  A beautifull appartement at a perfect location! Clean, spacious and stylish. Including a showerhead from heaven in the bathroom ;-) The owner (F) was very friendly and helpfull during our stay. Seriously thinking about returning to Paris and staying here again!! If the question was staying here or ...in a hotel, I would chose this appartement 10 times out of 10!  

  Alloggio meraviglioso,come da foto, l'abbiamo trovato pulito e ordinato,in una posizione centralissima molto tranquilla. Cucina senza tavolo ( il tavolo è in terrazzo) completa di elettrodomestici.

  It was great.

  The location of the appartment is very comfortable, close to Hotel The Ville metro station. The owner is very helpful and answer immediately to every mail and so. The decoration is modern and special. The place is a little small for 4 people and there was some "missing equipment" on the flat... ...There was no microwave, no toaster, no dryer and no juicer. Also not enough eating dishes for 4 (for example...only 3 forks)... One or two cooking pots could help for cooking. Anyway, that appartment is very recomended for some days of visiting Paris! 

  Perfect location, clean and bright flat. Everything was great -the only thing we missed was face towels but it's just a minor detail. We highly recommend it and we'll definitely come back on a future visit to Paris!

  Correcto para alojarse 4 personas adultas, con buena distribución. WC interior sin ventilación. Apartamento reformado en un edificio antiguo.

  The accommodation was perfect for our family trip. The appartement was clean and a perfect location.

  Unterkunft: sehr gut, Ausstattung in der Küche (Kaffeekanne-wurde aber nachgeliefert-, Besteck, Töpfe ergänzungsfähig), aufbaubarer Esstisch vor dem Fernseher ist unpraktisch, der Rest ist aber mit sehr gut bewertbar. Toll war, dass Parken im Centre Pompidou für 100,- für 1 Woche möglich war.... Für die Kaution wurde auch Kreditkarte akzeptiert: sehr praktisch. Sehr freundliche Einweisung, großartige Location!!! 

  The accomodation was very good. You can even cook In the apartment. And also a large television, high Speed internet, and everything was in perfect condition. The most excellent thing is the apartment is very close to the metro like 2 mins walk. And also surrouded by the restaurant and supermarket so it makes things much easier.

  Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Stilvoll und witzig möbiliert, leider etwas wenig Geschirr und wenig Platz zum Essen für vierköpfige Familie. (Sicher absolut genial für ein verliebtes Paar). Sehr sauber. Geniale Lage direkt am Centre Pompidou. Dennoch sehr ruhig. Bäckerei ...direkt um die Ecke. Kleiner Supermarkt in ca. 200 m Entfernung. Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Kontaktperson.

  excelente atencion de la persona que nos recibio, nos dio buenos consejos de la zona, el apartamento muy comodo sin embargo queda en un segundo piso sin ascensor lo que dificulta un poco subir equipaje. La ubicacion insuperable.

  appartamento spazioso e arredamento moderno. Zona molto centrale, a due passi da centro e metro.

  Il calorifero nel living, dove c'era l'altro letto matrimoniale, funzionava a malapena e quindi si gelava. Grazie al cielo c'era un calorifero elettrico aggiuntivo che pero' doveva viaggiare tra il bagno ( dove il riscaldamento non funzionava) e il living. Appartamento da affittare non nei mesi ...invernali Il proprietario ci ha consentito di lasciare i bagagli, dopo aver lasciato l'alloggio, presso il suo ristorante.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It's proximity to everything was just perfect. The fittings in the apartment are very stylish and beautiful which made me quite nervous having a 2 year old and 4 year old staying in it. Too many breakables for young children!

  l'appartamento era perfetto!!! ottimo l'arredamento letto e divano letto comodissimi. Appartamento pulito e ordinato finemente rifinito. Ottima posizione a 20 metri dal Centre Pompidou e 50 metri dalla linea metro. Veramente oltre le più rosee aspettative. Il referente di contatto disponibilissimo, gentile e puntuale.

