Location saisonnière Paris: Studio à 50 mètres du Pompidou

  La verdad es que me pareció fantástico, mucho mejor de lo que me imaginaba. Todo muy limpio, con todos los servicios ofertados en perfecto funcionamiento, mucho mejor que un hotel cuatro estrellas. Muy céntrico y con paradas de metro cerca del apartamento. Cuando vuelva a París en primavera ...repetiré El servicio muy bien, P. una persona muy agradable. El único inconveniente fue aclararme con la mujer que me atendió al teléfono cuando llegué a París, si bien parte de culpa es mía por no expresarme bien en francés o inglés y otra parte culpa de ella por no mostrarse muy servicial. Por todo lo demás un 10

  The area in sq. meters is deceiving: this is a very well planned space with double bed, dining table for two/three, separate well fitted kitchen and full bathroom. Really comfortable. There were some noisy neighbours running up and down the stairs in large groups of youths. Luckily this only lasted a few minutes once or twice every night.

  Posizione fantastica, è a 200mt dal centro Pompidou e ci sono un'infinità di ristoranti e boulangerie a pochi passi... Stazione metro e taxi dietro l'angolo. L'appartamento è carino, ben arredato e funzionale, ma meriterebbe una rinfrescata

  Nos decepcionó nuestra estancia, nos esperábamos un nivel superior. Hacía mucho calor en el apartamento y no había ventilador. Con las ventanos abiertas había mucho ruido La cosa buena de este apartamento es la ubicación. Nos gustaría agradecer a la señora que hizo el check-in con nosotros, fue maravillosa y servicial.

  The apartment was mostly very quiet with no street noise. Occasionally in the night returning tenants put on the light and clanged the door which woke us up. The apartment does not have adequate curtains to block out light. The owner gave our apartment to another Australian couple without asking ...their names. Consequently we waited 1.5 hours for him to arrive and only discovered the error accidentally by talking to the other couple as they went by. It was an unfortunate and disappointing start to our holiday.

  Fabulous very Parisienne apartment in a perfect position in Marais. This is an authentic old Paris experience drenched in culture and history. Apartment is cosy comfy and chic. There were a few minor issues which we discussed with a very charming and obliging owner who assured us of follow up and ...who helped us greatly on arrival. I would always take an apartment in Paris over a hotel to fully appreciate Paris life.  

  Our stay was perfect, the apartment was exactly what me and my partner wanted. The owner was great very friendly and helpful, and we had everything we needed. Great location as well, loads of shops and cafés, and just 10 mins walk from the lively Latin quarter. Would absolutely stay again.

  el apartamento necesita un par de cosas de mantenimiento que le irian muy bien, tiene el papel de alguna parte de la pared despegado, no hay tapon para la bañera, una puerta del armario se atasca un poco y nos toco arreglarlo, pero la situacion es muy buena, La cama tambien muy confortable, en la ...cocina no falta de nada , La calefaccion y el agua caliente muy bien tambien.

  We had a fabulous stay in Paris, so much so we extended our stay. The apartment was in a great location with easy access to metro and lots of activity. It was in very close proximity to markets and a great coffee shop so buying groceries, wine, cappucinos etc was quick and easy. We loved the ...apartment - it was comfortable, quaint and had every amenity we needed; had a lot of charm and character. P was great; very helpful and always responsive when we had questions and he provided excellent directions for providing directions to the apartment from CDG airport. I would definitely recommend this apartment and this website to anyone travelling to Paris. 

  En cuanto al propietario, P, es excelente, cuando llegué al apartamento lo llamé y en 5 minutos estaba alli, no nos ha pedido fianza y el último día nos dejó hacer el check out a la hora que quisieramos.En cuanto a la ubicación, es muy buena, cercana al centro Pompidú, puedes ir andando casi ...a cualquier sitio.El alojamiento es tal como se ve en las fotografías, quizá podía mejorar un poco en cuanto a limpieza, sobre todo de la cocina y debajo de la cama, se escucha bastante el ruido de los vecinos y a las 7 AM nos despertaban con los contenedores de la basura, pero en general está bien, hemos tenido una estancia agradable y sin duda alguna repetiría con este apartamento. Podían dejar en el apartamento un mapa de París e información de sitios de interés, la que he cogido en la of. de turismo la he dejado allí para los siguientes inquilinos, seguro que lo agradecerán.  

  A very central apartment, in walking distance of almost everything. Fantastic area, especially for someone who likes shopping. For the two of us, the apartment was perfect!

  L'appartamento è situato in una zona comodissima per raggiungere le mete principali da visitare a Parigi. Inoltre facile da raggiungere dall'aereoporto CDG visto che la fermata della RER è nelle vicinanze. Pulito e dotato di tutto ! Proprietario ok, non ha chiesto nemmeno la caparra. La zona è ...piena di vita e di locali che propongono aperitivi. Lo consiglio a tutti ! 

  Nice appartement in the center of Paris. You can walk to almost every museum/sight. The appartement is quiet and the bed was comfortable. One thing that could be a little better is the cleanliness. We enjoyed our stay in the appartement!

  Everything was great, we just had a problem trying to use the oven, although it did have power, it seemed to be 'stuck', it was not possible to select a heating 'mode', or temperature.

  Location is excellent, very close to all main attractions as Louvre, Notre-Dame, and Centre Pompidou is just across the street. The atmosphere is pretty romantic. It needs some better maintanance in the bathroom.

