Location saisonnière Paris: Deux pièces 400 m du Sacré Coeur

  The apartment is located perfectly, in beautiful Montmatre, very close to the Metro. The apartment is small but we slept very well as the bed is good and the area is very quiet. Perfect location to enjoy Montmatre and perfect starting point to explore the city. We definitely would book this apartment again.

  Appartamento situato sulla collina di Montmatre, ottima posizione per quanto riguarda la fermata della metropolitana che dista 50mt e per quanto riguarda la zona piena di locali e ristoranti, l'abbazia del Sacro Cuore dista 5 minuti a piedi. Appartamento situato in quartiere molto tranquillo, ...assenza di rumori legati al traffico o a schiamazzi di strada. 

  L 'appartamento è in una posizione molto buona e ben servita oltre che molto bella. Ideale per un nucleo ristretto,ci si deve adattare per più di due persone. Il proprietario molto disponibile e cordiale.

  It is a tiny and cozy apartment with all the necessary for a short stay. Good beds. Maybe too small for 4 adults, but excellent for a couple or couple+children. The location is excelent, a few steps from the metro and very near to the Sacre Coeur. The bathroom is incredibly small but functional. To ...be improved: neither the door of the bathroom nor the shower close properly. The owners were most polite by email. We didn't meet since they sent a person to receive us at the apartment. The only negative thing of our stay was that the day of check out she was one hour late (we could have lost our flight), she didn't phone us at all and she didn't pick up the phone when called. We expected more formality.

  The apartment is ideally situated in lovely Monmartre. There is a metro 5 mins away and close by there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The apartment is small, basic and very clean. All the facilities were in good working order. We slept very well too.... situated in lovely Monmartre. The apartment is small and basic but very clean. We slept very well due to the area being very quiet in the evenings. There is a metro 5 mins away and there are lots of shops and lovely restaurants close by. We would happily recommend the apartment. :)  

  Fantastic little apartment in a fantastic location, just a 2 minute walk from the top of Monmarte and in my opinion, the best boulangerie in Paris. We were greeted promptly by the lovely L and then left to it for 3 days. Will definitely be back!

  appart très bien situé mais personne de contact non informée de l'impossibilitéd´exiger un paiement en espèces, contacté par telephone le proprietaire a fini par en convenir en signalant qu' il avait le temps de verifier le bon encaissement du chèque vu la duree de notre sejour. propreté ...insuffisante, pain moisi dans un placard. Installation electrique perfectible car un fusible a sauté à plusieurs reprises et 1ere pièce avec deux fenetres dont une sans volet ni rideaux, Television ne fonctionnant pas , la Wifi par contre marche bien.

Le propriétaire confirme avoir contrôlé l’installation électrique et le fonctionnement du téléviseur, ils sont tous les deux en parfait état de fonctionnement.

Eric è stato puntuale e gentile,elastico anche nel Check-out anticipato.L'appartamento è pulito e dotato di tutto l'indispensabile,i visitatori precedenti ci hanno lasciato anche una birra,tra le altre cose.La posizione e ottima,a qualche decina di metri dalla metro,nel cuore di ...Montmartre.Supermercato del Carrefour vicinissimo,utile per tagliare i costi della visita ad una citta bellissima.Ottimo soggiorno. La puntualità del proprietario e la corrispondenza a quanto descritto nel sito. 

  appartamento grazioso , quartiere vivace e molto movimentato. il tempo è stato bellissimo e abbiamo potuto apprezzare e visitare la città al meglio.

  Een klein, wat oud, privé-appartement aan de voet van Montmartre. Door de ligging aan een binnenplaatsje was in het appartement van de drukte van de levendige buurt niets te merken. Met de metro dichtbij (Abbesses 100 m., Pigalle 300 m.) was heel Parijs snel te bereiken. Door de vele eettentjes en ...terrasjes hoefde je voor de maaltijd de buurt niet eens uit.Alle vermelde voorzieningen waren in het appartement aanwezig en werkten goed. Het bed in de slaapkamer was uitstekend, alleen het sofabed in de woonkamer is aan vervanging toe.Het contact met de eigenaren via email was prima: alle vragen werden snel en uitgebreid beantwoord. M., die de sleutel uitreikte en weer innam, was op de afgesproken tijden aanwezig, vriendelijk en gaf alle gevraagde uitleg.Voor herhaling vatbaar! 

  location is perfect just one minute walking to metro station, 7 minutes to Sacre Coeur.accommodation is better for 2 persons rather than for 4 persons. the facilities are little bit older then appear on the pictures. the owner was very flexible (phone conversation) even if we were 2 hrs late then ...announced because of our flight delay. the person which was responsible for our accommodation didn't speak English (only Spanish) but finally we have understood each other in the accommodation went smoothly. the Metro connection which we have used its line 12, was perfect direct connection to city center, no need to change metro line to get to city centre. overall we were very satisfied with the accommodation the location and in the end also with the price. I would definitely recommend this apt 

  Sicuramente la posizione dell'appartamento e tutto il servizio. Grazie per la meravigliosa vacanza...e' stata da sogno. La posizione dell'appartamento ci ha permesso di raggiungere in pochi minuti tutti i posti che desideravamo visitare. Tutto perfetto...grazie ancora Antonietta

  Ubicato a pochi passi dalla metro di Abbessess. Vi è un supermercato non lontano anche se ci sono molti locali nella zona. L'appartamento è perfetto per due persone, c'e tutto quello che serve.