  L'alloggio era veramente bellissimo, ma soprattutto in un ottima zona, comodissimo per visitare Parigi!!lo consoglio vivamente..le foto sul sito rispecchiano fedelmente com'è l'alloggio!

  12/20. Appartement très bien situé, propre et agréable, mais pas de table pour déjeuner, et seulement 2 chaises! Matelas de la chambre à remplacer d'urgence! Pas de cafetière Melitta (un comble en France! Juste une cafetière Nespresso, mais sans les fameuses capsules, introuvable en commerce!).

  The perfect combination of price and quality. Location is beyond praise.

  Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung. Küchenausstattung (Teller, Besteck), Kaffeekanne) könnte etwas besser sein. Kontaktaufnahme war anfänglich etwas schwierig, hat dann aber doch funktioniert.

  We stayed here for 4 nights and generally found the apartment to be fine. However, on the final night an unfortunate incident happened. I slept with the windows opened slightly and a man crawled in through the window at 2 am and stole some things. I woke up and saw him and screamed and he crawled ...back out in a hurry. It is not the fault of the owner of the apartment but I feel I should share this so that other travelers are aware and keep their windows shut at all time. This is a second floor apartment with a balcony. 

  The picture of the apartment from the internet does not reveal the true decor. The mirrors on the ceiling in the bedroom and the general decor, makes you wonder to what clientele this apartment is aimed to. The smell from the toilet was over whelming and could be smelt through out the apartment.... On the second day the security access to the front door was changed and we were not informed which resulted in a length stay waiting outside to get in. 

  This is a great little apartment in the Marais district within easy walking distance of Notre Dame. The apartment is small (it is Paris of course) but was clean and exactly as described. The Marais disctrict can be noisy but this apartment is tucked on a very little street and we didn't have any ...issues with noise at night. The owner was helpful and great to deal with. I would stay there again.  

  Location Location Location!!! Great area for a base, bang next to the iconic Pompidou, surrounded by bars, cafes, bistros and restaurants. Ideally located for the super interchange that is Chatelet (35mins from CDG via Rer B train) the station is a 10min walk to the apartment. The apartment is ...modern, stylish and über cool. Huge tv, blu ray player, iPod dock, big fridge in the living room, safe, lovely small terrace that gets the sun in the morning. The bathroom is small but fine, great monsoon head shower. All in all would love to stay here again next time in Paris, it's the perfect trendy escape. E. is a warm and welcoming host, a nice guy. 

  Ultra modern apartment,- location was across the road from Centre Pompidou so very central in the Marais district. Everything within walking distance, metro, supermarket cafes, restaurants and amazing tasty self catering food shop around the corner. The owner was very prompt with meeting us on... arrival, and within easy contact if needed. Bond was promptly returned through credit card within 2-3 days. 

  This is a beautiful, comfortable apartment in the heart of Le Marais. Our family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The only negative aspect of our stay was the WC - a terrible smell came from the toilet (Old pipes perhaps?) and there was no extra toilet paper on hand. Otherwise, we had a fine stay.

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

  Wenig Besteck und Geschirr. Ein sauberer Matratzenschonbezug wäre schön gewesen.

  Not what is made to look like on the web site page. Not at all very clean, and person checking us in was not at all polite nor helpful. Can find better apartments for this money.

  À recommander parce que l'appartement est chaleureux et sa situation est idéale. Très bon accueil de la personne contact qui a su nous accommoder pour certaines demandes.L'appartement est très bien situé, propre, assez confortable pour 4 adultes et bien décoré. Il manquait une petite ...table(pliante, peut-être) pour prendre les repas confortablement. Le seul point négatif est l'odeur venant du drain de la douche. Nous avons avons adoré notre séjour. Suggestion: la personne contact devrait venir vérifier l'état des lieux avec nous lors du départ. On pourrait alors lui remettre les clés de l'appartement 

  I am disspointed with behaviour od owner or man who is taking care of apartment. We didnt even have soap in apartment and he wanted to take from me 30e to come only 1 hour earlier to take the key.

