  Very nice apartment with everything you would need. I wondered if the sofa bed would be comfortable but it was more comfortable than beds in most hotels. I didn't find anything negative to write about the apartment until check out on the last day - just make sure you polish (not just wash) the ...cutlery and crockery, as we had to re-wash everything (including things we hadn't used) because of watermarks from the dishwasher. But at least you know everything is clean! 

  This is a fantastic apartment in the heart of Paris. Great location for getting out and about with plenty to do and see in the immediate area also. Highly recommended.

  Apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything we needed, only issue was because it was a busy road there was quite a bit of noise from road sweeping vans, businesses opening and people passing by loudly in the early mornings.

  Attention I want to warn everyone who wants to rent this apartment. !!!The owner clean the apartment by their own.!!! During our stay everything was great and the apartment looks exactly like pictures, until the day we check out (the other customers has the similar review). Because we ...had to catch our flight at 11 a. m., so we had an appointment at 8 a. m. with the owner. When I opened the door, they just rushed in like inspectors in the movie and began to look everything in the apartment, sofa, bathroom, and kitchen. Now there came the problem. The owner was very angry about the oil on the stove. He claimed he would charge me extra 20 euro, because he needed to clean it. Then I was confused and asked: I thought the rent is including cleaning fee. He answered: Yes, but not for the kitchen, only for the floor, change towels and bed sheet. I tried to argue with him that I have lived so many different apartments in Europe, but no one of these apartments charged me for this. I did not damage anything in his apartment and dishes, glasses and forks we used we cleaned properly. There was no water print on it. How did I know this? Because the owner spread the knives and forks like people spread the poker cards to check whether every part is clean, just in front of us! Due to my pressure to catch my flight I accepted to give them 20 euro. Suddenly they became very friendly. This is the end of our unhappy end in this apartment. However, if you want to rent this apartment and want to use this kitchen, please remember to communicate with the owner. If you don%u2019t need the kitchen and your stay is short, I think this apartment is suit for you. Another thing, the apartment was quiet except every morning at 7 p. m. the road sweeping vans came by. To sum it up, if the disagreement did not happen, I will give 10 points for this apartment. However, in my point of view, as a private- apartment-owner dose not only supply the travelers good equipments and clean rooms. It should also have some friendliness and trying to make the travelers feeling like home.  

  The appartment is in a perfect location, approximately 100yards from the Pompidou Centre and lively surroundings. The building is decorated to a high standard and very clean throughout.

  Lovely apartment and very central to explore paris lovely bakery and 2 supermarkets 2 minutes walk away. the Pompidou is literally around the corner. Owner explained when we arrived that they expected glasses and cutlery to be polished as said in other reviews so no real issue when we came to leave ...they did check everything. One point though on arrival we got lost and kept in telephone contact with the owner and ended up getting a taxi to apatment so we were not late, when checking out the owners husband demanded 50 euros for late check in after 8pm even though we were only 10 mins late and nothing was mentioned on the evening of arrival. Other than that it was lovely.

  Debido a un problema con los pasajes de arribo a PARIS debimos ingresar al departamento fuera de la hora prevista. La atencion recibida fue excelente y supero ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Fue nuestra tercera visita a esa hermosa ciudad y por su ubicacion muy buena pudimos cumplir con nuestro ...plan de visitas. Mejor imposible. Gracias a S. y a C. por su atencion. Lucio Parafita  

  A la salida nos hicieron un cobro de 15EUR que no sabemos muy bien para que era. Nos comentaron que era por la limpieza del microondas, la cafetera y del lavavajillas. Esto era totalmente inesperado y no nos gustó la actitud de la persona de contacto ya que no nos hicieron ningún tipo de ...explicación a la entrada y pensamos que la limpieza ya estaba incluida en el precio total. Aparte de este tema, todo bien en el apartamento, muy cordial y un espacio agradable.

  The apartment was spotless, well equipped and in a good location to major attractions.

  Our apartment in Paris was really great. The location was perfect, 5 min from Les Halles metro stop, and a 10 min walk to Notre Dame. The apartment was very clean and had anything you would need in the kitchen. The sofa bed was comfortable as well. Overall a very cute Parisian apartment for 2. Even ...though you are on a popular street if the windows were closed it was quiet inside. At night it seemed once the shops closed the street was dead so you could leave the windows open and it's still quiet for you to sleep. The contact people were so great. They were easy to work with, met us exactly on time, and had tons of information for us. Great people! We want to go back to Paris next year and we will definitely stay with them again. 

  Tanto el departamento como su ubicación son excelentes....está muy bien equipado, es amplio, decorado con buen gusto y está en una zona muy linda y cerca de todo para poder moverse. Lo único que no nos terminó de gustar fue la forma en que el dueño revisa el departamento al hacer el check ...out....ya que es muy obsesivo con que las cosas estén en su orden, tendría que relajarse un poco más. Igualmente es más que recomendable. 

