to drive us to the hospital. I loved the location on this apartment as it was very easy walking distance to the effiel tower and parks. the aparment itself was like brand new as it had recently... been refurbished. I would highly reccommend this property we had 2 adults and 2 kids, yes it was a tight squeeze however we were not there to much to worry about it. 

  We had a wonderful time in Paris, the accomodation with the Eiffel Tower view at our window especially at night makes this appartment all worth it. The internet worked perfectly and the location excellent with the metro opposite the road, supermarket almost next door, and most important walking ...steps to the Seine river and Eiffel Tower, Trocadero,etc.. There was not noise from the street as this appartment is at the back of the building. The person we dealt with, F. was a nice person, helpful, gave us good advices and even helped us to get a taxi when checked out. There were few maintanence improvements that the appartment would need, but in general it was great.. 

  The walls were wet (a clear humidiity problem!!!) at two places and the paint did come from the walls. Not a clean and healthy situation for sure. We were disappointed, because this is not corresponding with the photographs. Normally, you should give a discount, either a voucher to benefit the next time. Looking forward to your comments.   Apartment was clean and well presented. Contact person was very helpful with quite quick responses to a couple of queries we had. Access to the Metro was a bonus. Would recommend it to others

  The appartment was exactly what i had read on the reviwes. It's right in front of the metro and around the corner from Eiffel Tower. Great location. The coordination prior to arrival with the contcat person was good. We ran out of toilet paper though, so we had to go and buy. Perfect for a party of three or bachelor pad...

  molto carino ma non adatto a famiglie con bambini troppo piccolo,scomode le scale,ascensore piccolissimo,posizione ottima per vari motivi (metro,alimentari ecc..ecc.)

  The accommodation needs some decent bed linen and pillows. There were tears in one of the doona covers and the pillows were flat and over used. A tea towel would be useful to dry dishes as would some detergent and everyday soap. The apartment felt dirty and was over-marketed on the website. The view of the tower was the best thing about it.

  The location could not have been better for exploring Paris, whether by foot or public transportation. The accommodations were basic but we had everything we needed to make our 8 night stay enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised on how quiet the unit was even though we were in a busy area of Paris. The pictures of the unit are accurate.

  El apartamento es pequeño, pero más que suficiente para 3 personas. Muy nuevo y limpio, con todo lo necesario. Además, está excelentemente situado. Muy recomendable.

  Excelente ubicacion , limpio , organizado el apartamento, muy atento el contacto, repetiria nuevamente y lo recomendaria. la calidez, el servicio, la disposicion de la persona que nos estaba esperando, su ayuda para indicarme como llegar a los principales sitios turisticos.

  Apartment was perfect for us and two grandchildren. It was across the road from Bir-Hakeim metro and RER station. it was very clean. F met us on time and checked us out on time and returned our deposit. Lots of restaurants nearby and Eiffel Tower just 500M away and clkearly visibled from apartment. Overall small but excellent.   petite - but clean and adequate!

  Location is magnificent, and you never get over the view. Lots of restaurants nearby, close to the metro, and walking distance to Eiffel Tower and hop on hop off buses. Apartment has all you need for a short stay. cozy but comfy. We had two adults, two kids and a baby and still fitted in! ...Especially as its a base for exploring you don't spend much time there. felt secure and was incredibly quiet despite the central location. Would recommend to those looking for a three or four night stay without need for washing machine. Free wifi a bonus, and our host met us at a time to suit us, and explained to us in English everything we needed to know.

  We had a really positive experience and would love to stay at the apartment again. F, who was our contact on behalf of the owner, was marvellous. He was thoroughly reliable, replied to all our emails beforehand, was there at the apartment, as arranged and stored our bags safely when we arrived ...early. The apartment is really clean, light, and airy and the views of the Eiffel Tower are gorgeous and just as shown in the photos. The train and supermarket are just a few steps away and the bateau bus and Eiffel Tower a couple of blocks away. The small lift up to the apartment was much appreciated after a day sightseeing.   Hem estat quatre nits amb el nostres dos fills. L'apartament estava al costat de la Tour Eiffel, fins i tot es podia veure desde la finestra cosa que et feia gaudir més de l'estada a Paris. Silenciòs, net i molt ben comunicat. Totalment recomanable. Vam anar en cotxe desde Barcelona i ens vam poder moure i aparcar sense cap problema.

