  personne trés sympathique et agréable. le studio est trés beau, spacieux, bien aménagé et décoré avec goût et trés bien situé au coeur de Paris.

  The apartment was in a fantastic location...5 minutes walk to a metro station with lots of connections. Plenty of restaurants/brasseries nearby. A little smaller than we had expected but still very good value for money - very clean and had everything we needed. Free wifi was an extra bonus! ...The host was quite hard to reach and I would recommend arranging a specific arrival time as there is no way to get in otherwise - we found ourselves waiting for quite a while. Also, be aware that the apartment is on the third floor and the building has no lift - the staircase is a little difficult. Having said that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful meal at the host's restaurant with 30% discount as his guests - great!! I would most definitely stay here again

  Super appartement,soignée,propre et bien centrée.

  Accomodation was exactly as desribed on the website. Location great. Slight delay in meeting up with the contact person - but we were able to leave luggage at his restaurant and he apologised with a bottle of champange which was nice.

  It was perfect! The only reason I gave a 4 for accommodation and not 5 is that it was a little bit small. Service was great, contact person was friendly, and the people in the agency were very helpful. I would use their services again.

  The place was amazing! very Clean.. Very mordern with amazing decor..perfect location..it was more beautiful than the pictures. Just very close to most tourist attractions and metro stations with very easy accesability. Safe neighbour hood..the owner is such a kind hearted and wonderful person..u ...could not ask for more in a contact person.. Not to speak of the 30pct off at any of he's resturants..very friendly people. U should stay here! I definately will be everytime!

  nice ,well located apartment. Just one thing, its on third floor... hard to climb stairs with luggage. me and family love it. need to add for tourist more info., maps , metro connection maps, food /restaurent maps.,attraction timing /fees ,pramotions...

  Appartamento bellissimo, piccolo ma pulito e super attrezzato. noi eravamo 4 ragazze, siamo state solo tre notti ma lo consigliamo a tutti!

  .we needed a shower curtain and a scraper for the bathroom some things in the appartement didn't work when we arrived. we have told it to f. f., that we don't want to pay for it, so hopefully we get our money back again :O)

  Die Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich schlecht, die Kontaktperson (nicht der Vermieter) sprach kaum Französich und nur schlecht englisch. Als Gast beherrsche ich die französiche Sprache gut und war somit enttäuscht. Die Kaution konnte auch nicht bar, wie in den Reisunterlagen beschrieben, ...übergeben werden, sondern per ec-karte (Lesegerät). Ich hoffe auf eine reibungslose Rückabwicklung. Eine Schlüsselübergabe am Abreisetag erfolgte nicht persönlich, wir sollten die Schlüssel in der Wohnung lassen, so dass wir auch keine Rückinfo über die Kautionrückerstattung erhielten. Das kennen wir aus dem vergangenen Jahr anders! schade, diese organisatorischen Mißstände haben den insgesamt schönen Aufenthalt in seiner Qualität gemindert.

Der Wohnungseigentümer bestätigt, dass sowohl er selbst als auch die Kontaktperson, welche die Gäste betreut, Englisch sprechen. Was die Kaution betrifft, verfährt der Eigentümer so, dass er die Daten der Kreditkarte abfragt, aber keine Abbuchung vornimmt.

  Bonjour justement je pense vous envoyer un petit temoignage.L'appartement est super beau tout ce que j'ai lu et vu sur l'annonce existe on était trois adultes et un enfant trés bien logées les canapés sont confortables la salle à manger ,la salle de bain , cuisine équipée assez de ...rangement pour quatre personnes l'appartement est très propre une d'entre nous est allergique à la poussiére mais elle n'a rien senti ça prouve que c'est propre c'est l'essentiel dans cet appartement tout l'essentiel y est Mr F. répond toujours à nos messages et à nos besoin il était à la hauteur. bravo pour une fois les écrits correspondent à la réalité j'ai beaucoup aimé j'ai recommandé cet appartement à mes connaissances et surtout votre site mon prochain séjours sera en Espagne à Barcelone j'aimerais bien loger dans vos appartements si vous en avez à Barcelone (une petite remarque un grand ménage de temps à autre fera du bien à l'appartement surtout derrière les meubles dans les coins cachés) dans l'ensemble c'est parfait pas de dérangement lieu bien fréquenté c'est tanquille c'est impécable c'est proche de tout . merci et à la prochaine fois un petit bonjour du Maroc merci à toute l'équipe.

  10/10 Logement décoré avec goût, calme, et très bien placé pour visiter Paris.

