  Beautiful apartment in the Heart of Paris:-)

  Ottima ubicazione, silenzioso, a due passi dalla Torre Eiffel, metro vicina, negozi sotto casa. Alloggio completo di tutto, diversi elettrodomestici e rispondente a quanto indicato, tutto pressochè nuovo. Proprietario molto cordiale e altrettanto disponibile, nessun problema.

  Totalmente recomendable, es un apartamento muy especial, los detalles son inolvidables, fácil de llegar por metro, J. J. es muy servicial y querido, definitivamente fue una decisión correcta para lo que estábamos buscando, Volvería con mucho gusto!!!!! Las fotos son exactamente a la realidad!!!!!

  Loved the apartment home away from home! Right next to Eiffel Tower easy walk to everything! Would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family!

  Accomodation was really Superb.We found commutation to this place very easy. It was 5min walking distance from Eiffle Tower and 2min walking distance from bus stops for route like 82,69,42. Also the Champ De Mars Metro station was 5 mins away. Our flat was on 4th floor neat, clean, and nicely ...decorated. Noise level was 0. Grocery shop and resturants were just next door. The Contact person was very approachable and supportive. The only problem we faced was using lift it is too small to fit 3 people. But given the other facilties one would like to overlook this.We thorughly enjoyed our stay and would definetly recommend this place to freinds.

  Excelente alojamiento, muy bien situado, con todas las comodidades, a 5 minutos de la Torre Eiffel y del metro. Tiene a pie de calle una buena pastelería/panadería y también un supermercado. Es un apartamento muy tranquilo y sin ruidos. Monsieur B. muy atento y amable.

  Sehr liebevoll und sorgfältig ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig gelegen im Hinterhaus, wirklich kleiner Aufzug (Unsere Kinder haben ihn geliebt!) gut ausgestattet (drei verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen! gute Matrazen) gute Lage, nettes und sauberes Viertel, vom Gare du Nord mit der ...Buslinie 42 Richtung Hôpital Pompidou gut zu erreichen (Ausstieg Champ de Mars). Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Kontaktperson, Bäckerei gleich unten, Fromagerie um die Ecke, zwei kleinere (eher teure) Supermärkte nebenan, nächster größerer Supermarkt in einer Seitenstraße, die von der Place Dupleix zur Avenue de Suffren führt, netter Spielplatz auf der Place Dupleix, Metro Dupleix ca. 10 min zu Fuß, empfehle aber den Bus 42 oder den Bus 69 zu nehmen, wenn man zum Louvre möchte, die fahren bis ins Zentrum und die Haltestelle ist einmal über die Kreuzung vorm Haus, Tickets gibt es im Bus (2 Euro). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Merci et à bientôt, J! 

  Die Wohnung ist wirklich freundlich und auch praktisch eingerichtet! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen. Lediglich die Heizung war etwas schwierig zu steuern (entweder zu kalt oder zu warm) und es war ja empfindlich kalt an den Ostertagen ... Sonst alles prima !!

  Very good,has everything that you would need,very clean and quiet. I recommend to everyone go there. I've been In Paris before and we stayed in hotel,but this apartment is more comfortable and in future if I was come back I stay here again,certainly.

  First time visiting Paris and staying in this beautiful apartment it will be very hard for us to accept anything of lower standard or quality. The place is great, close to Eiffel Tower, close to all transport and quite. Nothing to fault and can only recommend it to anyone who want to visit Paris.

  18/20 excellent rapport qualité/prix, on s'est vraiment senti chez nous. c'est un vrai appartement pour 4 personnes, il est aéré. le seul défaut est l%u2019ascenseur, un peu petit. très bien placé, il est situé à 2 minutes de la tour eiffel On garde l'adresse dans nos petits carnets!!

  The location was excellent being only 300 metres from both the Eiffel Tower and the Metro line. Travel to anywhere in Paris was really easy and not to expensive. There were shops and cafes on the door step with the equipment and furnishings within the apartment being excellent. The owner was really... helpful both in the arrangements prior and during our stay, including providing the easiest way to travel from Gard de Nord to the apartment. We usually stay in hotels for long weekends and have not used an apartment before - we will certainly use one again. The only draw back was not being able to use a credit card to pay for apartment or the deposit. It was still cheaper than a hotel but for a UK user converting the 300 Euros deposit back to pounds is an additional cost to consider.  

