  No elevator to the upper floors. Air conditioning, as indicated on the website was an under-powered portable unit.

  Clean and carefully decorated apartment. Bathtub was clogged but owner fixed it promptly. At night some noise from the street so window had to be closed. Around entrance of the house dirty street and homeless people sleeping on the ground. Location superb for marais quarter, Lots of nightlife.

  Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt.

  Eigentlich könnte die Unterkunft eine gute Bewertung bekommen, aber : die zu erwartenden ,Kleinigkeiten' fehlten : nur 4 Messer, keine ausreichende Anzahl Teller, keine Spültabs für die Spülmaschine, nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier etc. Unter der Couch lag ein angebissenes Würstchen und ...unter dem Klappbett alte Zeitungen. Das passt alles nicht wirklich zum Preissegment und bei 5 Personen ist es eben zu wenig mit 4 Messern etc. (s.o.)

  El apartamento muy bien situado, vamos suppper bien y realmente como dice el anuncio, a 20 mts de l Centro Pompidou. Moderno y muy limpio. El de 8 personas por ponerle alguna falta, es un tercero sin ascensor(no apropiado para carritos de bebe y personas mayores)y algo curioso, dos estupendos ...cuartos de baño en cuanto a diseño y muy buena ducha y un solo wc, que para 8 personas se queda corto. La calefacción perfecta y la atención estupenda. Tienes que concretar el tema de las maletas porque son rígidos en los horarios de salida ya que debes dejar el apartamento a las 11.00 horas. El propietario te buscará alguna solución, a nosotros nos la buscó. Muy recomendable.

  Great apartment, fantastic location, was fine for our family of four ( kids 5&7) Thoroughly enjoyed all of your recommended nearby restaurants. Lovely to be met and shown around the apartment on the first day.

  It is a very nice apartment. We were happy with the furnishes and facilities provided. The apartment is clean too. However as the apartment only has 1 toilet, you will have to wait for your turn especially for me as we were a family of 8.

  Le collaborateur de M. R. (lui-même tout à fait agréable) s'est montré franchement désagréable au téléphone, au moment de notre départ, quand nous lui demandions de nous confirmer la possibilité de déposer nos bagages avant le départ de notre train...

  good accommodotaion only missing one more toilet. do not understand why we do pre-authorization on credit card if we pay total price on arrival. My credit card is still charged for pre-authorization.

We confirm that the pre-authorisation on the credit card is the security deposit and the remaining amount is the rental amount to be paid on arrival. On the day of departure, once the owner has checked the condition of the apartment, they will unblock the deposit so that the amount will reappear in your account within a few days, depending on the process time required by your bank.

  Accomodation was clean and well kept. Not enough towels. 1 towel per person is not enough, at least 2.

  Inolvidable El apartamento estuvo genial, calefaccion, agua caliente, limpieza, accesorios. ademas estaba en el centro al lado de todo. estuvo genial. apartamento sevilla os lo recomiendoooo!!

  The supply of toilet rolls and new towels would need some attention. Toilet rolls are not something people carry in their luggage and considered an essential item when having travelled so far. Location great with facilities in the area top shelf. A deposit of 500 Euros could be lessened as yet ours has not been returned????

  This appartament was really nice , everything was good arranged. Very good location .

  Good location for sightseeing and transfer to airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by so easy to eat out or cook in the flat.

  Appartement suffisamment grand pour 7 personnes. Propre, par contre difficile de monte les valises au 3 étages, escaliers très étroit . Équipements cuisine en bon état. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants à proximité .

  Die Wohnung wirkt auf den Fotos grösser als sie wirklich ist. Leider wird nicht viel von den Mieteinnahmen wieder in die Wohnung investiert. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sollten generell mal überholt werden. Auch die Fensterfugen in den Schlafzimmern waren grau. Die Küche genügt wirklich nur ...für ein Morgenessen. Kochen kann man mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Pfannen nicht, da alle in einem sehr schlechten Zustand sind. Auch die Waschmaschine hat schon Schimmel angesetzt. Der Geschirrspüler war total verkalkt, was sich auf die Gläser und das Besteck niedergeschlagen hat. Da die Wohnung sehr stylisch eingerichtet ist, ist ein Aufenthalt mit Kleinkinder eher nicht zu empfehlen. 

  This apartment is in a fantastic area, you literally will not find yourself wanting for anything. A great bar downstairs and walking distance to some great sights. Would definitely book again.

  Agradecimos mucho, que a la salida podíamos guardar las maletas en el restaurante del propietario. Además en apartamento está en una zona muy céntrica.

