  Splendido e comodissimo per chi,come me,volesse trascorrere un soggiorno romantico con la propria partner.Non è grande ma è fornitissima e la zona è veramente semplicissima! Tenuta benissimo e la persona di contatto è stata veramente disponibilissima!

  Alles ist perfekt gelaufen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir waren schon am frühen Vormittag in Paris. Die Koffer konnten wir gleich in die Ferienwohnung bringen, wo die Vermieterin nach Terminabsprache auf uns wartete. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und sehr schön ...eingerichtet. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral. Alles kann alles gut mit der Metro erreicht werden.

  9/10 Excellente location,bien équipée,photos sur le site conforme à la réalité des lieux, a proximité du métro , et en plus une propriétaire très sympathique et attentionnée, une adresse à retenir et à recommander, nous avons passé un superbe séjour.

  Es war ein wunderschönes Appartement. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders lieb war, dass sogar eine Grundversorgung für den ersten Morgen im Kühlschrank war und eine gefüllte Obstschale auf dem Tisch wartete. Außerdem kann man das Appartement gut vom Gare du Nord erreichen, ...von dem der Verbindungszug vom Flughafen ankommt. Wirklich alles optimal! 

  Auf meine Familie und mich hat eine sehr liebevoll hergerichtete Unterkunft gewartet. Grundnahrungsmittel und eine große Obstschale mit frischem Obst hat die Vermieterin für uns bereitgestellt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und schnell zur Stelle, wenn man sie braucht. Das Appartement liegt,... sehr idyllisch, in einem schönen Innenhof. Die Lage ist optimal, mitten in der Stadt in einer lebhaften Straße, und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Dieses sehr schön eingerichtete Appartement, war unsere "Oase" nach anstrengenden Sightseeing-Touren. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt verschiedene kleine Geschäfte in derselben Straße und in der näheren Umgebung. Zur Metro sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dieser kann man die Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schnell erreichen; auch Gare-du-Nord und Gare-de-l'Est sind in der Nähe. Dieses superschöne Appartement ist sehr zu empfehlen. Drei Personen haben gut Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

  Appartement très bien. La personne qui nous accueilli très sympathique et gentille. Petite attention en arrivant ds l'appartement, les fruits frais, bouteille d'eau, de lait, beurre, confiture, café, thé... Bref le rêve. Merci à la propriétaire. Endroit très calme, tout le confort requit. On reviendra!

  Although a little small it was a very nice and cozy appartment with a real Parisian style in a charismatic neighbourhood! The location is great, very close to a metro statio and a small store right next to the entrance. There was a great selection of french parfumes in the bathroom. There was also ...a nespresso machine in the kitchen with a large set of capsules for free! When we arrived there was a whole basket of fresh fruits also for free. Simply the best value for a very modest price! Very romantic for a young couple. 

  Nice apartment for our 6 night stay in Paris. Pros: - clean, modern apartment tucked into a safe and respectable complex - helpful and kind host, though maybe her English isn't so great, helped us operate the washing machines when we couldnt work out the french instructions! - kitchen is fully... equipped -- more so than the average apartment that claims to be "fully equipped", there was even a nespresso machine fully stocked with different flavours of coffee! Bonus! - free and fast wifi - 5 minute walk from poissonniere and bonne nouvelle metro stations - free bowl of fruit on the table when we arrived! Nice touch. Cons: - maybe not in the nicest area in Paris - though I am sure this makes it more affordable. However it is reasonably central and the metro makes it easy to get around. - description states that the apartment has a washing machine, but the machine is actually a shared washing machine in the apartment building tucked into a dark and dingy laundry. This matters because we are on a 6 week trip so we have to do laundry, and a shared laundry means we have to hang around while doing laundry, which cuts in to our valuable holiday time. Maybe the description should state that the laundry facilities are shared. Overall though, my opinion of the stay is positive and I would recommend the apartment to others.

  Would have liked a bit more room for our luggage

  We had a lovely stay in this 9th arrondissement apartment. The location is great - in the heart of Paris, perfect for exploring the various parts of the city. We were pleased to notice the little "extras", such as jam, butter and milk in the fridge, plenty of Nespresso capsules, ground coffee, ...tea, sugar and other condiments that was available for us in the apartment. Excellent price/quality ratio. However, there are some things I wish the owner would do something about: the shower cabinet (needs replacing), the fridge (freezer part did not work) and the owner should do more in order to combat the ants that are in the apartment (don't be alarmed by the the ants though, it did not affect our stay, but they should be exterminated). We will certainly stay in an apartment when we visit Paris from now on, it all becomes more authentic and special when you go out to buy your own croissants and baguette in the morning and you have your own key to "your" apartment 

  Accueil cordial et sympatique.

