  Tout était parfait, appartement très beau et très bien équipé, il ya même une buanderie séparée! L'appartement est rès calme,nous avons été vraiment très agréablement surpris! Très bon accueil des propriétaires. La zone offre tout type de commerce, proche république, très pratique ...pour se déplacer dans Paris. On reviendra avec grand plaisir! 

  logement exelent location exelent OH nous a donné des services professionnels et de haute gamme, à l'encontre de la personne contact de l'appartement, en l'occurrence les propriétaires, qui ces derniers n'ont certainement pas la connaissance en l'importance de la réputation d'une compagnie qui... cette dernière veut travailler worldwide, en conséquence ma suggestion est-elle de remplacer les personne de contact habituelle par des professionnels sous votre supervisassions, peut-être plus de personnelles ,Mais la qualités et le services ce font payer et la meilleurs part est-il que le client est satisfait et paye une plus grosse note avec plaisir , ce n'est qu'une idées

  L'appartamento e' davvero grazioso, ben arredato, molto silenzioso. E' corredato di tutto cio' che serve. anche la posizione a 50 metri dalla metro Republique e' perfetta e consente di muoversi agevolmente sia nella sempre bellisima Parigi che da e verso gli aeroporti. Noi siamo arrivati ad Orly e ...in 45 minuti abbiamo raggiunto l'appartamento. Un particolare ringraziamento ai proprietari, simpatici, gentili e disponibilissimi. Ci torneremo e ne parleremo ai nostri amici. 

  i proprietari dell'appartamento sono stati gentilissimi e molto attenti e disponibili. abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto pulito e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. se proprio c'è da fare un appunto è che non c'erano detergenti per poter pulire il bagno, però non ha costiuito un problema. in ...conclusione è satata un'esperienza molto positiva e da raccomandare. 

  The accommodation was in a good quiet location, convenient for the metro. Very well equipped, beautifully appointed and clean. The owners were very helpful. Excellent choice for a short break in Paris.

  Confortevole, silenzioso, strategico come posizione nella città.

  L'apartament és fantàstic, tot nou, ben dissenyat i amb molt de gust. La ubicació també és molt bona, al costat del canal de Saint Martin, un barri que ara s'està posant de moda. Bones comunicacions en metro. L'atenció per part dels encarregats de l'allotjament ha estat perfecte, molt ...acollidors i servicials davant de qualsevol dubte o problema, tant de l'apartament com de la ciutat.

  It's a lovely apartment, beautifully presented, just as in the photos on the website. Bedrooms are spacious. Quiet, as it is above a courtyard behind the street. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, providing a map of shops, restaurants etc in the area. It's very convenient for shops, places ...to eat, and the Metro. If you prefer to walk, many places of interest can be reached in under 20 minutes - a great way to experience Paris. Highly recommended. Overall I think the website is very good, but there are one or two little glitches - the favourites list doesn't work well and each time you go back to the main list, you have to put in your parameters again, one by one, to make your short list. Choice of apartments, photos, plans, and booking system are all excellent. 

  Alloggio bello, ma abbastanza più piccolo di quanto sembrava dal sito web. Primo piano senza ascensore e con scale di legno vecchie e ripide. Corte interna molto brutta e non vivibile dai bambini. Finestra della camera da letto principale senza vista e chiusa ad 1 metro dai tetti. Molto oppressiva.... Posizione in una zone non proprio elegante, con strada molto sporca e quartiere motlo vecchio 

