  Nice quiet apartment. Located about 30 metres from Republique metro station. A handy minimart within a 2-minute walk. A bit small for 4 people (excellent for 2!), but nice and cosy. Bedroom has very limited space and now actual window, so it can get a bit stuffy in there. Very friendly contact persons/owners - thank you for your hospitality!

  I would suggest hooks to hang up jackets and coats, as the space is small. Needs higher wattage light bulbs. If you offer a washing machine, you must also offer a place to dry the clothes; e.g. a clothes line or something similar.

  Beautifull excelently designed flat. Perfectly fits for 3 people ( 2 adults 1 child ) stay. All neede staff was in our disposal. Metro station in 200 meters. No noise from the street or from other residents. Owner very pleasant and helpfull person provides us with all neccessary assistance. From ...minuces - construction works on Republic square that will last till May and a little bit far from Effel Tower region

  Fantastic location, very helpfull landlord, all basic stuff left in the appartment, very satisfied, excellent appartment. however Paris itself very dirty, gog litter all over the place, you will end up looking down more than looking up the attractions. if you plan to go to Paris do not ever drive,... parking is 40 euros per day, driving is mad. Appartments itself lovely and in French style, very clean and had all basic stuff you will find in your own kitchen. Will recomend the flat to anyone wishing to visit Paris 

  small but cmfortable and had everything we could have wanted I was extremely helpful in giving directions (by email) before arrival, and then met us at the metro exit.

  Appartamento al 5.to piano molto bello (anche se piccolo). Ottimo rapporto qualita' / prezzo. Vicinissimo c'è un piccolo market, Mc Donald e altri locali per la ristorazione vari (molto utili). Il contatto è una signora italiana molto gentile e disponibilissima. Appartamento pulitissimo e ben ...arredato. Unico neo è stato l'ascensore, che proprio quando c'eravamo noi, era rotto e 100 gradini dopo una giornata passata in giro per la citta' non sono il massimo (e la cosa non ci è stata scontata). DA PRENDERE IN CONSIDERAZIONE COMUNQUE. 

  The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos. It's beautifully decorated, fantastic location just 2mins from the Metro, shops, boulangerie, etc. And just a short walk away from the bars and restaurants of the Marais district, which are lovely. It's located on the 4th floor (it has a small ...lift), has a room with 2 single beds (can be a double) and also a sofa bed, which is really easy to use. The kitchen has everything you'd need. The bathroom is small but nice - always hot water and lots of towels and loo roll! The whole place is very clean and quiet. It's compact but there were 3 of us staying there and we were perfectly comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive to emails/ texts. We were met upon arrival (which was at about 11pm) and they let us check out later so that we could leave our luggage there, which was hugely helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone! 

  Propreté impeccable , très bien situé , très calme tout en étant dans un quartier très animé. Accueil charmant et attentionné .Nous y reviendrons.

  Excelente!! Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda, agradable, higiénico, completo y con muchos detalles. Nuestro contacto fue muy amable, nos apoyó en todo. En un próximo viaje definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos.

  Sehr hübsches Appartment, zwar ziemlich klein, aber mit allem Nötigen bestens ausgestattet. Sehr netter Kontakt, total unproblematisch. Direkt neben der Metrostation, beste Verkehrsanbindung, trotzdem extrem ruhig.

  Estuvimos 5 noches, una pareja de chicos ya conocedores de Paris. Apartamento luminoso, con una temperatura excelente durante todo el día. Una estancia verdaderamente confortable, el piso es tranquilo y silencioso. Se puede llegar caminando al barrio de le Marais que nos interesaba. Una opción estupenda. Nunca más volveremos a un hotel en Paris.

  All was perfect. The apartment is fully consistent with the description and photo and was equipped with everything necessary. We really appreciate the warm welcome , availability and polite of contact person Mrs. I C and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to spend their time in Paris.

  Great little apartment on the edge of the Marais. Perfectly clean and very cozy. Two metro stops just steps away. Highly recommend. Best part - the Brocco bakery nearby with the best pan au chocolate I have ever tasted!

  wonderful stay- apartment was a short walk to the underground train station it had a lift which made things very easy with all our luggage and being on the 3rd floor was very quiet away from the noise of the street apartment itself was small but ideal- was well set up with a fridge and washing ...machine- water was hot for bath and showers everything was clean and tidy contact person was very helpful and eager to please happy to recommend this to anyone

  Flat was as described, landlady provided flat in clean and working order and explained essential details of flat, building and local area/shops very clearly. She was timely at arrival and departure. Wifi very useful, and the washing machine was essential for our long stay. Inside courtyard situation meant quiet, despite location in very busy city area.

  Apartment was excellent, clean, modern and well equipped, except cooker controls difficult to use.

  Grazie ancora alla gentilissima signora I.C.! Il suo delizioso appartamento ci ha fatto sentire come a casa... Vicinissimo alla metro, alla boulangerie, ai supermercati, ai ristoranti, ai bar... Siamo stati tutti (io, mio marito e le mie due bambine) molto bene e torneremmo con piacere un'altra volta.

   Notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement fut parfait à tout point de vue.

  El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, es pequeño pero tiene de todo, excelente presentación y limpieza y la encargada es una persona muy seria y responsable. Para volver!

  Situado a 10 pasos de metro y muy cercano a supermercados y una buenisima panadería de croisanes. Muy limpio y una cocina con buena dotación de utensilios.

