Location saisonnière Paris: Appartement au 20ème arrondissement

  we found the apartment was very nice and extemely french. the decore was everything we thought a french place would look like. The owners were extremly helpful and gave us some great advice, which we never found in any visitors books.

  PLUS: Loved the apartment, it was just like a Parisian apartment should be. They allowed us to arrive early and drop our bags off and gave us a great run down on the apartment and its surrounding areas. MINUS: We seemed to offend them by using the washing machine which we were not told about at ...move in. Also the shower was not really very hot as they were suffering boiler issues.

  L'alloggio è molto grazioso, accogliente e silenzioso. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello che poteva servire per la nostra breve vacanza (4 giorni) con tre bambini piccoli che si sono subito sentiti "a casa". Molti disponibili e cordiali i proprietari. In vicinanza ci sono negozi ben forniti, boulangerie... sempre aperte. La metro dista circa10 minuti a piedi ma si sa, a Parigi si deve camminare ... 

  A friendly appartment lovely arranged with old advertising posters, things from antique markets, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. The whole appartment feels inhabited - a nice warm feeling.

  The apartment was fantastic, comfortable and quirky with every thing needed for a family stay in Paris. The owners were really friendly and helpful but unobtrusively so. A little out of town but that was perfect for us and the metro was only 5minutes away, the bus service literally a minute away.

  The apartment was suitable for the purpose we rented is for. Near the Metro, which is great. Problably the sit should to mention the lack of parking space and the possibillity to use a guarded parking garage in the vincinity of the apartment (Rue des Clos 4).

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. S.and her husband were extremely helpful and charming. I loved the apartment it was interesting; and the facilities were ample. I wish I'd learnt earlier how close Alexandre Dumas Metro station was - I could have used it a lot more. An enjoyable stay, a brilliant place to stay. I would do it again.

  Nur Französisch kann schwierg werden, ein englischsprachiger Kontakt wäre besser. Aber das Ehepaar war wirklich super nett und lieb!! Sehr zu empfehlen!

  Apartment is on 2nd floor which can only be accessed via a tight, steep staircase - can be a problem for someone with large suitcases. Location is close (about 10 minutes walk) to Metro Alexander Dumas but it is quite far from the tourist attractions (e.g. more than half hour by Metro to Effiel ...Tower). For muslims, it is good as there are many halal restaurants nearby and supermarkets. Host, Sandrine, was very helpful and can speak fluent english. My family felt very much at home in the apartment.

  zie hieronder Prima en bijzonder apartement. wel vervelend dat het door de warmte buiten ook binnen erg warm was. de twee ventilatoren waren neit afdoende. 's nachts kwam de temp. niet onder de 28 graden (buiten overdag 35 graden).

  el apartamento esta bien situado , cercano al metro Alexandre Dumas, buena conexion con parada de Nation, cercano a supermercados. A remarcar que es un apartamento para no fumadores, las personas de contacto son muy agradables, sin ningun problema.....

  The appartments gives the feeling of being at home. Only few minutes walking distance from the subway makes it very easy to travel around Paris. I would definately considering going back to this place next time I will be in Paris.

  Gezellig en huiselijk appartement in rustige straat. Bakker en supermarkten vlakbij. Centrum Parijs prima bereikbaar via metro Alexandre Dumas, Maraichers of met buslijn 76 vanaf Rue de Bagnolet. Met de auto: Niet ver van de Periferique, parkeren in de straat (vanaf vrijdag 18.00 u t/m zondag gratis) of in parkeergarage op 5 min.

  Sehr urig eingerichtete Wohnung mit ungewöhnlichem Zugang über enge Wendeltreppe. Einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Haben uns als fünfköpfige Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.

  Fantastic apartment to stay in. It was like living in my own home and we felt as though we were able to live a little of the Parisian life. THe location was great - so close to the Metro and with convenient supermarkets/cafes very close by. The apartment was warm, clean and very interesting to stay ...in with all it's collections of items. We loved the apartment and would like to return one day. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. THank you so much.