  El departamento es muy bueno, con muchas comodidades, limpio, moderno y la ubicaciòn es excelente.El único inconveniente que tuvimos es que el dueño nos dijo que podiamos dejar las valijas en su restaurant unas horas cuando dejamos el departamento, y cuando las quisimos dejar, no nos permitieron ...hacerlo. Esto hizo que perdieramos toda la mañana buscando un lugar para dejarlas, nos pareció una actitud muy mala. Si no necesitan dejar las valijas por unas horas, lo recomiendo. Yo no volveria a ir por este inconveniente, pero sí iria a otro departamento, es mucho mas comodo que un hostel. 

  Muy bueno. Tal cual muestra en la foto y excelentemente equipado.

  We are fully satisfied of the apartment 15518 SILVERBLACK. The place is very central and convenient. There are a lot of restaurants around the place and two very good supermarkets. Notre Dame de Paris and Musée du Louvre are very near to the apartment. We did not have toilet paper which I think was nothing but a mistake.

  Ottima posizione anche rispetto alla stazione della metro. Sarebbe più cortese per gli ospiti che il ceck out avvenisse al momento in cui viene lasciato l'appartamento alla presenza del proprietario, visto che chiede una cauzione di 500,00 euro con carta di credito. Invece ci è stato chiesto di ...lasciare le chiavi sul tavolo e chiudere la porta, ed il sopralluogo del proprietario è avvenuto il giorno dopo; non è corretto chiedere agli ospiti che si fidino di un estraneo. 

  Un bel appartement, bien entretenu, bien placé pour des visites au coeur de Paris, assez calme. Le propriétaire s'est efforcé de résoudre promptement quelques petits problèmes à notre satisfaction. On peut recommander cet appartement sans restrictions.

  The accommodation needed cleaning, the crockery was chipped and very limited. There were no instructions in English for the washing machine and microwave/oven and hence we could not use them. These facilities were the major reason we booked this accommodation. The flat was very noisy at times during... the night. The TV was not set up correctly for private use. It was very convenient to Chatelet Les Halles station and major attractions such as the Louvre, Notre Dame and Musee de Orsay. A time had been arranged by us well in advance of our arrival to meet the owner at the apartment but he did not send anyone until we rang him again once there.

The owner has confirmed to us that the instructions for the electric appliances can be found in the drawer in the kitchen, but that it's only possible to configure them in French. Likewise, the owner guarantees that the flat does have double-glazing and that he will do everything possible to organise the check-in for after 15:00.

  Nice appartment, and contact person was kind & helpfull showing us around. Appartment is located on one of the upper floors of the building. There is no elevator but this was no problem for us. It was a little noisy due to some renovations in the nextdoor appartment building, but this is only ...temporarily. Across the street you have a really good restaurant named 'Ozo'. This is worth to go to! Neighbourhood and location are fine.

  Lage perfekt (zentral und sehr ruhig); Ausstattung in Ordnung, es fehlten allerdings: Duschabtrennung, Weingläser (wurden schnell nachgelifert), Handtücher zum Abtrocknen.

  Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé, location on ne peut mieux. Pour 4 personnes, ce serait plutot petit, pour 2 c'est parfait. Réveil gratuit grace à des travaux de construction dans l'immeuble avoisinant, mais pas trop tot. Après un malentendu regardant l'heure d'arrivée bon ...contact, réaction immédiate à messages etc. Sauf pour l'ampoule dans l'escalier, qui ne fonctionnait pas, mais on finit par se retrouver dans le noir. Dans l'appartement, des crochets supplémentaires dans la salle de bains seraient bien.

  El apartamento es tal y como aparece en la foto , bien equipado, limpio, acogedor. La ubicacion es perfecta para poder visitar Paris a pie . Por mi parte repetiria sin dudarlo

  El magnetotermico del calentador de agua salto, todo y llamar a la persona de contacto por telefono,sms,whatsup,y email no tuvios respuesta, el servicio de wifi fallo a partir del primer dia, dificultado la planificacion de la visita a la ciudad, la persona de contacto si se digno a contestar los ...mensajes. El dia de la llegada, al llamar para confirmar la hora de llagada al apartamento, pidio que se le enviara un sms, com confirmacion de asistencia a la hora acordada,por que estaba ocupado comiendo en un restaurante (16:00), sin tener confirmacion nos presentamos en el apartamento más tarde, a ver si estaba por alli. Resumiendo: se desentiende de los clientes, y sustituir un magnetotermico no es tan costoso, evitando dejarsin agua caliente los residentes de la casa en pleno invierno.

  it was really nice for 4 persons. In the centre of Paris.

  The apartment was generally clean and was very well equipped and located (you can walk to a few different metro/RER stations within a few minutes). The only complaint was that most English channels are not available for viewing for some reasons. And while most of the basic cooking utensils were ...provided, stragely enough a chopping board could not be found. I will also recommend that guests should bring their own towels instead of using the ones provided by the apartment.