  Absolutely fantastic apartment! It was situated just a few minutes walk from Bonne Nouvelle metro and was contained in a very secure courtyard. Although the owner spoke no English, which initially caused concern during the reservation, she couldn't have been nicer! Managed to communicate the ...basics very easily. Apartment was perfect and had extra little unexpected additions; perfumes, tea and coffee, items in the fridge; that gave that extra little touch. Laundrey facilities were in the adjacent building but we did not require these in the short time we stayed. Would highly recommended this place to anyone looking for a quiet break. Clean, beautiful, comfortable and with a very lovely owner. I cannot praise it enough!

  SUPER!!! Ho trascorso 5 giorni in questo appartamentino stupendo e sono tornato in Italia con tanta nostalgia. Non potevo trovare un posto migliore dove alloggiare nella meravigliosa Parigi. L'appartamento è davvero perfetto in tutto, a partire dalla proprietaria che è stata di una gentilezza e ...disponibilità unica. La posizione dell'appartamento è decisamente perfetta per qualsiasi cosa vogliate visitare. 3 linee di metropolitane ad una distanza massimo di 500 mt, in una strada molto molto tranquilla, ma a pochi metri dai Grand Boulevards, dove ci sono tantissimi locali, ristoranti e negozi. L'appartamento poi "c'est tres joli". Romantico, pulito, fornito di tutto, in un palazzo silenzioso, anche il letto è molto comodo. Insomma 10 e lode 

  Compact accommodation, with good lighting and compact but comfortable bedroom. Access to cupboards in kitchen area is by stepladder, so care needed with that. Bathroom had a heated towel-rail, a nice touch which gave us the luxury of warm, dry towels for the whole of our stay. Location is about 20 ...mins walk (with luggage) from the Gare du Nord, and a few minutes (without luggage) from Poissoniere Metro station. Location is also off the tourist trail - you're in real Paris, with some edgy areas in the 10th Arrond., over towards the Boul. de Strasbourg, contrasting with the 9th Arrond., where the apartment is situated. Choose Metro stations carefully, therefore! Quiet at night - we slept really well. Contact person couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, supplying many little touches to make our stay compfortable and memorable. An excellent holiday apartment - we'll be back when we can. 

  Todo perfecto, el departamento es perfecto, es lo que buscabamos y mucho más, definitivamente lo recomendaremos a todos nuestros conocidos que viajen y será nuestra unica opción cuando volvamos a Paris, y ojalá sea pronto porque nos quedó mucho por visitar. Era la primera vez que usabamos la ...página y teníamos temor de que nos encontraramos cuando llegáramos pero todo absolutamente todo fué perfecto.1000% recomendable!!

  The apartment is very nice and stylish. It is just like the photos displayed. It is very well organized and very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is very quiet, no street noise is heard, even it is in the center of Paris. The location is well ...situated, close to subway stations and downtown attractions can be accessed by walk. Paulina is a wonderful person, very friendly and very welcoming host. We were impressed that she greeted us with a basket of fruit and a box of candy and she prepared for us milk, water, coffee, butter and jam for breakfast, although it was not her obligation under booking agreement. We felt like at home and we hope to return in the future. We will definitely recommend our friends to book this apartment. Thank you from our hearts, P!   Petit appartement ayant du charme et très tranquille, parfaitement équipé, dans un quartier très agréable. Accueil chaleureux de P. qui sait soigner les détails (corbeille de fruits, capsules Nespresso pour les amateurs de café, etc). Une adresse à retenir.

  Le sejour a été vraiment agreable: l'appartement petit, mais tout a fait pratique et complet de tout ce qu'il faut. Trés facile et agreable aussi le rapport avec la personne de contact qui a été vraiment gentille et attentive.

  Die Wohnung liegt in einem Viertel, wo es sich schön französische anfühlt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. alles vor Ort! Dieser Stadtteil eignet sich auch prima, um einfach mal zu bummeln! Durch die Innenhoflage ist die Wohnung schön ruhig und die Ausgangslage für Ausflüge perfekt; vom Gare du ...Nord kommt man zu Fuß prima zur Wohnung. Für eventuelle Fragen / Anliegen, ist die Vermieterin stets greifbar (wohnt nebenan) und wirklich sehr nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Merci! Absolut empfehlenswert! 

  L'alloggio è caldo, accogliente e ben fornito di tutto quello che può essere utile o necessario. Buona posizione, considerando che si trova vicino la metro Poissoniere ben collegata con aeroporto Orly e con il centro di Parigi. E' anche vicino ad un'altra fermata metro che, però, sconsiglierei di... utilizzare, almeno di notte. Tutto funzionante tranne i getti dell'idromassaggio della doccia. Consigliato. 

