  I spent 3 nights in this apartment with 2 friends in April 2012. The Apartment was brilliant and was in excellent condition. It was in a great location for bars, restaurants and shops and had many metro stations within walking distance. The owners were really helpful and even came to assist with a ...Wi-Fi problem late on a Saturday night. I would definitely recommend this apartment and will be booking again the next time I visit Paris. 

  Nice, clean, well furnished, perfect for two adults and two children (10 and 14 years). Beautiful courtyard, secure entrance with code lock. Very sympathetic contactperson (french and english speaking). Quiet neighborhood, bakery and supermarket in the street. Cafees and fashionable boutiques. Metro... 5-10 minutes walk. Parking garage nearby (paid, Temple Alizés). Will definitely book again next time!

  tutto molto bello e funzionale. Ci è dispiaciuto pagare 50,00 eruo per il chek in per solo 20 minuti di ritardo bisognerebbe dare la disponibilità del chek in almeno fino alle ore 21,00 vista la quantità di mezzi pubblici: aereo, pullman, metro che si devono prendere per raggiungere gli alloggi.

  Idéalement situé, au calme, appartement avec beaucoup de cachet et d'un grand confort.

  Wir waren sehr zurfrieden mit dem App. es war genauso, wie beschrieben, absolut zentral, funktional und sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Frau Garcia war sehr sehr freundlich wir konnten uns in Englisch und Französich mit ihr verständigen. Es gab gar nichts auszusetzen. wenn ich nach Paris fahre, werde ich dieses App. wieder buchen.

  The apartment was clean, modern and the beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed was great! A light, bright apartment well located. The owner was friendly and quickly helped when we couldn't open the door with our key. It would have been most helpful if there were maps of Paris and the Metro ...in the apartment and a folder explaining how to use appliances, where local supermarket was, where rubbish in the apartment should be taken etc... Would be easy to do and would benefit many people who stay there. The owner spoke only a little English and so not much could be explained. 

  We had no complaints! The apartment was very lovely and comfortable. The location was excellent - amenities and shops close and so central that we didn't once take the m%u0117tro. We would definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Paris! The proprietor was wonderful - very kind and helpful.

  The apartment was completely as described. Mdme. Gracia was very friendly and helpful. It is perfectly in the interesting quarter Marais. From there you can reach every interesting point with the Metro. We will take the apartment next time when we come to Paris.

  10 - Fonctionnel et très bien agencé, l'appartement est très agréable et confortable. Aucune nuisance sonore. Il est situé dans un quartier très sympathique de Paris et proche de toutes commodités. Nous avons été très bien accueillie par la propriétaire.

  The apartment was exactly as described, perfect location, clean bedding, comfortable beds, and everything very aesthetic. Since we were 3 women we missed a full size mirrorr...C was very nice and helpful and she even arranged a taxi for the airport in the last minute.

  A great location in Marais. Close to everything. The apartment is modern, very clean and very comfortable (the bed was more comfortable than our bed at home!). After very busy days doing lots of walking and visiting galleries, museums etc we couldn't wait to get back to the apartment to unwind. ...Really quiet and peaceful and very secure. The lift was really handy in getting our luggage up to the 3rd floor. The kitchenette had everything we needed including a washing machine. We were very happy with our stay in Paris and would definitely stay in this apartment again. 

  Mooi, klein en compleet appartement. Prima 2-p bed, bedbank in kamer. Ligt rustig. Hooguit af en toe geluid van krakende vloeren van bovenburen. Prima uitvalsbasis voor stadsbezoek.

  Einfach super! Es gab nichts zu beanstanden!

  We were very happy with the accommodation. The living room area was not particularly cozy and comfortable, but it suited our needs. And the rest of the apartment, as well as the location, was excellent -- just what we wanted.

  Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete, neue Ferienwohnung, für eine Woche zu viert vollkommen ausreichend. Ruhige Lage, trotzdem zentral. Trotzdem ist man sehr schnell mitten im Getümmel, wenn man es will. Bus-Haltestelle ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Notre-Dame ist leicht auch zu Fuß erreichbar, ca.... 20 Minuten Laufzeit. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, Verständigung mit Englisch und Französisch gut möglich. 

  Die Wohnung war super schön! Lage sehr gut und trotzdem ruhig, da das Appartement zum Innenhof ausgerichtet war. Die umliegenden Appartements werden gerade renoviert, das verursachte ab 8.00Uhr morgens ziemlichen Baulärm Kleiner Tipp: Zur Grundausstattung sollte z.B. Toilettenpapier gehören.... Das ist am ersten Tag je nach Anreise ein kleines Problem :-)  

  Der Service war bestens. Alles, ob Kontaktperson bis zum Appartement hat die beste Note verdient.

  Die Wohnung war im Topzustand, angenehm kühl in heißen Tagen und herrlich ruhig. Eine Oase im hektischen und lauten Paris.

  The apartment is greate, very good located ( close to Louvre, George Pompidou and Notre-Dame Cathedral). Everything was really clean.The neighborhood is one of the best in Paris,full of restaurants and bars. Try the apartment , you can feel the spirit of Paris!

  Die Wohnung ist sehr nett und modern eingerichtet und hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Auf jeden Fall ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Mais en pleine été particulièrement chaud: chaleur étouffante, peu de circulation d'air, bruits très importants dans la cour intérieure où toutes les fenêtres sont ouvertes, surface de l'appt petite, accès difficile à la salle de bain lorsque le lit du salon est abaissé

  What a beautiful apartment and in such a great location. After really busy days in Paris it was a joy to come home to such a peaceful place. C the owner has maintained this apartment to a really high level and presents it beautifully. The kids found the sofa bed really comfortable. We would be happy to stay again if we return to Paris.

  Attractive well appointed apartment in a great part of Paris (not too busy, safe and very very nice area). Four of us stayed here for 4 days (2 adults and 2 children) -it was small (normal for Paris!) but fine. Close to great cafes and the metro. C. was very good with communication, speaks good ...English, and very professional. We highly recommend this apartment in Paris.

  Un très joli appartement au coeur d'un quartier très vif, parsemé de restaurants et bistrot et surtout de galéries d'art contemporaine qui nous interessaient beaucoup. Le logement est tout à fait comme on le voit dans les photos, moderne, propre et equippé d'un box internet vite et télé HD. ...La personne qui nous a accueillis est très gentile et disponible à vous aider (nous sommes italiens). L'ile de la cité et le centre Pompidou sont à 10 minutes!

  We enjoyed our stay in this small but charming apartment in the centre of the Marais with many nice shops, restaurants and galleries close by. The apartment is situated in a quit courtyard and comfortable to reach on the third floor by elevator.

  The apartment was very clean and comfortable for 2 people. It had everything we needed and the wi-fi was fast so we could do some work before going out for a lovely time in Paris.   Very good location. Nice apartment, big enough for a couple with a child. Wish there were some place to dry clothes, seems like a waste having a washing machine without a drying rack

  Quartier ist klein, aber sehr ruhig (Innenhof) und zentral in schönem Haus und nette Nachbarschaft gelegen. Nichts vorhanden (ausser Handtücher, Bettzeug).

  L'appartement est très bien situé, bien équipé, calme.Par contre, l'appartement est donné pour 4 personnes. néanmoins, c'est un peu juste pour 4 : 3 places sur le canapé, table pour manger trop petite (conçue pour 2), pas de quoi circuler dans l'appartement dès que le canapé-lit est déplié.