  The apartment is very well situated, clean, fairly comfortable for 4 adults and modern decorated. Our family is very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Great area , surrounded by bars, cafes, bistros and restaurants. To recommend because the apartment is warm and its location is ideal.

  We hebben een prima tijd gehad en de ligging is ideaal om het centrum van Parijs goed te verkennen. Leuke winkeltjes in de buurt. Wifi werkte perfect.

  L'appartamento è comodo e spazioso per 4 persone, in un'ottima posizione per visitare comodamente la città (a pochi passi ci sono due fermate metro e numerose fermate dell'autobus). Con una passeggiata di 5 minuti si arriva a Notre Dame. L'alloggio è così come si vede nelle foto (arredamento ...nuovo e curato), ma soprattutto pulito e caldo (...ma fatevi spiegare bene come funziona il condizionatore!). Unico aspetto migliorabile è la toilette, probabilmente a causa di vecchie tubature si avverte un cattivo odore. La persona di contatto è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Anche se all'inizio i contatti non sono stati immediati poi non ci sono stati problemi (piuttosto che via email consiglio comunque le comunicazioni via telefono, sms o whatsapp). Esperienza positiva, da consigliare.

  L'appartamento è conforme alla descrizione. tranquillissimo,comodo come posizione. Centralissimo vicino al Centre Pompidou,alle fermate bus e metro,comodo anche nei suoi servizi (cucina,lavastoviglie,lavatrice,asciugatrice,nespresso). Le tende della camera da letto non oscurano abbastanza.ll ...riscaldamento è di tipo elettrico ma i locali sono caldi.Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 ed era comodo.La persona di contatto molto gentile e disponibile.  

  El apartamento es igual que en las fotos, muy céntrico y en un barrio muy animado. La salida a la terraza un poco complicada pero eso no quita lo Augusto que se esta. Muy recomendable. Los dueños encantadores y te dan todas las posibilidades que están a su alcance. Volveremos!!!!

  Se puede decir y evaluar ciertamente, que el apartamento ha cumplido con todas nuestras expectativas. El apartamento es tal cual como se ven en las fotografías. Apartamento amplio y en magnífica situación. En pleno centro y con varias paradas de metros, parada de batobus a menos de 5 minutos. Enhorabuena.

  Lo mejor: la localización, la situación, Tanto en relación al barrio y sus servicios como a la facilidad de transporte público para desplazarse por París. Lo más justito: el equipamiento de la cocina, si algun dia te interesa cocinar...

  El apartamento no estaba muy limpio cuando nos lo entregaron, del W.C salía un olor fuerte desagradable. El aire acondicionado apenas enfriaba y puesto a tope no bajaba de 29 grados la temperatura.Lo mejor la ubicación.

  Situation vraiment exceptionnelle. Pièces et fonctionnalité tel que démontré sur le site Internet. Une situation très désagréable s'est développée suite au mauvais fonctionnement du lecteur de carte de crédit pour réserver la caution de Euros 500.-. Il y a eu plusieurs "confrontations" ...toujours polies avec le locateur. Ca s'est finalement soldé par une tempête dans un verre d'eau... 

  Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt. Es sind wirklich nur 20 m zum Centre Pompidu. Das beste am Apartment ist die Terrasse zwischen den Dächern von Paris. Der Einrichtungsstil ist speziell und exakt wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt und alle waren sehr ...freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die mangelnde Anzahl an Besteck und Gläsern haben wir platziert. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Paris. 

  appartamento come in foto, posizione perfetta per muoversi in città sia a piedi che in metro. l'unico problema è che non esiste un vero e proprio tavolo dove mangiare (tranne quello sul terrazzo che quando fa freddo non è utilizzabile) ma basta adattarsi un po' e non ci sono problemi. Proprietari... gentili e puntuali (consiglio: segnatevi sul telefono il loro numero di cellulare così da avvisarli del vostro arrivo il primo giorno anche con un semplice sms) vacanza perfetta.