  Appartamento graziosissimo, vicinissimo alla tour effeil e prossimo a 2 fermate metro e rer, praticamente attaccati ci sono 2 market e una boulangeria dove si trova di tutto ( anche se Parigi resta comunque carissima) e un piccolo bistrot dove si può cenare a prezzi ragionevoli. Consigliato in ...presenza di bambini , io ci sono stata con 2 uno di 19 mesi e l'altro di 6 anni e se nn avessi avuto a disposizione una cucina nn so davvero come avrei fatto a fargli da mangiare per 6 gg!! A dispetto di quel che si dice dei francesi i proprietari sn persone disponibili così come tante altre persone che ho incontrato! Comunque parigi tornerò presto! 

  Lovely place to spend a week in Paris Great location with everything you need. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Would recommend it.

  We really were able to feel at home during our stay and the apartment was everything that we could have wished for. We particularly liked all of your artwork throughout. We will recommend it to our family and friends.

  The apartment was well situated just a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower and the River Seine. Also one of the Hop on/off bus stops was between the Tower and the Seine so ideally placed for us. The manager was top class with a very good sense of humour which is always an ice breaker when you meet ...someone for the first time. Apartment was great and gave us privacy from our children when sleeping which is imperative when you are away from home for as long as we were. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is interested in the above attractions while visiting Paris. 

  Utile avere 3 locali distinti: cucina, salotto con divano letto matrimoniale e camera da letto. Appartamento molto accessoriato. Ottima posizione vicino alla Torre Eiffel ma in cortile interno silenzioso. Vicino all'ingresso principale ci sono un forno/pasticceria e 2 piccoli supermercati (discretamente forniti).

  Appartamento grazioso e confortevole dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno a Parigi, vicinissimo alla Tour Eiffel e alla fermata della RER. Sotto casa due piccoli supermercati ben forniti e un panificio dove poter acquistare croissant per la colazione! Comodo per ...quattro persone, noi eravamo due adulti e due ragazzi, che hanno apprezzato anche la presenza della WI.FI!!!! Lo consigliamo vivamente e ringraziamo il proprietario, signor B, per la sua disponibilità e cortesia. 

  Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen funktional und gleichzeitig ansprechend ausgestattet . Sie liegt ganz wunderbar nah am Eiffelturm in einem ansprechenden Viertel. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind vor der Tür; zur Métro sind es ca. 7 Minuten. Der Vermieter ist vor Ort, total freundlich und hilfsbereit.

  The apartment was great as was the location. Only a five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the metro station. A small shop and patisserie downstairs so everything is at your front door. We arranged for an early check in with the owner JJ and this was no problem at all. We stayed in the apartment ...with our two teenage daughters and there was plenty of space. I would definitely recommend this apartment to any of my friends visiting Paris and would stay there again myself. 

  Die Lage der Wohnung war super. Nur 5 Minuten vom Eiffelturm weg. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die U-Bahn und RER Station. Vor der Tür gibt es eine Bäckerei und zwei Supermärkte. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, sehr sauber und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt ...sehr genossen. Das Appartement ist jedenfalls weiter zu empfehlen. Es hat alles ohne Probleme funktioniert. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar, da er sich jeden Tag den ganzen Tag im Haus befindet.  

  Un bel appartement tout près de la Tour Eiffel: au calme, lumineux, correctement meublé, et bien décoré, il y a même des plantes. On dispose également d'une petite documentation sur Paris et des cd.La salle de bains est moderne et bien conçu. Un plus serait de pouvoir disposer des serviettes... et torchons de rechange ainsi que des sets de table. C'est un appartement à recommander pour un séjour agréable pour 2 personnes. 