  Es un apto, encantador, còmodo y muy bien ubicado. El Metro està en la puerta, hay un supermercado grande a 100 metros, panaderìa enfrente y varios restaurante accesibles ,. Apto muy limpio, iluminado y ventilado, correcta distribuciòn de muebles, silencioso. Satisfizo nuestras espectativas, ...eramos tres adultos . Destacamos la gran cordialidad de la dueña, y el servicio ofrecido tanto de informaciòn turìsitca (folletos y mapas) como artìculos claves por ejemplo . cafè, te,aceite, sal, paraguas, secador de cabello, jabòn, Éste apto ayudò a disfrutar nuestra estancia en una ciudad tan hermosa.  

  I. was extremely helpful with information prior to our arrival. Clear instructions were sent to make finding the apartment very easy. We were also given directions to find the nearest boulangerie & supermarket and other useful tips about the area. The location was ideal for our visit with the ...metro just across the street and the apartment had information of local restaurants and Paris maps available to read. I. was very friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The apartment was basic, clean & warm and had everything we needed for a stay that felt like home, we would recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris. 

  I. ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal: In kurzer Zeit erreicht man alle wichtigen Punkte der Stadt. Sei das zu Fuss, mit dem Bus oder der Métro. Wir verbrachten tolle Tage.

  A lovely apartment, well situated for access throughout Paris. I was very helpful with all of our questions. We would definitely stay th3re again.Three of us stayed here for 8 days. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you would need to cook a meal. We made a number of breakfast and ...some dinners as well. The apartment is clean and tidy. We had a lovely time. 

  Consiglierei questo appartamento a tutti. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha fatto trovare un appartamento pulito e fornito di tutto ciò di cui potessimo aver bisogno, sinceramente ben più di quanto mi aspettassi . L'appartamento è davvero carino e in quattro ci si sta comodamente, ...in più è in posizione strategica ,praticamente ad un minuto dalla metro ed in zona centralissima e molto vivace ,attigua a place de la Republique. In conclusione fantastico !!!!!!! 

  Everything you need is here. Close to Republique metro station easy access to the rest of Paris. A nice bakery at the end of the street and plenty of eating places in the area.

  Per l'abitazione ottimi: l'ubicazione, i trasporti, il supermercato monoprix a 100mt, l'appartamento accogliente con sapore parigino (dotato di tutto!). Eccellente la persona di contatto per: accoglienza, disponibilità, gentilezza. Un pacchetto sicuramente da consigliare.

  Sin duda la mejor elección. La anfitriona, I, encantadora. El apartamento muy acogedor y desde luego parisino; muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para una cómodisima estancia. Tiendas, supermercado, cafes, etc. alrededor. Metro en la misma puerta. En fin, perfecto.

  Centrico, perfectamente comunicado por transporte publico y apartamento muy cuidado.

  Republique is a great area with lots of metro lines and not far from Gare du Nord. The flat for me works really well for a couple - possibly with small kids. Tiny lift but very useful. High up so lighter. Can feel the tremors of the metro.

  Es muy céntrico, es pequeñito pero está muy bien para dos personas. Lo único es que la cama no es de matrimonio, son dos camitas unidas, que aunque en ningún momento se abrieron, si que era un poquito molesto. La localización es estupenda. La propietaria un encanto que nos facilito todo tipo de información. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

  The apartment was great!! Excellent location 5 yards from the metro stop. The lady who met us was very nice, the apartment was nice and quiet, there was no antisocial behaviour, very nice all round, highly recommendable.

  Un emplazamiento idóneo para ver Paris. El metro está al lado de la casa y la línea que te lleva es la 8. Las fotos son fieles al alojamiento.El baño es muy pequeño y para que se caliente es mejor dejar por la noche la puerta abierta porque si no, no es suficiente con el pequeño calefactor de ...aire que tiene.También es pequeño-pequeñisimo el ascensor: justo una persona y equipaje o dos personas muy juntitas dentro. 

  El apartamento es excepcional y equipado hasta el último detalle, localización insuperable. Hemos estado encantados y además con un tiempo en París, increíble! Recomendable 100%, ojalá tenga la oportunidad de volver a París y volverme a alojar aquí. I y O se han portado fenomenal con nosotros, han sido muy amables.

  This was a nice appartment , just a stones throw from the metro, It was really well equipped clean and quiet, The king bed was huge and comfortable We had a lovely stay of 6 nights

  The apartment owner was very helpful and accommodating about checking in and checking out times and gave us good information about the neighbourhood. We did however miss advice about how reach things, books and crockery on the higher shelves.

  Owner is very friendly.The room is cosy and comfortable. Location is also easy accessible from many lines of metro.

  Brilliant location. Lots to see and do within walking distance. Also handy for the metro at Place de Republique which has excellent transport links. There is also an excellent boulangerie within 2 mins walk, if you want to start the day with a chocolatine and a coffee. The owner I. is relaxed and friendly and we were very happy with our choice.

  Es destacable la excelente atención de I., comunicación en todo momento, guía sobre la ciudad y predisposición ante toda consulta. El departamento muy bien ubicado para moverse en metro o caminando, rodeado de restaurantes, fast food y tiendas de alimentos, muy bien equipado y con muchos ...elementos para uso de los huéspedes, incluso alimentos, café, productos de limpieza,, etc. Si tengo la oportunidad de regresar a París trataré de hacerlo en éste lugar. I., muchas gracias por tu atención y trato.