  C'est un appartement situé sur une arrière cour, donc extrêmement calme pour Paris ! Le confort et l'aménagement sont de très bonne qualité. Je le recommande vivement !

  L'appartement est situé dans un quartier très calme et chic. Pas loin de la station de métro Hôtel de Ville. Quartier bien animé. La personne de contact est très sympathique, elle nous a bien reçu, bien montré l'appartement. L'appartement est très confortable, bien équipé. Nous sommes très satisfaits.

  Apartamento perfecto para pasar unos días en el centro de París. La ubicación es excelente, el apartamento está muy bien aunque deberían mejorar la limpieza y renovar los utensilios de cocina junto con el sofá cama ya q son viejos. Si mejorarán estos 3 puntos sería EXCELENTE ;)

  La posizione dell'appartamento e' davvero strategica e centrale, si può programmare il percorso per visitare le attrazioni principali senza prendere alcun mezzo, ma girando a piedi. La casa non è grande ma sufficiente per 3/4 persone, pulita e silenziosa. S che ci ha accolte, era in perfetto ...orario ed e' stato gentile e disponibile. Il rapporto qualità prezzo dell'appartamento è stato ottimo tanto da indurci a consigliarlo anche agli amici che verranno presto a visitare la Ville Lumière

  Appartement sale, pas de ventilation aux toilettes, draps pas frais, pas de table, aucun confort si on veut y passer un après-midi a cause pex de la pluie. Bon emplacement, contact très symphatique.

  Die Wohnung war wirklich schön, die Lage ist super. Was ein bisschen lästig war war, dass wir praktisch alles neu kaufen mussten: Toilettenpapier, neue Packung Zucker für den Cafe, und das sind ja immer riesige Packungen, es war auch kein Spülmittel vorhanden. Ich hatte angenommen das ETWAS von ...den Vorgängern da ist, aber ..... nicht in diesem Fall.Ansonsten, alles gut. Kann man empfehlen. Auch der Kontakt war gut. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Kaffeemaschine und da wurde uns sofort geholfen.

  We had read good reviews about the apartment & so had booked it. However, on reaching the place, we were highly disillusioned. Basic cleaning of the apartment was very shabbily done, many of the lights and light points were not working. Bed sheets, quilt covers, towels, leather covers of sofa cum ...bed were in completely worn out condition. The bedroom curtain was lying in the closet. Toilet was perpetually smelly, hot rod in the bathroom was out of order. Despite being a good expensive property, we even bought the toilet rolls, washing mc & dishwasher soaps on our own. There were cobwebs in the kitchen, the kitchen tap was broken (I have taken pictures) and there was barely anything like a decent piece of crockery in the kitchen. 2-3 glasses lookg diff, few Spoons all diff again. No kettle.

  Appartamento in pieno centro di Parigi , a pochi passi dalla metrò e con interni abbastanza curati.Il proprietario ,puntuale chiaro e cortese.Unica pecca(appena arrivati) la mancanza di accessori come tovaglioli ,carta igienica,detergente per mani ecc che ho dovuto comprare in un supermercato in zona.

  Besteck könnte besser ausgestattet sein.Für den Preis der Wohnung könnte man eine Reserve Rolle Toilettenpapier erwarten.Sonst war alles gut

  Posizione molto comoda . E appartamento con tutto il necessario x soggiorno confortevole. Un po inquietante le scale del palazzo molto buie e il terrazzino x arrivarci. Persona di contatto gentile e arrivata subito dopo mail inviata. Mi ha infastidito la pretesa di 500 euro di cauzione (veramente ...alta) con carta di credito e poi non vengono a vedere se tutto è a posto ne mandano mail x comunicazione. Devi attendere l estratto conto della carta x sapere, non hanno fiducia ma ne pretendono tanta. Nell appartamento si può migliorare la porta del bagno che cigola e installare un aspiratore (non ha finestra!) E noi non siamo riusciti ad alzare il tavolo, non so se x colpa nostra.  