  El apartamento es precioso, bien equipado y muy limpio. Está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica, no tardábamos ni 15 minutos a Notredam. El barrio es muy agradable (buen ambiente, poco tráfico, tiendas con mucho estilo y bares-restaurantes animados). Hay supermercados y panaderías-pasterías ...muy cerquita del apartamento. Aunque a la propietaria no pudimos conocerla personalmente, fue muy amable e incluso nos permitió dejar las maletas unas horas en el apartamento lo que nos permitió aprovechar la última mañana que pasamos en París. No tengo ninguna duda de qué si volvemos a París, nos alojaremos de nuevo en este apartamento. Es tal y como se muestra en las fotos ¡una preciosidad! 

  Very good location. The upper Marais has a very nice feel. The appartment is very quiet and was very clean.

  Amazing location within easy walking distance of city centre. For 2 persons the apartment is perfect; we were a Family of 4, and with the extra bed extended it was a Little bit difficult to get around. But really, the nice and stylish feel of the Apartment and the excellent location totally made up ...for what was missing a bit in terms of Space. We would definitely go here Again! 

  Exzellente, ruhige Lage - große Auswahl an Cafes und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr helles, sauberes und liebevolles Appartement. Sehr herzliche Kontaktperson. Haben uns mit unseren zwei Söhnen (10 a und 7 a) sehr wohl gefühlt. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!!!

  The location is perfect. Loved having elevator for luggage. Apartment has most everything for cooking small meals and enjoying your march'e goodies. Apartment was comfortable and as nice as the pictures show.

  The perfect Parisian experience for a couple of any age. So much better than a hotel!Boutique stores, art galleries and plenty of cafes and bars on your doorstep. We walked pretty much everywhere but the Metro is also extremely convenient. C. was so helpful and graciously attempted some English to ...compensate for our terrible French! The apartment is quiet, clean, and had all the conveniences we required. I have already highly recommended to all my friends and family.

  We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the heart of Le Marais for 4 days. The building is really beautiful, interior's design too. We would definitely come again! :)

  The apartment was great - very high quality and in a great location. The only change I would suggest would be to modify the shower slightly so there is a barrier to water coming out from the shower (tended to overflow to the floor)

  The location was good. An easy walk to Notre Dame and plenty of cafes nearby. The apartment was also very secure with two door entry systems.

  What a delightful apartment! It is well organised, easy to be in, and in a quiet and safe-feeling building. The area is very attractive, with plenty of interesting shops, cafés, and restaurants. The Picasso Museum a short walk away. C, the 'patroness', is so helpful and accommodating. We had a most... enjoyable stay. This compact flat makes an ideal base for your trip to Paris.

  Todo es correcto. Lo que se ve en fotografías es lo que luego te encuentras. Todo está limpio. Está bien situado. A unos 700 mts. en línea recta con la catedral Nôtre Dame. Es una calle con muchas boutiques y el fin de semana con muy buen ambiente y varios Bistros.La propietaria Madame C estuvo... en todo momento muy atenta, cordial y servicial. A mi solicitud me solventó un pequeño problema con el password del WIFI que me impedia conectar mi PC con internet, y que luego resultó que el culpable era mi PC. Si vuelvo de nuevo a París y este apartamento está disponible lo volvería a alquilar, sin ningún tipo de dudas.

  Die Vermieterin C war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns im Vorfeld schon mehrfach angeschrieben. Die Treffen mit ihr zur Wohnungsübergabe waren sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke wunderbar und für vier Personen (2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) ausreichend groß. Sie hat eine... sehr schöne Lage m,itten im Marais und ist sehr ruhig. Sie war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Wir kommen sicher wieder und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Nicola

  Appartamento situato in ottima posizione per visitare Parigi in tutta tranquillita'. Ottima zona, vari negozi nei dintorni ed appartamento piccolo ma molto carino. Da consigliare anche a famiglie con bambini.

