Duplex voor 4 personen op 5 minuten van de Notre Dame

  Molt bé tot. Hem estat còmodes i la ubicació és molt bona, tot i estar en un carrer molt turístic. La comunicació és genial amb el metro i el tren. Hem tingut calma a les nits. La única pega era la banyera, que queda enganxada al teulat i és baixa. Per dutxar-se és molt incòmode. La resta perfecte.

  The apartment is fantastic...comfortable, clean and quiet. Was perfect for our family, my husband and I slept upstairs and our teenage son downstairs. Both beds were super comfortable. The apartment is well equipt and our host was a delight and extremely helpful. The location is second to none with ...great restaurants and the main sites close by or an easy ride on the metro. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment

  Le Duplex est fort à recommander pour un couple ou un groupe de trois personnes. La location et l'équipement de l'appartement sont excellents. La vue donnant sur la cour offre une vue sympa et du calme. Tout est à proximité (visites culturelles, services, transports, magasins). Le propriétaire ...m'a fourni des renseignements nécessaires avec précision et sans délai. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour parisien! 

  I can't imagine choosing a better apartment. I spent a lot of time choosing our apartment for a 4 night stay in March and I'm really happy that we settled on this one. It is in a fantastic location, only a walk or short metro ride away from most attractions. The apartment is on a bustling little ...street, close to lots of restaurants etc but you can't hear any of it. The apartment is small, but being over 2 levels, with a clever fit-out, it is very comfortable. We will (and already have) recommended this apartment to friends. 

  Wir haben uns als 4 köpfige Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Paris, mit einem netten freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter.

  Proprietario puntuale e cortese. L'appartamento è nuovo, pulito ed ha tutti i confort indicati nel sito internet. La posizione è perfetta: nel cuore del quartiere latino a 50 mt della metro (fermata Saint-Michel) e dalla RER C-B. Siamo stati benissimo e ve lo consigliamo

  This two-level 3rd-floor apartment was in a great "Left Bank" location, near the river and near Place St. Michel, Place St Andre des Arts. We stepped onto a busy narrow street every time we went out ... it was spotless upon arrival ... it is within walking distance of major sites (Louvre, Orsay, ...the islands, Shakespeare and Company bookstore) with great metro-train connections ... this two-level place is great for a couple if one sleeps longer than the other! The elevator to the 3rd floor is cozy but perfect. The street-life near this place would be a major attraction for 20-year-old visitors to Paris ... speaking personally, I would gladly return to this apartment. DaP 

  Zentral gelegen Nahe Metro St. Michel, dennoch sehr ruhig. Tout Confort. Frotteetücher mehr als ausreichend zur Verfügung. Kontaktperson sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit.

  Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de N fue excelente! Si bien éramos 4 adultos, el espacio y las comodidades funcionaron perfectamente. Está todo pensado y funcionando para pasar unas agradables vacaciones en Paris. Tanto la ubicación como el trato del anfitrión fue inmejorable. La única ...contra podría ser la ducha un poco baja que de todas formas no fue un problema para nosotros. Sin duda repetiríamos!  

  The apartment was in a great location with many restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance. It was really well fitted out (including a washing machine) The owner, N., was very helpful and prompt. Would definitely recommend this apartment and area

  Catia da Roma , stupenda vacanza ,la casa e il quartiere sono meravigliosi , i mezzi di trasporto sono vicinissimi c'? praticamente tutto quello che si può volere. Un cordiale saluto va al padrone di casa che si ? dimostrato gentile e cordiale dandoci anche molte informazioni su come muoverci ...nella meravigliosa Parigi. Un consiglio 4 giorni sono pochiiiiiii!!!!! 

  We used the apartment as a base for a 10-day visit in Paris. We have visiited Paris on previous occassions and this apartment is definitely in one of the best locations that we've stayed in to date. The apartment is very quiet but situated on the bustling left bank with a huge choice of restaurants,... sights and sounds and in easy walking distance to the majpr attractions like Notre Dame and the Louvre.The apartment itself is snug, but three of us were very comfortable. The kitchen is well-fitted and the Nespresso machine addded a lovely touch to our morning breakfasts. Our host was most accommodating and we can recommend this apartment as a great place to stay when in Paris.

  An excellent apartment,small but has everything required.Neat and tidy.Wonderful location in the heart of Paris.Close to the tube,bus and a tourism office just around the corner.Excellent cafes and the night life was amazing.

  A great little flat, perfect for exploring central Paris. We stayed here with our toddler and there is plenty of room for a travel cot. The flat is quiet, despite being on one of the busiest streets, and the owner incredibly helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

  Fantastic. Welcome drinks and even coffee pods! Great washing machine and powder provided. Owner super friendly even though we didn't have a common language. The location couldn't be faulted! Perfect. We will definitely book again and highly recommend this apartment to others.

  Excellent location. Even though N's English is very basic, he was very friendly and helpful. Good facilities including wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge etc.

  Fabulous location and very quiet. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Loads of clean white towels and the bed was great. The elevator is a bonus, but do yourself a favour and walk down the lovely wooden stairs. On the downside, there was no soap in dispenser in the bathroom or anywhere else. The ...shower is a shocker....over a bath and really only suitable for a short person or child. After walking in Paris all day, you want to be able to stand under a hot shower...not going to happen if you are over 5ft tall.  