  The location was perfect and you guys were very helpful.

  Flat looks on the picture bigger than it is. But it´s clean and modern. Fully equipped. Bathroom is newly renovated. Located directly in front of metro-station Bir Hakim with direct view on Tour d´Eiffel. This quiet appartement fits better for two persons (max. 3 persons). The contact person was... very friendly and we got the key without problems although we arrived late in the evening. All in all we can recommend the appartement honestly.  

  The location is second to none! Will definitely stay on my next visit! Close to rail and couldn't hear a train noise ever ! Communication was great, be aware the laundry is on the first floor should you need it. Restaurants and convenience store also very close! A perfect place to see the sights ...especially the amazing view of the tower whilst enjoying a coffee and croissant at your table.

  This apartment is right outside the bir hakeim train station and is 5 minutes walk from the eiffel tower. The apartment is quite small but at the end of the day...its clean, has a kitchen, good location, double bed and sofa bed..what more do you need? I would definitly stay here again.

  The view was lovely and a great reminder that you are in Paris. Enjoyed the hourly light show in the evening. The apartment was however tiny and although we did know this, it really was a little tight with 2 adults and 2 kids. Apartment on 5th floor, washing machine on 1st. About 65 stairs ...separating the two. There is a lift but it is TINY. Barely room for one adult, net alone a suitcase as well. Still, it feels likes it was good value for money and being so close to the metro was an added bonus.

  Die Lage der Wohnung direkt an der Metrostation und mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm ist super! Der Lift ist extrem klein, also heißt es Treppen steigen! Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken, private Atmosphäre.

  My wife and I, had an excellent stay in this compact appartment. Yes it is small but perfect for two people with a stunning view of Eiffel Tower. Special thank you to F., from arriving at the airport he directed us by trains to our appartment where he was waiting. He also gave us some good ...recommendations in regards to supermarkets and restaurants. The supermarket is just to the left as you come out of the appartment on to the main road. You can get packs of beer for under 5-euro's and quality bottles of wine around 6-euro's with a large selection of groceries. Some points to note: Watch for the raised door frame as you enter through the front door into the court yard, also we did not know how to open the exit door on to the street the switch is under the main light-switch. F. let us stay a little longer on the day of departure as no one was booked in on the day we left. He also helped us from start to leaving. 

  El apartamento tiene una muy buena ubicacion, con accesos inmediatos a estación del metro, ademas de su cercania a torre Eiffel. Tambien es cómodo y equipado para una estancia básica.

  Appartamento stupendo e pulitissimo, molto caldo e ordinato. La vista è qualcosa di magnifico ed in più è possibile mangiare a casa davanti alla torre Eiffel...impagabile!!! Il contatto locale, F., è disponibile e gentile...veramente consigliato!!!

  This is very convenient location with the metro just opposite. 10 mins to Eiffel Tower and local shop and restaurants nearby. The view of Eiffel Tower is fantastic especially at night when the lights is switched on.The only disadvantage is the lift is very small (only one person and one small ...luggage will fit in)but we have been warned but did not expect it to be that small. Also the banging noise from next door iin the morning from builder. Luckily not on weekend early morning. Apart from that all is good would recommend. Clean tidy and good location.

  Clean and functional. Very close to Metro but a little way from some of the attractions ( except for Eiffel Tower and river cruise) and better restaurants. Restaurants in the area were very average. The lift is really tiny, be prepared to walk up the stairs or take the lift in relays. Shower is also... small and there is very little cupboard space for unpacking. C who met us was very friendly and spoke good English. Apartment has new better quality leatherette fold out couch and the free wi-fi was awesome. Need more knives for buttering ( only one and the rest steak knives). Good view of the tower across the frontage of other modern buildings but looks magical at night. Has English TV news channels. Linen in good condition.