  So war es ganz gut, nur war es sehr staubig. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Mann. Nur beim Auszug war seine Frau nicht besonders nett.

  L'appartement est clair et agréable dans une rue calme, tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, serviables et de bon conseil. Que demander de plus ? Du beau temps sur Paris ... et nous l'avons eu aussi. Votre site est facile à utiliser et assure une bonne promotion des loueurs qui vous font confiance.

  Quiet street, parking not far away, cosy appartement, round the corner of rue de Bagnolet with metro, busstop, shops, supermarkets and bakery. Had a pleasant stay with husband and daughter.

  Prima appartement. Goede ligging. Dicht bij bus en metrostation. Je kunt het goed bereiken met de auto. Maar een heel klein stukje door de stad. De mensen zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

  Appartement strictement conforme à l'annonce. Quartier populaire très bien désservi avec le métro. Calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bon conseil. Je recommande sans problème la location.

  L'appartamento è pulito e molto carino, arredato con gusto ed originalità. E' molto comodo anche per 5 persone ed è dotato di tutti i comfort. Unica nota dolente l'assenza di armadi dove riporre gli abiti, ma ci si può passar sopra.....

  Sehr orginell, allerdings nach genauen Hinsehen, etwas schmuddelig. Speziell die Couch und Sitzelemente. Muss man mögen !!!! Der Appartement Inhaber ist sehr freundlich.

  Der Vermieter ist nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für Ausflüge nach Paris gut gelegen; der Bus 76 fährt direkt in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist originell eingerichtet. Leider fehlen Ablageflächen für die Kleidung, z. B. Schrank oder Regal; nur einige Haken sind vorhanden. Das Apartment ...ist ziemlich hell; wer es dunkel beim Schlafen mag, sollte Augenklappen mitbringen. Der beschriebene Parkplatz ist ein öffentliches Parkhaus, dass ca. 500 m entfernt ist. Kosten für 1 Woche Dauerparken ca. 65 EUR. 

  It was a nice apartment the decoration was so unique..the supermarket and the bus station were nearby. The owner was really friendly.. I will suggest the other who want to rent the apartment to use the bus instead of the metro because it was closer..the bus can take us to musse de louvre.

  Alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Treppe ist zwar sehr eng, geht aber dennoch ganz gut. Sehr hübsch und nett eingerichtet. Kontaktperson sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ort der Unterkunft wirkt merkwürdig, weil viele merkwürdige Gestalten rumlaufen. Es war aber zu keine Zeitpunkt irgendwie ...unsicher. Die Gegend ist halt so und daher schon sehr interessant.  

  Alles Super wir würden immer wieder dorthin fahren... ; )

  L'appartamento è veramente arredato in modo carino, si trova abbastanza vicino alla fermata della metro da dove si possono raggiungere tutte le parti di Parigi. Internet gratis, appartamento munito di ogni genere di confort. Il quartiere in cui si trova è tranquillo ma non bellissimo(ci sono molti... palazzi in rifacimento), vicino alla casa ci sono anche dei pub molto carini, supermercato, panetteria, pasticceria ecc...ve lo consiglio

  What a beautiful, cosy and clean apartment! We all felt very at home. The neighbourhood is nice and lively, everything is around the corner (metro, supermarkets, bakery, good and affordable restaurants). We will definitely rent this apartment again.

  Appartamento decisamente atipico, con moltissimi oggetti di "antiquariato" ovunque, che però lasciano poco spazio alle cose degli ospiti; non esistono armadi o cassettiere a disposizione, per cui bisogna tenere oggetti, vestiti, scarpe, ecc nelle valigie, un po' accampati. La zona non è ...centralissima, per cui occorrono un venti minuti/mezzora per arrivare ai luoghi turistici. Il palazzo di fronte è in totale ristrutturazione, per cui alle 8 del mattino comincia il rumore dei lavori edili. Gentile e molto disponibile la signora che ci ha accolto, madame E. ed il proprietario sentito telefonicamente. Ottimo servizio 

  Ottima sistemazione, buoni collegamenti con il centro. Consigliabile per un soggiorno a Parigi. Ottima disponibilità nel contattare il proprietario in tempo reale; a causa di un disguido non ci è stato possibile farlo personalmente all'arrivo a Parigi.