  We have to leave a huge bunch of gratitude words and unforgettable delight! We were staying in this apartment from 5th till 11th of March, 4 adults and 2 children over 10 years old. It's very nice, cozy place to stay in, quiet and spacious despite the fact that the flat seemed small. The apartment ...has everything good planned and placed very reasonable for an extended stay. The building is situated in the courtyard, where it is always quiet and calm. It should be noted convenient location, just a three minute walking from the subway or bus stop. Actually when you consider that this metro-station is full of crossed lines, there is no problem to go wherever you want in Paris. The apartment was equipped with hight quality things: furniture, plumbing, appliances, nice textile and kitchenware. We were enjoyed of cooking breakfast and sometimes dinner for our family, happy of a relaxing stay after wonderful days of emotions in the city. I especially want to mention the goodwill and friendly mistress. C was very responsive, ready to help in any difficult situation for their guests as we were. The first day we were all explained - the instructions about the apartment, the location of shops, transport and ending with the recommendations of the museums. In close proximity is a very good bakery, I even think it was one of the best in Paris, where we always bought fresh croissants and French pastries in the morning, as well as supermarkets with gastronomic delicatessen of France. At the time of our departure from Paris, the owner at our request has ordered a group transfer to the airport, for which we have a special thanks to her! We arrived very quickly, with greater comfort and the price. In general, we spent seven wonderful days in Paris and left with a firm desire to return to this city again, and could be in these apartments! If it won't be occupied for sure ;) Our vacation was a success on all 200%, for which many thanks to your company and to owners of your cozy apartment. The only warning: dear future Tourists, do not try to arrive from the airport to the apartment by public transport!! No matter how lightweight your luggage seems to you, because the subway in Paris is more walking, with lots of stairs and long passages. That's just a great fitness ))) But the amazing choice that we made to stay there we will never forget! Best regards, Julia and all our company. 

  Beautiful apartment just steps from the Republique Metro station. Very quiet and secure. The apartment had everything you could want including washer, dryer and every imaginable kitchen appliance. Supermarket accross the street and several great boulangeries and patisseries nearby. The owner ...lives upstairs, speaks perfect English and was very helpful.

  We had a wonderful Parisian stay in a very stylish and comfortably appointed appartment. Its proximity to the metro made our getting around very easy and there were supermarkets, and a delicious boulangerie, for all our needs really near by.

  The unit was just WOW! Beautiful unit and located in a quiet location. An absolute advantage especially when it comes with washer and dryer. Steps to the metro and short walk to the canal. lots of restaurants and amenities. C and V has been most helpful in assisting tourists like us who are new ...to Paris and gave us the local flavour as oppose to just doing the touristy things only. Their recommendations for the restaurants was just excellent. 

  Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, ideal also für einen Sightseeing Trip. Zudem liegt es in einer Art Hinterhof, d.h. nachts war es wunderbar ruhig. Das Apartment selbst war super sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

  Die Wohnung ist ein Traum! Die Küche ist groß und hat alles was eine Küche braucht und sogar noch mehr. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Zimmer wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, da die Wohnung mitten in der Stadt direkt an einer Metro-Station ist. Man kann sogar mit ...offenem Fenster schlafen, da dieses in einen Hinterhof rausgeht und es sehr still ist. Die Eigentümer sind sehr sehr nette Menschen. Perfekte Wohnung! 

  Apartment is in a great location close to everything, well set out with all amenities. The apartment owners were great in making sure we had information for the area and anything else we needed.

  le logement d'un est très bien situé dans un quartier populaire agréable avec tout ce qu'on souhaite avoir proche de chez nous. de deux les propriétaires sont adorables et ultra chaleureux personnellement nous avons eu un très bon contact et acceuil dès notre arrivée nous recommandons ce ...logement proche de tout il est parfaitement ressemblant aux photos du site un chaud cocon comme chez nous on le recommandera et nous meme pensons y retourner dans un futur proche merci aux propriétaires et aux adorables enfants.

  This apartment was so comfortable, quiet and couldn't be more charming. The owners were equally charming, as well as attentive and lovely to work with. Very impressed. The flat is just beautiful with our favorite part being the view of the courtyard and quintessential Parisian apartments that ...surround this space. The street is lively, but once inside, all you hear are the birds singing. We would definatley recommend staying here; beautiful, easy to get to, secure, quiet, and all just a couple minutes walk from the metro and Canal.

  Très bon accueil et appartement parfait et très pratique pour un séjour à Paris.