  Perfect apartment in Paris for me; comfortable bed and pillows, excellent shower, owner has thought of so many things for a happy stay and very clean and modern,in the heart of Paris close to metro Hotel de Ville Line 1. Could be noisy in summer with windows open but v quiet in winter with them closed. Ideal place to stay for me.

  El apartamento todo perfecto, muy equipado y limpio. La persona de contacto muy agradable. La calle muy tranquila y cerca del Pompidou, además muchos restaurantes y tiendas por los alrededores.

  Modern, high-quality furnishings, well-equipped and very clean. A quiet, secure building in a good location near restaurants and metro. Contact person was prompt, courteous and very helpful.

  En relación al alojamiento, es totalmente recomendable. La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, ya que es muy céntrico (muchas zonas turísticas y monumentos de París estaban a nuestro abasto en poco minutos) y, además, está muy bien comunicado respecto a las diferentes opciones de ...transporte público de la ciudad ( varias líneas de metro, RER...). La zona es muy tranquila, y eso permitía que tuviéramos nuestros momentos de relax durante el día y descansar perfectamente por las noches sin ningún tipo de incidente. El apartamento está equipado de todo tipo de comodidades y detalles y, además, su decoración moderna y actual le dan un aspecto muy acogedor y cálido. La persona de contacto es muy amable y atenta; nos facilitó des de un principio vía e-mail todo tipo de información (mapas de metro, mapas de la ciudad, indicaciones para llegar al apartamento, etc). Es una persona muy exigente con la limpieza y muy atenta en los pequeños detalles.

  l'alloggio davvero bello, tutto nuovo, dotato di ogni confort e dei primi generi alimentari di necessità (caffè, thé, olio, sale ecc più sapone, detersivo ecc), pulitissimo, caldo, molto comodo a diverse fermate della metro, centrale e in zona pedonale tranquilla ma comunque circondato da ...tantissimi negozi, supermercati e locali. L'appartamento era decisamente al di sopra delle mie aspettative

  We were thrilled with this apartment. The location was perfect, we could walk to every attraction. The apartment was very comfortable and modern and very well equipped and little touches like a good supply of tea and coffee, condiments, detergents for the dishwasher and washing machine made life ...easier. We were in the first floor apartment, but with double glazing on the window there was no noise problem. We felt very secure and enjoyed being in the centre of things. The owner S could not have been more helpful with clear instructions on how to reach the apartment from the airport etc.. We would definitely stay there again, hope it will be soon.  

  Great location, an easy walk to Notre Dame and all Metros. Easy to get to by train from CDG airport. Quiet and comfortable, new amenities and a GREAT shower. Great for walkers because everything is easily accessible from the studio. C. and S. we professional and helpful. Highly recommended

  Eccellente appartamento in perfette condizioni e pulitissimo, in comoda posizione, servito da negozi e ristoranti, prossimo a molti punti di interesse. I proprietari sono molto cortesi e attenti alla qualità' del servizio prestato.

  The apartment was in a fantastic location and was easy to find from the instructions given by the owners. It was extremely clean, tasteful, well equipped and spacious enough to relax after a full day of sight seeing. The owners were welcoming and provided us with information about the location of ...supermarkets, WiFi connection, restaurants and local services. It was within walking distance of many of the major attractions of Paris. The apartment was very easy to get to from Gare du Nord and the closest Metro station had a direct line to Charles du Gaulle airport. 

  We had arranged a time to arrive at the apartment with S, she was there on time & showed us around, & how all the appliances worked, S was very helpful in every way, there was so much information she had in a folder with restaurants,shopping, emergency numbers all at hand for you,the location and ...presentation of the apartment is outstanding you could not get any better, it is in a very central location, & we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone needing accommodation in Paris 10 out of 10 

  L'appartamento si trova in una zona centrale e il quartiere a nostro parere più bello di Parigi. Tutto quanto comodo, ristorazione, supermercati, linea metropolitana e RER. A fianco del centro Pompidou, si affaccia su una strada molto passeggiata ma tranquilla di notte. pulizia appartamento e servizi eccellenti

  Appartamento perfetto sia per chi vuole visitare la città che per chi vuole rilassarsi nella bellissima Parigi. Essendo in una zona pedonale i rumori sono ridotti al minimo e l'ambiente è veramente ottimo, curato e pulito. La proprietaria puntualissima è molto gentile e attenta ai particolari... ed ha arredato il monolocale con gusto. Non manca nulla. E’ richiesta la pulizia della cucina a fine soggiorno. Vicino si trovano ristoranti per tutti i gusti, una pasticceria e almeno 3 supermercati. A soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro è situato in zona centralissima. Se dovessi tornare a Parigi non cambierei alloggio. Unica nota che aggiungerei, perché non specificato E’ che viene richiesta la pulizia della cucina a fine soggiorno in quanto non compresa nelle pulizie generali. I suggest this flat to anyone who wants to be near to all the most importat things in the very heart of Paris.