  The apartment is in a great location and just outside the door fantastic boutiques and restaurants-Picasso Museum around the corner and metro a short walk away .It is nice and quiet due to being in a courtyard .The apartment is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated.The wifi does work ...but just a tip one needs to reboot modem daily (a switch on back of modem) This is the perfect apartment for a couple with double bed in a separate bedroom -although there is a very comfortable sleeper couch in the lounge area - once opened one cannot walk through to the bathroom . I would highly recommend this apartment -also great that it has a lift which I believe many blocks in the area don't have  

  El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotografías, muy cómodo, limpio y en una ubicación inmejorable, hermoso entorno, con todos los servicios cerca (supermercado, panadería, buenos sitios para comer) y con la posibilidad de ir caminando a muchos puntos de interés turístico. La propietaria ...C. también fu muy amable y atenta a lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Altamente recomendable, sin dudas repetiríamos la experiencia.- 

  We had a wonderful stay in this warm, compact apartment that is close to everything in the heart of the Marais district. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. Excellent wifi. The owner responded immediately to our calls and emails and was helpful and reliable.

  Small as most Paris apartments and hotel rooms are, but nice high ceilings and big windows and well designed to maximise the space. Very clean, good facilities and a brilliant location.

  From booking to check-in and check-out everything was clear and straightforward. The apartment is compact but has everything you might need, including a comfortable bed. Great location with lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby and easy walking to main attractions, but also close to Metro. I would definitely stay here again.

  This apartment was perfect! It felt like our home and we were sad to leave. C the owner was very kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was bright, airy and very quiet with a beautiful view of the buildings surrounding the courtyard. The apartment wasn't as small as what I had... expected - It was a good size for the two of us. The location was perfect and close to the metro. This will be where we stay when we return to Paris. 

  Great place! The owner is extremely professional, nice and accommodating. Given the paradigm that apartments in Paris are quirky, small, & retrofitted into old buildings, this apartment is extremely nice. It is clear that someone spent a lot of time figuring out exactly how to lay out this space in ...the most efficient manner possible. Well maintained - everything works. Plenty of outlets! There's a small sink in the W/C and a larger one in the Shower Room. It's a very nice building in a fantastic location with great restaurants in walking distance in every direction. It's pretty much in the center between metro stops on three lines, so it's easy to get anywhere in Paris, including getting to train stations for trains heading out of Paris. If we can, we'll definitely stay here again. It was the owner's level of engagement and her flexibility which made it a great rental. This owner was on top of things on every level, but also very flexible. 

  Mein Mann musste leider alleine fahren aber er war sehr zufrieden mit allem

  The advertisement is deceitful: the bed is shown at 75% of its real size but in reality it is impossible to get in and out without crawling and slithering. Also, there are no photos of the foot high threshold one has to climb to get in and out of the bedroom. If the sofa is used as a bed one would ...have to walk on top of the people sleeping in it to reach the bathroom. And the clearance between the door and the sink in the toilet room is so small that 9 times out of ten one would be hit by the door handle or the sink's pointy corner. The living room is actually a corridor. Don't look for the second chair shown in the picture...it would be very difficult to get through if it was there. The owner should be told to have something to hand the tenants about the location of convenience stores.

  Cet appartement est très bien situé et très bien équipé. Il serait agréable d'avoir un petit "fond" d'épicerie de base (sel, poivre, huile...).

  Location, location, location!

  Zuverlässige Abwicklung. Ruhige Lage zum Innenhof eines Wohngebäudes. Wohnung sehr hell mit 3 hohen Fenstern und Rollos für tagsüber und nachts.

  Great apartment, we stayed with our two children and were very comfortable. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to Notre dame. There are two parks nearby for the kids and many bakeries and restaurants as well as a great supermarket. We will book again when we come back to Paris!

  sylvie was very polite & excellent in terms of showing us around the appt. would strongly recommend that you have a translation app on your phone as she does not speak English.No sugar/salt/pepper/condiments available. We have left some for the next guests as we didn't want to carry them back to ...England.The sofa bed is infested with bed bugs; emailed the owner after the first nite but got no reply. The main bedroom bed is ok, the kids slept there & had no bite marks. However me & my wife slept on the sofa bed and are still itching 5 days after the checkout.

