Appartamenti vacanze Parigi: Studio vicino Canal Saint Martin

  L'alloggio ci ha davvero stupiti: molto bello l'arredamento, pulito, con tutti i confort, è posizionato in una delle zone più tranquille e giovani di Parigi. Vicino si trovano panetterie, negozi e ristoranti, soprattutto gestiti da francesi. L'accoglienza da parte della persona di contatto è ...stata molto buona, soprattutto per la gentilezza e la disponibilità.

  Une bonne localisation, à la fois proche de l'activité de la Place de la République et à proximité immédiate du Canal Saint-Martin. Le quartier est tout à fait sympathique et de nombreux restaurants sont à votre disposition sur les différents quais tout proches. L'appartement est ...fonctionnel, assez pratique, avec une bonne literie (important après une bonne journée de ballade !) Je recommande sans réserve ce logement qui offre au final des prestations tout à fait convenables... 

  Schönes, kleines und sehr sauberes Appartement, das in unmittelbarar Nähe des idyllischen Kanals St-Martin liegt, der bei schönem Wetter ein beliebten Treffpunkt der dort wohnenden Menschen ist. Lediglich der Blick zum Innenhof war etwas trostlos, was unsere Erwartungen und Eindrücke aber nicht ...geschmälert hat, da wir ohnehin den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und stand ihren Gästen jederzeit zur Verfügung um offene Fragen zu klären. Wir können dieses Appartement ohne Einschränkungen nur empfehlen und werden versuchen, bei unseren nächsten Parisfahrten dort wieder unter zu kommen. 

  Sehr schöne Gegend, gute Lage. Man kann da schön essen gehen, viele kleine Restaurants, die nicht so teuer sind, wie in der zentralen Gegend. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich ausgestattet. Sie ist klein, aber fein. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und mit den nötigen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ...kommt aus Hamburg, wie wir auch. Sie hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und schöne Tips gegeben. Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.  

  El apartamento está totalmente reformado y es muy confortable. La zona es encantadora, con mucho ambiente y una excelente conexión con las líneas de metro. La persona encargada del alojamiento era muy agradable y atenta. Todo perfecto!

  Das Appartement ist super schön und gepflegt! Es liegt sehr zentral und sowohl die nächste Metro als auch zwei kleine Supermärkte befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Nette, kleine Restaurants in der Straße und der ca. 150 m entfernte Kanal sorgen für ein sehr schönes und richtig französisches... Flair. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und flexibel, alles war entsprechend unseren Wünschen und Vorstellungen vorbereitet und wir erhielten zudem noch wertvolle Tipps für unseren Städtetrip! Insgesamt hat uns alles sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Immer wieder gern!  

  Monolocale molto carino, nuovo, bagno molto pulito. Persona di contatto gentile e disponibile. ampia disponibilità da parte della proprietaria. Nel contesto zona tranquilla, con ristoranti e metro vicina.

  Overall it was a very good studio. Only minor was the hot water supply. There was barely enough hot water for me and my girlfriend to shower right after each other. The rest was great!

  EXCELLENT ACEUIL - LOGEMENT PARFAIT - A RECOMMANDER

  It was fine - only thing was I couldn't get the TV to work as I think there is low reception in that flat - but that is not your fault

  Sehr schön eingerichtetes Studio, ideal für zwei Personen. Günstig gelegen (ca. 5 min Fußweg zur Metro), trotzdem ruhig.

  Wir habe uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt in der schönen Wohnung. Die Umgebung ist herrlich, es gibt einen sagenhaften Bäcker, den man dank der Tips der sehr netten Kontaktperson vor Ort auch findet. Außerdem tolle Geschäfte und Restaurants, mehrer Supermärkte und man kann sogar vom Gare de l' est ...zu Fuß hinlaufen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, von daher kann man sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag in Paris dort gut regenerieren. Vielen Dank!

  Great apartment - all as mentioned in the description - with a very freindly and helpful contact person - would just reccommend instructions are left for the cable TV - as was a little tricky to work if turned off. Thanks for the great stay!

  Ein wunderschönes und sauberes Apartment, das genauso aussieht wie auf den Fotos. Sehr zentral gelegen; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und viele Metro-Stationen sind in der Nähe. Das Schlafsofa ist überraschend bequem und sehr gemütlich, die Küche funktional und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben... sehr kurzfristig gebucht (ein Tag im Voraus), trotzdem hat alles bestens funktioniert. Ideal für ein Paar, um einige schöne Tage in Paris zu verleben. Die Kontaktperson J. ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und spricht fließend deutsch. 