  This is a lovely apartment, in a great area of Paris.

  The actual apartment was quite cluttered but it did have character. I was concerned that the bed linen and bathroom mats appeared old and not quite clean. The location appeared a little rough and quite noisy. We were quite comfortable though.

  L` appartamento é luminoso, silenzioso e pratico. Manca pero` l` armadio. Solo le 2 scale d`accesso sono scomode, soprattutto per i bagagli e per i bambini. Il quartiere é tranquillo, con il supermercato, le panetterie, diversi negozi di alimentari, bar e ristoranti. Non é troppo lontano dal ...centro. La fermata del Metro é vicina. La notte il quartiere non é simpatico, ma comunque sicuro. Prezzo-Qualità: giusto. Lo consigliamo. Famiglia Giuseppe C., Berna, Svizzera.

  Geschmackvoll unkonventionell eingerichtete Wohnung mit Ambiente! Lage in Nähe "Pere Lachaise", gute Lokale in der Umgebung, Bus und Metro um die Ecke. Sehr sympatischer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir kommen wieder!

  A very diverse library in addition to a fully equipped kitchen and properly working everything. For people who have difficulty with steps it is important to know there are 40 of them. Very generous owners, willing to help with anything. All shopping needs can be taken care of in a one-block radius.

  Great apartment has lots of unique features. Comfortable, clean and welcoming. Apartment owner was very helpful and friendly. Metro station 5 minutes walk. Metro to centre of Paris 10 minutes. Lots of Resturants nearby. And a Boulangerie 30 seconds walk for the morning croissant !!! Recommended.

  Wir haben uns als Familie in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auch bestimmt noch mal wieder.

  Très bien, le propriétaire était très sympa et agréable et nous a mit très à l'aise.. Je dirais seulement que l'appartement sentait un peu à la fumer mais nous savions que l'appartement fermettait aux clients de fumer.

  Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemühtlich. U-Bahnstationen sind ein paar Mintuen zu laufen. Bäcker sind direkt nebenan. Ruhige Lage. Der Vermieter hat uns gute Tips gegeben, z.B. wo man lecker zu Abend essen kann.

  The accommodation was excellent and the owner was very nice

  Unsuitable for small children. The spiral stairs are a hazard and there is no stair gate. There are a large number of breakable objects at floor level. Also, when open the windows could easily be climbed through. Travel cot was broken and the washing machine did not work. We were expected to fully ...clean the apartment despite 'cleaning after exit' being advertised. We left it clean and tidy. The owners complained that we missed the hob. Very rude.

  Accommodation was amazing! Real french style, cousy and warm!

  It is a great place for families or even just smaller group of friends. Only small issue is currently opposite the apartment there is construction but it is not very intrusive. Just a note; We had a friend with who had undergone double knee surgery who found it slightly difficult to go to/from the ...metro (6 mins) but it really isn't too far and quite easy and we would definitely stay here again if we are in Paris. 

  Die Kontaktperson war sehr nett, sie hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und wir durften unsere Koffer nach dem Check-out stehen lassen. Die Wohnung war auch super, insgesamt ein perfekter Urlaub.

  Es war genau nach unseren Vorstellungen. Großartig und sehr weiterzuempfehlen. Sehr charmante Wohnung, ein bisschen wie ein Flohmarkt zum Wohnen. Bäcker an der Ecke, Spielplatz nebenan, der schöne Friedhof - wir haben uns wie eine Pariser Familie gefühlt. Unterm Dach wird es im Sommer allerdings etwas heiss. Netter Kontakt vor Ort.

  Real cozy apartment. We (4 adults 1 kid) enjoyed our short stay there. Metro, Bus station and Supermarkets are only few meters away. The street nearby could be a bit noisy if you leave windows open in the night. The cover on sofa needs cleaning. Otherwise everything is maintained well.

