Location saisonnière Paris: Appartement pour 5 au Marais

  Ubicación, atención por parte de A., y el alojamiento en sí, muy recomendable.

  Thgis apartment needs maintenance, many things do not work, it is old and tired. The shower cubicle is broken, many lights did not work, the chair had a brioken leg, the pull down bed was not correct. I have pictures but this apartment does need attention.

  El apartamento está bien pero un poco dejado. La ubicación del apartamento es excelente.La persona de contacto muy agradable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar.

  Apt très bien situé pour visiter Paris à Pied ou en métro (Rambuteau sortie Grenier St Lazare au pied de l'immeuble). A 10 minutes à pied de Notre Dame. Apt calme et en hauteur (4ème). Accueil très sympathique. A recommander pour couple même avec enfants (2).

  Excellent location. Broken sofa bed mentioned in previous reviews was fixed whilst we were there. Light bulbs seemed to have been replaced. An enjoyable few days thanks.

  M., the girl in charge is very nice, responsable and attentive, she explained all the details of the use of the apartment, including washing machine, tv, etc. the apartment was clean, internet functioned well and the location is perfect. I think it needs some attention regarding maintenance in the ...shower door and shower panel, also I would suggest that there would be more sheets, they are needed for the use in the sofa-bed in the living room, also two sets of keys would be appreciated. Overall I recommend it very much. Thank you!  

  L'appartamento si trova in una bellissima posizione e a pochi minuti dal centro. Fermata Metro' sotto casa. Ottima qualitá e molto ben servito, pulito e in ottime condizioni

  The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is in a wonderful location with the Metro Rambuteau right across the street. There are two supermarkets next door and dozens of restaurants. Hotel de Ville is a five minute walk. I would highly recomend!

  Great location. Metro station across street. 3 blocks to Centre Georges Pompidou. 4 blocks to musee arts et metiers. Moderate walk to Notre Dame, the Seine, and The Louvre. rue Montorgueil is a 5 minute walk where you will find all sorts of food shops and is very lively in the evening.The apartment ...is up 4 flights with no elevator. No problem for us, but could be deal beaker for some. M. was a life saver when we tried to take a short cut on the metro and got lost on arrival. We called her and she walked to our location to guide us home. 

  No había enchufe en el baño y es un cuarto piso sin ascensor, pero si vuelvo a París, elegiría este apartamento de nuevo por su excelente ubicación.

  appartamento carino e funzionale, ma la doccia, che la vendono come doccia di lusso è inaccettabile, completamente da cambiare, non funziona niente.

  The apartment was in an excellent location and we walked to all of the major attractions. Supermarkets, Boulangeries and chemists were also very close. The owner was very accommodating and easy to deal with. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our wonderful week in Paris. Highly... recommended! The owners should have a receipt system in place once the fnal amount is handed over. We asked for a receipt and this was hand written for us. 

  El apartamento estupendo y ubicación excelente.... el único pero que le pondría es a la ducha... está roto el soporte y es muy incómoda. Deberían cambiarlo por un plato de ducha tradicional.

Estimado cliente, agradecemos y valoramos sus comentarios. El propietario confirma que el soporte de la alcachofa de la ducha no está roto, sino que la alcachofa de la ducha simplemente no va colgada de la pared y se tiene que utilizar con la mano.

  Très bien

  La ubicación, en la puerta la estación de metro. En la cuadra un pequeño mercado. No tiene grandes comodidades pero está bien. Lo recomiendo para una pareja y hasta 2 niños o menos.

  Very confortable, clean apartment. The location was outstanding for our family. The shower needs attention. Great restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores etc near by. Thank you for a confortable home away from home.M was super accommodating and went out of her way to help our family, for this we are grateful.

  Todo fue perfecto. Altamente recomendable. El departamento es hermoso y muy bien ubicado.

  Se cercate un appartamento per una famiglia, comodo, facilmente raggiungibile con la Metro, questo è quello che fa per voi. Però mi raccomando, lasciatemelo per la prossima occasione!!!!!. Grazie alla proprietaria!!!