  Excellent presentation, owners were very helpful. Restaurant recommendations were helpful. Our favourite was La Marine, just round the corner, great food, great staff, excellent ambience with a better understanding of our English than we had of their French. The apartment was close enough to the ...centre of Paris(10 minutes) on the tube, 1/2 hour walk. Area is up and coming and although there is quite a lot of beggars you don't feel threatened in any way. Close amenities and easy to get to. The only suggestion to improve upon the service provided by V and F Charlotte would be to stock the fridge with a pint of milk and a bottle of water, and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Overall we had a great short stay and would definitely book a return visit. One other thing, it was quite warm on the evenings (july) even when windows were open, the addition of air conditioning might be worth considering. 

  This was a real "character" apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bathroom and toilet were both small, but otherwise all was good and most importantly - very clean. Do not be concerned when you first arrive at the address (we were) - the apartment is off a courtyard behind the big iron gate!... Our hostess C. was there to welcome us, was very pleasant and extremely helpful - giving us great advice on things such as the best way to travel around Paris. The location is only a very short walk from the closest Metro station (Republique), and the Metro is really easy to use.

  A lovely spacious apartment quietly tucked away in a courtyard but in a fantastic area very close to Republique a nice part of Paris. All areas of Paris easy to reach, self catering facility very useful & saves money especually for families. The apartment is decorated & fitted to a very high ...standard, no negatives !! Much better than staying in a hotel !! Fresh criosants from artisan traditional French bakery on doorstep, fabulous arty local atmosphere much nice than typical tourist area. Highly recommended.

  Accoglienza estremamente gentile da parte della proprietaria, che ha fornito yutte le indicazioni necessarie per il soggiorno e si è rivelata disponibile e attenta alle necessità degli ospiti. L'appartamento dispone di tutte le comodità necessarie, ma sarebbe utile migliorare la chiusura ...delle imposte delle due camere da letto. Quartiere centrale, ben servito dai mezzi e dai negozi, forte presenza multietnica.

  The apartment was fantastic. I stayed there in Sept with my husband and mother. We were a little worried when the taxi stopped in front of the building as the street looks a little noisy, but once you get past the gate and into the courtyard it's just gorgeous - a true Parisian experience. The ...owners are lovely and very helpful, and the apartment is spotless and very close to the metro. My only recommendation would be to have extra pillows in the cupboard. Everything else is lovely. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend the apartment to family and friends. 

  We are a family of 7 (5 adults, 2 children ages 3 and 1) and this apartment housed us just fine. We never felt like we were right on top of each other... Everything was as nice as you see in the pictures... The sweetest couple manages the property and were extremely helpful at all times... Really ...really a nice quiet apartment... If you arrive in Paris via the St Pancras train station, it's just 3 stops from the stop you need that's at the end of the block the apartment is on. We were able to get to all the main attractions easily and quickly from the apartment via the Metro... Honestly, this is a fabulous place in a really nice part of town... Would stay here again if we were to visit Paris once again.

  Erstklassige Ausstattung, sauber, sehr freundlicher Vermieter, in belebter Strasse ( Bäcker, Cafes, Minimarkt, in direkter Umgebung, 3 Minuten Metro Haltestelle Republique), dennoch durch Lage im Hinterhof absolut ruhig gelegen. F. (Vermieter) hat im Vorfeld Kontakt aufgenommen, Wegbeschreibung, Übergabe etc alles perfekt, wir kommen wieder! Ralf

  Richtig tolle Wohnung!! Sehr zentral um mit dem Bus oder der Metro zu fahren.Bäcker,Einkaufsmöglichkeit usw.alles in der Nähe. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Verständigung war sehr gut,da beide auch deutsch sprechen konnten. Wegbeschreibung zur Wohnung haben wir rechtzeitig und übersichtlich per Mail bekommen. Vielen Dank!!

  4 Erwachsene (Großeltern, Eltern und 2 Kinder (14 und 11Jahre) haben sich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Bei 6 Personen und einer Dusche muss man sich natürlich arrangieren.

