  The flat is very nice, smart furnishing and full of facilities like: sat tv, Skype, free coffee wafers, washing machine and all useful things. It's close to all monuments. It's possible have a little walk to get most interesting historical sites although there is 2 metro station and bus station ...nearby. All contacts are very helpful people. Marco.   Le studio est très bien, le seul problème quand on vient pour un voyage d'affaire c'est que la salle d'eau (notamment la douche) est trop petite pour s'y préparer. En revanche, l'accueil est très sympa. Etant situé dans le centre, le studio est très bruyant.

  Alles was perfect. Mooie ruimte, dichtbij winkeltjes, terrasjes en de metro. En niet te vergeten: wij waren heel blij met het nespresso apparaat! De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep prettig. Bij aankomst een klein flesje champagne om ons te feliciteren met ons huwelijk..... Een plek om terug te komen.

  El alojamiento está muy bien situado en una calle muy tranquila; tiene una boca de metro cerca y se puede ir andando a diversos lugares de interés turístico ( Marais,Notredame, barrio latino, Louvre, centro Pompidou).Aunque el estudio es pequeño,la equipación es muy completa.

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Kontaktperson F. war super. Übergabe der Wohnung, Abrechnung und Kaution war korrekt. Wir bedanken uns noch mal ganz herzlich für den Champagner und den Kaffee der im Studio vorhanden war. Wir haben das sehr genossen. Das Studio war gut eingerichtet. Dusche und Toilette sind sehr klein und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

  Internet es un servicio tan importante como el agua! consejo: tengala escrita en el libro de alojamiento dentro de los apartamentos... y, que sea gratuito!

  Small but cozy place, ideal for a couple. Nice neighbourhood that you should certainely visit, close to metro and bus station. We will go again!

  Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt im Maraisviertel. Die Übergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Metro und Bus sind um die Ecke. Bäcker mit kleinen süßen Törtchen direkt zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder.

  The appartment is in a superb neighbourhood in a very quiet street near the Bastille. It's a real cosy place with enough light in the building at night and it is very clean! There was champagne waiting for us in the fridge, a coffeemachine, washingmachine, fresh flowers on the table.....all you ...could desire. The contacts with the lady who watches over the accomodation were great: She is extremely helpfull & friendly ànd, for those who need it: She speaks English too :-) We sure hope to come back soon!!!

  The accommodation and atmosphere was very agreeable and pleasant. The team that I dealt with were most helpful and definitely went out of their way to help and assist me in any way they could. I greatly appreciate their kindness - lovely people.

  Lovely position and remarkably quiet. We did have a little trouble with the door key initially but soon worked out the right wrist movement!

  9/10 très joli studio parfaitement situé, calme, ambiance délicieuse, salle de bain un peu petite, seul et unique défaut.

  advertised as apartment but in reality was a bed sitting room with very basic shower and toilet. (toilet in kitchen cupboard, shower handheld and access tiny)disappointing that there was not a permanent bed (sofa pullout) advertisement misleading. advertisement should clearly indicate available facilities.

The descriptions published on the website of the apartments are constantly being checked to ensure that they are as close to reality as possible so that the client has the maximum amount of information possible when making decisions.

  10/10 - Je suis restée une semaine dans le studio. Le studio est très bien placé, dans une rue calme, mais un quartier vivant. Les transports étaient très proches. F., qui m'a accueillie a été d'une extrême gentillesse et J. le propriétaire très serviable. Je recommanderai ce logement à mes amis pour une halte sympathique à Paris

  Accommodation was great, I felt very much at home there. All amenities were close at hand.

  situato in posizione ideale per la visita delle più importanti attrazioni turistiche della città. dall'uscio di casa al quarto piano si impiegano, a piedi, 18 minuti per arrivare a notre dame, 2 minuti per place de la bastille, 10 minuti di autobus per arrivare al louvre. l'appartamento è ...arredato con ogni possibile e immaginabile necessità, risulta comodissimo per 2 persone. il wi-fi è impeccabile. 