  Piccolo appartamento, ma dotato di tutto. Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla metro di Bonne Nouvelle e a 15 min a piedi da Le Sacre Coeur. Uscendo, sulla destra, molti bar e ristoranti.

  Alles was voortreffelijk. Het is ons alleen niet gelukt om tijdens ons verblijf de contactpersoon te spreken te krijgen. Ik heb een paar keer bij haar aangebeld. Maar omdat het om iets onbelangrijks ging, hebben we verder niet veel moeite gedaan. ( We konden de deur naar de grote afvalcontainer niet... open krijgen. We hebben het daarom voor die deur gezet ) Verder waren we zeer geïnponeerd door al de extra dingen. als we weer naar Parijs gaan, zullen we alle moeite doen om dit appartement weer te huren. 

  Wir hatten eine schöne Reise. Das Appartment bei Frau Couto war sehr schön, sehr sauber und liebevoll mit allen wichtigen Dingen eingerichtet. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr wieder buchen und die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

  This was a wonderful apartment in Paris conveniently located near the Gare du Nord train station. Everything was perfect when we arrived and looked exactly like the pictures, there were no surprises. The host was very accommodating, she provided all the necessities which made us fell right at home.... She did not know English but we were able to communicate with her very well, so that was not a problem. We loved that there was fruit on the table, milk and butter in the fridge and a shop right net door. We didn't have to wonder to far in order to get food our first night. Being our first time in Paris I think the apartment was what made our whole trip worthwhile and perfect. I will definitely come back for another visit.

  Gesamturteil: super. Positiv anzumerken ist vor allem, dass wir mit unserem kleinen Sohn verreist sind und uns in der Wohnung alles zur Verfügung stand, was wir brauchten (Kinderbett etc.)

  Studio charmant, propre et bien situé (5 mn de métro Bonne nouvelle). L'accueil fut également très sympathique et les attentions de la propriétaire très appréciées. La note maximale.

  L'appartamento è veramente bello e spazioso per gli standard parigini! Mantiene il calore ed è confortevole (la nostra visita si è svolta a fine febbraio, il clima era molto freddo!). P. è una persona simpaticissima e molto disponibile, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare l'appartamento ...riscaldato, una cesta di frutta e latte/aqua/marmellate/burro nel frigorifero, fantastica! In generale, l'appartamento è fornito di tutti i comfort, l'arredamento è nuovo e la pulizia eccellente. La strada in cui è posizionato è a 5 minuti a piedi dai grand boulevards, in una zona sicura anche la notte. Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia visitare Parigi alloggiando in un posto accogliente e rilassante!

  Unterkunft genau wie beschrieben, wirklich alles vorhanden und im Großen und Ganzen kann ich nur sagen, SUPER UND SEHR GERNE WIEDER. Können wir nur jedem empfehlen, der einen Aufenthalt in Paris plant. :)

  Super Unterkunft, genau wie beschrieben!!! Alles vorhanden was man braucht, zudem war bei der Ankunft eine große Schale mit frischem Obst vorhanden. Das Appartment von Fr. C ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Jederzeit wieder !!!!!

  Die Unterkunft entspricht den gezeigten Fotos und war für unsere Familie 2 Erwachsene und unsere 15 jährige Tochter in Ordnung. Das Sofa-Bett war sehr bequem. Wenn auch der Platz bei ausgezogenem Bett sehr eingeschränkt war, genügte es fü unsren 5-Tage-Aufenthalt bestens. Wir haben jeweils nur ...Frühstück in der Wohnung gegessen. (Bäcker ca. 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. (feine Baquettes und Croissonts) U-Bahnhalte-Stelle ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt. gute Verbindungen zu allen Pariser Stadtteilen. Da die Wohnung in einem Innenhof ist, ist es auch sehr ruhig. Die Kontaktperson vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankuknft haben wir einen ganzen Früchtekorb vorgefunden. Ebenfalls Nespressomaschine inklusive versch. Kapseln und Wasserkocher mit versch. Teesorten. Unsere Meinung klein aber fein. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 

  P (die Besitzerin) ist super nett, das Apartment sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man ist perfekt am öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz angebunden... Die Unterkznft ist schlichtweg perfekt. Immer wieder gern!

  Già sul sito l'alloggio presenta molto bene,ma in loco si è dimostrato ancora più bello ed accogliente .E' attrezzato con ogni tipo di confort. La proprietaria ci ha fatto sentire subito molto a nostro agio e ci ha accolto con un cesto di frutta fresca e con una buona riserva di cialde di ...caffè....!!!Comodissimo al metrò e dislocato in un interno dove regna la pace e il silenzio assoluto.   Muy recomendable. P. es una persona muy agradable y atenta. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente con la comunicación. La ubicación es excelente, muy cercana al centro y a la estación de metro Bone Neuvelle.

  Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe erfogten durch eine Vertretung, jedoch ohne Probleme. Wir fühlten uns willkommen geheißen durch freundlich bereit gestellte Zugaben zum Frühstück. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, was bekannt war, doch für wenige Nächte auch für 3 Personen ohne höheren Anspruch ...ausreichend. Im Schlafzimmer wäre eine weitere Ablage oder Garderobenhaken sinnvoll. Die Belüftung im Bad müsste verbessert werden, es sind leichte Schäden sichtbar. Hilfreich wäre auch das Auslegen einer Kopie der Wohnumgebung, in der Touristinfo am Gare de L´Est nicht vorhanden.   We have stayed in many rented accommodations and this was by far the best in respect being exactly as advertised...and more. Our host P. is a credit to Paris and could not have been more helpful. Do not be put off by the apartments location. We felt as though we were living in "real Paris" and this ...enhanced our stay. The apartment itself is every bit as lovely as the photos suggest. The extras-basket of fruit, coffee, milk all made it a wonderful experience. We would recommend this apartment to anyone.  

  Wir wurden trotz 11 Stunden Verspätung sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein aber fein ! Es fehlte uns an nichts sogar ein reichlich gefüllter Obstkorb stand für uns bereit . Bis auf ein paar Verständigundproblemen kann man das Appartment sehr empfehlen. Die Lage ist zentral ...und kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. So kann man Paris entspannt genießen.  

  Super schöne kleine Wohnung. Ideal für Paare, die aber auch mal eine Ausweichmöglichkeit zum Schlafen (wegen Schnarchproblemen) auf dem Schlafsofa benötigen. Paulina hat uns super freundlich in Empfang genommen. Auch der Kühlschrank war schon mit den französischen Grundzutaten fürs ...Frühstück gefüllt (Butter, Marmelade, Kaffee, Milch, Wasser) :-) Die Küchennische ist zwar klein, aber hat wirklich alles, um auch mal ein 3-Gang Menü zuzubereiten. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder :-) 

  Very helpful owners daughter, who speaks perfect English . Everything one needs in a good location. The only criticism is that the location can be quite noisy at times but considering the location and price it is excellent value.

  Eine sehr gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, nah zur Metro, in einem sehr lebendigen Viertel. Sehr höfliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter, ein sehr gutes Preis-Lestungsverhältniss. Die Wohnung ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.

  Super friendly, super safe and super location. 5-19 min walk for Gare du Nord. really nice restaurants near by and all local bars have a 3-4 hours of happy hour.

  Die Wohnung ist hervorragend und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin hat auch an viele nützliche Details gedacht, z.B. Wattepads, Nähzeug, Pflaster und Aspirin (für alle Fälle). Der Kühlschrank ist bestückt mit Wasser, Milch, Marmelade, Butter, ein großer Obstkorb steht auf dem ...Tisch, Espressomaschine mit Kapseln in vier Sorten, Tee, Kaffeepulver etc. Das hatten wir noch in keiner anderen Ferienwohnung! Die Lage zum Innenhof des Gebäudes ist trotz Straßennähe ruhig, die Umgebung ist lebhaft und bietet vielfältige Gelegenheiten für Einkäufe, Essen gehen etc. Viele Ziele in der Innenstadt und der Gare du Nord sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Dank der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin und ihrer netten Aufmerksamkeiten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder!

  Ideal para 1 o 2 personas, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodamente en París. A 10-15 minutos andando de la Ópera y en una zona muy ambientada con restaurantes y tiendas

  Un appartement charmant et idéalement bien situé au calme, juste à côté des grands boulevards. Un accueil chaleureux et un cadre douillet où il fait bon faire une pause entre 2 visites!

  P. se caracteriza por su cordialidad, simpatía buen trato, nos sentimos muy a gusto , tan cómodos como en nuestra casa. El departamento está en una zona muy accesible a los museos más importantes de Paris, y el departamento es muy lindo y silencioso. P. tiene la gentileza de recibir con una ...canasta de frutas , cafe nespresso delicioso y tes de muchas variedades. Realmente muy recomendable , deseamos ansiosamente volver a Paris y este departamento forma parte de la linda experiencia en esa ciudad.  

  Realmente supero las expectativas nuestras!! La ubicacion es muy buena a dos cuadras del metro y una zona centrica incluso a la noche. El depto es muy comodo y funcional, equipado con todo lo que uno necesita estando de viaje. La duena nos recibio de manera excelente!! Se encargo que no falte nada!! Realmente un lugar recomendable!