  The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable (with quiet a small shower) and in a great location. We had two children 11 and 12 years with us and the apartment was very cosy. We had hoped for a real Paris experience and this apartment was in the perfect location to experience all Paris has to ...offer. Thank you to N. for being accommodating and making our stay so enjoyable!!

  A well appointed and located apartment. Close to transport, restaurants and attractions. Owner was very helpful at check in.

  The apartment is in an incredible location in St Germain - wonderful cafes, shops and restaurants from famous cafes, to the favourites of 'locals' to one's owned by Michelin Star chefs. We walked to Notre Dame, the Louvre and D'Orsay easily. It is also right near a metro station. The owner was ...delightful and the apartment very comfortable with some very nice welcoming touches. We loved it.

  This apartment is in a great, central location but it is also very quiet for sleeping. The facilities were perfect for our needs. N, our contact, was very gracious and helpful. He was there to meet us when we arrived and he was able to change our check out time on short notice. N also checked ...in with us during our stay to make sure things were going well. We felt this apartment and N were perfect for our needs. We will definitely try to stay here when we visit Paris in the future.  

  The location is fantastic. The apartment is small but very clean, well equipped and excellent value for money. Most comfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on in the lounge. Could not fault it.

  Diese kleine Wohnung mitten in St. Germain des Pres ist ein Juwel. Sie liegt mitten im "Geschehen" und ist trotzdm sehr ruhig. Metro St. Michel ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Vermieter, Herr Nelson Neto, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist komplrtt ausgestattet. Wir können sie sehr empfehlen!

  Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist perfekt gelegen. Der Besitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

  It was a pleasure dealing with N. He waited until 12.30am to let us in the apartment during the train strike. The apartment is in a great position. It is very comfortable and well appointed. We would definitely recommend this place and the area.

  The location is perfect and N was very accommodating. The apartment is very clean, on a busy street but very quiet. We had the windows open the entire time. Do bring your own bath soap as this is not a hotel, plenty of towels though. Nice to have a washing machine (detergent provided) and without a ...dryer, the heated towel rack or folding rack in the bathroom work nicely for drying. The shower will require kneeling for people over 5'4. Small space but very efficient.Wonderful to have an elevator too! 

  Excelente apartamento, muy coqueto (sin sorpresas, exactamente igual que las fotos publicadas) e ideal para nosotros cuatro (matrimonio + 2 niños, uno de ellos ya adolescente). Ubicación inmejorable y con un Carrefour al lado. El propietario, N, amabilísimo nos atendió en un fluido español y ...nos facilitó el transfer de vuelta a CDG a un precio estupendo. No hemos tenido absolutamente ningún problema, todo estaba perfecto y el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario. Recomendable al 100%. 

  The apartment is perfect!!!!! Clean, quiet and very cozy. The location is also perfect. A lot f restaurants and shops, near Seine, couldn't be better! We will be back for sure.

  Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Unvergleichlich gut ist die Lage mitten im Herzen von Paris in einer sicheren Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert!Die Kontaktperson war zuverlässig. Annemarie G.

  Ideale Lage für Paris-Erkundigungen, sehr ruhig aber vor der Haustür ist man mitten im turbulenten Leben des Quartier Latin! Die Wohung ist sehr sauber und wurde erst 2012 renoviert. Trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter gibt es eine perfekt Ausstattung - Man findet alles was man braucht! (Man sollte ...sich etwas Zeit nehmen, alles zu entdecken z.B. die Fensterläden zur zustäzlichen Verdunklung ;-). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir sind bestens klar gekommen! Empfehlung: Der ausgezeichnete Bäckerladen ist nur ca. 10 Meter von der Haustür entfernt! Ein guter Supermarkt befindet sich in der Rue de la Seine. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Zahlung könnte auch vorab per Überweisung erfolgen, dann muss man nicht so viel Bargeld mitnehmen.

  Het appartement is heel mooi en de locatie is super. Het ligt in een leuk straat met veel restaurants dicht in de buurt. Echt een aanrader..

  Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten im Zentrum von Paris. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da alle Fenster zum Innenhof hin liegen.Die Wohnung war sauber und alles nötige vorhanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist vielleicht, dass man nicht stehend duschen kann, da die Badewanne mit Duschgelegenheit unter der Dachschräge liegt.

  Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage, war es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder :-)!

  The apartment is extremely clean and well appointed. The location is absolutely unbeatable. This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. The owner is very hospitable and proud Iv his apartment. It is exactly how it appears on the website. Very close to St Michel metro and RER so you can literally be anywhere in Paris in 5-10 minutes.

  This apartment is in the perfect location. It is within walking distance to Notre Dame (5 blocks), Louvre (7 blocks), Musee d'Orsay (7 blocks). The apartment is located on a side street 1/2 block from the metro station which runs from the airport. There is a BNP Paribus Bank with numerous ...cash stations 1/2 block away and the perfect grocery store within walking distance. The apartment itself was very clean, facing a court yard so there is absolutely no street noise. This apartment is perfect for 2 people. The landlord was very accommodating. If you don't speak French, use Google Translate to communicate with owner via email. We loved this place.
