  Très rapide réponse à toute question. Appartement tout neuf bien situé et très propre.

  L'appartamento è bellissimo. Molto spazioso e ben dislocato. E' nuovissimo e quindi ancora manca qualcosa ma posizione e arredamento sono perfetti. 4 piani a piedi sono tanti, meglio specificarlo bene al momento in cui si riceve una prenotazione. Chi accompagna a visitare l'appartamento dovrebbe ...dare più istruzioni sull'utilizzo della telvisione, del wi-fi, della cucina. C'è una macchina Nespresso per esempio, ma se non lo si dice prima difficile che uno abbia le capsule adatte in valigia.

  The kitchen was very badly equipped,only one pan.the were no knives except table ones.the apartament wasn't very clean,nor were the dishes.the badroom wall was falling apart,there no curtains and flooded easily.

  Equipements à améliorer : nombre de chaises et ustensiles pour la cuisine. Je trouve cependant dommage qu'il n'y ait pas suffisamment de chaises : vous loyer jusqu'à 6 personnes et il n'y a que 5 chaises... pas très pratique! La cuisine n'a pas de poele.... elle est sous équipée. Dans l'ensemble c'est très bien... juste ces détails!

  I liked the apartment, and I liked the service.

  l'appartement était correctement meublé, mais il y avait des manques au niveau des ustensiles (1 seule tasse à café, le presse orange était défectueux, pas de théière ni de pot) et la salle de bain sentait le moisi.

  I would highly recomend this apartment we were very happy here and it is very spacious.

  Centrally located spacious apartment. Plenty of room for 4-person family. Very good beds and pillows! Good sleeping quality except the noise from side street. Earplugs will fix the problem anyway. Quick response from owner before our stay. Early check-in was very nice surprise! Washing machine was ...useless since there wasn't any drain board. Only one carbage bag for 5 days stay. No shower curtain - bathroom was literally flooding after shower. Maybe a little bit highly-priced; 225EUR/night. In the very end our stay was pleasant and these minor fault didn't spoil our stay at all.

  ottimo appartamento funzionale e comodo. mancano solo delle mensole negli armadi ed il box doccia per renderlo perfetto. Manca la caffettiera ma c'è la macchina nespresso. la persona di contatto è stata molto gentile, puntuale e preciso ed inoltre ci ha recuparato su nostra richiesta una pentola più grande. Necessaria per 6 persone.

  Location of the apartment was great!

  We had a very nice holliday in Paris and the apartment was very good.

  We were given just one roll of tualet paper, one garbage bag and no paper towel at all. Since there were 5 people who stayed for 5 nights, we think that the owner was supposed to give us more of those basic things to make our stay more comfortable.

We confirm that household products such as toilet paper are not included in the accommodation. We recommend our clients to bring along those products or buy them once arrived.

  Best part of the rental is the location. Just a perfect Paris flat. Near Hotel de Ville and the Metro. Many coffee shops and places to eat and safe at night. The apartment was clean and ready for us. Getting to the top floor requires climbing 86 stairs that twist and turn in different directions. ...But if you don' t mind stairs this is a great apartment. We used the kitchen for light cooking and everyone slept well in their beds. The sofa bed was also very comfortable. Would we stay again? For sure. 

  Ottima posizione, molto centrale e comodo per girare a piedi il cuore di Parigi. Certo, farsi a piedi 4 piani di scale con i bagagli e bambini non è il massimo però questo appartamento se lo fa perdonare. Ottima soluzione.

  Spacious by Paris standards. Owner would not negotiate with early book-in or luggage storage. Be prepared for 4 flights of steps (83). Intermittent WiFi. The apartment contained no instructions for the use of equipment eg. washing machine. When we called for help, help was on hand in 1 minute. ...Having stayed in a number of Paris locations this was one of the best -

  Ottimo l'alloggio ben posizionato centrale e tranquillo ben organizzato. L'estetica dell'alloggio molto gradevole e gentilissimo nell'accoglienza la persona incaricata: una bellissima vacanza. Eravamo in 6.

  Overall, it was a pleasant stay at this very fancy appartment. Although, the R family might consider installing an elevator : the stairs are a exhausting after the 'happy hour'.... at the bar downstairs.