  Appartamento da non farsi scappare!!!Un vero incanto, a 4 minuti (a piedi!!) dalla Torre Eiffel!!!!Elegante, curato e raffinato, ideale per vivere appieno l'esperienza Parigina ! Vicino alla fermata metropolitana Bir-Hakeim che permette di spostarsi comodamente nella città; nei pressi ...dell'appartamento si trovano brasserie, piccoli supermercati e, proprio sotto casa, un'ottima boulangerie (con dolci da far perdere la testa!!!) Il proprietario si è dimostrato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile!Che dire, se tornerò nella splendida Parigi saprò già dove alloggiare!!! 

  The apartment was very quiet which is a must for us. It is conveniently located to the RER and is literally a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is very comfortable.

  Very nice and cosy apartment, spotless clean, very well supplied with all the necessary things, comfortable bed, very good water pressure in the shower, excellent Wi-Fi signal, very kind and helpful owner, great neighbourhood. Definitely recommend.

  The apartment was better than we had anticipated from the photos. Also, the property was closer to the Eiffel Tower than we were lead to believe. All in all good positives. Many thanks.

  Bauarbeiten wurden im Nachbar Department durchgeführt. Ansonsten gefällt insbesondere die Lage und die Boulangerie vor der Wohnung. Wir kommen wieder :-)

  We were very pleased with this cozy, comfortable and nicely furnished apartment. The facilities were up-to-date and clean. The owner, J, was extremely helpful and accommodating! There are restaurants, a bakery and grocery stores on the same block and we were just a few blocks from a train/metro ...stop. We had everything and more to make our stay in Paris very enjoyable!  

  una vacanza fantastica.L'appartamento è accogliente e pulito, ubicato in un quartiere tranquillo,vicino alla metro e stazione.il nostro contatto è stato simpatico e disponibile.lo consiglio veramente a tutti.

  Wir sind völlig glücklich und zufrieden in jeder Hinsicht. Wir wurden von M. B. sehr nett empfangen und die Wohnung ließ leine Wünsche offen. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet - u.a. mit Kunstwerken von M. B.!!! - und war absolut sauber. Toll ist die Lage, wegen der Nähe zum Eiffelturm, ...aber auch, weil nebenan ein Supermarkt und eine tolle Bäckerei sind. Da die Wohnung "in 2. Reihe" liegt, war es absolut ruhig. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und freuen uns schon, M. B. wieder zu sehen. Schöne Grüße! 

  No complain on apartment as it was great and check in was smooth by a wonderful staff but the turndown was that the owner turn up 30 mins late for our requested check out time(which we paid 30 euro for that! )resulting us missing our scheduled train to Amsterdam by a few minutes and had to fork ...out another 387euro to buy another 3 Thalys to Amsterdam on the next train.This experience is annoying n we were disappointed .( punctuality for check out is upmost important .As to save some money on our trip we choose our stay with All Paris Apartment over hotel but in the end we spent more which we could have paid for hotels)

  wir haben 30€ extra bezahlt weil wir vor 8:00 abreisen mussten. : ( Sonst war alles gut. Super Lage. 5 min zu Eiffelturm. Bäckerei und Supermarket vor Ort. 2 Restaurants im gleichem Strasse.

  This was our first trip to Paris and the apartment was perfect for our stay. It was pretty neat and quite cosy. JJ, the owner was very helpful and always on time for our arrival and departure. I definitely recommend this place to others and will come back hopefully soon.

  Really lovely comfortable clean apartment (perfect for a couple or 2 people) in a great location at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Lots of thought and effort has been put into this apartment and it was like a home from home. The owner was also extremely nice and accommodating. Perfect for 2 people.   Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Les personnes qui nous ont accueillis sont extrêmement aimables et serviables. L'appartement est très propre et équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut. L'emplacement est idéal, à deux minutes de la Tour Eiffel, dans un quartier où tout est à portée de main. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

  Tengan cuidado con el dueño, ya que nos pidió la garantía por 350 euros, a los que contamos en reiteradas oportunidades con mis amigos, nos aseguramos que el dinero estuviera bien contado. Le dimos el dinero al Señor y nos descuidamos por 30 segundos, a lo que él nos dice faltan 50 euros! al ...explicarle de que era "extraño" que se perdiera dinero, el se enojó y casi nos expulsa del Departamento. Muy mala actitud del propietario. Nos encontramos que el deparatmento no es para 4 personas, ya que el sofa cama es doble pero pequeño.