  P.'s flat is a true gem. It is located in a beautifully kept court yard in a typical Parisian neighbourhood. There are many small, new restaurants, organic supermarkets and it is only a 10 minute walk from the Gare de L'Est and close to the Grands Boulevards. The flat is beautifully furnished ...and immaculately kept. The bathroom is of generous proportions for such a small space, the double bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with fresh milk, butter, jam, tea and coffee. It feels like a home away from home. P. is the most helpful, kind person and made our stay very agreeable. We will definitely come back.

  Come dalla descrizione l'appartamento è molto bello, pulito e funzionale; la proprietaria, P, è veramente gentile e simpatica. Lo studio, dotato di tutti i conforts e di una wifi, si trova in una corte interna di un grande e bel palazzo (vi si accede dal portone che da sulla strada solo tramite un... codice di sicurezza, quindi è tranquillo e sicuro) e in generale in una posizione ottima, a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metro Bonne Nouvelle e in una zona piena di ristoranti di tutti i tipi e bar e boulangerie. noi non vediamo l'ora di tornarci! 

  Tanto el apartamento como la propietaria fue excelente. Todo con muchos detalles y muy cuidado. La propietaria muy amable y muy dispuesta a ayudar en lo que necesitasemos. Desde luego lo recomendaremos.

  Ruhige kleine Wohnung, zentrale Lage (Fußnähe Gare du Nord), allerdings etwas abgewohnt und nicht so sauber wie es hätte sein können (aber ok). Kontakt mit P. hat insgesamt gut funktioniert (nur etwas Verständnisschwierigkeiten wegen der Sprache). Schön, dass Obst, Kaffee und Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank vorhanden waren.

  This was our first stay in Paris. The apartment was superbly appointed, including lots of basic food amenities like coffee, tea, spices etc. and some really nice touches like a big bowl of fruit. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and pride of ownership is ...very evident. The theatre district is close by, as is the metro and a hop on/hop off bus stop. 

  Rustige en veilige ligging aan binnenplaatsje, makkelijk toegankelijk, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken was prima ingericht, er was een volle fruitmand! We konden vrij gebruik maken van koffie, kruiden, melk, olijfolie enz. De ontvangst was enorm gastvrij ook al kwamen we laat aan. We... kregen zelfs de mogelijkheid om onze auto in de parkeergarage van eigenaresse te zetten omdat ze zelf het weekend met haar auto weg was. We hebben het heerlijk gehad! Merci beaucoup P!  

  Vielen Dank, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Eine Flasche Wasser und ein Obstkorb für die erste Stärkung nach der Anreise warteten auf uns. So hatten wir einen guten Start in eine gelungenen Kurzurlaub.

  Really good little apartment, not far from the underground, or a 20 minute walk down to the Seine and Notre Dame.

  Die Wohnung ist typisch französisch und für 2 Petsonen ideal. Es war schön, das Kaffee, Tee, Marmelade und ein Korb mit Obst für die Gäste zur Verfügung standen. P hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gut erklärt.

  Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Wohnung war ruhig. Alle Geschäfte im nahen Umfeld erreichbar.Schön war die Begrüßung mit Obstkorb und Getränken. Tipps über Lokale, kleine Geschäfte, ärztliche Versorgung im Notfall wäre angenehm.

  P. nos recibio con muchisima cordialidad y fue muy atenta cuando lo solicitamos. El apartamento nos parecio excelente y tuvimos todo lo necesario y mas (una canasta con frutas, cafe, te, equipo de sonido y una seleccion de CDs, ademas del equipamiento habitual). Todo un lujo y ampliamente ...recomendable. A 300 ms hay una estacion de metro, lo que permite viajar a todas partes sin problemas. En la esquina hay un minimarket donde comprar lo que haga falta. Volveria sin ninguna duda. 

  Excellent location close to the Metro, restaurants and shops. Situated on a very quiet courtyard and felt very safe. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our 10 night stay, including high speed internet. P. was very friendly and helped out by storing our bags when we arrived very ...early into Paris. Would definitely stay again and recommend to our Australian friends. 

  Estuvimos muy a gusto. La propietaria tiene todo pensado como para hacerte sentir en tu casa y que nada falte ! Lo recomiendo

  Velmi príjemný pobyt, krásny a tichý apartmán blízko centra v ktorom nájdete všetko ?o potrebujete na pobyt a ešte aj viac, milí majitelia.

  I'm not sure there's a nicer person in Paris than the owner, P. She made us feel so at home. We enjoyed perfume of the beautiful flowering plants in the courtyard every night as we came in. The apartment itself was amazing. Everything that you would need right where you'd expect it to be. ...Parisians have a knack for doing so much with smaller spaces and this apartment is no exception. I hope to stay there again in the future!The neighborhood is a real Parisian neighborhood and on just down the street is a restaurant called "Le Richer". It doesn't look like much, but we had our best meal in France there. Not to be missed.