  Das lange Wochenende Paris war ein voller Erfolg - auch durch die tolle Unterkunft! Das Appartment ist zentral gelegen und sehr gut ans Metronetz angeschlossen. Außerdem gibt es sehr vile Restaurants, Café's, aber auch Spermärkte und andere Geschäfte in direkter Umgebung. Da das Appartment im ...Hinterhaus eines Wohnblocks liegt, war es auch wirklich völlig ruhig! Für 6 Personen hätten wir es jedoch zu klein gefunden, da man dann auch kein Wohnzimmer mehr übrig hat. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! 

  Eine wunderbare Wohnung, die für 4 (-max. 5) Personen bestens geeignet ist und den Bilder auf der Homepage exakt entspricht. Charmant und vollständig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. In der Nähe der Metro Republique gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr nette Umgebung, viele Lokale und Geschäfte. ...Die Vermieter sind besonderns freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!! Vielen Dank 

  The apartment was as described on your website. We were very pleased with all aspects. It was in an ideal location for reaching every part of Paris easily, by foot and via the Metro. There were plenty of places to eat in the evenings and being near the canal was a pleasure. The street which the ...apartment is situated was bustling day and night, but the apartment was set a long way back from the noise, in the secure courtyard area. We found it a brilliant and safe place to stay and hope to return again next year.

  Contatto gentilissimo, appartamento molto pulito, ben tenuto, ben attrezzato: non manca veramente niente! Vicinissimo alla metro, molto silenzioso e sicuro, anche se il quartiere multietnico e' "vivace"! Lo raccomandiamo senza dubbi.

  L'alloggio è splendido così come è stato fotografato nel sito, è arredato e corredato nei minimi dettagli, è caldo e accogliente, silenzioso e in pozione strategica, a 50 mt dalla linea della metro. i Padroni di casa sono di una gentilezza squisita e disponibilissimi in qualsiasi situazione.

  Liebevoll eingerichtetes und sehr gut ausgestatetes Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche & halboffenen Bad im 1. Stock im Innenhof, daher zentral mitten im Leben und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Erfreulicherweise liegt das Appartement nicht in einer Touristengegend. Direkt vor ...der Haustür gibt es Geschäfte, Café und Restaurants und mit der Metro - in 5 Minuten Fußweg Entfernung - ist trotzdem Alles schnell und gut erreichbar. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

  RE: Rue du Faubourg du temple, Republique, Paris, France underpinned by efficient online communication with the owner, from the outset to our arrival; through to the personable, knowledgable, considerate and professional service provided by C. and V. throughout our stay; we can honestly state ...that everything about this apartment ('feel', decor, amenities) and location (5 minutes one way to 'chez prune' the coolest bar on the canal st martin (ask brad pitt!); 5 minutes the other way to 'la chemise' an exquisite, highly rated, french restaurant; 100 metres from the front door to several beautiful patisseries; an easy 5 minutes stroll to the metro, the list is endless.......................) first class in every aspect. shaun, china & co. 

  Everything was just superb! A quiet cosy apartment in a beautiful surrounding! The bathroom is a bit strange as the walls do not reach the ceiling, so a person having some wine in the living room can hear everything! But it didn't prevent us to enjoy Paris and this particular apartment to the fullest!

  The apartment was lovely - very modern, comfortable, warm and very well equipped. It was very well located - only 10-15 min from the centre of Paris.

  ho soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 25 febbraio al 2 marzo, tutto è stato perfetto, dall'accoglienza riservataci ai consigli che ci sono stati dati e che si sono rivelati utilissimi. La casa è stupenda, arredata e corredata in maniera fantastica, il servizio di pulizia efficientissimo, la ...posizione oserei dire strategica a meno di cinquanta metri dalla metro, i proprietari sono disponibilissimi e veramente gentili, è stata la mia prima esperienza in appartamento, eravamo in quattro adulti e siamo stati tutti entusiasti della scelta. Ci tornerò sicuramente al più presto. 