  Das Appartement ist eine gemütliche und sehr individuell, aber schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit französischem Flair. Die Wohnung verfügt über ausreichend Geschirr und Küchengeräte. Das Appartement befindet sich in der Nähe des berühmten Friedhofes "Cimitère du Père Lachaise" (ca. 300 m -... unbedingt ansehen!) in einem multikulturellem Stadtteil von Paris. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe viele kleine Geschäfte, Strassencafè`s und kleine Supermärkte. Wer Paris zu Fuß erkunden möchte kann das mit der U-Bahn von den in der Nähe der Unterkunft befindlichen 2 Metro-Stationen "Alexandre Dumas" oder "Maraîchers" aus tun. (ca. 5-10 min. laufen) Einen Parkplatz auf der Straße für sein Auto zu finden ist in diesem Stadtteil kaum möglich und aufgrund der ungewöhnlichen "Einparkgewohnheiten" in Paris nicht zu empfehlen. Man kann im ca. 200 m entfernten und bewachten Parkhaus parken. (2 Tage = 36,- EUR) Der Vermieter des Appartements wohnt im gleichen Haus und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. (spricht auch englisch) Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

  The whole family enjoyed staying in an authentic Parisian apartment, in a great location with a supermarket and bakery nearby - we had too many chocolate croissants!! The owners of the flat were very welcoming and informative. Easy access to Paris via the metro nearby or bus and some nice cafes and ...restaurants nearby. A thoroughly enjoyable stay - we'll be back and will be recommending to friends and family. 

  Nett eingerichtet, man könte mal wieder Staubwischen, aber abgesehen davon echt schön und wir würden noch mal hinfahren!

  L' appart est très sympa, meublé avec des objets de récup années 50 et autres. Il est confortable, lumineux et bien chauffé. Le quartier est très bien. On y trouve plein de petits restos et le métro est à 2 pas. Le propriétaire est cool. En résumé le rapport qualité-prix est très bon. Une adresse à retenir !

  The owners are very kind and the apartment had everything that we needed! I'd suggest this place to anyone and if I will back to Paris, this is the first place I'd try to check for availability!

  Charming, well-appointed apartment in a great location for daily living (restaurants, shops) near a bus line and the Metro. Accommodations comfortably met our needs (family of 4 including 2 adult sons), actually exceeding expectations. Contact persons were great - pleasant and flexible, and never ...failed to ask if everything was satisfactory when we ran into them (they live in the building). 

  Excellent apartment fully equipped and in a good location for the metro,shops,cafes & bars. A very good briefing by the landlord J.-F. on our arrival and will consider using again in the future

  A quiet, charming retro-chic apartment crammed with paraphernalia from across the world, very well placed for access to the city centre by Metro or by bus. The owner is extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful providing a great deal of information on the surrounding amenities, shops and services. ...Entry is via a tight spiral staircase which could make it difficult for people with mobility difficulties however, although it was not a problem for our three year old to negotiate it unaided. We enjoyed an extremely relaxing and trouble-free stay and would certainly recommend this charismatic apartment as an interesting and memorable place to base yourself. 

  Very nice flat, close to the metro ( less than 10 minutes by foot) and to the bus stop to quickly reach the city center. You have all that you need inside and the owner is really kind and helpful. The flat is full of nice objects which make it really warm. Just a little hint: there is not much ...space for clothes, an additional wardrobe would be convenient.

  Die Unterkunft war zufriedenstellend. Alles war recht abgenutzt, aber funktionierte einwandfrei.

  Unser Aufenthalt in Paris war nicht der erste,bisher waren wir immer in Hotels untergebracht.Durch Zufall sind wir auf die Idee gekommen ein Apartement zu mieten,was eine tolle Erfahrung war. Es war einfach nur schön und unkomplizert,diese Wohnug liegt ideal und ist sehr gemütlich.Die Möbel sind... zwar etwas abgenützt aber alles war sauber und in Ordnung.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und offen für viele Fragen. Wir konnten Morgens gemütlich im Pyjama unseren Kaffe geniessen und die eben frisch um die Ecke gekauften Croissant dazu essen...einfach unkompliziert und total relaxt.Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.  

