  Mitten im Herzen von Paris. Gute Ausgangslage für die verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ruhig in einem Hinterhof. (bei sehr leichtem Schlaf kann es sein, dass Sie die U-Bahn welche unter dem Haus durchgeht hören)

  L'appartamento è molto carino, pulito e centrale. Ha la fermata della metro sotto casa ed il proprietario Stéphane è gentilissimo.

  Tout pres de station de metro, l'arret de l'autobus, une supermarche, une laverie automatique et le marche. Aux alentours de cet appartement, il y a presque tout; c'etait tres commode. L'appartement donne sur le cour; calme sauf un peu de tremblement et un bruit a cause de metro qui passe au desous.... La personne de contacte est egalement amicale et gentille comme tout. Dans le coeur de Paris, ca vaut le prix. C'etait un agreable sejour. 

  Da wir auf der Anreise eine Autopanne hatten, kamen wir viel später als geplant in Paris an. Herzlichen Dank an M. Z., der bei der Schlüsselübergabe viel Geduld bewiesen hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Herzlichst, H., O. und F. B. P.S. Schade nur, das wir Sie im Internet nur bei der ...Eingabe von 3 Personen- nicht unter "2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind" finden konnten. Die Appartements sind schliesslich für Familien sehr gut geeignet.

  Man hört die Metro... uns hat es nicht gestört. Man kann trotzdem prima schlafen. DIrekt nebenan ist ein Bio-Supermarkt - super!!

  Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut und nahe an 2 Metro Stationen gelegen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und er bereitete uns einen herzlichen Empfang. Ich kann diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

  I have chosen this accomodation based on the good reviews but it turned to be even better than I had expected. Realy clean, spacious (considering the location in Paris centre), quiet. Has all necessary appliances. Service and hosts were very good and friendly. I'll definitely try to rent it again when I come to Paris next time.

  Se avessi potuto dare 11 o più a S., la persona di contatto lo avrei fatto senz'altro, puntuale preciso e cordiale. L'appartamento è comodissimo,pulitissimo e proprio davanti all metro, lo consiglio senz'altro a chi voglia passare una piacevole vacanza a Parigi. Per gli Italiani poi c'è da dire ...che S. parla perfettamente la nostra lingua (ed è l'unico in tutta Parigi!!).

  Recién reformado, está todo nuevo y muy limpio. La cocina un poco pequeña, pero todo perfecto.

  Sehr schöne, nett und komplett eingerichtete Unterkunft (inkl. Sanitärbereich). Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Couch-Bett im Wohnzimmer ist zum Schlafen nicht optimal (hart und uneben)

  the apartment is very comfortable. it is situated in a wonderful area - close enough to walk to almost everything and we particularly enjoyed exploring the jardin de luxembourg. my only wish would have been a folder compiling instructions on some of the apartments facilities and perhaps including ...information on local amenities such as restuarants and laundries.  

  Sehr gut gelegen mit Metroeingang direkt vor der Tür. Alles sauber und neu hergerichtet in einem netten Stadtviertel. Die Eckcafes bieten gute Gelegenheit zum französischen Frühstück und der Biomarkt direkt nebenan ist gut sortiert u.a. mit frischen Brotsorten.

  Well organized clean and warm apartment with very friendly and helpful gentleman. Easy contact. Internet Connection and TV were available as well as the Street Directory. Excellent.

  great location, good size for up to 4 people, very small kitchen, but adequate for what you need on a holiday, contact person helpfull at the arrival. location outside of main atractions bu close ride by metro, made us feel really in paris rather than just another touristic destination. good value for what is offered, reccomended

  Non posso che parlare bene sia del proprietario (molto gentile) che della zona in cui è ubicato l'appartamento. Stra-consigliato per gruppi al massimo di 4 persone. Personale veloce e cortese nel rispondere ad eventuali dubbi. Complimenti.

  Appena sufficente la pulizia dell'appartamento.