  Lovely studio, very clean, modern and well equipped. We loved the location, 1 min walk to the Pompidou centre, bars, restaurants and cafés and only 10 mins walk to the Latin Quarter. Nice and quiet at night despite the central location. Would recommend.

  Apartamento encantador, cómodo y bien equipado. Es tal cual se describe en el anuncio.Muy buena ubicación, al lado del centro Pompidour y situado en una calle peatonal con mucha vida pero tranquila por la noche.La dueña muy amable y mención especial para el sofá-cama, muy cómodo, grande y fácil de usar.Volvería a ir allí.

  Departamento en excelente estado, bien ubicado y con detalles de buen gusto y calidad. Provisto de electrodomesticos que funcionaban a la perfeccion. La propietaria estuvo en hora tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Habia una carpeta con informacion muy util de servicios y lo necesario para sentirse comodo y poder disfrutar Paris. Lo recomiendo!!!!!

  The apartment at rue Saint-Martin is beautifully maintained and impeccably clean. The location, only steps away from the Georges Pompidou Art Museum, is central to all the sites you'll want to visit in Paris. Close to a metro stop, surrounded by very good restaurants, good shopping and plenty of ...excellent chances for people watching and cafés. The apartment at rue Saint-Martin is ideal for a short holiday in the City of Light. Madame Mr is passionate about the history of her home and a delightful, welcoming owner.   Location is very close to everything and there are an abundance of cafés in the area for great food.The street is noisy at night and also early in the morning with delivery trucks, street washers,best to keep the window shut if you are noise sensitive.The two sofa beds are comfortable and the ...shower is hot.We had received specific directions from S on how to travel from the airport to apartment and was told someone would be there between 630-730pm. however when we got to,Paris trains were diverted due to a train strike, this was very difficult for us, being the first time in Paris. We called them at 715pm advising we were almost there, on arrival at 727pm, the man was rude and aggorant to us inferring we were late, which we were NOT. They did not even leave enough toilet paper. We did not appreciate the man being RUDE to us on arrival at the apartment. We were under extreme stress on the train system, with trains diverted everywhere, escalators not working, lifts not working. We only had your instructions, which were great if the train was working normally. I think we did extremely well, to work out a different way to get to your apartment on time, being our first time in your country and with little assistance. We emailed and phoned you to advise every step of the way, the problems we were currently experiencing and were shown no understanding or empathy. I can't even imagine what would happen if a customer was late. We were only left one and a half toilet rolls for three people for four days, we had to buy our own, which is a pretty poor effort.

  la location è senz'altro l'aspetto migliore di questo appartamento che, comunque, è risultato rispondente alla presentazione. Ben organizzato e ben tenuto si apprezza anche per la pulizia. Gentile e disponibile la persona di contatto. per la posizione e per la buona organizzazione dell'appartamento

  L'appartement est très bien situé en ce qui a trait aux principaux lieux touristiques de Paris. De nombreux services (restaurants, boutiques, grands magasins, épiceries...) sont disponibles à distance de marche. L'appartement est très propre et toutes les articles (literie, vaisselle ustensiles... et appareils ménagers) y sont disponibles. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il est situé dans un quartier un peu bruyant, particulièrement tôt le matin alors qu'une machine nettoie la ruelle.  

  Although the apartment is in a good location and is very well presented we would not stay in this apartment again. This was due to the treatment we received from the person who met us at the apartment. He was not very friendly and did not make us feel very welcome. He counted our money 5 times ...crumbling each note to check it wasn't counterfeit. Upon leaving he tested every appliance, even items we had not use and picked up every towel and inspected them for dirty marks ( ironically,we had washed them ourselves because there were dirty marks on them when we arrived ) he even opened up the beds to check that we had not taken the sheets!. I have stayed in many apartments in Paris and across the world and have never been made to feel so dishonest. It is a shame because it is a nice apartment

  the location was great ,near to most of the attractions and metro and in the same time situated on a nice, quiet, safe street. the owners are very nice ant the apartment is spotless. i will definatly go for the same spot when ill be next time in Paris! ginel

  L'appartamento è stato all'altezza delle aspettative. Carino, comodo e molto funzionale. Nelle vicinanze fermata metro comoda per tutti gli spostamenti. I proprietari disponibili, ci hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per raggiungere l'appartamento dall'aeroporto. Consigliato.