  Appartement très bien situé dans le Marais, très bien équipé, proche des transports, idéal pour profiter pleinement de Paris. Un peu bruyant le vendredi soir car il est situé dans un quartier très vivant.

  Einziges Manko: Wohnung ist in der 3. Etage und hat keinen Aufzug. Daher nicht geeignet für ältere bzw. gehbehinderte Personen.

  Sehr gute zentrale Lage, viele Bars und Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Metro-Station 2 Strassen entfernt. Nur für gut befreundete Personen, wirkt im Angebot Etwas größer als in der Realität. Kontaktperson war sehr nett und pünktlich.

  L'appartement en lui-même était bien, ainsi que son emplacement. Nous avons été surpris que la personne qui nous a reçu ne parlait pas très bien le français mais nous nous sommes compris. Quelques petites choses pourraient être changées, mais en gros tout était bien.

  good situated flat in 4.Paris district., close to Metro Stations; for a capital city a very calm place away from main streets, ideal for short stays to investige the town; grocery, bakery, shops and restaurants around. Appartment is good for couples or small family. I recommend guests arriving by ...own car to book public parking lot in one of the close parking garages. Contact person was on time and very friendly. All in all: worth being booked again! Improvement worth being thought about: shower could be equipped with a curtain or (re)movable glas window in order not to "flood" the bathroom.

  La personne de contact, E, est sympathique et essaie vraiment de s'organiser afin de vous aider au mieux lors du check in et depose des bagages. L'appartement est au coeur de Paris, donc il est tres aise de voyager a partir de Chatelet les Halles vers n'importe quelle direction, aeroports compris.... Ce fut une excellente experience que nous renouvellerons certainement. Finalement check in et check out plus aises que stipules sur les conditions générales.  

  Goede locatie, centraal gelegen in de gezellige wijk Le Marais. Veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Het appartement was netjes en ruim genoeg voor 4 personen (2 prima slaapbanken). Public Parking een paar straten verderop (vooraf reserveren vereist).

  The apartment looks like in the picture. the location is good. 5 minutes from notre dame. there are a few parking garages around the apartment. really recommendable. thumbs up.

  Ideaal gelegen appartement. Relatief ook rustig. Fijn om veel lopend te kunnen doen en om fijn om met kinderen in de voetgangerszone te zitten. Tip: neem cups mee voor Nespresso als je ook thuis wil koffiedrinken. Wifi in het huis is onbetrouwbaar. Beneden in gang kunnen evt fietsen staan.

  As a family with 2 small children, this property was in an awesome location and felt very very safe. Everything we needed was on the doorstep as well as a very family friendly Centre Pompidou. Elcell was very prompt and friendly and offered access to telephone support should we require it. We ...very much recommend the market enfant rouge on rue de Bretagne which is a short walk away for the best creeps ever and an awesome array of hot food stalls from all over the world. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.  

  Apartment was perfect, plenty of space and warm. In a very cool location plenty of shops, restaurants and within walking distance of Notre Dame, Louvre etc. If you are relying on the RER B to get back for your flight just be careful there are no delays it took us much longer than we expected. Would happily stay here on my next visit to Paris.

  There's no hot water for 2 days along our stays. This is very ridiculous for us! The person in charge was staying 1 hour away from our apartment so I have to wait for him to come over at about 1am and stay awake till 2am to wait for the hot water in order to take a shower! Well there's still no hot ...water even after we went out to Disneyland in the morning! I SMS the person in charge early in the morning regarding the hot water issue and he told me that he only started working at 11am. How ridiculous! So we decided not to wait for him as it would definitely make our plans postponed! Therefore, we only got our hot water the night before we left! Besides that he asked us to throw away the rubbish before check out! Ain't the cleanliness fees included in our booking fees? I'm really disappointed with my stays so I would not recommend this apartment. There's no lift so we have to climb up 5th floor with luggages. Do expect to throw your own rubbish into the rubbish tank outside the apartment on ground floor after check out as the cleaner is responsible to clean the beds and floor only. Don't use too much hot water since there's only 1 litres hot water for storage.

Ubiazione strategica per la visita della città a pochi passi dalla Metro. Situato in un bel palazzo; i tre piani di scale non spaventano.   Idéalement situé pour visiter Paris: plusieurs stations de métro sont proches (Les halles avec le RER, hotel de ville et Rambuteau).Au pied de l'immeuble il y a un starbucks coffee parfait pour prendre le petit déjeuner.Pour l'appartement, il est tout à fait fidèle aux photos moderne, bien ...équipé et pratique : Juste penser à prévoir ses dosettes nespresso et les dosettes pour le lave-vaisselle.

