Appartement rustig en zonnig gelegen in het historische hart van Parijs

  Die Wohnung ist weder ruhig noch sonnig. Die sich an der Wohnstrasse befindenden Bars sind des Abends und Nachts sehr gut frequentiert. Dies erzeugt teilweise bis spät in die Nacht viel Lärm. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Die U-Bahn Station befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

  El alojamiento estaba muy bien y la calle bien ubicada y tranquila, nada de jalero. El contacto fue un poco extraño porque tuvimos dos personas de contacto, la que nos abrió estaba en el bar de abajo, y tuvimos un pequeño problema con la hora de salida pero se ha solucionado. Queriamo tambien ...factura del importe cobrado por el propietario y no nos contesto, pero a parte todo muy bien.  

  Zentral gelegen, gut erreichbar, freundliche Kontaktpersonen, sauberes Appartement, gute Betten, zweckmäßige, gute Ausstattung. Sehr empfehlenswert. Das Bistro im Erdgeschoss war zwar hörbar, aber nicht störend, wenn die Fenster geschlossen waren. Dafür wohnt man eben mit in der Stadt und kann... Notre Dame, Quartier Latin, Louvre, St. Germain, Marais, Centre Pompidou, Les Halles, die Seine etc. in dieser wunderschönen Stadt zu Fuß erreichen. Ein großes Plus für diese Wohnung. Wir sind sehr zufrieden abgereist. 

  Everything about it was ideal for a holiday in paris. Location close to tourist attractions and surrounded by cafes, supermarket nearby. Fabienne was knowlegeable and helpful. Good communication

  Sin ascensor. Muy céntrico. Mucho mejor que la mayor parte de los hoteles 3 estrellas de París.

  Wir waren für 5 Tage mit 3 Jugendlichen und 2 Erwahsenen in dem Apartment und haben in dieser Zeit viel von Paris sehen können - Dank der perfekten Lage des Appartments. Unsere Vermieterin Fabienne war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

  Unter der Wohnung befindet sich ein Restaurant, das man durchqueren muss, um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr schmal und die Wohnung etwas kalt. Dafür ist sie sehr geräumig und funktionell und befindet sich in einer Toplage. Wer also viel Platz braucht und zentral unterkommen möchte, ist in dieser Wohnung richtig.

  Very good location, clean and nice apartment. Friendly welcoming. We were two adults and three children all together and all of us enjoyed the place.

  Excellent logement, tres bien situe, bonnes dimensions pour 4 adultes. Pres de tout!

  Tout etait bien, mais le niveau de bruit est tres eleve. Dormir fut problematique, ainsi que le manque d'air climatise. Meme un ventilateur aurait ete apprecie! Fait assez chaud en temps estival. A part cela, accueil chaleureux par F. et notre place fut tres propre. Merci.

  Very central location right in the middle of a diverse restaurant area. The noise level was high but expected due to the location but closing the windows at night almost eradicated this. Air conditioning should be mandatory as it will get very hot inside with the windows closed in mid summer. We ...would visit again to enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere and the convenience. The host was very obliging allowing us to stay later on our last day.

  El barrio no es muy bueno para un grupo familiar, es ruidoso en la noche y sobre todo los fines de semana. Pero tiene una buena ubicación con respecto al metro.

  A very nice apartment with all promised features. Separate entrance on the street. We were four and stayed for five nights. A severe drawback is the extreme noise level from the street and restaurants. Sleeping with open window was impossible, even if they were shut we heard constant talking, ...laughing and shouting the whole night through. A very much frequented street with a remarkable reverberation of all the noise. So we would recommend this place only to people who either do not need or want to sleep or suffer from impaired hearing. 

  Muy céntrico, limpísimo, funcional, el handicap de que sea un piso sin ascensor, no me parece tal si los viajeros no tienen minusvalias físicas. Recomendable 100%. Calefacción perfecta. Camas cómodas, la cocina funcionando perfectamente, con cafetera, tostadora y microondas. El personal de ...contacto en París encantador y además muy serios y eficaces. 