Dear customer, thank you for your comments. We remind you that the contact person speaks only French, as indicated in the confirmation email. The owner usually leaves basic products for the clients in the apartment. He also informs us that after receiving an email from the clients indicating their problems with the sofa bed, he sent his son to the apartment in order to help. Then he contacted the clients by email to make sure everything was fine, but received no answer. Finally, we confirm that the apartment is in good condition and that there are no bed bugs.

  A very warm reception and tour, followed by a very pleasant 5-day stay in this comfortable and tastefully appointed apartment. The property was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The only thing lacking was soap in the bath and the kitchen.I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

  Het appartement is heel comfortabel en smaakvol ingericht. Het is gelegen in een heel aangename buurt met veel restaurants, bakkers en supermarkten binnen loopafstand. De contactpersoon was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Molto curato nell'arredamento permette un piacevolissimo soggiorno. La Sig.ra ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza ed ha mostrato una ...disponibilità non comune mettendoci subito a nostro agio e di questo le siamo molto grati.Lo consigliamo a chi vuole vivere Parigi non da semplice turista. 

  The owner was excellent in communicating to me and was there to greet us and show us around the unit. It was in a perfect location. The unit was clean, and the rain shower head felt like I was in a spa! This was the absolute best place to stay, and we will definitely stay here again when we visit Paris!

  A wonderful place to stay and get a taste of living in one of the beautiful and interesting areas of Paris.

  Het appartement is klein maar bijzonder praktisch en smaakvol ingericht.

  Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt. Das Appartment war sauber und es bietet alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich eine Bäckerei. In der Straße gibt es viele tolle Geschäfte und bis zur nächsten Metro sind es nur ...ca. 5 Minuten. Am Tag der Abreise konnten wir unsere Koffer bei unserer Ansprechpartnerin unterstellen und zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt wieder abholen. Das war perfekt.  

  Très bonne situation en plein coeur du Marrais. Proche du centre Beaubourg, metro, bus....Appartement propre, bien tenu, agreable, silencieux dans une cour intérieure. Peut être un peu juste pour 4 personnes, car le canapé ne permet pas facilement l'accès aux toilettes lorsque celui ci est ...transformé en lit. Pour le reste impecable. J'y reviendrai vonlontiers. 

  Nice Apartment for two in the Marais. It is ideally located as 3 different Metro lines are within walking distance and even to line 1 it's only about 10 minutes. The Apartment is very calm in a patio. Amenities are sufficient for some days' stay in our oppinion (but who comes to Paris to cook ...anyway, so the kitchen wasn't much used). We would definitely consider this apartment again for a future stay. Restaurants and shops nearby; the Marais is our preferred neighbourhood and the Apartment is right in it (Picasso Museum one block away). Very friendly owner; check-in was very quick. We didn't need any assistance so everything in best order. Good choice for a couple.  

  The apartment is very well located - walking distance from Notre-Dame and Hôtel de Ville. It is a small, functional and comfortable apartment situated inside a courtyard. The owner is very friendly. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time and she took us in without problems. Highly recommended. We will come back!

  Unser Aufenthalt in Paris war traumhaft und das haben wir u.a. dem sehr schönen und super gelegenen Apartment zu verdanken! Wir wurden von der Eigentümerin sehr herzlich empfangen und sie stand uns bei Rückfragen während der drei Tagen immer zur Verfügung. Das Apartment liegt in einem ruhigen ...Innenhof mitten im quirligen Viertel Marais, ist sehr komfortabel und für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern eine echte Alternative zum Hotel. Wenn man aus der Tür tritt, hat man gleich tolle Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Galerien, etc. vor der Tür und kann aufgrund der zentralen Lage vieles zu Fuss erkundigen.Sehr empfehlenswert!  

  El apartamento es fantástico, recién rehabilitado con muy buen gusto. Es cómodo, tranquilo y bien equipado y excelente calidad del sofá-cama.Dos lineas de metro muy cercanas La propietaria es una señora encantadora y muy amable. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días en Paris
