  studio tres bien placé, très propre, parfait pour un court sejour. petit bemol, la salle de bain est tres petite mais la proprietaire est au petit soin.

  la casa è in una posizione che definire eccellente è poco. In una strada meravigliosa, a pochi passi dai due caffè più famosi di Parigi, servita benissimo e a pochi passi da boulangerie e supermercati. Per visitare Parigi è sufficiente da qui andare a piedi. La metro l'abbiamo presa solo ...quando reravamo stanchi. Valery la padrona è stata simpatica e gentile. Il letto era comodissimo, le lenzuola pulite ed aveva anche l'uso di internet gratuito. insomma 10 e lode per tutto!!!   The apartment was bright, clean and well furnished. It%u2019s charming and a perfect location right in the centre. Owner was very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful time.

  El alojamiento muy bien, tengo que destacar que la persona de contacto fue muy amable y sobre todo atenta, puntual,muy educada. El alojamiento muy bien solo decir que el aseo nos resulto un poco pequeño, por lo demas todo excelente. Se lo aconsejamos, nosotros se lo aconsejaremos a nuestros conocidos.

  Excelente. La ubicación inmejorable: en pleno boulevar St. Germain a dos cuadras de la estación St Germain de Pres y a dos cuadras de la estación Rue de Sac. La persona de contacto super simpática y atenta. El departamento está muy bien para dos personas, muy lindo, con ventanas a la calle. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.

  El apartamento tiene una ubicación perfecta para ir caminando a la mayoria de sitios que ver en Paris. La equipación es correcta y nueva. Destacaría la comodidad de la cama y la buena distribución. Se muestra en internet tal y como es. V. es muy amable. En definitiva, un sitio para recomendar.

  A lovely apartment right in the centre of the city. Apartment has everything you need for a short break, and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby. A fantastic trip.

  Nasszelle sehr eng aber ausreichend. Sehr gute Lage, allerdings zur Hauptstrasse.

  Wirklich tolle Lage für einen Paris-Kurzurlaub. Der Preis ist fair, man sollte sich aber im klaren darüber sein, das sich die Wohnung an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse befindet und es daher sehr laut ist. Entspanntes ausschlafen geht nicht....Oropax sind goldwert. Ansonsten wirklich toll, sauber, ...WiFi und Telefonate (sogar nach Deutschland) im Preis mit drin. 

  La ubicación es excelente en una avenida muy transitada con tiendas y mercados donde comprar alimentos muy cerca. A pasos de los museos y monumentos más importantes, sin necesidad de tomar el metro para recorrer Paris. La dueña del apartamento muy amable. Se piden 300 euros de señal que se devuelven en el check out. Sin duda volvería.

  Overall a very positive experience and really nothing major to complain about. The studio was as described, clean and tidy. The studio is located on Boulevard St Germain, a prime location, and the street is lined with high end fashion and homeware stores. Two metro stops are minutes away and ...location is excellent, within walking distance to major avenues such as the Musee Dorsay and the Louvre. My contact person was friendly and punctual and check in/out was done without issues. Although photos of the studio are accurate, just keep in mind they are wide angle shots and this is a 21 square meter studio. In person the place feels narrower and smaller than you expect. The bathroom, although tastefully decorated, is very narrow and really quite tiny. The sink is very small, anything other than washing your hands is next to impossible. The toilet is fine but for average to tall guys, watch out if trying to stand in front of it, you may smack your head on the boiler! One more thing, the studio is located on a street with a good amount of traffic, quite noisy when the windows are open, although when closed they do block a good deal of noise. It was never really a problem for us, but for very light sleepers it may be an issue.  

  La ubicación es excelente. Muy ruidoso (trafico). La cama no era confortable. Falta unas cortinas opacas ya que hay una farola justo delante de la ventana.

Informarle que las ventanas tienen postigos, que se pueden cerrar para que no entre luz desde fuera.

  The studio was better than we expected; good size, immaculate and excellently located. We were met on time and V. was helpful in recommending restaurants etc. She was very accommodating in that we were allowed to leave our luggage at the flat later than usual as we had a later train and wanted to go to some musums etc.

  El apartamento está muy bien, limpio y la cama muy cómoda. El baño pequeño pero apañado, un poco estrecho, pero suficiente. Hemos estado como en casa. El edificio es muy bonito también. El apartamento está muy bien situado, muy cerca del Louvre, museo de Orsay, jardin de Tullerías, y ya ...queda un poco más lejos Notre Damme, pero todo está bastane cerca. La calle es muy bonita con tiendas impresionantes, aunque solo para ver (...), lo único malo es que es una calle con mucho tráfico y hay ruido a todas horas, al ser un primero se oye mucho. La persona de contacto muy agradable y servicial, muy simpatica. Aunque no lo ponga, sabe hablar castellano, y te entiendes muy bien. Muy recomendable. 

  Todo fue exelente. El apartamento es como se muestra. Muy bien ubicado, la cama muy cómoda. valeri, muy cordial y correcta. Volvería a alquilarlo.

  El apartamento es pequeñito pero coqueto y la ubicación es fantástica. La dueña, Valerie, encantadora y muy amable, nos facilitó la entrada antes de la hora sin ningún problema. Entre su chapurreo de español y el nuestro de francés nos entendimos a la perfección. Muy recomendable.