  Die Unterkunft liegt verkehrstechnisch sehr gut. Metro, Bus oder Taxis sind um die Ecke. Es sind z.B. nur 4 Station bis zum Hotel de Ville bzw. Notre Dame. Die Wohnung entsprach 1zu1 den Fotos auf der Webseite. Zudem liegt die Wohnung in einem ruhigen Innenhof, von allfälligem Verkehrslärm hört ...man nichts. Unsere Vermieter, die einen Stock höher wohnen, waren äußerst bemüht uns bei allfälligen Fragen zu unterstützen. Wenn man kochen will, ist die Küche super ausgestattet. Für alle die Fernsehen wollen, es gibt nur französische Sender (aber auch DVD Player und IPhone Docking Station), aber dafür soviel in Paris anzusehen!!! Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in gemütlicher Wohnung 

  Great location, top quality, very quiet and owner very helpful. We had a great stay for 5 days in early January 2013. The apartment is well appointed, very quiet and metres away from La Republique metro station. Owner very helpful. Had a great time and would certainly stay there again.

  We would highly recommend this apartment and the support we received from C. who was always on hand to offer support and advice. The television sadly didn't have any English speaking channels which was a little disappointing but didn't ruin the visit to this area of Paris. We were able to walk to all areas and had some lovely meals in local restaurants.

  Sehr zweckmässig und gut eingerichtet, ruhig aber verkehrstechnisch trotzdem gut gelegen, sehr angenehme und zuvorkommenden Vermieter, die gleich oberhalb wohnen. Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort wider buchen. (2 Erw., 2 Jugendliche, 2 Kinder)

  Die Familienreise nach Paris wurde nicht zuletzt durch diese perfekte Wohnung ein Highlight! Mit Liebe und Geschmak eingerichtet, perfekt gepflegt und in bester Lage, zentral und in unmittelbarer Nähe am romantischen Kanal, war sie das beste pariser Zuhause, das wir uns vorstellen könnten. Danke ...an die Gastgeber für den wunderbar unkomplizierten und zuvorkommenden Empfang! Jetzt wissen wir wohin bei der nächsten Paris-Reise. 

  Fantastic apartment! We stayed here for 3 nights. The owners are very friendly and helpful. the apartment itself is absolutely charming! The location is great with connections to almost everywhere by metro. the area is really nice with a great patisserie on the corner ( you must try! ) and ...close to a supermarket and nice restaurants. the apartment has a local map with everything you need to know. I would definitely stay here again! we were 4 people and there is plenty of room. The apartment is also tucked away in a secure mews which is an added bonus. Gareth 

  Wohnung, Kontaktperson, Lage - einfach perfekt!

  The apartment is in a busy area close to Rebublique (a very well connected Metro hub) but has the advantage of being in a tranquil courtyard and so is very private and quiet. It was beautifully presented and very well equipped - you could easily self-cater here although given the numerous good ...bistros, boulangeries and bars in the neighbourhood there are many reasons not to. The size and organisation of the apartment was excellent and easily handled two couples for the duration of our stay, plus an impromptu visitor who found the sofa bed very comfortable. C. was a very gracious host provided some excellent local recommendations. Communication was easy since she lives in the building and was kind enough to store our luggage on the last day so we could take full advantage of Paris. 

  the apartment was nice the bedrooms were disapointing the bed,s were very hard and Unfortunatly we had to sleep one person on the lounge .Which meant there was,nt any where to sit .the telivsion was only in french which none of us spoke , the kitchen was well equuiped owners were very nice ...bed,s very hard ,also pillows telivision needs english translation

Dear client, thank you very much for your comments. The owner confirms having checked the beds, which are in good condition and have firm mattresses. He also informs us that the apartment has 2 arm chairs, 6 chairs and 3 stools so that the guests can sit down, even if someone is using the sofa bed. The apartment has cable television, most channels broadcast in French but a few do also in other languages.

  A fairly easy walk to most sites, very handy metro at Republique . Friendly and helpful owners. We would recommend this apartment to friends, with just a slight reservation about the main bed....it was on an uneven floor, so we tended to fall to the centre ! Nice and quiet, too.