  A la salida no vinieron a revisar el apartamento y solo nos dijeron que que dejasemos las llaves en una mesa. Nos hubiese gustado que comprobasen delante de nosotros que no habia ningun desperfecto para evitar posibles dudas. Hoy, cuatro dias despues de haber terminado nuestra estancia aun no han liberado el dinero retenido como fianza.

  Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich toll, super Lage, die Betten sind gut, alles prima. Das einzige was störend war, der Fussboden wurde mit sooooo viel Putzmittel geputzt, dass es zwar sehr gut geduftet hat, aber ein schmieriger Film überall klebte. Sogar durch die Socken merkte man dies.

  Appart très bien situé conforme à la description et à ce que nous attendions, aucune surprise et donc a recommander.

  We're a group of 7. The apartment is good and worth to go back again :)Just 2 things: 1. make sure you can make a phone call the owner when you arrive because you can not get in the building. 2. it's on the third floor, quite hard when you have big luggages.

  Appartamento molto bello ed in super centro! Anche se Avrei preferito l'appartamento iniziale più grande che avevo prenotato, essendo un viaggio una famiglia di 7 adulti.

  This apartment is excellently located - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - apartment was as described and owner very accommodating on the day we arrived and departed.

  This was a terrific apartment! I rented this beautiful unit with 8 friends for just 3 nights, but it definitely served all our needs and gave us a great place to come home to and relax after long days of sightseeing. We were a group of college students so although we respected the unit and avoided ...damaging any part of it, we were very happy to find that there were many bars and clubs very near to us, as well as grocery near us where we could purchase anything we needed. A., the woman who met us and helped us during our stay in the taureau apartment was very very nice and sweet and very easy to deal with. Overall, this apartment renting experience was absolutely magnifique and we do not regret any part of our stay. This beautiful apartment comes highly recommended from all of us!! :) 

  A helpful owner and an excellent apartment

  This apartment easily accommodated 8 guests. The kitchen was small, didn't have a dishwasher and lacked space to store purchased groceries, however. Not a big deal if you plan on eating out or if you don't mind cluttered countertops. It's 3 stories of stairs to climb, so be ready to carry your luggage (and get a good workout).

  Schade, die Wohnung machte so einen guten Eindruck. Leider sehr verwohnt, Schimmel am Spiegel und an der Wand, kein Deckel auf dem Mülleiner, ausgerissene Schranktür, Kleidung vom Vormieter im Schrank und schmutziger Boden.Auf die schriftliche Beanstandung hat sich dann einfach keiner mehr gemeldet.

  The Apartment is well laid out and set up. It is in an excellent location, perfect for our stay in Paris. We would certainly stay here again.

  Everything was great. No complaints, we loved it here. Would definitely come back next time we're in Paris.

  Pro: Great location, designed apartment, well equipped. Neg: only one toilet, 3rd floor w/o elevator, beds not so comfortable.

  Owner very responsive to all enquiries/requests. Happy to help with tourist info. Location was excellent, right across from Pompidou Centre and close to tourism must do's. Being on third floor you need to be fit to get the bags up. Just 10mins to Notre Dame, 5 minutes to metro Hotel du Ville and 5 ...minutes to good bus route 72 to Eiffel Tower and Arch de Triomphe. Cafes and restaurants all around. Supermarket 2 minutes away and one street two blocks away lined with speciality food stores.  

  Fantastic location. S. was very easy to deal with. We had children with us so wary about the valuable ornaments and lamps etc.

  The online photos are dated. Whilst the accommodation was generally good, items were broken (third bed and kitchen cupboards). It has two bathrooms but there is only one toilet in the apartment, not suitable for a large group. (Bidet in the bathroom, but no toilet?) Double booked one night of stay,... couldn't get in contact with anyone. Alternative accommodation unsuitable...... (3rd floor with no lift - not in property description when booking!)

  Just a suggestion - put more information in the welcome folder, metro maps, bus routes, nearest supermarket, pharmacy etc. map of major tourist attraction location, but otherwise it was a great apartment and we had a fabulous time and would recommend it to anyone and everyone

  We were in general very pleased with the apartment; it could have been a bit cleaner (and the vacuum cleaner also did not work) and the bowls and pans were a bit disgusting to cook with .... otherwise, all went well and location was very good.

  Everything was great, especially the location!! The beds are quite firm, but I guess that is personal taste.

  El apartamento no estaba muy limpio, los enseres de cocina extremadamente viejos. La ubicación muy buena y al apartamento bonito, es una pena que no cuiden la limpieza y la cocina.