  The appartment was compact and adequate, however, when I chose it I was mindful that there would be language barriers so I chose based on the recommendations of past guests who all spoke highly of host. She was away for the entire stay, and we could not work many of the facilities due to being ...unable to figure out the instructions. Our ignorance of things she would have known about made a difference. We had no idea until we received an email from the host just a few days before our departure that what we had rEad on the site that fed our expectations was unlikely to be as rosy as prior visitors had indicate 

  L'appart est vraiment cool petit conseils pour les gens qui veulent ce connecter à internet (faire une feuille avec les codes et les appareils à contrôler pour faire marcher la connexion cela serait un plus) on as mis un petit peu de temps à tout trouver. Sinon merci pour les fruits et le ...service excellent. La situation de l'appartement est vraiment parfaite, en effet pas très loin vous avez le Musé Grévin, Le cinéma REX, un salon du chocolat et à 15 minutes du sacré coeur à pieds. Ensuite l'appartement est bien meublé, station iPhone dock avec haut-parleur, 2 tv, connexion internet de qualité, salle d'eau vraiment belle. Magasin très proche pour les achats du ravitaillement. Pas chère par rapport aux Hôtels dans le même secteur. 

  El apartamento es tal y como se detalla o mejor. No le falta ningún detalle y P es encantadora. Esta impecable de limpio, muy bien ubicado y con todos los detalles para sentirte como en tu propia casa, fruta fresca, café, leche, mermeladas... De todo!!! Ojala podamos volver algún día!

  Das Studio liegt sehr zentral; lediglich 20 min. zu Fuß zum Louvre. Mit der Metro mit 1x umsteigen 10 min. Das Studio ist sehr gepflegt und für 2 Erwachsene mit einem Kind sehr komfortabel. Die Vermieterin P. ist sehr freundlich und man wird mit frischen Obst im Studio begrüßt. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!!!

  Great apartment on the ground floor off a quiet courtyard. Apartment was well located, 15 min walk to Gare du Nord and with a large selection of restaurants and convenience stores in close proximity.

  This apartment was comfortable, clean, well-located and very well-equipped. Best of all was the delightful, friendly, helpful owner, P., and the wonderful array of "extras" she provides in the apartment. Large bowl of beautiful fruit, welcoming bottle of wine, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, jams,... honey - the list goes on and on. This lovely little place greatly contributed to the enjoyment of our stay in Paris. Highly recommended! 

  Wir waren in (fast) allen Punkten hoch zufrieden. Lediglich das Schlafsofa, was über eine vollwertige Federkernmatratze verfügt, quietscht etwas laut. Alles, wirklich alles Andere war besser als erhofft. Vielen Dank.

  We were so happy to spend 5 days in P's apartment. The photos dont do it justice - such a lovely apartment. P was wonderful, so kind and helpful. There was coffee,tea, milk, jam, butter, condiments available. The unit was beautiful and clean and quiet. A very short walk from Bonne Nouvelle metro ...station and walking distance to Opera. Lots of great restaurants and just a couple of hundred meters from the Folies Bergere. Such a great place to stay.

  El apartamento es igual a lo esperado en las fotos del anuncio y está en muy buen estado, la zona en el Broadway parisino y cerca de las etaciones, metro, etc.. nos ha gustado mucho No ha habido ninguna incidencia, nos han esperado a la entrada y salida ajustado a nuestras necesidades.

  Du 26 au 29 novembre 2014 Appartement conforme à sa description. Propreté irréprochable.A Accueil chaleureux accompagné de tout le nécessaire pour faciliter votre séjour. De la documentation dans plusieurs langues. Une joli corbeille de fruits, confitures, beurre, lait, café, thé, chocolat ...pour le petit déjeuner. Sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, épices pour cuisiner. La situation de l'appartement est idéale pour visiter Paris. Donnant sur une cour le calme est fort appréciable. P est une personne très arrangeante et nous avons pu garder l'appartement jusqu'à 15h. Une très bonne adresse à conserver. 

  This apartment was so charming and the location was excellent. 5 min walk to the metro and 10 to gare du nord. P was an excellent host and we were lucky on this occasion she made an early check in possible. There is also a great little grocery store across the road. The apartment was spotless and ...there was chocalates, a huge bowl of fruit, milk and water waiting for us. The nespresso coffee machine was a major winner too! I have visited Paris many times before but this stay was the most enjoyable. I will recommend this apartment to all my friends and family. Thank you again, P. X 

  Tutto perfetto! Una "padrona di casa" squisita, il suo tocco è stato fondamentale! Appartamento accogliente e ubicazione sensazionale (2 fermate metro -poissoniére e bonne nouvelle-, autobus quasi sotto casa -48 x louvre-), supermercati, locali e negozi vari, strada molto trafficata e vivace, si ...può girare tranquillamente anche di notte (ma contesto abitativo tranquillissimo e molto piacevole), piano terra comodissimo, tutti i comfort all'interno dell'appartamento. Come da foto, anche se un pò più piccolo di quel che sembra (il fotografo è stato bravo!) e la doccia è stata cambiata. Pulitissimo. Letto comodo, bagno come nuovo. Ideale sia per coppie che famiglie con 1 o 2 bambini. Consigliatisssssimo. 

