  Efficacité / Service : 1st class ! Amabilité / accueil : 10/10. Franchement nous été bluffé par votre gentillesse. L'appart : top, mais assez bruyant

  8/10 Ma seule remarque c'est le manque d'ascenseur,surtout pour les gens d'un certain âges qui doivent porter leurs bagages. Mais c'était précisé dans le déscriptif.On le savait d'avance.

  The location of this apartment is superb, an amazing view of the Sacre Coeur and Eiffel Tower at night. Our only comment would be that the standard of the lobby area is poor and doesn't reflect the high standard of the apartment. The stairs leading to the apartment are also very steep and this should be made clear to prospective visitors.

  Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été très satisfait. L'appartement est sympa, propre, correspond à la description. Le quartier est vivant et proche de tout ce qu'on a envie de voir. L'accueil sur place était ponctuel, sympatique et efficace. L'accueil téléphonique de la société est disponible et... prêt à nous aider. Nous ferons appel à cette société à nouveau si nous revenons à Paris. 

  About this accommodation, I would recomend a better cleanning service, since it's clearly poor. About facilities, everything perfect except the noisy toilet which is constantly flushing. All the rest is exactly as shows on web descrpitions and photos.

  Your contact person was very helpful and courteous. The toilet needs repairing. The DVD machine is a little difficult to use and in the end we didn't use it. We would stay again. Thanks you.

  Maintenant que je suis de retour à Barcelone, je peux vous écrire plus calmement pour vous détailler ce qui nous est arrivé pendant notre séjour à l'appartement, du jeudi 26 janvier au dimanche 29 janvier 2012. Samedi matin: vers 7.30h, les employés du magasin de souvenirs d'à côté ont ...frappé a notre porte pour nous informer qu'il y avait une grande fuite d'eau en bas. Ils ont découvert que la cause de la fuite étaient les travaux dans un autre appartement du même immeuble. Nous avons toutes les raisons du monde pour croire que, au moins ce jour-là, nous étions les seuls occupants de l'immeuble, car ils avaient sonné à toutes les portes et personne n'avait répondu. Ils voulaient simplement savoir le número du syndic. Je leur ai donné le numéro de téléphone de N., notre personne de contact, mais ils n'ont pas pu le contacter. Après ça, je lui ai envoyé un SMS pour informer de la situation. Evidemment, nous n'avons pas pu nous laver ni utiliser les toilettes. Les pompiers sont arrivés lorsque nous sortions de l'immeuble. Nous avons passé la journée en ville. Mes parents ne connaissaient Paris, et ce voyage était notre cadeau de Noël pour eux. Je n'ai pas eu aucune réponse de votre part, et je n'ai rappelé N. parce que je croyais qu'il avez lu mon SMS et que peut-être tout était déjà arrangé. Nous ne sommes rentrés que vers 23 h, et sur la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble il y avait un affiche où les pompiers informaient que l'eau et l'électricité étaient coupés dans tout l'immeuble. C'est alors que j'ai appelé N. pour savoir si l'agence pouvait proposer une solution pour nous. Je sais très bien qu'il s'agissait d'un cas de force majeure, comme il m'a dit au téléphone, mais justement pour cela, le plus raisonnable est que dans "un cas de force majeure" votre compagnie puisse offrir un logement alternatif, parce que malheureusement cela peut arriver. Enfin: nous avons acheté un paquet de bougies et quelques bouteilles d'eau minérale pour pouvoir nous laver d'une façon très précaire. Mon père a presque 70 ans et des problèmes de prostate. Alors vous pouvez imaginer le dérangement et le malaise que tout cela lui a causé. En résumé, nous avons passé 3 nuits à l'appartement de la rue Dauphine, dont 2 sans les services les plus élémentaires et dans des circonstances très pénibles.

Suite à la résolution de cet incident, OH et le propriétaire présentent leurs excuses pour la situation exceptionnelle encourue lors de ce séjour. Le propriétaire prend toutes les mesures nécessaires pour assurer le bon état de son logement et sa disponibilité.