  L'appartamento è persino più gradevole di quello che si può vedere nelle foto on line: silenzioso e vicinissimo al metrò. Suggerirei al locatore solo tre piccole migliorie: un copriletto più ampio per il divano letto, coltelli da tavola più taglienti e istruzioni su come utilizzare il forno a ...microonde. Nel complesso però abbiamo trascorso a Parigi un bellissimo soggiorno! Ottimo servizio, pratico e veloce.

  As well the accomodation ,as the the location was very good An advantage is the a metro opposit the hotel an a paring around the corner Also the receception was very friendly For us it was a very good alternative for a hotel Everything was OK

  We, German family w/ two kids (12/14), had a wonderful short holiday in Paris. This was due to multiple reasons connected to the booked apartment: - communication and help upfront from Stephane (landlord) was very friendly and on the point - Stephane reacted very flexible on our planning and ...logistic whishes - after arrival we got a bunch of local tips and recommendations from him - the apartment was well equipped, clean and perfectly located - all the needed shops and restaurant to make the life easy while travelling w/ kids were in short distance - also the check out was easy and comfortable So in total: we could recommend both, apartment and landlord ;-)) Hopefully we will have the chance to come back in the near future!!!

  Stephane was really great.the apartment is fantastically located.u don't need to cross the road for the metro,it's half way across the road,notre dame les champs ,I think,no crowds fr buying tickets.to just cross the road to reach the apt.after a v tiring day of sightseeing,lines,rush,is great, ...bus stops 20 Mtrs away.Stephane ,left us on the last day at the bus stop,for going to the airport,he saved us 35 euros,as the r e r station is only 3 /4 stops away,for the airport.excellent apt,though a bit small for 3 adults,but exactly as shown in the site pictures.clean,neat,well Maintained,nice toilet,small but v functional kitchen.,all in all a great place .will recommend to all. Nice place,perfect host,great location,service of all-Paris great too.there was a server problem ,and my card was credited twice,but when I came to know after the statement ,I called up their office,the lady promised me ,to check and call back,she called up in 20-30 minutes to india,ad said yes there was a problem,the amount was refunded in those 20 minutes only.great customer care.well done. 

  This apartment is exceptionally clean, very quiet, everything was in perfect working order, bathroom is wonderful. The location is great, very close to a bus stop, directly across street from a subway entrance. Our contact person S, was excellent, was on time, very informative. Apartment is in ...waking distance to fresh bakery, Luxemburg Garden, great restaurants, etc. Will stay here again. All-Paris-Apartments service was excellent. Apartment information and discription was accurate.

  Excelente apartamento para dos personas, la otra cama doble es algo peor el colchón, con buena limpieza, muy tranquilo, y excelentemente ubicado. Volvería a repetir. La persona de contacto muy amable.

  L'appartement est bien meublé, il y a beacoup d'equipement, tout était très bien. Quartier calme, 2 stations de metro à proximité, donc il est très facile de se déplacer. La personne de contact s'est montré très gentille et cooprérative, le seul point difficile étant le stationnement, ...cette personne nous à conseillé et réservé un parking à 2mn du logement (24EUR/ j ). Si je devais retourner, je réocupperais volontiers cet appartement . Service clientèle impeccable, on vous a contacté parce qu'on arrivais pas à joindre le propriétaire et vous avez fait le nécessaire très rapidement. 

  Die Unterkunft war modern, sauber und gepflegt. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden, alles hat super geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

  Perfect. The flat was perfectly situated with transportation right across the apartment. The apartmentt was very clean og we will be back.

  Wir waren generell mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Leider gab es in der Küche keinen Abzug und das Kochen war somit nicht so angenehm, aber in Paris gibt es ja zum Glück genügend gute Restaurants. Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

  Situación céntrica y tranquila. A 12 minutos de la estación de Montparnasse, se puede ir al apartamento andando. Persona de contacto superprofesional. Ningún problema.

  Super Lage mit Super-Betreuung. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern dort. Badezimmer mit moderner Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

  Ci siamo trovati molto bene.L'appartamento corrisponde perfettametne alla descrizione presente nel sito, è pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è tranquilla e permette di muoversi facilmente su tutta le rete metropolitana. Tutti i servizi principali sono a pochi passi.... Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile Consiglio assolutamente.