  Sehr zentral gelegen mit Supermarkt und Bäcker direkt bei der Ferienwohnung. Ansprechpartner sehr nett und immer direkt ansprechbar. Alles in allem als Familie mit zwei Kindern sehr zu empfehlen

  There are not enough superlatives to fully explain how wonderful this apartment was! Stepping out the front door and looking up to see the Eiffel Tower shadowing our doorway puts the apartment in a perfect place. The metro is 50mts away so the train from the airport is easy! J J is on hand to help ...out with settling us in and was extremely welcoming. A hotel has a bedroom, usually barely big enough to open a case. This apartment had so much space you could live in it for months and was exactly as it appeared on the web site! Very comfortable bed, all kitchen supplies you could ever need...very comfortable lounge AND a lift to the fourth floor! All this for less than a hotel per night. The only bad thing about it was we were only there four nights! Highly recommending it! 

  This apartment is a best way to stay in Paris. The owner is an excellent host. Absolutely everything! Great location, fabulous in every way.   We travelled as a family with a 2 year old. Great location - a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and Champs de Mars RER station. Well furnished apartment, clean. The owner (Jean Jacques) was lovely - very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We got an email before our trip with good directions. The... elevator is small but very handy especially with luggage. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is clean. The dishwasher was especially helpful so we just put our breakfast dishes in and they were done when we were back. 

  L'appartamento è veramente come risulta dalle foto,curato nei minimi particolari e pulitissimo.Sono forniti tutti i numeri per contattare il proprietario e chiedere tutte le informazioni necessarie.

  Todo muy bien. Nosotros estuvimos diez días y estuvimos muy cómodos. El apartamento muy acogedor y su ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la Torre Eiffel, supermercados, panaderías, etc.

  Ganz toll, super Lage, Wohnung für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder optimal. Netter Vermieter, Wohnung hat alles, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Super, Bäckerei und Lebensmittelkarten gleich unten an der Strasse.

  Excelente apartamento, limpísimo, ideal para 4 personas o menos,la cocina es amplia y está totalmente equipada .Lo que se ve en las fotos corresponde totalmente a la realidad.Al lado del portal hay una panadería y una tienda que venden un poco de todo,desde fruta y verdura ,bebidas,comida en ...general y hasta productos de higiene.La ubicación no puede ser mejor,al lado de la torre Eiffel como quien dice.Paradas de metro muy cerca para ir donde quieras y una parada de RER para ir a Versalles también cerquisima. El propietario es una agradable y educada persona, la salida es a las 11 pero nos hizo el favor de guardarnos las maletas hasta las 4.Si tenemos la suerte de volver a París desde luego tenemos claro que este será nuestro apartamento.Totalmente recomendable. 

  El departamento era como se describió pero estaban repintando todos los interiores del edificio con lo cual no se podría abrir ninguna ventana y había mucho olor a pintura y polvo. Deberían haber informado este detalle con anterioridad. Pese a no informar esto el llegar con un poco de retraso el propietario cobro 30 euros.

Estimado Cliente, Desde Oh le damos las gracias por sus comentarios. El propietario se disculpa por las posibles molestias causadas por la renovación del patio del edificio y nos informa de que se trata de algo fuera de su control, ajeno a la gestión del apartamento. Asimismo confirma que las obras de renovación se están realizando en la parte delantera del edificio, que no afecta a la parte trasera, donde se pueden abrir las ventanas para airear el apartamento sin que entre el olor a pintura ni el polvo. Asimismo informamos a los clientes que el coste extra de 30€ se pide en caso de llegadas después de las 20h, tal y como indicado en las condiciones de check-in.

  A friend recommended we stay at this apartment and it was fantastic. The owner (J. J.) was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was in a wonderful location and was a great option for us travelling with our teenage daughter.

  Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Es hat alles prima geklappt.