  My wife and I really enjoyed our 20th Wedding Anniversary trip to Paris and found 6 Rue Castex to be as described and ideally located in central Paris for the main tourist attractions. J and M the owners gave excellent communications and left helpful information on the transport links to some of ...the famous visitor sites. Also very useful information about the amenities local to the apartment such as Supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Fatima the owners friend who showed us the Flat on our arrival could not have been more friendly and helpful and spoke good english which helped us as our French was not so good. The owners thoughtfully provided a small bottle of Champagne to welcome us on our Anniversary trip and left us a momento to take home with us. We found that the freedom and ability to prepare food in the Flat and live like Parisians was so much nicer than renting a Hotel room. The included Wifi worked well with a downstream speed indicated by a speedtest as around 7Mb. The settee converted to a comfortable double bed and the linen was clean as was the Flat. The toaster and coffee machine (Nespresso) were great but we were unable to get the kettle to work - we just boiled water in a saucepan. Another minor issue was that the clock only had a working second hand, probably it needed a new battery. The small lift in the centre of the spiral staircase of the building was small and a tight sqeeze for two people but worked well and with the Flat being on the 5th Floor we were very glad it was available. Having the Bastille Metro station so nearby was really convenient and we used our Navigo Decouverte travel cards every day. There are also convenient Bus stops nearby which we used to travel to the Eiffel Tower. Overall the experience was terrific and we would recommend this accommodation to everyone. 

  L'appartamento e' veramente bello e ben attrezzato, peccato per il lavandino dove è' difficile lavarsi perché' piccolissimo.

  Delizioso appartamento in posizione ottima, in una via molto tranquilla (vicino alla metro e all'Ile). Ben attrezzato e completo di tutti gli accessori necessari. Unica nota stonata la doccia un po' scomoda e il lavabo di fronte davvero molto piccolo (per una coppia giovane sono aspetti però ...sopportabili). Ma per il resto è assolutamente da consigliare! Accoglienza ottima, con personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo passato un soggiorno davvero bellissimo! Servizio ottimo. Il proprietario è stato sempre disponibile e reperibile e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie affinché il nostro soggiorno fosse confortevole. 

  F. - la personne de contact - etait tres charmante et aimable et a ete notre disposition durant notre sejour. L'apprtement est bien place a Paris [pres de la place de la Bastille] avec 2 stations de Metro tout proche et la rue de Rivoli avec ses magasins a deux pas. Dans l'apprtement nous avons trouve tous ce qu'il faut pour un agreable sejour.

  The accommodation was just what we expected. The location was even better. Our host was very helpful and left us with lots of great infomation to make our stay more convenient.

  Perfect for vacation in Paris. Everything was just as we expected and in some point even better. Great location, quiet street, but close to the Bastille' metro station, also to the river, islands and lively Marais' streets. Stylish house, very well planned room and nice view. Helpful stuff. And Nespresso machine.

  Appartment is in very good location, with all facilities. The only one disadvantage - it is quite small, with very very small shower and micro toilet. For the long-term vacations probably not good, but we were 4 days in Paris, and were only in the late evenings in appartment, so that was OK. Overall good for the price. Yuriy&Olena, July 2013

  Good location, great accommodation, especially the coffee machine we had enjoyed a lot. The contact person was very helpful to provide lots of information about the apartment and the environment. Though we had some problems with the apartment, the host was very helpful and resolved it in a short ...time. It's definitely a good place I would like to recommand. However, the shower room and the toilet are too small! They are even smaller than it in Japan! As long as you don't spend your whole day in the apartment, it may be okay. 

  Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, sie hatte alles um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben! Die Lage ist besonders gut, die Nähe zur Bastille, dem Place de Voges, der vielen Restaurants in der Nähe und die guten Metro-Anschlüsse bzw. Busverbindungen waren super!

  The apartment is really nice for two! The location is the best, near everything you need in Paris, there´se wi-fi, telefone free for many countrys, clean, hot in winter, silent!

  Hemos sido muy bien atendidos y no hemos tenido ningún tipo de problema. El alojamiento era perfecto, muy acogedor y muy bien ubicado.

  Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und detailverliebt eingerichtet, Aufzug, sehr gute Lage, ruhig... Die Kontaktpersonen waren sehr freundlich.Ein kleiner Nachteil: Dusche und Waschbecken - sehr beengt!

  Be careful of the travel time estimate to the apartment from your location. The streets in Paris are not straight. The street entry door of the apartment building is solid and secure. There are 2 doors on the first floor that you bypass to get to the elevator which takes you to the apartment. ...Apartment was well stocked, clean, and the apartment door was secured with 2 locks. The apartment wooden floor had 2 places where the boards were loose and looked like they might fall in. Other than the very, very old wooden floor, I would recommend this apartment to anyone who needed a place to stay in Paris. The owner who met us at the apartment went far beyond what one would expect when sharing helpful information with us to make our stay in Paris the best.  

  This apartment is really sweet! It's in a great location, and it's incredibly charming. The shower is quite tiny, but totally useable for one person at a time. The bathroom is also perfectly fine. It was great to have laundry included, although you will need to bring your own laundry soap. One tiny ...thing: the floors in this apartment are quite old, and some of the boards were a little questionable. We just walked around carefully and were fine! It was great to have the tiny elevator in the building, just big enough for one person! I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