  We (3 adults) lived for five days in Paris and we were glad to have found this lovely place. The apartment is a clean, newly build and nicely furnished place on the third floor of an original parisinenne maison. Paris-style living from its best. For us it was important to have found a quite place ...(no traffic noise) with all amenities in walking distance (Metro, Bus, Bakery, Groceries, Parking). We can highly recommend this place for all Paris-Lovers and Enthusiasts. Thank you Jean-Francois!

  Le principal hic revient au fait qu'il n'y ai pas de volet dans le salon et que de ce fait on en viens rapidement à être évéillé aux premières lumières de l'aube mais sinon très sympa.

  The apartment was full of character and homely, very quiet in the evening and is close to heaps of shops, bars, cafe's and restaurants, there was even a kids playground around the corner. it was great that our two young kids got to have their own beds. Would definitely stay again.

  Die Wohnung hat einen besonderen Charme, nicht zuletzt aufgrund der sehr netten Vermieter, aber auch aufgrund der wirklich spannenden und liebevollen Einrichtung. Immer wieder gerne.

  Our stay in Paris was wonderful. The apartment was well located with easy links to the main train lines. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us- the Bed in the little nook was great for our younger son, our older son slept on the fold out lounge. We were there in the heat of summer and needed to ...sleep with the windows open. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from some locals from the street each night which made sleep a bit difficult on hot nights. When the windows are closed, you can't hear anything! Lots of very helpful brochures and maps were left for our use and the host, E., was very friendly and helpful.

  Sehr nettes Appartement mit viel Liebe und Details eingerichtet

  El apartamento tenía una decoración muy especial lo que lo hacía muy acogedor. Fuimos dos parejas y un niño y pasamos unos días muy cómodos y tranquilos luego del ajetreo diario por la ciudad de Paris. La zona tiene todos los comercios necesarios, lugares para comer y el metro a pocas ...cuadras. El propietario, Jean-François, siempre dispuesto ante cualquier consulta o pedido que le realizábamos. Lo recomendamos.

We have enjoyed the appartement that was big enough for the four of us, comfortable, well equipped and located near many supermarkets and shops and near the metro. The owners were very friendly and kind and even stayed at home to assure ...our taxi comes on time (instead of going to a family event). We appreciated that a lot.. In two words - very recommended

  This apartment is great, and has an authentic Parisienne feel to it. It feels like a real home. We had a great stay there, and hope to go back again. The owner lives close by and was very friendly and helpful. Although this apartment is a bit further from the city centre, there are local ...attractions (Pere Lachaise cemetery), and it is a 5 minute walk to the Metro. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy etc. all close by. 

  A delightfully kitsch apartment with everything we needed and perfectly located for our planned photoshoot in Pere Lachaise cemetery. We also found the neighbourhood friendly and pleasant. All in all an excellent stay,

  Excellent appartement, très belle décoration, bien équipe . Disponibilité du propriétaire qui était très aimable. Appartement à recommander sans réserve.

  Séjour très agréable. Le logement est très sympa, déco vintage originale et de bon gout et des propriétaires disponibles si besoin et très chaleureux. Ce fut une belle rencontre. Surtout ne pas hésiter à prendre une place au parking couvert au bout de la rue. Pas très cher et indispensable.

  An easy commute to the centre of town by metro. Near-by restaurants, boulangeries, and groceries. Great choice for a family.

  Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Erreichbarkeit der nächsten Metrostation waren prima. Wir würden jederzeit diese Wohnung mieten.

  J.-F. was very helpful and the flat was comfortable and interesting with so many things to look at. While away from all the usual Paris sites, the neighbourhood had everything you could need at reasonable prices and didn't seem touristy. It was around the corner from Pere Lachaise Cemetary and a ...couple of blocks from a Metro station. We greatly enjoyed our stay. 