  Proprietario vermente gentile. Fornitura stoviglie, asciugamani e lenzuola super abbondante. Palazzo signorile.

  L'appartamento anche se piccolo è accogliente e molto carino. é provvisto di tutto il necessario per passarci una settimana ( la biancheria è abbondante e pulita). La posizione è estremamente elegante e permette di visitare il centro di Parigi anche a piedi ( la metro è proprio davanti).

  The location makes it. Close to areas of interest, whilst just far enough away to avoid congestion - each day was able to be a proper trip out, all the time knowing that base was not far away.

  El apartamento cumpliò con todo lo ofrecido por Uds , no tenemos observación alguna salvo un pequeño detalle , la tostadora de pan no funcionaba. Dimos aviso al propietario en forma inmediata.

  Situación perfecta, muy céntrica, limpio, nada ruidoso, cama y sofá cama muy cómodos, suficiente ropa de cama y de aseo, baño muy amplio, y en cuanto a la persona de contacto muy agradable, nos dejó todo lo imprescindible. Muy recomendable, es la primera vez que salíamos de viaje a un apartamento y repetiremos seguro.

  A neat and tidy apartment suitable for either 2 adults or family of 4. Our children were happy to share pull-out sofa bed. Fabulous location close to Metro, grocery stores and retail. Friendly, helpful service. I would highly recommend staying here. The owner arranged shuttle to meet us at ...Airport and take us promptly to our apartment. S. met us at the apartment and happily gave us all the information required for our stay in Paris. Great Location. Clean, comfortable apartment. 

  El propietario es una magnífica persona que te proporciona toda clase de ayuda para que tu estancia en París sea todo lo grata posible y que tiene el apartamento en magníficas condiciones de limpieza y orden para su uso. Muy bien ubicado en el centro de París (Bd Raspail con Bd Montparnasse) ...frente a la boca de metro de Notre-Dame des-Champs (linea12) lo que te permite estar en cualquier parte de la ciudad en poco tiempo. Además dispone de muy buena conexión con el RER B para la ida y vuelta desde el aeropuerto. En fin, una experiencia muy positiva que recomendamos.  

  L'appartamento è davvero grazioso e funzionale, per quanto consentito dagli spazi disponibili. Ottima attrezzatura sia da bagno che da cucina, e tanti piccoli accessori a sussidio di una comoda permanenza. Forse è un po' scuro , considerati il primo piano e l'esposzione su di un cortile interno,... ma l'illuminazione non manca! L'ubicazione è fantastica , (siamo in piena Montparnasse) il palazzo è signorile e silenzioso e ci sono due fermate del metro raggiungibili a piedi: linea 12 (appena fuori casa) e linea 4 ( a 200 metri). Negozi di alimentari e supermercati nei dintorni. S. parla un ottimo italiano, e ci ha accolti con simpatia e disponibilità: in definitiva, un'ottima sistemazione per una bella gita a Parigi. 

  Wir haben vier Tage in Paris verbracht und waren mit dem Apartment sehr zufrieden.

  Comfortabel, leuk appartement. Dichtbij Metro, bakker, winkel. Vriendelijke eigenaar die je de nodige uitleg gaf ivm appartement en omgeving. Alles was aanwezig, toiletpapier, handdoeken, lakens, keukengerief, ... Wij hadden (2 volw+2 kids) een geweldig verblijf. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

  Excellent location, cafes and metros close. Easy check in with the owner, nice bathroom, kitchen..Only small thing is the sofa bed is not the most comfortable, but we were adults, maybe be better if you had children.

  Stephen (owner) was wonderful…even when our times changed he was able to accommodate our changes…he took the time to recommend some wonderful restaurants and even left us a great map. The location was excellent. One minute walk to the metro and many small and very nice restaurants and shops. The ...apartment was a bit small for 4 people (not big enough for 2 couples but ok for a family with 2 teens) -- but the bathrooms was a great size. We would love to take another trip to this wonderful apartment.  