  El apartamento esta bien ubicado y es comfrotable. El trato de los propietarios deja mucho que desear, al dejar el apartamento revisaron todo muy meticulosamente y de forma ofensiva. Al no encontrar el control remoto de la tv, nos retuvieron 300 euros de la garantia y se mostraron muy violentos en ...trato respecto al tema. Como nos apremiaba la hora para no perder el vuelo accedimos, pero la situaciòn fuè desagradable. Si piensan alquilar este apartamento, pienselo 2 veces...porque tienen todas las de perder... 

  The location of the apartment was perfect. In the centre of restaurants, shops, cafés and patisseries. Very convenient as we walked to every tourist sight in Paris including the Eiffel Tower (5km) away. The owner of the apartment was amazing too. She was very helpful and gave us all the information... we needed about Paris. Apartment has everything you need and more. Will definitely stay here again when we return to paris 

  L'appartamento è risultato decisamente perfetto sia per la posizione (è possibile visitare infatti tutte le maggiori attrazioni della città essendo la fermata della metropolitana vicinissima allo stesso) sia per tutti i comfort di cui è dotato : divano letto molto comodo,cucina ...pluriaccessoriata, bagno spazioso La persona che ci ha accolto è stata disponibilissima e gentilissima,ci ha dato infatti tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno essendo noi turisti;inoltre ed è stata precisa e puntuale nel rispettare sia l'appuntamento del check-in che quello del check-out. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!

  Absolut ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage. Liebevoll eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, sauber...besser geht es nicht.

  Estuvimos cinco días y estuvimos muy a gusto. El estudio es amplio, con todo lo necesario y en perfecto estado. La ubicación es perfecta, la zona es muy Cool y céntrica. Relación calidad - precio, excelente, repetiremos!

  Un apartamento muy bien situado, aunque en el centro no es ruidoso. Muy bien equipado, con detalles de mucha ayuda para el viajero. Electrodomésticos en condiciones. Hemos pasado muy buena estancia.

  Angemessener Preis und sehr zentrale Lage. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Für die weiter entfernt gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten stehen die Metro und andere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmitelbarer Nähe bereit.

  Nuestra estadía en París fue muy buena. El departamento excelente en alojamiento, persona de contacto, ubicación y su atención al cliente muy buena. Respetaron todo lo indicado.

  The apartment was very clean and orderly when we arrived. The lady who checked is in was very informative, friendly and helpful.

  Abbiamo trovato persone di contatto estremamente gentili, disponibili e sempre puntuali. L’appartamento e risultato pulitissimo e fornito anche di generi di prima necessità (caffè, zucchero, detersivi, carta igienica ecc.) Abbastanza silenzioso e riposante nonostante si trovi in zona centrale ...e molto affollata. Pur essendo capitati in giorni caldissimi, e in mancanza di condizionatore, l’uso del ventilatore ha reso la calura sopportabilissima.  

  Very well equipped, clean and bright apartment. Nicely decorated in avert central location to some very important sites in Paris.

  Kept-like-NEW remodel in a charming, historic bldg. with very good security. WI-FI works great, owner is very friendly; treat this unit like it is your treasure and owner gladly refunds security. The area is quaint and in walk streets near a big church. But cars can access in early morning ...and is an easy walk to bigger blvds. Loved our stay here! Used Chatelet Les Halles Metro and RER, easy walk, but not with lots of luggage...even newbies, we could use public transport once there. Spent our last day in neighborhood enjoying good shopping, local crepe restaurants, bistros (on Berger) AND the Pompidou museum. Will use this apt. again if/when back in Paris. No lift, but not a problem for us...in our late 60's. Unique beds: fold-out, but comfortable! All you need! 

  Ottimo soggiorno. E' veramente incredibile che un appartamento in quella posizione così centrale sia così silenzioso e tranquillo. La dotazione di casa (stoviglie, apparecchi) è più che adeguata, il letto è comodo. Peccato che non ci siano sedie ma solo sgabelli. Inoltre per soggiorni lunghi ...forse c'è poco spazio per i vestiti: noi però siamo stati tre notti e quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi.

  Mi estancia en Paris en el apartamento de la Rue Saint Martin fue FABULOSA, la persona de contacto, alojamiento,ubicación,atención al cliente, limpio,con todo lo necesario para la estadía,la persona de contacto espectacular,cuando regrese a Paris sera en el mismo departamento.

  Lovely apartment in a great location. Clean, well maintained and comfortable.S was flexible and helpful on check in (our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected, at night) and explained everything clearly and thoroughly.

  Outstanding and amazing department. Excellent location and perfect organization of our friends. No doubt, we will come back at the same place.

  Zentrale Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (Louvre) sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

  Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm, da sie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. Die Wohnung ist in einem Top Zustand. Bewertung mit gut, da kein sep. Schlafraum vorhanden ist. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber in einer recht lauten Gegend mit vielen Lokalen und Geschäften. Positiv ist ...aber, dass die Fenster den Lärm gut verschließen und es im Haus selbst sehr ruhig ist.