  Wir, ein Ehepaar mit einer 17jährigen Tochter, haben sehr, sehr schöne Tage in dem schönen, sehr gut eingerichteten Apartment verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral auf dem Montmatre und nur wenige Schritte von der Metrostation Abesses entfernt. Einfach ideal um Paris zu erkunden. Durch die Lage im... Innenhof ist es trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Die Nachbarn sind freundlich. Falls wie bei unserer Anreise mit dem PKW das Gebiet am Montmatre für Fahrzeuge gesperrt sein sollte, hilft es den Polizisten vor Ort die Reservierungsbestätigung zu zeigen um durchfahren zu dürfen. Parkplätze findet man allerdings -wie in den meisten Großstädten- nicht. Das zu Fuß gut zu erreichende Parkhaus Rédélé-Place de Clichy, das man mit Rabat vorreservieren kann, können wir nur weiter empfehlen! 

  Die Lage dieser kleinen Ferienwohnung ist einfach großartig, vor allem da wir zum Weinfest dort waren. Die Wohnung selbst ist winzig, aber mit allem bestückt, was man zum Urlauben so braucht. Durch den Hinterhof ist sie sehr ruhig gelegen, mit netten Nachbarn und einem unglaublich leckeren Bäcker in der Nähe!

  Bellissima vacanza, ottima la posizione dell'appartamento a due passi dalla metro e dal Sacro Cuore. Appartamento giusto per una coppia o per coppia con un paio di bimbi. Pulizie e biancheria per i letti e indicazioni della signora che consegna le chiavi, lasciano un po' a desiderare ma il proprietario e' molto gentile e disponibile.

  Location is EXCELLENT, 1 minute walk to Metro stationDouble bed was very comfortable and was a LARGE double.Apartment is somewhat jaded though - online photos have been VERY carefully taken or enhanced. Bought some wine but couldn't open it - no corkscrews in apartment - in France of all places?Only... 3 hangers in the wardrobe! No chest of drawers - lived out of our suitcases. If you are a light sleeper.........book elsewhere.As for the TV we followed the instructions but only ever got French channels - gave up in the end. The on-screen instructions were in Polish or Russian. M the housekeeper was very, very nice but spoke no english - we managed to communicate though.

  The apartment is quite small, I believe you should expect that from Paris' apartments. The place was clean and the location is perfect. However, the communication between the owner (very polite) and the many people that work for him to help with check-in and check-out was not fast and consistent. As... a result, we've had sms multiple people, sometimes no reply and had to wait a long time to open the apartment and to do the check-out.  

  El apartamento es muy coqueto y acogedor, está ubicado en una zona típica parisina muy agradable, discreta, tranquila y a su vez con mucho comercio, bares, mercados, cerca de boca de metro y a un paso de Sacre Core. A mejorar: el espacio de la taza de WC es pequeño y por otra parte le vendría bien una cortina a la ventanita de este espacio.

  Die Wohnung entspricht wirklich genau der Beschreibung. Sie ist sehr klein, aber wunderschön und liegt phantastisch. Es ist alles da, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war schnell und perfekt. Nur bei der Abreise hat die Terminvereinbarung für die Schlüssel- versus Kautionsrückgabe nich geklappt. ...War aber auch kein Problem und wir haben den Austausch trotzdem hinbekommen ;-)Sofort wieder! 

  Das Appartament war schön aber ein paar Sachen waren nicht so wie beschrieben worden.Wie zum Beispiel Waschmaschine,Türe von Kühlschrank &Von Wc die Türe defekt.

  Rosario, encargada de nuestro alojamiento es una anfitriona excelente. Discreta, amable, siempre ofreciendo soluciones.Sin ninguna duda, lo recomiendo.

  The apartment is in an excellent location in Monmartre, close to everything that will enable a perfect stay in Paris. Metro only steps away, Sacre Couer around the corner and endless bars and eateries. The apartment itself is adequate, but smaller than expected. Very French, and quiet and peaceful ...at the end of a busy day exploring Paris. Safe and secure, and Marcela the agent is lovely, prompt and efficient. Bedroom and bathroom are really good, kitchen was a little tired, and living area a little small for more than two people. In general though the location far outweighs any little things about the apartment. We had a comfortable stay, and after all, Paris in July is for being out and about, would recommend this apartment for its super location. Merci Eric and Emmanuel, Merci Paris!!!!! 

  The appartment is very well located just about 50 mts from the Abbesses metro station, is very quiet, has eveything we needed, has wifi avalilable and works well.Some minor fixes are needed (water tap on the kitchen is not corretly fixed, the fridge door slams on the floor).Definitely i would recommend this appartment!

  Era tutto OTTIMO, ma essendo del mestiere non posso non vedere queste piccolezze che farebbe essere ottimo in tutte le sue parti, non trascurando il Rubinetto del lavabo non fissato, la formica che si stacca, lo scarico del piatto doccia che non scaricata tanto bene. Per la qualità prezzo e ...posizione pratica dell'ubificazione dell'immobile in quel quartiere da me Innamorato !!!!!!!! 

  Location fantastic, just a very short walk to the metro, in a quiet location, 5 minuites walking to Monte Marter.Owners fantastic, very helpful. Had a few issues that were not the owners fault, however they went out of their way to fix the situation.Would recomend staying here, and will hopefully have the chance to do so in the future

  Excelente ubicación, muy buen trato a la llegada y a la despedida, muy bien la calefacción y la ducha. Solo hay que reparar la puerta del frigorífico.