  P muy amable y spre atenta a nuestras necesidades. El departamento completisimo, no faltaba nada!!. Totalmente recomendable. La ubicación, a dos cuadras de la estación Bonne Nouvelle.

  The apartment was exactly as described and as the photos. It was in a good location, easy to walk from the station and to the river passing though Montaguiel. There are supermarkets, shops and aside variety of restaurants within walking distance. P, the host, made us feel very welcome and supplied ...all the basics and a more for a perfect stay.I would highly recommend this apartment

  Bounjour a tout le monde! :)Io, mia mamma e mia zia siamo state nella bellissima Parigi la settimana scorsa. Ringraziamo P per l'ospitalità e la disponibilità. Avevo scelto questo appartamento in base alle recensioni e ho fatto bene! Accogliente, pulito e situato in una buona posizione, a pochi ...passi dalla metro (stazione Cadet). Appena arrivate eravamo un pò deluse, in quanto il portone d'ingresso non è dei migliori... ma appena si apre la porta si entra in un cortiletto tipicamente parigino (proprio quello che si vede nelle foto!). Nell'appartamento c'è tutto il necessario e se volete fare una vacanza low cost è possibile! nelle vicinanze vi è un supermercato molto rifornito.Che dire... Avremmo potuto vivere lì per sempre! Au revoir e Merci P! A bientot!

  Appartamento fantastico! Estremamente pulito (al nostro arrivo ancora si sentiva il profumo di detersivo dei pavimenti), posizionato in maniera eccezionale tra le fermate Poissonniere e Bonne Nouvelle, una proprietaria gentilissima che ci ha accolto come grandi ospiti. Un appartamento in cui ritorneremo sicuramente!

  Siamo stati in questo delizioso appartamento durante le vacanze di Pasqua. L'ubicazione è ottima a poca distanza dalle fermate metro Bonne Nouvelle e da Poissoniers. L'hotel si trova nella zona dei Grands Boulevards. A piedi siamo andati all'Opera, alle Gallerie Lafayette. E se siete dei buoni ...camminatori potete arrivare fino in centro (les Halles, centre Pompidou...). In casa non mancava niente: tavola e ferro da stiro, forno a microonde, macchina nespresso con cialde per il caffè. In frigo burro, marmellate, acqua fresca e latte. Per il nostro bambino di 3 anni, la proprietaria gentilissima ha messo un lettino da campeggio ed essendo pasqua gli ha fatto trovare una gallinella di cioccolata. Poi ci sono due tv, uno stereo. Insomma non mancava niente. Torneremo sicuramente.  

  P was a fantastic host and looked after us so well. She provided provisions - butter, milk, jam, fruit and a bottle of wine. P really set the bar very high for others.

  Everything was so accessible and P. was very welcoming. It was so easy to settle down in minimal time and go straight out and explore Paris. There are to very close Metro stops at opposite ends of the road.We were provided with essentials, milk, butter, coffee, tea, and fruit.Most welcoming and ...warm. We could not recommend the place enough. We hope to return on our next trip to Paris. 

  Muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario. Muy acogedor y bien decorado. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de todo y en una zona comercial con muchos servicios. La persona de contacto excelente, muy amable.

  Very central, compact high quality accommodation. A little oasis in the centre of Paris with a lovely lady owner. If we return to Paris, which is most likely, we will try to stay there again . David from Australia.

  Die Lage ist super, wir sind am ersten Tag locker zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum gelaufen. Die Eigentümerin war in der Zeit nicht da, hatte aber alles perfekt organisiert. Eine Nachbarin hat uns bestens eingewiesen und wartete schon vor der Tür auf uns. Wir würden mit frischem Obst begrüßt und auch ...sonst ist die Wohnung mit allem erdenklichen ausgestattet. Milch, Wasser, Gewürze und vieles mehr. Das Schlafsofa quietscht leider, was die Nachtruhe unserer Tochter und auch unsere etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Zu zweit auf dem Sofa würden wir nicht empfehlen. Das Doppelbett ist gut, wenn auch etwas schmal, aber das ist in Frankreich wohl normal. WLAN (WiFi) haben wir, trotz Anleitung nicht zum Laufen bekommen, lag aber evtl. auch an uns...Wir würden die Wohnung in jedem Fall wieder nehmen. 