  Sehr freundlicher Empfang und zuvorkommende Unterstützung durch die Vermieter, Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, ist gut ausgerüstet und weitgehend in gutem Zustand.

  Très bien, mais il faudrait rajouter plus de vaisselles et d'ustensiles pour cuisiner pour 8 personnes. A noter également que l'une des douches était bouchée. A part cela, c'était bien.

  We stayed for 5 days. It was excellently located, walkable from Notredame and Louvre. It is very well equipped with all necessary utensils in kitchen, TV in all rooms and is very spacious. The owner was very cooperative and there were no issues with internet connection etc.There is no lift, very ...little english channels in the TV - otherwise perfect for couples and families as welldave 

  Host was very nice; location is good on edge of Marais district. Issues were: Difficult stairs up three flights; apartment is shabby and not very clean; very noisy on weekend nights -- noise from the street; claims to have a washer/dryer, but doesn't work properly because lint duct is clogged; ...claims to have air conditioning, but only one portable AC in the living room, which we could not get to work. Some things in apartment are broken, e.g., shower head in second bath, floor lamp in bedroom. If you can live with all these things, then it's a reasonably priced and located 3-BR apartment in Paris. Honest landlord. 

  Fantastic location and very comfortable flat. One bedroom was a sofa bed- pretty squeaky but we used for a child so was fine. S who checked us in spoke perfect English and was super helpful even helping carry our bags up the stairs. We felt very comfortable and happy here in our home away from home in Paris, so glad we did this instead of a hotel!

  Appartement vraiment très bien situé, très agréable et personne de contact disponible et flexible. Seul bémol : un des lits étaient particulièrement inconfortable ...

  Das Appartement liegt super günstig nahe der U-Bahn mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe direkt gegenüber des Centre Pompidou. Dementsprechend hört man Abends die Straße, was uns aber weiter nicht gestört hat. Der Service war sehr freundlich und man ist uns bei der ...Ein- und Auscheckzeit sehr entgegengekommen. Leider quietschen die Betten (besonders in einem Zimmer) sehr und die Küchenausstattung ist etwas dürftig (es gibt viele Töpfe und Pfannen aber kein Gefäß für das Aufbrühen von Kaffee oder Tee, nur eine Espressomaschine). Das WC ist recht eng, aber für ein paar Urlaubstage ging es. Spülmaschine funktionierte gut. Im Bad funktionierte das Bidet nicht. Wegen der Kürze der Zeit, haben wir dies aber nicht reklamiert. 

  Solo comentar que la descripción del apartamento no coincide exactamente con la realidad. En la página web aparece que hay una habitación con dos camas dobles y no es así, había que utilizar el sofá cama del salón. Por lo demás todo muy bien

Le confirmamos que el propietario ha modificado la distribución de las camas y ya no existe la cama abatible sino que en ese dormitorio se utiliza el sofá cama doble. Además, ahora se utiliza también el sofá cama del salón para dos personas. Hemos actualizado la información de la página web, si bien las fotos aún son las antiguas.

  Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación. Situación muy céntrica.Lo peor fue el estado del piso. Lo alquilamos para 8 persona pero no está preparado para tanta gente. El menaje es muy escaso. No había vajilla suficiente para tantas. Menos mal que solo desayunábamos en el piso.había dos camas ...que eran sofás y la verdad que una de ellas, con lo que te cobran, podían cambiarla. Hacia un ruido horrible cada vez que te movías.La limpieza dejó mucho que desear. Habia zonas sucias y ni siquiera teníamos papel higienico ni paños suficientes para mantenerlo limpio.Nos decepcionó mucho al verlo porque en las fotos publicadas, parece mucho mejor de lo que te encuentras. 

  A pesar de tener 2 baños para bañarse, tiene sólo un inodoro! por lo que no es aconsejable para un departamento que alberga a 8 personas. Además quiero resaltar la mala predisposición y el mal trato de la persona encargada de recibirnos, quien dijo no ser el propietario, pero de quien no sólo... recibimos mal trato, sino que además fue absolutamente malicioso en sus comentarios, ya que tuvimos un problemita con la caldera -que estaba averiada-y, en lugar de explicar la situación, se hizo el desentendido, explicando recién la situación cuando se vio acorralado ante nuestras preguntas. Esta persona ha sido muy desagradable también al momento de cobrar el depósito (por posibles daños a la propiedad), ya que su posnet rechazaba nuestras tarjetas porque según él eran sólo para compra (??)
