Studio voor twee in Trocadéro

  This is a lovely apartment,it is very quiet and comfortable as well as being very well equipped so would recommend it highly.Location is fantastic being centrally located in the Trocadero precinct. The owners and contact person are lovely people to deal with and made us feel very welcome during our stay in Paris.

  Lovely studio apartment in a fantastic location close to the Trocadero & the Eiffel Tower, as well as Passy Metro. Apartment is very comfortably furnished, stylish & well presented with everything you need for a short stay in Paris. The local area is very well provided for in terms of shops & ...restaurants etc. The contact person couldn't have been more welcoming and nothing was too much trouble when checking in/out. I would definitely stay here again and can't recommend highly enough.

  Very nice appartment in a very good neighborhood. Very nice owner. Everything just fine, we will definetely stay here again on a next visit to Paris. 2 metro stations are really very close so you can reach everything within minutes. All shops you need for daily things are in walking distance. Perfect!

  The apartment is small but beautifully equipped and the beds, even the sofa bed, really comfortable. The location couldn't be better and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

  This is a perfect apartment for a long weekend in Paris. The apartment is very well designed in its use of space - on 25 mts2 there is room for a bathroom, kitchen, a living and dining area and even a separate sleeping area. Due to the large windows the apartment appears very spacious. However, ...the 'beautiful view over Paris' as mentioned in the description is more a clear view to the sky and to the surrounding rooftops. The apartment is surprisingly quiet considering its location in the middle of the city. There are two metro lines nearby. Trocadero and Passy main street with shopping facilities are in close walking distance. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The contact person was very friendly and helpful. We recommend booking the apartment and are looking forward to our next stay.

  Great little apartment in a lovely,safe area of Paris.Very helpful and friendly people to deal with.Only issue was that there was a strange smell in the apartment,which was I think because someone had burned something in there before us.Would definitely stay there again.

  Great location, clean & adequately furnished. Really only suitable for 2. We were told the dishwasher not working, but not an issue for us. Bed is in upper loft with minimal headroom, accessed by a fairly steep ladder. A bit awkward, but workable. Good food shopping in close proximity with adequate restaurants and take out option as well.

  I was given the impression that I would have Eiffel Tower views "from the apartment" which was not true. yes it was close by and I could walk up the street to see the tower but not from the apt.

  La personne de contact était très sympathique et facile à rejoindre. Le lit était très confortable.Le logement très bien situé. Par contre, le logement n'était pas très propre. Les draps sentait la cigarette. Voyageant avec ma famille, dont un bébé de 21 mois, je le déconseille ...vivement aux familles ayant de jeunes enfants. Mis à part l'échelle, la mezzanine n'est pas entièrement protégé par un garde- corps. Les électro-ménagers sont facilement à leurs portée. Les photos de l'appartement auraient besoin d'être mis à jour car ce n'est pas représentatif, entre autre par le fait qu'on montre que la partie protégé de la mezzanine. Malgré tout, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. 

  Departamento confortable, luminoso porque a la amplia ventana lo complementaba el techo de vidrio, agradable, bien equipado y se encontro en buenas condiciones higienicas. Cubrio todas mis expectactivas. El propietario fue muy servicial, habla frances e ingles con lo cual la comunicacion fue fluida.

  Just stayed at the apartment for 6 nights- the location was amazing so close to the Eiffel Tower and close to a major metro stop which was very convenient. Owner of the apartment was very nice and great to deal with. He explained how everything worked and provided maps and a great resource book ...for our stay. I was very happy there was a hair dryer and as well a washer/dryer. I would definitely stay there again for sure. All was good and I would recommend this unit for sure. Everything was as described.  

  Owner was very friendly and helped us with our enquiries. Location was also great, close to Eiffel and champ élysées. Awesome house as well. At 1st floor so easy to get luggage up/down. 10/10

  After i got over the initial shock of the size, i really liked the space. The apartment is very compact, but the space is very useful and i was extremely comfortable there. The area was also perfect. I also liked the fact that i could place calls to my homeland for free and that there was space for ...me to work. Quiet at night, great sleep in a professional building. 

  The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. Very comfortable bed, loved all the light from the windows,kitchen well equiped and close to shops bakery's and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your special part of the world! One suggestion would be for the owner to accept credit cards. It is... so much easier. I was able to make down payment with my visa, but had to wire transfer the balance to the owner and that is much more expensive for the renter. 

  stilvoll und durchdacht eingerichet, die Wohnung hat ein ganz besonderes flair und ist sehr ruhig. allerdings müsste das eine oderandere ersetzt oder repariert werden. das "bett" ist sehr bequem, es handelt sich aber lediglich um eine matratze.

  Location is great. Close to 2 subway stations, in a very elegant part of Paris. No view from the apartment, but if you use the subway, you'll have a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower every day. Perfect spot for a morning run or walk to get your fix. As the apartment faces a courtyard, you don't hear... any street noise. There was a party above us one night, but we only saw some guests heading up as we returned from dinner. No noise! Some paint peeling and a few ants (not many) were the only faults. For the chance to stay in this area hidden from the crowds but close to attractions, it's totally worthwhile.

  Compact but quite adequate for our purposes. The apartment has all the facilities which is handy. Brilliant location. Very safe. Plenty of eateries in close proximity.

  El departamento está muy bien equipado, y es muy funciinal, tiene todo lo necesario. La ubicación es muy comoda y la boulangerie está a 30 metros. Desde la esquina se ve la Torre Eiffel y esta justo detrás de Trocadero, el metro está a sólo 100 metros. Se puede hacer llamadas gratis a ...teléfonos fijos lo cual se agradece. El barrio es muy tranquilo pero tiene hay de todo, sin duda para repetir!

  The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. The gal (F) was there waiting for us when we were running late due to the Tour de France. She was very detailed and explained everything about the apartment. The day of checkout was very smooth and was even offer a service to the airport. Thank you so ...much and location was fantastic. We will recommend this to friends and family 

  Location,location,location.....this area is amzing for getting around the city. A 2 minute walk from the metro, and a two minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment, is extremely small, but has most everything you need. The biggest incovenience is the bed that is basically a very bad, or old ...lumpy matress on the floor....you need to climb a ladder to climb in and out of bed. It is a crawl space and you have to be limber to crawl up and backwards to get downstairs. For the price you pay, I would have expected a quality matress, seeing the only thing you really do in the apartment is sleep.Other then that, it is clean, and in one of the most amazing and safest area's you could want to be in.

  Nous avons apprécié les commodités de l'appartement ainsi que son emplacement près de la Tour Eiffel et la proximitées des transports en commun.Nous avons adoptés la petite boulangerie pour nos croissants du matin qui se trouvait à quelques pas .

  Wonderful location, very close to the Metro, Eiffel Tower and a lovely neighbourhood. Dominique the property manager is a great communicator and lovely guy. We would definitively stay here again and recommend the apartment to anyone else.

  This apartment was clean and bright and well located from Passy Tube station. It had a few mini-markets close plus a gorgeous baker close by too.It is literally 5 minutes walk from The Eifel Tower and Trocadero. Apartment has everything you need for a short break - it is quite quashed for 4 people but we didn't find it a problem for 4 days.

  Central location, well furnished and helpful advice. Spent a wonderful week here . Highly recommended.