  Appartamento pulito e molto carino, strategicamente ben posizionato sia per la metro che per ristoranti e bar. Quartiere tranquillo e alcuni negozi aperti fino a tardi. La proprietaria è molto cortese e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!!

  We had a wonderful stay at the apartment!! It was as described, and the landlady was very helpful. It has all the basic amenities needed, and the kitchen is well equipped. The furnishings are tasteful, and the WiFi works well. The Pizza shop below the apartment is great!

  In pieno centro, la proprietaria gentilissima, nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato tutti i servizi descritti nell'offerta.

  The service was great, we were contacted and given detailed directions before we arrived from both the bus station and local metro station. Payment and checking out was also very smooth. With regards to the accommodation itself everything was clean in the appartment and everything expected was ...provided, so no complaints. i would also vote for excellent on the location. Although as some other reviewers noted its not right in the centre, the area itself seemed to be buzzing with local families and young people, had better and cheaper bars, shops and cafes and was only a 15 minute walk to the centre anyway. I would definately reccommend staying here if you want to experience paris like a local.... or as a tourist but in a seemingly cheaper (compared to B&Bs, hotels) and more comfortable environment!

  Wir waren rundherum zufrieden, die Wohnung, die Lage, einfach alles perfekt und eine sehr nette Kontaktperson!

  Zentrale Lage in freundlichem Stadtbezirk mit guten Restaurant- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ruhiges Haus, sehr freundliche entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Eine praktische saubere Wohnung.

  We are very pleased. In the beginning, we met our landlady as planned, and she gave us very good info about apartment and the area around. She recommended places to go and where we could find good restaurants. Her info about trains and metrolines to use when arriving were specific and easy. The ...apartment was clean and in fine condition. Specially we were suprised of the bed which was made of sofa. It was very good, and its important because we stayed there one hole week. 

  Apartment is in a great area of Paris near the canal saint-Martin, away from all the touristy bits and where real Parisians live. Lots of lovely independent shops, bars and restaurants around make it a great place to stay. Two metro stops are just a few minutes walk away so you can easily get to the... big attractions. Apartment was perfectly clean and well furnished and the owner was really nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.  

  Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Super Lage, Unterkunft war gepflegt uns gut ausgestattet und unsere Betreuung vor Ort war auch sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

  The apartment was clean and well equipped and the building wass quiet and had a good security system at the street door, though the neighborhood appeared to be quite safe. The bed was comfortable. The owner was very helpful in providing tips about the neighborhood and making herself available ...should we have questions or problems. The location, in the heart of the Canal St. Martin district was wonderful. We would recommend the place to friends. 

  Appartamento piccolo, ma luminoso e confortevole. La descrizione fornita dal sito corrisponde appieno alla realtà. Ottimo quartiere, vivace, caratteristico e ricco di locali. Molto romantica la passeggiata lungo il canale Saint Martin. Proprietaria disponibile, precisa e affidabile. Solo l'edificio... che ospita l'alloggio necessiterebbe di altrettanta cura e pronta ristrutturazione. 

  Die Gegend ist sehr vielfältig und nett, die Wohnung sehr ruhig.

  Nonostante le piccole dimensioni, l'appartamento dispone di tutte le comodità per trascorrere una tranquilla e serena vacanza. Non ho avuto la possibilità di conoscere la proprietaria, ma la sua co - worker è stata altrettanto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio l'appartamento anche per la vicinanza... alle metropolitane di Goncourt e Republique, che ci hanno consentito di raggiungere facilmente qualunque zona di Parigi. Molti supermercati e locali nelle vicinanze. Lo consiglio vivamente! Quartiere tranquillo e ben collegato alle maggiori attrazioni di Parigi 

  Es war alles super, hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

   Very nice owner (or manager), but the appartment is very small and requires rennovation Well, the studio is absolutely the same as on the photo, but it is looks 5 years older than it appears on photo. Wall, ceiling require renovation (yellow stains and ruined stucco)... Very very small ...studio. Window look in the next building windows (it is not even a courtyard - just an inner open space of about 4 sq.meters), so no sun at any day period. All looks now very poor and you don't fell cozy. The shower was unpredictable (too hot), fridge was leaking. I was very sorry I didn't book a 4* hotel nearby for the same price(( But the manager is extremely nice young lady, was at our disposal anytime we required her.