  I stayed here with my two sisters for my sister's 30th birthday. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed! P the owner was lovely, she allowed us to leave her bags with her once we'd checked out on our last day as our train back to London wasn't until 9pm. We also ...like the little touches, like the milk, water, jam and butter left in the fridge for us and a full fruit bowl! The apartment is in a great location, about a 5 minute walk to the metro station and a 10 minute walk to loads of restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to stay and would definitely stay there again on a trip to Paris!  

  The place is good, clean , bed is comfortable, close to 3 different metro lines. Very nice bakery just a few hundred mite red but dangerous .... Very tasty and easy can gain a few extra kg.The owner Paulina is very nice and helpful. kitchen has all necessary utilities, coffee machine; there is a ...washer and a drier in the comune area. The place feels a bit damp but once you open the window it is ok. There is no air conditioning , but it was good when we stayed beginning of September.Overall we enjoyed our stay

  Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir mochten sie sehr. Sie war immer für uns da wenn Fragen waren.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich.Die Wohnung hat 3 Metrostationen (7,8,9) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alle zu Fuß sehr gut innerhalb von 5 Minuten zuerreichen. Der Gare du ...Nord ist nur ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt sehr schöne Lokale im direkten Umfeld. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich gegenüber.Wir würden diese Wohnung nochmal mieten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. 

  Apartamento muy acogedor, ubicación excelente y P. muy agradable. Un buen detalle que te dejen el desayuno para los días de estancia con fruta incluida. Si volviese a París, intentaría ir al mismo apartamento.

  P's welcome made us feel very much at home & the location allowed easy access to all over Paris plus the train stations for day trips out of the city. Excellent choice.

  I would caution that in the middle of the day there can be loud construction and other noises, but of course there are! You chose to stay in an apartment in the middle of a bustling city. The apartment is charming- perfect for two, and I would absolutely recommend it for location and quality.

  Le lit était vraîent confortable. Paulina est le meilleur. Tous détails grand et petit sont parfait. Vous êtes dans un arrondissement vibrant mais l'appartement c'est vraiment tranquille. Merci P! J'espère que nous pouvons revenue un jour.

  The property is very clean and look exactly like what's advertised in the website. There are options of metro lines to choose (though with a little bit of walking) so it's a good base to explore paris!

  This was the best apartment for value, location and P made our stay a memorable one. There was everything in the unit that you could imagine, umbrellas, maps, first aid kit, milk, fresh fruit, I could go on but rest assured if you forgot to pack something it's there. We cannot recommend this ...apartment highly enough. Book early as you don't want to be dissapointed. Every attraction is within a 10min taxi ride in normal traffic and the most we paid was 15 euro. There is a supermarket next door and across the road. the street is one way so you don't have problems. Try the many restaurants, patisseries within a short stroll. Thank you P for making our Paris trip one we will remember.

  Very cute apartment, handy to metro, grocery shop so close, Hostess Paulina was an absolute sweety, we loved it. It was way above our expectations. All the little touches made it feel like home

  We had a great stay in Paris. The owner was amazing; wonderful greeting, a beautiful fruit bowl, nice bottle of wine and much more. We felt right at home in the apartment. It was very comfortable and inviting. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

  P was an amazing hostess! She made the whole checking in (and out) process seamless and enjoyable. She even got us fresh baked goods for our arrival! Her studio is perfectly located in a quiet, safe spot and we loved that we could walk to the opera house in just 15 minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone!

  Paris is a beautiful place with so much to see! This property is in a great location with lots of restaurants and mini markets. It's about 3 blocks from the metro. It is very safe with keypad entry to the building and a key to the apartment. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. ...She even stocked the fridge with milk, butter and a bottle of water, as well as some assorted fruit! The apartment was very clean and comfy with wifi, 2 TVs, and a small kitchenette if you want to make anything. It was a great stay and we look forward to staying here again! Thanks!

  Ho alloggiato in questo grazioso appartamento a Parigi per 4 notti, dal 30 dicembre al 3 gennaio. Vorrei innanzitutto sottolineare che le foto messe a disposizione sul sito sono realistiche e che l'appartamento è davvero meraviglioso, pulito e funzionale. La proprietaria P è stata sempre molto ...disponibile ed è contattabile in qualsiasi momento. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a una coppia.  

  Logement très calme, très accueillant, plein de d'attention qui font énormément plaisir ( bouteille d'eau, de lait, confiture, beurre dans le frigo, corbeille de fruits,,...).

  Terrific welcome with lots of personal touches making us feel at home immediately. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night, which was great. Initial stock of provisions meant we only had to do a minimal shop on arrival.

  The apartment was adorable! We loved staying there and would definitely do it again! The owner was such a sweet person, very concerned about us and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend this apartment enough.