  El departamento esta excelentemente equipado , si bien es chiquita la cocina no le falta nada ! ( hasta secador de lechuga tenia ) Desayunar y cenar mirando la torre es algo que no tiene precio en este apartamento , esta el RER en la esquina y el M enfrente . Es la primera vez que alquilo un departamento y tuve excelente experiencia con Go with oh .

  The location was really perfect, right by the Eiffel tower and the metro and some cute little restaurants. The apartment was smaller than we expected, and although it can sleep 4, really cramped for 4 adults, it became stuffy. Laundry access is not convenient and there is only a very small half ...closet to hang clothes in. The apartment is on the 5th floor with only a 1 person elevator access, so we wound up having to hike up 5 flights of stairs each night after walking around Paris all day, very tiring and if you are considering this apartment and have troubles with stairs or your knees, you might want to reconsider. There is a lot of noise at night from surrounding area. The apartment manager, F. and his partner E. were very accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again. 

  mi avete consigliato di parcheggiare l'auto in zona che non era adatta in effetti la gendarmeria stradale mi ha prelevato l'auto e per recuperarla ho dovuto perdere 4 ore e 146 euro. Inoltre l'appartamento ha una ventola di aspirazione nella zona dove c'è la doccia mentre manca dove c'è il WC ...dove è indispensabile. Il problema dell'auto prelevata dopo aver sentito da uno di voi che andava bene dove era parcheggiata e poi vedermela prelevata non vi farà una buona pubblicità, inoltre ho chiesto un rimborso a chi mi ha reso la cauzione e ripreso le chiavi non mi ha per nulla soddisfatto. saluti - Pier Angerlo Negro  

  Teniamos mucho ilusión de tener la Torre Eiffel en nuestra ventana y fue realmente lo que obtuvimos! todo super limpio, la ubicación para el metro, perfecta! ... para caminar y aprovechar más las horas del dia y de la noche fue ideal, hay supermercado a 30 metros y el precio fue mucho mejor que ...un hotel de 3 estrellas! Queremos volver en unos años y con seguridad queremos volver a ese apartamento! hasta para una cena romantica hecha ahi mismo pudimos hacer y fue de lo mejor para nuestra luna de miel! :) 

  L'ubicazione sarebbe stata ottima se non ci fossero stati dei lavori alla fermata della metro proprio davanti l'alloggio. Per il resto tutto perfetto .

  This apartment is very small, but does contain everything you need for a short stay, including firm beds, which I found very comfortable. The owner was not able to meet us but had e-mailed us in advance whom we should meet. The only information which was not shared was how to get into the building, ...which was a little stressful!The location is stunning, and the picture does not do justice in illustrating how close you are to the Tour Eiffel. Directly outside the apartment is Bir Hakeim metro station, enabling you to get around Paris easily.Within a few doors of the apartment is handy supermarket and there are quite a few restaurants along the same road. There is even a souvenir shop nearby selling postcards cheaper than adjacent to the main tourist attractions too if you want that. 

  El apartamento tiene justo enfrente el metro, esta cerquisima de la Torre, y tiene buenas vistas, parece mas pequeño de lo que es, en realidad es bastante comodo. La persona de contacto, creo que se llama James, fue encantador y muy amable en todo momento..Todo estaba limpio y habia de todo lo ...necesario, por poner algun pero las persianas, un poco antiguas e incomodas, por el resto, calidad precio es buena y sin duda repetire. La persona de contacto, las vistas a la torre, cenar cada noche viendola iluminada ha sido un lujo, y sin duda el metro enfrente es basico.  

  The flat looks nicer in pictures and it is very small for hosting 4 people. The lift is very small but it works. Perfect location for visiting Paris.

  La propietaria es muy amable, nos lo hizo todo muy fácil para estar agusto. El piso estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario en el cuarto de baño y cocina para total comodidad. La valoración es de 10.