  Very bright apartment in a quiet alley. The apartment is well equipped, besides the kitchen utensils, which are very sparse. The balcony is a pleasant addition to the apartment. The location is superb.

  Top ist die sehr zentrale Lage für Sightseeing und Shopping. Aber auch Restaurants, Supermärkte, Bäckereien und Patisserien gibt es in der Nähe. Dazu absolute Ruhelage mit einem netten Balkon. Organisation war professionell und sehr freundlich. Negativ waren die völlig durchgelegene Matratze ...und der kaputte Schrank im Schlafzimmer - und dass die eigentlich sehr nette Wohnung einen schmuddeligen Eindruck hinterlässt. Die Wohnung einmal richtig durchputzen würde ihr nicht schaden. Auch die vielen toten Pflanzen auf dem Balkon machen keinen tollen Eindruck. Für jeden, den das nicht stört, ist das Appartment perfekt. 

  Location, terrace and modern interior

  Il n'y a dans cet appartement qu'une fine couette pour chaque couchage (lit et banquette-lit) et rien dans l'armoire vide. J'ai eu froid la première nuit. J'ai donc appelé le propriétaire pour avoir une couverture ou une couette supplémentaire, mais le propriétaire n'est pas venu : il était ...parti en Catalogne. Je me suis couverte les 2 nuits suivantes avec un grand rideau que j'ai trouvé dans l'armoire... Les ustensiles de cuisine sont sommaires : pas de gant pour sortir les plats du four ou du micro-onde, pas de petites cuillères (2 !)... Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle... Il faudrait aussi mettre les modes d'emploi du lecteur de DVD, de la clim réversible... Cet appartement est design et bien placé, avec une terrasse agréable, mais il mériterait d'être rendu plus confortable.

  Appartement bien situé.Comme nous sommes arrivés en avance,Fred facile à joindre pour nous laisser poser les valises dans l'appartement.

  È stato un soggiorno fantastico. Gradevolissimo appartamento.

   Spacieux,confortable et lumineux.Un peu plus de vaisselle serait nécessaire ainsi qu'un nettoyage plus poussé.Appartement idéalement bien placé.

  Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen- direkt am Centre Pompidou. Alles in der Nähe: Metro, Einkaufsmöglichkeit , Restaurants und Bars.Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer sollte allerdings mal erneuert werden. Wir genossen es abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, wobei man ...diesen nur über einen wackeligen Tritt aus dem Fenster betreten konnte. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in der Wohnung- die Größe war völligst ausreichend, da wir sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Es gab für vier Personen leider nur zwei große Decken. Es hätte jeder gerne unter einer eigenen geschlafen.  

  Perfect location to see Paris on a short visit!!! You can walk to several sites easily. Close to the center of the city, several yummy restaurants and nearby metro.

  The location is good. Facilities were O K. We were advised this Apartment would be secure but we were broken into and my wallet was stolen. This was after I locked the apartment for a night out in Paris. Management appeared to be helpful over the phone but did not bother to personally help and ...advised there was only 1 more secure key which they had. How then was the apartment entered? No sign of Forced entry.

  Excellent location, two blocks to the metro, 4 blocks from Notre Dame. Grocery store two blocks away, MANY good restaurants in the area. They really need to upgrade their towels and sheets, they are really old, and thin. Otherwise great stay.

  Great location, good size space. Bizarre decor and furniture (black tiles, black toilet, mirrors on the ceiling!), no dining table, old and very uncomfortable sofa bed. Heater in bedroom didn't work.

  Such a great location. Spacious apartment with all the essentials. The heating was good keeping the apartment comfortable. Perfect base for a weeks stay in Paris.