  It is in a perfect location, close to Pompidou and Notre Dame. Nice and clean, fine for 5-6 people. Don´t reccomend for family with a small kids, because appartment is on a 5th floor and it´s not so easy to walk upstairs. Check-out at 11 a.m. but it was possible to keep our luggage until the evening :-)

  Contact met verhuurder liep perfect, waren erg behulpzaam. Ruim appartement op mooie centrale locatie. De vier trappen omhoog is even een klim na een dag Parijs.

  The apartment was spotlessly clean and looks as good in real life as it does on the photos. The owners are friendly and available 24hours a day if needed. The only point of concern is the 4 flights of spiral stairs, but if stairs don't bother you then this apartment is an ideal location for ...exploring Paris. We wouldn't hesitate in booking this apartment again. 

  Geräumige Wohnung in perfekter Lage, viele Restaurants und Cafés in Reichweite, sehr gute Flughafenanbindung über RER B bei Chatelet les Halles (ca. 500 m Entfernung), Metrostationen Hotel de Ville + Rambuteau in ca.300 m Entfernung. Bequeme Betten, alles sauber, Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr nette und preofessionelle Kontaktpersonen.

  Location is excellent. Walk into The Marais area for dinner. Stylish men everywhere. Also easy walk to Notre Dame and Louvre. Good shops on way. Check metro for line closures nearby. Bike rickshaw useful. Apartment well set up with comfortable beds and nice clean linen but giant tv broken and ...air-con ineffective (although it was about 35 deg C). Wonderful ballet music wafts thru open windows from school below. Bathroom clean as was kitchen. Rate at 8/10.

  R who welcomed us was great. Location of apartment fantastic. A few things to improve: There were hardly any hangars in the cupboards for shirts and dresses, also no drawers to put away clothes. The kitchen equipment was a bit basic. These were small issues. We still had a fantastic time and the location could not have been better. Thanks again.

  The apartment is in a GREAT location and we met up easily with the person having the keys--nice guy. It also has many places to eat nearby plus a supermarket two blocks away for basics. we received our keys to the apartment when we arrived there. My small suggestion is that I do think the ...apartment should come with soap in the bathroom and also dishwashing soap in the kitchen. It seems silly to have to purchase these items for the few days while staying there. 

  A lot of the lights in the apartment did not work and the hot water continually went out. Other than that, the staff were friendly and the apartment suited our needs. Basic maintenance of the apartment.

  We found the manager, R, to be really helpful...he even helped carry our luggage up to the 4th floor. We felt the apartment was basically equipped and in need of some maintenance. Eg kitchen doors falling off, wall paper tearing away from back of toilet door, washing machine door difficult to open. TV also not working properly.

  Wonderful location and airy clean flat. Very modern and well decorated. Very much recommended! Excellent owners.

  Die Wohnung befindet sich in optimaler Lage, um alles zu Fuß zu erledigen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle da, am besten ist der Boulanger um die Ecke im Maraisviertel!Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich.Einige Dinge sind defekt, den Werkzeugkoffer im ...Treppenhaus haben wir das ein oder andere Mal benutzt! Küchenausstattung ist etwas veraltet und manche Dinge wie etwa Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind nicht brauchbar. Seife, Spüllappen usw. sollte man mitbringen! Insgesamt ist unsere Bewertung positiv, wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen! 

  I don't usually write bad reviews so I'll start with the positives. The apartment is in an excellent location for shops, restaurants, transport and sightseeing. However, just across the street is a place where homeless people sleep and it feels a little weird walking through the walkway to get to ...the apartment. The photos online look great but reality is very different. It needs a really good clean, sheets didn't fit the bed, towels were a dirty off white, light bulbs broken. To top it off we had a mouse and everything had to be kept in the fridge. Washing machine and dishwater broken. No toilettries or kitchen cleaners provided. Not a pleasant stay. The apartment was terrible you need to give it a proper clean, repair things, replace bulbs, get some need towel, provide little bottles of shampoo and shower stuff and just make it so the people staying there feel like they are on holiday.

  Leider haben die elektrischen Gerät nicht funktioniert, aber das war uns nicht so wichtig. Die Lage ist perfekt und wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden! Wir würden die Wohnung genauso wieder buchen!

  This apartment had a perfect location for my family of 5 to explore the key sights of Paris. We had an excellent stay.

  No internet connection

  Apartment is in a fantastic location also with great access to all major Paris attractions, clean, tidy and spacious. Only negative was fickle/poor wi-fi connection.

  the apartment was in the roof and no elevator ware available in the building, its hard to carry the bags all the way up, if they provide the lift will be excellent. and every thing else was great.