  La verdad, Todo bien, un poco de ruido de la calle por la noche por ponerle alguna pega, pero ubicación, equipamiento y trato perfecto, pequeño pero mas que suficiente para una pareja,

  Ubicazione perfetta in pieno centro. Monolocale non troppo ampio comunque perfetto per una/due persone. Disponibile tutto il necessario qualora si volesse cucinare e pranzare/cenare senza uscire. Piccolo il bagno, con spazio doccia però adeguato. Ottima la pulizia. Persona di contatto sempre disponibile e gentile.

  Tutto come prospettato. Posizione centralissima e strategica in palazzo signorile. Appartamento piccolo ma arredato con molta razionalità e gusto. Attrezzatura di cucina moderna e completa. La Sig.ra V. è risultata gentilissima, precisa ed efficiente. Unico neo le dimensioni del lavabo.

  Really well located (close to 2 metro stations, markets, bars, Louvre, Seine,...), apartment is clean and nicely equipped, the bed is comfortable, the owner is really friendly. The traffic can really be loud during the day, sometimes you can also hear your closest neighbour (but not in the way that... you are annoyed). Staying here and visiting Paris was super good experience for me and my boyfriend! :)

  Apartamento tal y como se especifica en el anuncio. El edificio tipicamente parisino, simplemente encantador. Por añadir alguna pega, el tamaño del baño. Volveriamos sin duda.

  Muy bien ubicado para los centros culturales, a nuestro entender más interesantes de París. La propietaria respondió con mucha eficiencia a las necesidades que surgieron. Es para recomendar

  Super séjour, accueuil sans faute de la part des propriétaires. Appartement extremement bien situé, à proximité des monuments les plus importants de Paris. C'est petit mais fonctionnel pour 2 personnes, sauf la salle de bain qui franchement, est aux limites de l'acceptable en termes de ...grandeur. Mais on s'est très bien arrangés malgré cela. Seul bémol: le bruit. St.-germain est une avenue très bruyante. On a eu la chance de pouvoir fermer les fenêtres la nuit car il faisait frais, mais sans les fenêtres fermées, c'est certain que les nuits auraient été difficiles. Merci à V et J-P.

  The best aspect of the apartment is it's location. It's close to most top sights and is in a vibrant neighbourhood. Negatives are the small size of the apartment and the position next to a busy and noisy boulevard.

  My husband and I had a great stay in the apartment. It is very well equipped. It has a small bathroom though functional. The metro, taxi, cruise and tour bus stations are all nearby. The owner is such a caring and helpful woman who can be easily reached. The apartment is highly recommended to everyone.

  Quite noisy at night but great location in terms of getting places. On the plus side you are right in the middle of the buzz of Paris. Very safe and private. Small but adequate, had everything we needed, supermarket a short walk away for supplies and very good variety of eating establishments close ...by. Underground system close, close to impressionist museum. Appartment was lovely and clean. Very good internet and access to phone. Owner was lovely, enjoyed our stay immensely. 

  The location is great, at st german des pre which between 2 metro station and walkable to many sightseeings of Paris. The apartment is very safe though at daytime it maybe a little noisy of the traffic but at night it is peace and calm. V is very friendly and nice, she provide us many useful ...information and help. In all, this is a valuable apartment which is worth suggesting!

  Mi estancia fue muy buena. Quizas muy pequeño el depto pero la atencion de la propietaria y la ubicación cubrian cualquier molestia por el depto. Volveria sin dudarlo al mismo. Pasee unos dias inolvidables. Gracias V por todo.

  Loved the location and the apartment had a nice cosy feeling to it. I liked looking out of the windows, the passers-by and the city life. There is some amazing shopping to do around there. The apartment is generally clean, high quality and well equipped, but would benefit from a coat of paint. ...Overall an great experience, I would definitely recommend it and I would stay there again. V was polite, very efficient, well organised and clearly experienced in doing this. Thanks!  

  Les informations de départ étaient un peu pas mal expéditives.Concernant l'appartement en lui même: confortable mais il manque des ustensiles (ex : ouvre bouteille, très important à Paris)!!!!!!

  I stayed in this nice appartment for 5 days. The owners are very helpful and friendly. I also liked the location, close to metro stops and Monoprix supermarket. The street is quite noisy at daytime, but it didn't bother at night, it was ok to sleep. The only thing I can think of that would be ...downside, is that the part where the toilet is in the bathroom, is quite tiny. So if You're a big man for an example, maybe this is not the best option to rent. oh, and there was no wine opener :). The best part of the appartment was that it had a really good energy, I felt like at home. I would definitely stay here again, if back in Paris :) 

  Proprietaria eccezionale! Appartamento piccolo ma molto pulito ed organizzato e ubicato eccezionalmente! Siamo arrivati a piedi quasi ovunque e rientrare la sera tardi non è pericoloso perché la strada è sempre frequentata!Unica pecca: è molto rumoroso, bisogna tenere le finestre chiuse di notte... per poter dormire e se si è in estate fa caldo. Si può risolvere con un ventilatore messo a disposizione dalla proprietaria. Lo consiglio sicuramente!