  This apartment is great! Even though J was not available while in Paris communication with her before hand was brilliant and her friend who showed us around the apartment was lovely! The apartment is small but has everything you need for a short stay! It also is in a great location, felt very safe here!

  Sehr angenehme Lage in einem aufstrebenden Quartier mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Bistros. Kaum Touristen.100m vom Kanal weg, der gerade am Abend schön zum entspannen ist. Kontaktperson sehr nett, hilfsbereit eine Mappe mit hilfreichen Tipps liegt in der Wohnung aus. Jederzeit wieder!

  Es un apartamento un poco pequeño pero acogedor, limpio, bien decorado, moderno, tiene un potente Wifi, y la ubicación es muy buena por la cercanía de comercios, restaurantes, tiendas, linea del metro y otros.La dueña es muy atenta y amable y la cercanía al Canal San Martín lo hace especial,... volvería a rentarle por el precio que es asequible.Luis y Miryam Escobar Guatemala

  Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber, alles vorhanden, genau wie auf den Fotos, kein Autolärm, gute Gegend, gerne wieder, danke!

  Für uns war es ganz hilfreich, dass die Vermieterin aus Deutschland kommt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend.

  Dalle foto sul sito pensavo meglio e un poco piu' grande , mi ha un po' deluso il fatto di avere le finestre su di un cortile che in pratica davano sulla facciata delle stesso palazzo a distanza di 4 mt. ,lato positivo zona tranquilla anche se un po' fuor dal centro. La persona di contatto l'ho conosciuta solo il giorno del rientro.

  A small studio, but exactly what we required and had all facilities that you would need to have holiday in Paris. Very modern facilities in the room. The location was perfect, being 5 minutes from three different metro stations, so great coverage of Paris. Plenty bakeries, deli's, small ...restaurants/cafe's and super markets within minutes of the apartment.

  A pesar de ser un apartamento pequeño tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de París. No da ninguna sensación de agobio por el tamaño. El sofá cama es comodísimo y la calefacción estupenda. El baño está muy bien, la ducha es excelente. Ninguna pega que poner. El barrio es muy agradable y ...el canal le da un encanto especial. Si volvemos a París repetiremos sin duda.Gracias Julia

  The apartment was small but perfect for a weekend. J was lovely and let us arrive later and check out later to fit in with our Eurostar. There are loads of lovely cafes in the area and I would definitely recommend!

  A perfect Parisian studio - small but neat, clean and comfortable.

  Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Paris, was nicht zuletzt an der schönen Ferienwohnung lag! Alles sehr sauber, alles nötige vorhanden und eine sehr nette Vermieterin! Wir würden die Ferienwohnung immer wieder buchen!

  Sehr gepflegte Wohnung und nette Vermieterin. Leider sind manche Mitbewohner etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht.

  De router maakt een hels lawaai, dus als je geen wifi gebruikt kan je hem beter uittrekken. De buurt is nogal lawaaierig. Er zat ook ongedierte in het vlas plafond. De badkamer is wel in orde.

  Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns rechtzeitig alle Informationen zur Wohnung zukommen lassen. Das Apartment selbst hat uns sehr zugesagt: Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber, die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Schlafsofa erstaunlich bequem! Die Metrostation ist ...in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und eine Station weiter Richtung Zentrum liegt direkt ein Knotenpunkt der Metro, sodass alles in vernünftigem zeitlichen Rahmen zu erreichen ist. Paris "auf eigene Faust" und ohne Hotel zu entdecken, hatte seinen besonderen Reiz. Alles in allem haben wir hier sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht und würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! 

  The owner was nice and very helpful. She would have taken the damage deposit in pounds if that would have suited us better. The lighting in the flat is not great, and there is no outlook. Noisy neighbour one night. Clean and pleasant flat, nice area.

  Die große (!! nicht die Regel) Schlafcouch, auf der man gut liegt und jeden Morgen gut regeneriert aufwacht. Alles ist sauber, die Geräte funktionieren. Frau N ist total nett. Das Haus lebt und tönt, wer bei offenen Fenstern schläft tut das besser mit Ohrstöpseln. Das Viertel am Canal Saint ...Martin ist lebendig, sehr interessant. es gibt jede Menge Restaurants, Cafés, Läden. 

  Owner is very nice and understanding.Though apartment is small in size but well equipped. Bed-Sofa is queen size so better for couples/singles. The best part was owner who speaks english and happy to help!