  Ottima posizione praticamente davanti ad una stazione metro. Silenzioso senza rumori di traffico perchè guarda all'interno e su una fantastica vista della tour Eiffel. Piccolo, ma completo (ideale per due persone), ben tenuto, in ordine e pulito. Servizi completi (tv, wifi ecc.). Per noi reduci da ...diverse esperienze in Parigi (ci siamo almeno due volta all'anno) una delle sistemazioni positive.Siamo stati completamente soddisfatti. Per chi dovesse scegliere quella sistemazione non deve preoccuparsi delle dimensioni dell'ascensore (minime): a Parigi gli spazi sono necessariamente ristretti, ma è meglio un ascensore piccolo e perfettamente funzionante che cinque piani a piedi. 

  Once you have recovered from the shock of the smallest "ascenseur" you can ever imagine, just look out of the window as the tower fills your view. Your heart beat will soon return to normal. Truly a great find this apartment.

  The flat was well equipped, clean and well-maintained? The contact person was punctual and friendly. Our only complaint was that a previous tennant had smoked in the flat, and we would have preferred to sort out the details of our arrival a little earlier than two days before

  Buongiorno Il mio commento sul l'appartamento è negativo perché troppo piccolo per 2 persone e con un livello di pulizia non adeguato all'importo pagato. La doccia era in parte otturata e la cucina veramente piccola per non parlare del riscaldamento con un solo calorifero spento al ns arrivo.

  Eiffeltower is every day on table at the breakfast.Metro is on the other side of the street.Enough restaurants in the neighbourhoodSmall elevator and a lot of stairs.Appartment is good.

  The layout of the apartment is not like in the pictures,is not preserved as in the pictures,it is outrageous for 4 persones,everything else is great.

  Mi estancia en París fue estupenda, partiendo de la base de que el alojamiento, persona de contacto, ubicación del apartamento y la atención prestada fue muy buena, ya que teníamos todo próximo y todo acogedor, quedamos satisfechos y esperamos que nuestro próximo viaje podamos elegirlo otra vez.

  die Wohnung ist wirklich klein, aber ausreichend.... das beste jedoch ist wirklich die Aussicht auf den Eiffelturm und auch sonst sind es zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten immer 5km...also alles zu Fuß zu erreichen

  Super Ausblick auf das Wahrzeichen der Stadt. Leider fiel die letzten beiden Tage das Wlan aus ansonsten für den Preis OK und Top Lage

  AWFUL APARTMENT - the owners take advantage of the fact that it has a Eiffel Tower view!OVER PRICED DIRTY - both me and my husband got sick staying there. TINY - no room to move and both the bed and sofa bed were impossible to sleep on, so uncomfortable.PAPER THIN WALLS - On top of getting no sleep ...due to the uncomfortable beds, it also sounds as though the neighbours are in the same apartment. Noise late in to the night and VERY early in the morning.But more importantly, there is NO TV, phone nor Internet at this apartment!!!

  Posizione veramente buona, con vista sulla tour eiffel e attaccata alla fermata delle metro. Televisore non funziona (ok non è importante per noi ma a fronte della segnalazione poco o nulla è stato fatto).Difficile prendere appuntamento con l'incaricato dal proprietario per il saldo che viene ..."quando può" (noi vorremmo girare Parigi, non starti ad aspettare). Insomma, l'appartamento è anche buono, ma la gestione non ci è piaciuta per nulla.

  Lo mejor su ubicación y las vistas.Lo peor colchones viejos, faltaba una cortina en la cocina q hacia q entrara mucha luz para los que dormían en el sofá. Poca luz en el baño.

  The apartment is centrally located with the metro across the road making it very easy to move around Paris and to and from the airport. The view of the Eiffel Tower is stunning, especially at night with the sparkling lights. While smallish the kitchen is functional and fully kitted out. The ...apartment building has a small lift which we found a bonus as the apartment is located in the 5th floor.Quiet location with very little noise from neighbours. Making contact to gain access to the unit was not as smooth as we had hoped as we had to make a phone call and wait a few minutes for representative to let us gain access, however, the checkin process, orientation of unit and area was professional and helpful.We would happily stay at this apartment on future visits to Paris.