  La atención de Pascal fué exelente, la situación del apartamento muy buena ,bien comunicado y con una oferta gastronómica variada y de calidad.Destacar el silencio del que hemos disfrutado, esencial para descansarEn general no tenemos queja alguna.

  La mia recensione non può essere certamente buona visto che su 4 notti che ho pagato ne ho trascorsa solo una perchè poi ho dovuto spostarmi in hotel visto che l'aapartamento non era sufficientemente pulito ed essendo allergica alla polvere ho avuto un attacco di allergia. Sono abitutata ...ultimamente ad affittare appartamenti anche per brevi soggiorni e non ho mai avuto problemi descirzione e foto corrispondevano sempre. In questo caso invece facevamo molta scena le carte da parati un mobiletto nuovo nel bagno per farlo sembrare nuovissimo in realta il bagno che nelle foto sembrava appena fatto e modernissimo aveva le sigillature della vasca addirittura con la muffa. Molto in disordine pensate che nell'armadio c'era la cornice di un quadro rotta. All paris appartment dovrebbe controllare

  Location so central and pleasant area to walk around, apartment very secure with code at outside door, locked internal door then apartment. Owner very responsive to emails and requests and also flexible which was much appreciated. Kitchen also a positive aspect as able to self cater at times. Local ...shops have fresh produce. A very enjoyable stay, would recommend.

  Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral direkt am Centre Pompidou in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Die Metro-Station Rambuteau ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und es hat alles Problemlos geklappt. Die Wohnung selber müsste allerdings mal wieder etwas renoviert werden. Tapeten ...lösen sich von der Wand ab, eine Steckdose hängt etwas aus der Wand raus und funktionierte nicht und der Duschkopf war voll Kalkablagerungen.Dafür war das Bett gemütlich und die Bettwäsche sauber.Als Startpunkt um sich den ganzen Tag die Stadt anzuschauen, reicht die Wohnung aber allemal! 

  The owner was very nice and professional. He answered our questions before the trip and was very curteous when we arrived. The location was absolutely fantastic -- very near the Pompidou Center, we could easily walk to all sorts of cafes, shops, etc. and we could also walk to major points of ...interest in Paris like Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter. A major metro/train station was also just a 10 minute walk away. The studio apartment was small but quaint and served our purposes very well. Our trip to Paris with this studio as our home base was an incredible experience and we would definitely come back.

  Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per l'ultima settimana di agosto con una bambina piccola. L'appartamento si trova in un posto strategico a pochi passi dal pompidou, museo d'arte contemporanea ed è vicinissima a locali e supermercati. Il proprietario è stato gentile. Fine. Non ci sono ...altri pregi. Siamo abituati a viaggiare anche per campeggi ma se avessimo voluto uno standard minore non avremmo fatto la scelta di un appartamento! Avevamo specificato che c'era una bimba con noi e l'appartamento era sporco e malridotto tanto che per la prima volta in vita nostra abbiam passato 1 ora a pulire bagno pavimenti e cucina! Gli arredi poi sono malridotti, sanitari vetusti. Non ci torneremo. Si consiglia di contattare un servizio di pulizie. 

  A great, secure little apartment for exploring all the city has to offer. All the big attractions of Paris are between walking distance and a Metro trip down the 1 line away! The apartment was clean, bright, and in a beautiful building that really allowed us to get immersed in a Parisian lifestyle. ...Our host was helpful and accommodating for everything we asked of him from our arrival to departure as well! 

  The location of the apartment was great. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Apartment had everything we needed. Groceries, restaurants etc all close by. Pascal, the owner was wonderful. Had a great week in Paris.

  good apartment, well decorated with faux finishes, but of course small. Saturday night was very noisy with a party in the apartment above us and in the business next door....ear plugs came in handy. The bathroom is dated and needs a redo. Its in an excellent location, near the Pompidou and metro.

  The best things about this apartment were the location and the owner. Pascal was very accommodating and accepting to us. He allowed us to stay on until 5.15 on the day we were to leave because we had a late train and he had no one coming in the following day. He was a complete gentlemen. The ...location could not have been more central, we were able to shop and eat in or walk to a number of good restaurant within minutes. We had a great time in Paris and plan to be back. The facilities all worked well, were were pleased to be able to wash our clothes. 

  Great location, comfortable apartment. Quiet. Owner was nice and very prompt and accommodating - he let us in early as our flight arrived at 8. Apartment was furnished with all that you might need.As others have commented- the apartment needs some work in the bathroom. Everything else was good. though a more thorough cleaning would be a good idea.

  My boyfriend and I picked this place because of the rave reviews. Although the owner was very nice and accommodating, the flat was filthy. I usually bring my own cleaning wipes on trips , let's just say I needed an entire tub of them to clean this place. The bathroom floor was covered in hairs, and ...I had to use the cleaning products at the apt to clean for 45 min. The area around the toilet was not touched, I didn't even feel like I could walk around with my shoes off. There were silverfish ( bugs) all over the kitchen and bathroom.  

  Die zentrale Lage direkt am Centre Pompidou war toll zur Orientierung und für Spaziergänge. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, das Bett gut, die Küche gut ausgestattet (wir haben dort nur gefrühstückt) und das Bad war auch groß und sauber. Sehr empfehlenswert! Der Vermieter war nett, alles unkompliziert. Vielen Danke!