  Beautiful apartment and well appointed for families. The apartment is very close to the metro which made getting around easy. Republique metro station is well connected to the rest of Paris. The children enjoyed playing in the fountains and watching the ever present activity in Place de ...Republique. C and V were excellent hosts and very friendly.  

  Semplicemente perfetto. Proprietaria disponibile e molto ospitale, anche durante lo scambio di mails precedenti la vacanza. Ubicazione ottimale; la fermata del metro è vicinissima. La zona è paracentrale (addirittura il centro è raggiungibile a piedi!) ed è molto servita (supermercati, ...ristoranti, boulangeries, boucheries). L'alloggio è piccolo, ma ben strutturato e deliziosamente arredato. A nostro avviso si sta bene al max in 5. 

  Excellent transport links. Very comfortable apartment - well equipped and furnished. Street lacks the charm that you might expect of Paris, but nevertheless there are some friendly bars and restaurants that make for a very pleasant stay.

Ihre Tips zu den Restaurants in nächster Nähe waren ebenfalls sehr hilfreich und ausgezeichnet. Außerdem war es sehr angenehm, dass wir uns gut... in Deutsch und Englich mit ihr unterhalten konnten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Appartement buchen.

  The owners were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. The use of a washing machine and other services was very appreciated. The owners gave us a lot of information about nearby restaurants, shops etc. The apartment was immaculate and located close to the ...Republique Metro station. We would stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends. 

  C was great, very friendly and helpful. Giving us useful information before and during our stay. 3 minutes walk to Republic metro, which we found easy to use and no problems with pick pockets that we had been warned about. La Marine restaurant round the corner had good food and not too expensive ...(around 16-18 euros for main courses), but more importantly very friendly and happy to translate things on menu for us. Not like a couple of other places we attempted to eat at!! The apartment was very well equipped, if you wanted to cook meals. There was oils, herbs, S&P etc as well as tea and coffee. There was a butchers as well as a bakery on same street as apartment. Only down side was that we didn't find the double bed very comfortable. Flat way back from road, so very quiet.  

  The apartment is really beautiful - lots of nice little touches. 4 of us stayed here on a family holiday very comfortably, with one on the couch converted to a huge fold out bed.The location is amazing - right in the bobo area of Paris by the canal with bars, clubs, cafes and good restaurants ...nearby, but amazingly as the apartment is set back from the street you can't hear a thing at night!It's also right by the Republique metro which has lines going everywhere. Hosts are very friendly and gave us useful info about where to shop & eat etc. Would definitely stay again  

  Sehr stilvolle Wohnung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit schöner, voll funktionstüchtiger Küche. Absolut ruhig in einem malerischen Hinterhof gelegen.

  This is a wonderful apartment with everything you could need. We stayed with two teenage children and they loved it. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen was excellent and we were provided with tea, and basics for cooking - olive oil, salt & pepper etc. It is located ...perfectly for the metro (only two stops away from Gare du Nord) and was in easy walking distance to many of the sights we wanted to visit. C. and V. were very helpful in providing us with good local information about supermarkets, restaurants etc. We would definitely stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it. 

  The spacious apartment is located in a secure complex. It is located approx 100m from the Republique metro and Place de Republique with plenty of cafés, shops and restaurants - great location within interesting 30 minute walk of Notre Dame.Apartment is well equipped, quiet, clean and well ...designed. Beds are comfortable although maybe on the hard side for some. Wifi is also good and reliable.We visited during a cold snap in May and the one downer was the inability to personally control the heating and hot water, which made our stay uncomfortable. In particular, there was insufficient hot water for a bath. 

  In der Wohnung haben wir uns sofort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da was man braucht (sehr sauber!) um einen entspannten Urlaub zu machen. Die Lage war sehr zentral und trotzdem war es super ruhig. Wir waren 4 Mädels und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!!