  Apartment matched the web description and was in a great location. It was good size for our family. The clothes washer/dryer would not dry and although the management was working on it, it was not fixed while we were there. The contact person was on-time and very friendly. Recommend ...repairs for a perfect evaluation: - Clothes dryer - Toilet flusher. Panel with button fell out of wall. We taped it up with masking tape. - Door to toilet had too much paint on it; would not close. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the apartment very much.  

  Prime location, very clean and has all the facilities you need for a trip to Paris. The contac person were there spot on time and were very helpful. Thanks.   Sie hat uns gut gefallen. Einziger Nachteil ist die überaus enge Wendeltreppe (4 Stockwerke).

  The location is more than super but we think this appartment does not fit to 6 adult visitors. The bed and two small couches to sleep on were alright, but the double couch was more than uncomfortable because of the very thin matress and small size for two persons. The room is also quite small for 6 ...persons to live in with all the beds in use. Furthermore the dishwasher should be checked because it was not possible to close it with both drawers in it.  

  Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Dachterasse aber nicht geeignet für ältere Menschen und Kleinkinder,da steile enge Treppe in der Wohnung und enges Treppenhaus ohne Aufzug in den vierten Stock! Große Koffer vermeiden. Uns hat ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter geholfen, das Gepäck hochzutragen.

  Fabulous location,light living area,lovely rooftop balcony. Only issue is 5 flights of stairs and a very narrow spiral staircase. no problems..the contact person was lovely and punctual.

  La altura del entrepiso o dormitorio era muy baja, lo que hacia imposible transitar por all. Lo mismo la ducha del baño, que para personas mas altas de 1,70m era muy incomodo bañarse.

  Positives: The apartment was clean, quiet and in a great location. Negatives: There was hardly anywhere to put clothes as all cupboards were full of junk or things belonging to the apartment. The sofa was falling apart. The very narrow, musty stairwell was very difficult to negotiate with heavy ...luggage and it was a drag having to go up so many stairs. The administration was fine, both via email and via S who let us into the apartment and spoke good English.

  SITUACION INMEJORABLE. COMODO Y LIMPIO. ZONA TURISTICA Y MUY TRANQUILA. SE PUEDE IR CAMINANDO A LOS LUGARES MAS VISITADOS. En estos aspectos la puntuación es de 10. INCOVENIENTES LAS ESCALERAS DE ACCESO SOM PESIMAS, LA ALFONBRA (deberían quitarla) SUCIA Y CON MAL OLOR. ES DIFICIL SUBIR CON ...MALETA. INTERNET NO FUNCIONO. SUGERENCIAS: En el anuncio deben especificar que el apartamento no es factible para personas mayores. Nosotros eramos de entre 60 a 70 años. 

  De bedden zijn echt niet goed. verder een hoop (smalle) trappen, wat met tassen niet heel handig is. Locatie is top en dakterras maakt het wel af!

  The apartment was spacious and we enjoyed our stay. The only con I have is that the stairs where steep leading up to the top floor so was a problem moving luggage up an down. Had we known about this prior to arriving, we would have altered our packing.

  Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse über die Dächer von Paris mit Blick auf Sacre Coer, die Seine, den Eiffelturm etc. ist grandios. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, freundlich, in bestem Zustand und praktisch. Die Lage ist so zentral, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die ...vier Stockwerke auf der schmalen Treppe ohne Lift zu überwinden zahlt sich auf alles Fälle aus. Vorsicht allerdings bei den Dachschrägen im Schlafzimmer. Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Kontaktperson war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns für die Abreise ein Taxi organisiert. 

  We absolutely loved this sweet apartment- wonderful views, perfect location and all of our needs were met by the owners. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals with the food we bought at the markets and the rooftop terrace was the perfect place to dine!

  Super zentral, sauber, ordentlich, würden wir jederzeit empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!