  L'appartement est bien mais il manque d'essuis dans la salle de bain pour 5 personnes. Le quartier est vraiment merveilleux et centrale, on peut aller partout, le métro à deux pas.

  Nice apartment in truly excellent location near Notre Dame, Louvre and shopping around Les Halles. Metro station within metres offers many lines to choose from and makes getting around Paris effortless. With twin beds and 2 double sofa beds make the sleeping arrangements very adaptable. Downside is... it extremely noisy. Street and bars until the early hours, then early morning clean up. We were forewarned and took ear plugs. Despite that the rest made up for it and we enjoyed our stay very much. 

  inadeguato per sei persone, al massimo quattro; la scala a chiocciola per raggiungere il quarto piano, rappresenta un serio problema per persone anziane o con problemi fisici

  Fabiene war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend - auch mit der späten Anreise (nachts 3.00 Uhr). Das Apartment war sehr sauber und in einer Top zentralen Lage. Von hier aus ist man in wenigen Minuten an Notre Dame und auch der Louvre ist nicht weit. Außerdem sind gleich unten auf der Straße ...mehrere gute Jazz Clubs angesiedelt. Die enge Treppe bis zum 4. Stock stellt für Leute mit Gehbehinderung aber eine echte Herausforderung dar.

  Tutto perfetto come da nostre aspettative l'unica cosa l'ubicazione al quarto piano...... ma che dire non c'è niente da rimproverare a chi lo propone perchè dalla descrizione sono molto chiari. Si tratta semplicemente di fare un pò di ginnastica. Anche per ciò che concerne la caparra non abbiamo... avuto alcun problema. Direi ottimo e sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Parigi (come spero) lo terrei in considerazione.  

  Very good place in the heart of Paris. Near to the Louvre and Notre-Dame and many other monuments. The appartement is on a pedonal street where you can find all kinds of shops and caffeteria

  Wij zijn zeer tevreden over het appartement en de contactpersoon. Het enige puntje van verbetering zou zijn dat de slaapbanken beschikken over een deken en laken per persoon. De matrassen waren overigens goed.

  Es excelente!!!! el único detalle es que no tiene elevador y queda en un 4 piso y resulta algo complicado el traslado del equipaje.

  The location was great. The four flights of stairs were not so bad after all. The neighborhood has some restaurants that stay open late and so some noise is overheard. The bedroom is at the other end and so no noise is heard at that end. The linens were all crisp and clean. Overall the apartment was... fantastic. The two French doors in the living area were awesome. I loved opening them up and watching the view and hearing the sounds of the city. I would definitely return. The landlord was very professional.

  The apartment is situated in the center of Paris on very busy pedestrian street and hence it is very noisy. We could not open the window because of noise, and air condition did not work properly so it was hot. It was especially hot in the bedroom and also noisy because of sounds from restaurant ...situated right at the doors of the apartments. However the noise from the restaurant stopped at midnight. The apartment itself was clean , with everything you need. The main advantage of the apartment is that it is cheap and center located.  

  El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente, es bonito y es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Todo funciona correctamente (cocina, agua caliente, etc.). La propietaria es muy amable y de mucha ayuda. Solo complica un poco las cosas que el edificio no tiene ascensor pero lo aclara en todas partes que es... un 4to. piso por escalera, así que no conviene llevar equipaje pesado. Salvando eso, volvería a este apartamento, fuimos 4 personas y estuvimos encantados y muy cómodos. Lo recomiendo¡¡¡

  Excelente ubicación, por lo tanto mucho ruido, no se puede esperar menos en un lugar tan central.

  The apartment was in an excellent position. The security was great. The proximity to the train station, local restaurants and tourist attractions were all fantastic. The hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. The facilities were in good condition.

  the wc was smaller than to aeroplane, wi-fi was slow and not working all the time, 69 steps without lift are very much, there was not available a casserole large enough for 4 persons and a scoop to cook and serve a soup, the freezer of the refrigarator was full of ice and even the door couldnt ...close, there was not ventilation above the kitchen and if you try to cook the whole apt full of steam and smells. The apt. is spacious very near to metro station 5 min on foot from Notre Damme. 

  Closeness to tube, restaurants and shops.