  L'appartamento è accogliente, pulito, silenzioso, ben riscaldato e dotato di ogni confort. Si trova nel quartiere Montparnasse di fronte alla fermata Notre Dame des Champs (M12) e a 5 minuti da St Placide (M4). Il proprietario è molto disponibile, cordiale e parla italiano. Ci ha fornito prima ...dell'arrivo tutte le info necessarie per raggiungere l'appartamento e all'arrivo ci ha dato altre indicazioni di varia utilità aiutandoci a trascorre una piacevolissima vacanza.

  great location next to metro station and very tidy and petite apartment.

  We would highly recommend this apartment. Frstly appears to be value for money. Secondly owner S was professional, helpful and friendly.Thirdly the apartment has everything necessary for a city break and although on the Boulevard Raspail it is set well behind the road and is very quiet and overlooks... an attractive courtyard. We had the windows open overnight and slept well with no noise outside. Fourthly the location very near Luxembourg Gardens is a bonus. 15 minutes walk will take you to the heart of St Germain near Pont Neuf.We will gladly return. Thanks Stephane. 

  La ubicación y el equipamiento

  Excelent position, well maintained, very suportive apartment owner, plus a very interesting collection of maps and books about Paris and those litle pubs around where was so easy to leel like home and to socialise with our french neighbours. Merci Paris!

  Das Appartement hat alles, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Die Begrüßung durch S war überaus nett. Er gab uns auch noch sehr gute Tipps bez. Restaurants und Cafe`s, welche ausreichend in unmittelbarer Umgebung vorhanden sind. Auch die in der Nähe befindliche Metrostationen waren sehr ...bequem zu erreichen. Der einzige Negativpunkt ist das Schlafsofa, welches doch recht unbequem ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen. 

  Alles bestens. Schöne Wohnung,top eingerichtet,mit allem ausgestattet,in ruhigem,gepflegten Haus in guter Lage. Sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Vewalter S. Drei Metrostationen ganz nah., zahlreiche Lokale im schönen Stadtviertel. Jederzeit wieder.

  Apartamento perfecto para una pareja y hasta dos niños, con el Metro en la puerta y muy completo en equipacion. La atención del propietario exquisita. Muy recomendable

  Antes que nada agradecer a S sus indicaciones y amabilidad. Lo primero que podemos destacar es la limpieza del apartamento, incluyendo ropa de cama, toallas y paños de cocina. Es pequeño pero no le falta detalle. Es perfecto para 3 personas. La cocina reducida pero con todos los complementos ...necesarios. El cuarto de baño es amplio y comodo. El sofa-cama es cómodo. Se encuentra en una zona muy buena y perfectamente comunicada, con parada de metro frente a la puerta. Cerca se encuentra la torre Montaparnasse y multitud de restaurantes.Apartamento de referencia para la próxima visita.

  Es mi segunda vez en el apartamento amarillo. Me gusta me encanta. Todas las comodidades muy cerca todo me gusta la zona. Mi proxima estancia en Paris de seguro vuelvo.

  Die vorbereitende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief völlig reibungslos und er zeigte sich sehr flexibel. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und es gab gleich einige gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist relativ klein, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Obschon an einem Boulevard gelegen, ist... die (im Hinterhaus befindliche) Wohnung ausgesprochen ruhig. Die Lage ist ideal; alle Bedürfnisse des Alltags können fußläufig erledigt werden, und die Metrolinien 4 und 12 liegen direkt vor der Haustür, so dass man an alle gängigen touristischen Orten innert einer halben Stunde gelangt. 

  Meine Frau hat die Wohnung gebucht und war sehr zufrieden.

  Very satisfied. Good communication with owner. Provided with early check-in and two baby cots. Clean and comfortable, quiet, very well equipped, lovely location near shops, cafes, and all kinds of restaurants. Fine little playground for toddlers just around the corner.

  El apartamento está muy bien y muy limpio. Esta muy bien situado, en una zona tranquila y céntrica, tiene el metro delante del edificio. Estuvimos una familia con dos niños y super bien. El propietario excelente, nos dio muchas facilidades.

  Apartamento tranquilo silencio muy bien para descansar. Buena ubicacion de cines restaurantes. Solo falta una lavadora para no ir afuera a lavar las ropas. Aparte de eso todo muy bien. Lo recomiendo