  C'est l'appartement le moins bien équipé que j'ai loué à date à Paris,Pas de linge pour nettoyer, un balaie désuet pour essuyer le plancher,Aucun produit nettoyant alors qu'il est usuel de faire le ménage avantde quitter les lieux. Nous avons dû acheter des produits nettoyant pourla cuisine... et la salle de bain. Pour le plancher en tuiles noires, une set-pillère serait requise. Enfin nous avons laissé l'app. en meilleur étatqu'à notre arrivée. Tout le reste est Ok. La personne qui nous accueille parle très peu français, ce qui est étonnant à Paris ville française .

  L'appartement est très bien situé. Le service avecle préposé excellent. Les produits de première nécessité très appréciés. Nous serons heureux d'yretourner dès le mois d'août prochain.

  Estuvimos muy bien alojados en este apartamento muy céntrico, y el apartamento está muy bien equipado.

  Mon conjoint et moi avons été enchantésde cet appartement, cependant, il y a toujours place a amélioration. Des plats allant au four micro-ondes serait appréciés. Je dois souligner la grande gentillesse et la disponibilité des deux préposés à l'accueil.Je recommanderai lalocation de cet ...appartement.bilité. L'appartement très bien situé , a proximitédu des transports, métro, RER et au coeurdes activités culturelles.

  The location is super, just near Centre Pompidou, the sofabeds on the picture are no longer there,but there are foldable beds with great matrasses.

  buongiorno, sono stata con mio marito e due bambini la meta' di dicembre, l'appartamento era in una posizione ottima, a due passi la stazione della metropolitana collegata a tutte le linee e la stazione dei treni RER B per l'aereoporto Charde Galle diretto e RER A per Disneyparis sempre diretto in ...circa 30 minuti, nella zona moltissimi negozi per qualsiasi esigenze.Inoltre l'appartamento era fornito di tutte le comodita' come effettivamente vediamo nella foto, l'edificio un po' vecchio ma non fondamentale per il soggiorno.Il proprietario S. molto gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi nostra richiesta.l'unico neo la Wi-Fi nell'appartamento non ha funzionato.

  Prima di tutto il proprietario è una persona fantastica! Poi la casa come vedete nelle foto , è bellissima! Pulitissima ,moderna e abbastanza spaziosa. Posizione di casa proprio ideale - accanto di Centre Pompidou. Vicinissimo Cattedrale di Notre-Dame. La consiglio a tutti !GRAZIE MILLE Alla fine... , se non parlate ne in francesce ne in inglese... sig F (il prprieterio) vi aiuta! :) 

  Der Vermieter und die Lage ist top, das Appartment im Vergleich zu 2013 ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Nur notdürftig geputzt, Müll und Essen vom Vorgänger haben wir entsorgt, Schimmel im Bad, alte Handtücher und ein verschimmelter Duschvorhang sind eine Katastrophe!!! Das setzte sich leider in... der Küche fort, Geschirr wohl vom Vorgast schmutzig, 3 Essteller für ein 4er-Zimmer, abgebrochene Henkel......Auch gibt es die Sofas vom Angebotsbild nicht mehr.Beim ersten Besuch 2013 top, jetzt 2016 ein Flop. Schade, aber wir werden nicht mehr wiederkommen. 

  Die Wohnung liegt schön zentral und in einer interessanten Gegend. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Es handelt sich jetzt um Schrankbetten auf denen man aber gut schlafen kann. Nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter konnten wir entgenkommenderweise unser Gepäck schon vor der... Übergabe in der Wohnung deponieren. Schön wäre ein abschließbarer Abstellraum für Gepäck, damit Reisende mobiler sind... Ansonsten war alles da was man braucht. Das einzige Manko war, dass es ein wenig sauberer hätte sein können... 

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet.Mit der Ausstattung kann man auch zufrieden sein, die Betten sind sehr bequem.Für ein WE in Paris sehr empfehlenswert.

  Lovely apartment, owner was fantastic and very prompt in communication. Outside noise was an issue for 1 night (saturday), however rest was great. Perfect location for us and sizing was great for 2 people. Would recommend, watch out for all the steps up to the apartment for those with bad legs, however. Fully loaded and nicely appointed.

  La posizione è ottima, ma l'appartamento non è affatto sufficiente per 4 persone, è piccolissimo, per al massimo 2 persone.La proprietaria non era presente all'orario di arrivo comunicato e abbiamo dovuto chiamare l'agenzia per rintracciarla perchè il suo numero inserito nella prenotazione era inesistente.