  Zeer aangename plek om als uitvalsbasis voor een lang weekend Parijs. Ruim appartement met bakkers, winkels, markt, restaurants.... vlakbij. En een metrolijn die je overal brengt! Sympathiek onthaal. Voor herhaling vatbaar....

  A recommander absolument. Appartement charmant, quartier charmant, propriétaires charmants....Que demander de plus?

  L'accueil des propriétaires est très sympathique. On se sent dans l'appartement comme chez des amis. Nous étions 3 dont 1 enfant de 10 ans et chacun avait son espace. Adresse à recommender.

  We are a family of 4 with kids aged 10 and 11 and stayed for 3 nights. We loved the apartment and the fact that it was in a residential area, "far from the madding crowd" of the city proper. The apartment is well-equipped and a little cluttered, but that was part of its charm. S. and J.-F., owners, ...are a very nice couple and S. welcomed us and helped us decide some places to visit (Place des Vosges was lovely!) The apartment is very safe and quiet. I loved that we were a short walk away from the Père Lachaise cemetery (a beautiful relaxing place to visit) and the metro was nearby, along with markets on Sat. mornings, a bus stop just nearby that takes you to the city centre. A++ 

  Fantastisch! Ich war vor sechs Jahren schon mal dort, das Appartement ist heute noch genauso wunderschön wie damals. Die Wohnung ist ein kleiner Rückzughafen im Tosen der Großstadt. Leise ist sie nicht, aber schön. Noch dazu sind die Vermieter sehr freundlich.Der Bäcker ist um die Ecke, ...Lebensmittelläden ebenfalls. Kein Problem also, das Frühstück selbst zu machen oder fürs Abendessen einzukaufen. Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls reichlich. Glücklicherweise ist es eine Gegend, in der ganz normale Menschen wohnen, also kein Touristenghetto oder ein Geschäftsviertel. Die Metrostation ist ca. 5 Fußminuten entfernt, von dort aus kommt man unkompliziert überall hin.Mir hat's gefallen. Ich würde die Wohnung jedem empfehlen und auch selbst jederzeit wieder hinfahren! 

  Große.helle Wohnung, gut erreichbar mit Metro und Bus, sehr netter,unkomplizierter Vermieter, Bad gut und sauber.Die Wohnung ist wie ein 50igerJahre Retro-Museum mit einem unglaublichen Sammelsurium - sollte man mögen.

  Die Wohnung ist nett und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man hat nicht das Gefühl in einem gemieteten Appartement zu wohnen, sondern als wohnte man im Appartement von Freunden in Paris, die selbst gerade verreist sind. Der Vermieter ist äußerst flexibel.

  Das Appartment entspricht der Beschreibung, alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Relativ steile Treppe um in die Wohnung zu gelangen, aber breit genug für die Koffer. U-Bahn und Bushaltestellen sind schnell zu erreichen, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung Paris.

  The apartment is very quaint and full of character located in a lovely neighbourhood easy walking distance to the Metro with supermarkets, bakeries and cafes all nearby and only one block from the Pere Lachaise cemetery. We really enjoyed our stay and found the hosts very easy to communicate with ...and very friendly. Don't let the sofa bed put you off, it was very comfortable. There is a very steep narrow staircase and then a spiral staircase to reach the apartment, so it may not be suitable for people with mobility problems 

  Das Appartement in Paris war einfach nur Klasse. Der Besitzer und seine Familie waren freundlich und hilfsbereicht und es hat ganz einfach alles gepaßt. Ich würde in Paris nirgendwo anders mehr wohnen wollen. Alle Daumen hoch

  Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, uns wurde sogar ein Garagenplatz vermittelt. Sehr schöne Wohnung.

  Wunderschönes Appartement, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.Nur die Information, daß es eine schmale Wendeltreppe zum Appartement gibt, hat gefehlt.

  The flat was pretty, but we were concerned that the sofa in the sitting room was full of stains and the sheets in the bedroom had not been changed. Very disappointing!!!

  Wunderbar unkomplizierte Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter.Gute Lage im 20. Bezirk. Nur ein Abgeschlossenes Zimmer.
