    L’appartamento si trova al quarto piano di un palazzo storico con ascensore, situato nel centro di Saint Germain, considerato da molti come il quartiere piu bello di Parigi.

    Check in/out

    Il check-in si effettua dalle ore 15.00 alle ore 20.00.
    Il check-out si effettua tra le ore 08.00 e le 10.00.

    È possibile organizzare gli arrivi e le partenze fuori dagli orari stabiliti, prima delle ore 08:00 del mattino e dopo le 20:00, con un supplemento di 30 € (50 € se si effettua tra le 22:00 e le 00:00 ore), da pagare all´arrivo alla persona di contatto.
    Non si effettuano Check-in dopo le 00:00, solo su richiesta nel caso in cui non sia possibile cambiare l’orario, verrà applicato un supplemento di 100 €.

    Il propietario offre una culla o un seggiolone con un costo extra di 30€ per tutto il soggiorno, se il soggiorno si prolungherá per piu di due settimane il prezzo sará di 50€ (fogli non incluso)

    Ricordiamo ai signori clienti che:

    é proibito fumare negli appartamenti o nelle zone comuni dell’edificio;
    é proibito fare rumore dopo le ore 22.00;
    si deve rispettare il vicendario e le regole della comunitá;
    si deve rispettare la capacitá massima dell’appartamento in ogni momento durante il soggiorno.

    DEPOSITO DI SICUREZZA (2 alternative):

    1. Il proprietario chiederà al cliente in contanti un deposito equivalente al costo dell´affitto che dovrá esse pagato al momento dell´arrivo.
    2. Contrattare l’assicurazione di viaggio ADAR(costo 3.5% del totale) + firma di un accordo che autorizza il proprietario ad addebitare sulla carta di credito del cliente eventuali danni all’appartamento che l’assicurazione non copre.

            No one came when I left the apartment even if we agreed to meet when I was leaving the apartment. I phoned, we agreed I would be sent an e-mail communicating to me that everything was OK but I didn't received anyting Excellent location for metro stations (3 different stations close to the location, 3 different metro lines)

            Accommodation not ideal for elderly or family with young children as the apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift. Excellent location.

            Kontaktperson Gill gab Telefon-Kontaktnummer, die nie zu erreichen war, so daß der Termin zum Auschecken nicht geändert werden konnte. EMPFEHLUNG.: es sollte eine Information im Apartment vorhanden sein, wie Geräte zu bedienen sind und welches die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind.

            A great apartment right in the centre of Saint Germain. It had a very Parisian feel - and lots of light through the two French windows. The kitchen was great, too. Although small, it was certainly big enough for two, and it was certainly bigger than some other Parisian apartments we had looked at....

            Location is excellent. Central to many of the tourist sites and attractions. The 4 storey climb is challenging with luggage. The apartment is small. The bed is located in an alcove with access only from the foot of the bed. Sitting area is nice with a computer monitor as the tv, with poor reception.

            The apartment was in a perfect location and quite comfortable although the bedroom/alcove was a little too warm for us at night. We were only able to open one of the two apartment windows.It might have been cooler if we'd been able to open both. A. was very professional, friendly, and accommodating.

            The main room was very small and dark like a cave. A. K. was are agent and she did an excellent job from , the greetings, when she spend over an hour giving us useful tips about our stay, despite the fact that it was well over 9pm when she left. Excellent service...
