Appartamenti vacanze Parigi: Appartamento a Montmartre

  Die Lage ist hervorragend nächste Metrostation ca. 150m entfernt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants in der Umgebung.

  L'ubicazione dell'appartamento e' potenzialmente ottima, ma pur trattandosi di un terzo piano, il rumore della strada e dei locali sottostanti e' davvero esagerato. La casa pur essendo molto carina puzza pesantemente di chiuso e non è particolarmente pulito.

  El acceso al portal y al apartamento deja mucho que desear es viejo y mal cuidado además de una decoración deprimente, además en el ascensor unicamente caben dos personas y apretadas. Una vez que entras al apartamento todo cambia esta muy bien decorado y tienes todo lo que necesitas. Si no te acuerdas del portal parece que estas en otro sitio.

  Die Unterkunft war toll und unsere Kontaktperson ausgesprochen nett und unkompliziert.

  Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, war gut gelüftet und einfach angenehm für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Lage: visa vie gibt es einen Klub - geeignet für Junge Leute, für unserer 10 jährige auch kein Problem für uns 59 jährigen mit Ohropax gut verkraftbar. Sonst ist die Lage ...parisgerecht interessant. Insgesamt abenteuerliches Haus und schöne Wohnung. Besten Dank 

  Appartamento spazioso e luminoso ma la pulizia della cucina è un po' superficiale. Persona di contatto molto disponibile all'arrivo ma abbiamo dovuto sollecitare più volte una risposta alle e-mail inviate per conferma orario di arrivo e abbiamo avuto riscontro solo il giorno prima dell'arrivo in ...appartamento. Ubicazione comoda però la zona è un po' rumorosa soprattutto nel weekend. 

  The apartment was well located in an interesting area of Paris. It is a very old building so the floor was very uneven (made you feel like you'd had a few too many wines!) and the lift is tiny!! But it was nicely furnished and spacious, had everything we needed. There is a nightclub across the road,... so over the weekend it gets VERY noisy (we got to 'enjoy' a heavy metal band and crowd that stands outside til the early hours smoking and talking etc. The owner was pleasant enough, didn't have much contact except to let us in to the building.

  Leider war es sehr laut, da gegenüber eine Disco ist und die Leute draußen standen. Das war aber vor allem am Samstag.Es wäre schön, wenn der Code für das Internet/schmartphone nicht handschriftlich vorliegen würde, da man die Zahlen oft nicht richtig lesen kann und man zweifelt, ob die ...Buchstaben groß oder klein geschrieben sind. Das App. war schön eingerichtet und sauber, die Lage zentral, also für einen Wochenendtrip super 

  The apartment was spacious and neat; We were also impressed with all the utensils and other items provided.

  bedroom bed is very small 1.60 x 1.80 bathroom and kitchen was very dirty, we had to clean everything our selves.There is music centre in front of appartment, load noises and drunk people shouting till 6.00 Hour on Saturday night, other nights were ok

  This Apartment is a big big wow!! Facilities just perfect and the location really great. The owner is real cool guy and knows fluent english.First time to book apartment in paris - and surely not the last!

  Manche der Vormieter haben ja die Bettgröße bemängelt. Das Bett ist auch klein. Mein Mann ist 1.90m groß und hing an den Füßen raus.Das war sehr lustig. Wir haben dann auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer wunderbar geschlafen. Mit dem Club gegenüber war kein Problem für uns. Wir sind ja in ...der Stadt und da ist es eben laut. Wen das stört soll halt auf dem Land schlafen! also ich hab mich wohlgefüllt und die Zeit sehr genossen, da auch die Wohnung gut ausgestattet ist?? 

  Appartamento situato in una zona molto caratteristica di Parigi, molto servito da trasporti urbani (bus e metrò). Tutti i tipi di negozio presenti in zona. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, luminoso e confortevole, con molti spazi anche per 4 persone. Nonostante la zona sia molto popolata si trova ...sempre parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Il proprietario è una persona squisita e disponibile e parla anche italiano. Ritornerò sicuramente se l'appartamento sarà ancora disponibile. Il mio giudizio è ottimo. 

  El apartamento estaba bien excepto la instalación electrica, no funcionaban la mayoría de los enchufes y te quedas con ellos en la mano. En el baño no había. Por otro lado mucho ruido tarde-noche había unos bares de marcha justo debajo. El inmueble viejísimo. Una pena porque tiene muchas posibilidades.

  We really enjoyed staying in this apartment mid week. We were travelling with our 6 month old baby and it was great for our needs. The apartment was nice and spacious and had everything we needed. It's just a short walk to the Sacré-Cœur and there is a great patisserie just down the road. Sebastian was very friendly and helpful.

  Alles war perfekt. Appartement sehr gut, sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, Küche einfach wunderbar. Man fühlt sich einfach wie es sein sollte.... pures Paris. Ich würde das Appartement auch beim nächsten Mal jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

  Prima Lage, Wohnung ist geräumig und hell, moderne Küche, hat alles geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

  Eine geräumige Wohnung die gut möbliert ist mit einer vielfältigenKüche und ausreichendem Bad.Die Umgebung ist belebt, aber die Fenster halten die Geräuschegut ab. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den Alltag sind sehr gut.

  Alles war sehr gut. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!Ganz kleine Minuspunkte: keine Geschirrtücher vorhanden, keine Steckdose im Bad