  The owners of this apartment are both friendly and helpful. Considering the busy area there is very little noise dustruption and is very private. The apartment is very appointed and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you

  Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Apartments waren 1a. Zu viert hatten wir in der Wohnung ausreichend Platz und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Unsere Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren außerordentlich zuvorkommend und versorgten uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen und Zusatzleistungen (Taxi etc.). Wir ...können das Apartment mit großem Lob weiterempfehlen. So kann man Paris wirklich genießen!!! 

  Apartment was excellent, very quiet and cosy a lovely atmosphere to relax after a hectic days sight seeing around Paris. Very helpful having all the basics at hand for cooking, and the owners were very friendly and helpful with local information. Would certainly stay at this apartment again.

  We were in Paris in this appartment for 3 nights! Very quietly situated near metro station République. F and her husband did everything to make it for us a pleasant stay!! A metro map was arranged as requested as Well as suggestions for restaurants and bars. As we have 3 children 1 of them had to ...sleep on the sofa bed. For only 3 nights it was no problem, but if you are with 5 adults I think you prefer one extra bed. The appartment is very nicely decorated and everything you need is available, even enough towels, toiletpaper, soap etc. The last day we could leave our luggage in a safe closet so we did not have to take them into Paris on our latest sightseeing trip! It was no problem at all!!, I can recommend this appartment and their ownership to everyone. Regards, Wendy  

  El departamento muy confortable, muy bien equipado y con una estación de metro a menos de 100 metros.Tuvimos una excelente estancia. Agradecemos la amabilidad y predisposición de la propietaria. 100% recomendable.

  The owners were very helpful both prior to our arrival with directions and arranging check in times, also left us with very useful information on the local area shops restaurants boulongeries etc . The appartment was as depicted in the photos and was very clean. Kitchen especially well equipped ...with all you would need for a short or even longer stay. Found the area to be really cool very buzzy with lots of local colour , very easy to get to all the sights Metro stop just at the end of the street very handy . Would recommend and will use again next time we visit Paris. 

  This is a really lovely apartment in an excellent location, close to metro 'Republique'. The apartment is modern, well stocked with all necessary conveniences and spotlessly clean. We were 2 adults and 2 children, the beds were comfortable and it was very quiet, day and night. The wifi is ...excellent.There are supermarkets, restaurants and a lovely boulangerie very close by. The owner C was so lovely and helpful, was there when we arrived, had given excellent directions to the apartment, and had wonderful suggestions for our stay. We had some issues with our flight home, and she printed our boarding passes for us and couldn't have been more kind or helpful.I would highly recommend this apartment to adult groups or families alike 

  It's a lovely apartment- quirky, but not obtrusively so! The sofa is extremely comfy, but the chairs, though beautiful, are less so; perhaps cushions might be helpful? Loved the references to St Exupery's time here in the loo!

  Clean, character-filled interior. Street a little noisy at night. Facilities in reasonable condition.

  Lovely apartment, very well situated close to the heart of Paris with excellent access to the Metro, surrounding restaurants, supermarkets and associated stores. Only problem was the double bed was inclined slightly however, this was a minor flaw in an overall good setup.

  Super gelegene Ferienwohnung, sehr zentral, Metro République mit 5 Linien ( 3, 5, 8, 9 und 11) in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr sauber, tolles Bad, bequeme Betten, voll ausgestattete Küche. Wohnung sieht genaus so gemütlich aus wie auf den Bildern. Separater Raum mit Waschmaschine/Trockner ...kann mitgenutzt werden. Ruhig im Hinterhof einer belebten Straße gelegen. Restaurants am Place de la République, entlang dem Canal St Martin und im angrenzenden Marais in Hülle und Fülle vorhanden. Kleiner Tipp für Spätankunft/Wochenende/Feiertage: Im weiteren Verlauf der Rue du Faubourg du Temple (über den Kanal rüber) ist gleich im zweiten oder dritten Haus auf der linken Seite eine kleine Boulangerie, die 24/7 geöffnet ist! Gutes Baguette, leckere Pains au chocolat, erschwingliche Sandwichs etc.