  Apartment in very good location. The owner or caretaker was very helpful and nice. The shop is next to the apartment which is Very good.Unfortunately, the renovation is still going on , this noise produced.Overall , we where very satisfied! :)

  Beautiful apartment. Location excellent for a visit to the Eiffel Tower. Well placed for the metro and a bus to Gard de Nord. Would recommend some of the local restaurants and the apartment owners were friendly and helpful. We loved the complimentary croissants and the bubbly in the fridge for our ...anniversary celebration. All in all a fantastic trip , we would return again 

  il me fait plaisir de donner mon opinion sur notre séjour à Paris. J'ai ADORÉ ! ...et oui, l'appartement m'a beaucoup plu pour la propreté à notre arrivée, la quiétude qui y règne, la proximité des services, aussi bien pour l'alimentation que le RER, le métro ou le bus. Tout près, la ...Tour Eiffel, le Champs de Mars, de charmants petits restos aux alentours, les abords de la Seine, contribuent aussi à notre plaisir.Cet appartement est facile d'accès et bien qu'il soit situé sur une avenue achalandée, le bruit de la rue ne nous ennuie pas grâce au petit jardin intérieur qui nous isole de ces bruits.

  The owner of the apartment was very helpful, polite and facilities were great. The apartment was fantastic, in a wonderful position, ie: within five minutes walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and handy to shops and Brasseries. The apartment building was very secure and we would highly recommend ...this apartment to other travellers. We loved it and will stay there again when we visit Paris next. 

  Die Wohnung war genauso, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es stand uns sogar eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung, da war der Kaffee schnell gekocht. Tolle Lage, nur einen Katzensprung vom Eiffelturm entfernt. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen!

  We went to Paris last week to celebrate our son's 1st birthday. Every thing was perfect , JJ the owner is a super friendly person , he is very kind & helpful ( he was helping us to carry out luggages ) , he speaks very good English ! The apartment was too clean ,exactly like it was in the pictures ...and provided all the necessities. There is a bakery & grocery store down stars :) . In general it was fabulous being able to walk out the door and see the Eiffel tour in a few minutes !!! I highly recommend this apparent . THANK YOU AGAIN JJ !!!! 

  Veramente ottimo il proprietario molto presente e disponibile per qualsiasi problema, l'appartamento pulito, ordinato molto accogliente l'ubicazione straordinaria.

  The area is excellent.There's nearby bakery,mini shop,supermarket,pharmacy,banks,restaurants ,Etc..Also, it just about 10 mins walk to Eiffel Tower.The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable too.We went with our 2 year old daughter and she was feeling at home.Most facilities are also ...available.The owner is very helpful.Just before we left, I have been emailing him which he always respond.I also asked him the best route to reach the apartment. I will definitely choose this apartment for our next trip. 

  JJ was superb. He was at the door ready for us when we arrived and when I text him asking if he could book us a taxi for our return to the Eurostar the night before our departure, he had done it and confirmed within 5 minutes. The apartment is beautiful in a true Parisienne style and the location ...is out of this world. There's a shop and a bakery right at the front door which is very handy. Would highly recommend staying here.  

  The location of the apartment is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Eiffel Tower. We were visiting Paris to attend the French Open at Roland Garros and this was a very convenient base, being just a few stops away on the metro. The apartment is really well equipped, the bed and sofa bed... are both really comfortable and JJ is a very helpful host. Everything exceeded our expectations and we hope to return next year. Thank you JJ. 

  Apartment was fantastic. Although we didn't use much in the apartment except the beds and the bathroom, everything that you would have needed was there to make the stay as comfortable as possible from kettle, coffee machine, microwave, etc. We picked the apartment because of its close ...proximity to the Eiffel Tower so it was amazing having to pass it each day on our way out and especially at night when it was lit up. There was as Boulangerie, Patisserie and supermarket just outside the door and quite a few restaurants and bars in the area. JeanJac was a brilliant host - he provided everything that you required for exploring the city - maps, guides, suggestions for restaurants, etc. Without hestiation I would definitely stay in the apartment again if I was returning to the city. 

  We've stayed in a number of apartments in Paris but this is by far and away the best, with a plus that the owner is right on site. The apartment is well equipped, beautifully maintained, quiet and comfortable. It's well placed too with the metro, buses and the RER close by. It is a busy area ...with bars, cafés , brasseries and shops of every sort a short walk away. Not forgetting the buzzing open-air market on Wednesdays and Sundays. JJ and S charming hosts ! Strongly recommended.
